水合敷。（诸方第一。）
皂矾丸 皂矾（不拘多少，日晒夜露三七日）
为末，枣肉为丸绿豆大。每九丸，日三。小儿三丸。治一切黄胆。（第二。）
甘，辛，微温，无毒。润肺去燥，利尿实肠。治肺痿吐脓，疗咳逆上气。
生华阴山谷及太山，今所在山谷皆有。以泽州者为良。大如指，长二三寸，六面如削，
白澈
白英、辰砂等分，为末，治惊而善忘者。
甘，温，无毒。镇心补肝。祛血海之虚寒，除心神之不安。
生太山山谷。其色淡紫，其质莹澈。随其大小皆五棱，两头如箭镞。
紫石英，水煎细服，或煮粥服。治虚劳而惊。
先血后便，十枚为末，元肉包好吞之，或咽之。亦治先脓后粪。（验方第一。）
青盲昏花等属内障，蟹睛旋螺浓翳 肉攀睛等属外障。初发红肿，疼痛不已。宜除风散
热之
剂。若日久不痛，又非此法所能治也。若日久成外障浓翳蟹睛等症，内障青盲等症，宜用开
窍滋肝、补肾引神为主。宜先用开窍，菖蒲（君）、谷精（臣）、枸杞（佐）、甘菊（使），有
火加
元参。水煎食后服，日二次。药均用酒洗。内服五六剂。外用熏洗之法，开其窍，石菖蒲、
锦地草，水煎熏洗四、五日。继服稠枸杞粥，芡实七钱，枸杞三钱，大米半碗，先烧水滚，
下芡实，次下枸杞，晚下大米，煮烂，空腹食之，以养胃气，服十四日。次用补肾剂， 猪
肝一具（不用水洗，竹刀切片。） 谷精二两，枸杞七钱，菊花一两，（均酒洗。） 秋石（三
钱） ，有红丝加元参，如红丝云翳不退，加川椒四十九粒，用瓷器一个，一层肝一层药，
三、四层入黄酒三盅，封固不透气，重汤煮。去药存肝，日食三四次。若气血大虚者，加

物汤同煮，食肝三四具。若数年不通道路者，尚隐隐见灯火、日月，同地黄丸料加枸杞、全
归
、牛膝、菊花同煮。如仍不见明，是气不行血，用十全大补汤同煮。目中有翳，其目不痒，
用菊花、菖蒲、生矾煎汤，浸青绢搽之。若云翳自根而退，必待目中神光外射方退。云翳久
闭覆神光，必引而出之。宜用引神丹∶谷精、菖蒲（君，） 枸杞（臣，） 草决明（佐，） 元
参、蝉皮（使，） 木贼草、河水煎汤，纳瓷器中封固，重汤煮，粘为度，入京墨末、白矾
末
调匀，晒干，再研广胶水些须，作锭子，人乳磨点，一日三四次。大约墨一顶，白矾一分。
若目内云翳退时，必有热气。再用生白矾三分，悉尼一枚，（去皮核。） 先以矾研细入梨片
内，共研，绢滤过成汁，加净蜜些须，搅匀封固，重汤煮，待冷扫眼皮内外。一日五七次，
原方尽止。
避生客，戒有语，绝嗜欲，清淡口味，闭目静养，庶几成功。

生长于华阴山谷及泰山，如今各地山谷皆有出产。以泽州出产的质量最好。大小如手指，长二三寸，六面如削切般平整，洁白通透。
白英、辰砂等分，研为细末，治疗受惊且健忘者。
甘味，温性，无毒。镇心安神，补益肝脏。祛除血海之虚寒，消除心神之不安。

青盲、昏花等属于内障，蟹睛、旋螺浓翳、肉攀睛等属于外障。初发时红肿，疼痛不止。适宜使用祛风散热的药剂。若日久不痛，则非此法所能治疗。若日久形成外障浓翳、蟹睛等症状，以及内障青盲等症状，适宜以开窍滋肝、补肾引神为主。宜先用开窍药：石菖蒲（君药）、谷精草（臣药）、枸杞子（佐药）、甘菊花（使药），有火邪加玄参。水煎食后服用，每日二次。药物均用酒洗过。内服五六剂。外用熏洗之法，以开通窍道，用石菖蒲、锦地草，水煎熏洗四、五日。继服稠枸杞粥：芡实七钱，枸杞三钱，大米半碗，先烧开水滚沸，下芡实，次下枸杞，晚上下大米，煮烂，空腹食用，以养胃气，服用十四日。接着用补肾剂：猪肝一具（不用水洗，用竹刀切片。）谷精草二两，枸杞七钱，菊花一两，（均用酒洗。）秋石（三钱），有红丝加玄参，如红丝云翳不退，加川椒四十九粒，用一个瓷器，一层肝一层药，三、四层加入黄酒三盅，密封固紧不漏气，隔水炖煮。去掉药渣只留猪肝，每日吃三四次。若气血大虚者，加八物汤同煮，吃猪肝三四具。若数年不通道路者，尚隐隐看见灯火、日月，同地黄丸料加枸杞、全当归、牛膝、菊花同煮。如果仍不见光明，是气不行血，用十全大补汤同煮。目中有翳，眼睛不痒，用菊花、石菖蒲、生明矾煎汤，浸湿青绢擦拭。若云翳从根部开始消退，必须等到目中神光外射方才消退。云翳久闭遮蔽神光，必须将其引出。宜用引神丹：谷精草、石菖蒲（君药），枸杞子（臣药），草决明（佐药），玄参、蝉蜕（使药），木贼草、河水煎汤，纳入瓷器中密封固紧，隔水炖煮至粘稠为度，加入京墨末、白矾末调匀，晒干，再研磨少许广胶水，做成锭子，用人乳磨碎点眼，一日三四次。大约墨一顶，白矾一分。若目内云翳消退时，必有热气。再用生明矾三分，雪梨一枚，（去皮核。）先将明矾研细放入梨片内，共同研磨，用绢过滤成汁，加少许净蜂蜜，搅匀密封固紧，隔水炖煮，待冷却后扫涂眼皮内外。一日五到七次，原方用完即止。
