白雄鸡肉：主要作用是降气，治疗狂邪（精神失常、邪气干扰），安定五脏，调理中焦损伤，消除消渴病。（出自名医记录）【产地】《图经》记载：各地人家都饲养它。《陈藏器云》说：三年的白雄鸡能被鬼神驱使。经文说它能除狂邪、安五脏，确实有依据。现在只有乌骨、金睛、翠耳的白雄鸡被世人所珍贵，入药效果尤其好。【时令】【生长】随时都有。【采集】随时可取。【药用部位】肉、里黄皮（鸡内金）、脑、屎白（鸡矢白）、翅下毛、距（鸡爪后方的突起）。【颜色】白色。【味道】咸。【性质】微温。【气味】气味浓厚，属阴中之阳。【气味特征】腥味。【炮制】按食用方法处理。【主治】〔《唐本注》云〕脑主治小儿惊痫。〔《日华子》云〕肉能调和中焦，祛除邪气，通利小便，去除丹毒。○ 里黄皮能止泄精，治疗屎血、崩漏、带下、肠风泻痢。〔《陈藏器》云〕屎炒服主治虫咬毒。〔《别录》云〕取翅下第一根毛，两边各取一茎，烧成灰研末，用水调服，治疗各种痈肿不消散、已成脓但害怕针刺希望快速排脓的情况。【合治】用一只煮熟，配合五味调料做成羹粥食用，治疗癫痫、不想睡觉、自以为是、傲慢妄行不止的人。○ 距和脑烧成灰，配合酒服用，主治难产。○ 用一只鸡配合一斗醋，煮取三升，分三次服用，治疗突然发生的咳嗽。○ 白雌鸡屎随用量多少，配合小便放入容器中火熬至干燥，研为细末，每次服用一方寸匕，多服可治疗各种瘕积（腹中结块）。【禁忌】白头家鸡以及鸡死后足爪不能伸展的，食用均有害人。

安胎，治疗折伤以及痈疽、竹木刺不出者。○ 里黄皮止泄精并尿血、崩中带下、肠风泻痢。〔《孟诜》云〕止心痛，除心腹恶气。○ 三年冠血点眼，每日三次，治疗目泪不止。〔补益〕〔《日华子》云〕补虚羸（身体虚弱消瘦）。〔《孟诜》云〕用一只鸡按食用方法，用五味汁混合在一容器中封口，隔水重汤煮之，使骨肉分离，虚弱之人食用甚为补益。【合治】肝一个，不要沾水，切碎后配合酒服用尽，治疗突发腹痛，安胎。○ 尾毛十四枚，烧成灰，配合小儿乳汁调和涂抹在刺入肉中出不来的地方，即刻痊愈。○ 腊月鸡屎一升，炒黄研为细末，用绢袋盛装，配合三升酒浸泡，温服，常令其微醉，治疗头风。

The classic text states it removes mania and stabilizes the Five Viscera, which is indeed true. Currently, only those with black bones, golden eyes, and emerald ears are highly valued by the world and are especially effective for medicinal use. [Season] [Growth] Available at all times. [Indications] [*Tang Ben Zhu* says]: Brain treats pediatric convulsive epilepsy. [*Ri Hua Zi* says]: Meat harmonizes the middle jiao, dispels evil, promotes urination, and removes Dan Du (erysipelas). ○ Li Huang Pi stops seminal emission, treats blood in stool, metrorrhagia, leukorrhea, intestinal wind, and dysentery. [*Chen Cangqi* says]: Stir-fried droppings treat insect bite poison. [*Bie Lu* says]: Take the first feather from under the wing, one strand from each side, burn to ash, grind, and mix with water to treat various unresolving carbuncles that have formed pus but fear needling, desiring rapid drainage. [Combined Treatment] Cook one chicken, prepare as soup or porridge with five flavors, eat to treat epilepsy, insomnia, self-righteousness, arrogance, and incessant妄行 (delusional behavior). ○ Burn spur and brain to ash, take with wine to treat difficult labor. ○ Boil one chicken with one dou of vinegar, reduce to three sheng, divide into three doses to treat sudden cough. ○ Take appropriate amount of white hen droppings, mix with urine, boil over fire until dry, grind to powder, take one fang cun bi per dose, more for treating various Jia masses (abdominal lumps). [Contraindications] White-headed domestic chickens and chickens whose claws do not straighten after death are harmful if eaten.

[*Meng Shen* says]: Stops heart pain, removes evil qi from heart and abdomen. ○ Three-year-old comb blood applied to eyes, three times daily, treats excessive tearing. [Tonification] [*Ri Hua Zi* says]: Tonifies deficiency and emaciation. [*Meng Shen* says]: Use one chicken, process as food, mix with juice of five flavors in a vessel, seal tightly, boil in double boiler until meat separates from bone, consume when weak for strong tonification. [Combined Treatment] One liver, keep dry, cut finely, take with wine to completion, treats sudden abdominal pain, stabilizes pregnancy. ○ Fourteen tail feathers, burn to ash, mix with infant milk, apply to thorns stuck in flesh, heals immediately. ○ One sheng of December chicken droppings, stir-fry until yellow, grind to powder, store in silk bag, soak in three sheng of wine, take warm, induce mild intoxication, treats Tou Feng (head wind/headache).