避免生冷食物和陌生客人，戒除多言，断绝嗜欲口味清淡，闭目静养，差不多就能成功。
To induce vomiting of wind-phlegm, to relieve throat obstruction (hou bi). To treat cough with inverted qi, epilepsy, metrorrhagia and stranguria; to treat dental worms, sores and toxins, and genital erosion. Black Alum, also known as Green Vitriol.
Scat Beetle Bore: Chalcanthite (Dan Fan) (3 qian), Dragon's Blood (Xue Jie) (3 qian), Toad Venom (Chan Su) (2 qian), Cinnabar (Zhu Sha) (2 qian), Jing Ink (Jing Mo) (1 liang), Frankincense (Ru Xiang) (1 qian).
Mix with water and apply externally. (First of all formulas.)
Saponaceous Vitriol Pill: Saponaceous Vitriol (Zao Fan) (any amount, sun-dried by day and exposed to night dew for three seven-day periods).
Grind into fine powder, form pills with jujube pulp the size of mung beans. Take nine pills each time, three times a day. Children take three pills. To treat all types of jaundice. (Second.)
Sweet, pungent, slightly warm, non-toxic. Moistens the lungs and removes dryness, promotes urination and consolidates the intestines. To treat lung abscess with expectoration of pus, and cough with inverted ascending qi.
Grows in the valleys of Huayin and Mount Tai; now found in valleys everywhere. Those from Zezhou are superior. Size like a finger, two or three cun long, six sides smooth as if cut, white and clear. Equal parts of Bai Ying and Chen Sha, ground into powder, to treat those who are easily startled and forgetful.
Sweet, warm, non-toxic. Calms the heart and supplements the liver. Dispels deficiency-cold of the Sea of Blood, eliminates restlessness of the heart-mind.
Grows in the valleys of Mount Tai. Its color is pale purple, its texture is crystal clear. Regardless of size, it has five edges, with both ends like arrowheads. Purple Quartz (Zi Shi Ying), decocted in water and taken finely, or cooked in porridge. To treat palpitations due to deficiency exhaustion.
Blood first, then stool: take ten pieces, grind into powder, wrap well in longan flesh and swallow, or chew and swallow. Also treats pus first, then feces. (Verified Formula First.)
Qing Mang (blindness) and blurred vision belong to internal obstructions; Crab Pupil (Xie Jing), Spiral Dense Opacity (Xuan Luo Nong Yi), and Flesh Overgrowing the Eye (Rou Pan Jing) belong to external obstructions. In the initial stage, there is redness, swelling, and unceasing pain. It is suitable to use agents that dispel wind and scatter heat. If it persists for a long time without pain, this method cannot treat it. If it develops into dense opacity, crab pupil, etc., as external obstructions, or Qing Mang, etc., as internal obstructions, it is suitable to prioritize opening orifices, nourishing the liver, and tonifying the kidney to guide the spirit. Initially, use opening-orifice herbs: Shi Chang Pu (Monarch), Gu Jing Cao (Minister), Gou Qi Zi (Assistant), Gan Ju Hua (Envoy); add Xuan Shen if there is fire. Decoct in water and take after meals, twice a day. All medicines should be washed with wine. Take internally for five to six doses. Externally, use fumigation and washing methods to open the orifices: Shi Chang Pu and Jin Di Cao, decoct in water for fumigation and washing for four to five days. Then continue with thick Goji Berry Porridge: Qian Shi (7 qian), Gou Qi Zi (3 qian), rice (half bowl). First boil water until rolling, add Qian Shi, then Gou Qi Zi, and finally rice late in the process; cook until soft. Eat on an empty stomach to nourish stomach qi, for fourteen days. Next, use a kidney-tonifying formula: one pig liver (do not wash with water, slice with a bamboo knife), Gu Jing Cao (2 liang), Gou Qi Zi (7 qian), Ju Hua (1 liang) (all washed with wine), Qiu Shi (3 qian). Add Xuan Shen if there are red filaments; if red filament cloud opacities do not recede, add 49 grains of Chuan Jiao. Use one porcelain vessel, layering liver and medicine, adding three cups of yellow wine at the third or fourth layer. Seal tightly to prevent air leakage, and simmer over water. Remove the medicine residue, keeping only the liver. Eat three to four times daily. If qi and blood are severely deficient, add Ba Wu Tang for simultaneous cooking, and eat three to four pig livers. If the condition has persisted for years without visual access, yet faintly sees lamps or sun/moon, cook together with Di Huang Wan ingredients plus Gou Qi Zi, Quan Dang Gui, Niu Xi, and Ju Hua. If still unable to see clearly, it is due to qi failing to move blood; use Shi Quan Da Bu Tang for simultaneous cooking. If there is opacity in the eye but no itching, decoct Ju Hua, Shi Chang Pu, and Sheng Fan in water, soak green silk cloth, and wipe the eye. If the cloud opacity recedes from the root, it must wait until the divine light of the eye shines outward before fully receding. If cloud opacity has been closed for a long time covering the divine light, it must be drawn out. Use Yin Shen Dan: Gu Jing Cao, Shi Chang Pu (Monarch), Gou Qi Zi (Minister), Cao Jue Ming (Assistant), Xuan Shen, Chan Pi (Envoy), Mu Zei Cao. Decoct in river water, place in a porcelain vessel, seal tightly, and simmer over water until viscous. Add Jing Mo powder and Bai Fen powder, mix evenly, dry in the sun, grind again with a little Guang Jiao Shui, form into sticks. Grind with human milk to apply to the eyes, three to four times a day. Approximately one top of ink, one fen of Bai Fen. When the cloud opacity inside the eye recedes, there will likely be heat. Use Sheng Bai Fen (3 fen) and one Sydney pear (peeled and pitted). First grind Bai Fen finely, mix with pear slices, grind together, filter through silk to obtain juice, add a little pure honey, mix evenly, seal tightly, and simmer over water. Wait until cool, then sweep/apply to the inner and outer eyelids. Five to seven times a day, stop when the original prescription is finished.
Avoid raw/cold foods and strange guests, refrain from excessive talking, cut off desires, keep diet light and bland, close eyes and rest quietly, and success may be achieved.
