生蟹黄调涂。或韭叶捣汁敷。或频以盐汤洗或白果树叶煎水洗。或干荷叶一斤煎水洗。 凡
服此药。倘为平日忌漆之人。必须避免不用。以免中毒。如中毒可服化斑解毒汤。（附）化
斑
解毒汤。升麻石膏连翘牛蒡子（炒研）人中黄黄连知母黑参各一钱。加竹叶二十片。水煎服。
此汤本治丹毒。
【杜仲】
主治：润肝，补肾，益精气，坚筋骨，健腰膝。治疗肾劳、肾冷、腰脊拘挛，以及妇人胎漏、胎堕。
杜仲丸：杜仲（姜汁制炒去丝）、续断（酒浸）各二两。研成粉末，用水煮枣肉调和制成丸剂。每次服用七十丸，梧桐子大小，米汤送服。治疗妊娠两三个月时胎动腰痛欲流产。（按语：此药二钱，佐以桑寄生二钱、夏枯草三钱、淡竹叶茯苓各三钱，是治疗高血压的良方。）
【椿】
主治：涩肠，燥湿，杀蛔虫，治口鼻疳虫、疳积、疥癣，清除肺胃积痰，治疗肠滑、肠风、精滑、梦遗，下血泄痢，妇人血崩，赤白带下，产后恶露不尽。
椿皮丸：椿根白皮、诃黎勒各五钱。母丁香三十个。研成粉末，用醋糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用五十丸。治疗休息痢，日夜无度，气味腥臭难闻，脐腹微痛。
温白丸：椿根白皮不拘多少，酒浸后晒干研粉，用酒糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次用淡酒送服五十丸。治疗脏毒下血。
又方：臭椿根（去皮焙干）四两，苍术（米泔水浸焙）、枳壳（麸炒）各一两。研成粉末，用醋糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用五十丸，每日三次。治疗脾毒肠风下血。
又方：椿白皮一两五钱，干姜、白芍、黄柏（均炒黑）各二钱。研成粉末，用醋糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次空腹服用一百丸。治疗妇人白带。
【漆】
主治：咳嗽，腰痛，绝伤，补中气，续筋骨，安五脏，治疗风寒湿痹，杀三虫，消除年深日久形成的坚硬结滞，破除日久凝结的瘀血，治疗女人疝瘕，经脉不通。
二圣丸：湿漆一两，熬煮一顿饭的时间，加入干漆末一两，和匀制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用三四丸，温酒送服。治疗妇女血气疼痛，以及男子疝气。忌漆体质者不可服用。
万应丸：干漆（炒至烟尽）一两，牛膝一两。研成粉末，将生地汁一升放入银器中慢火熬煮，待可制丸时，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，逐渐加至三五丸，温酒送服。治疗月经瘀阻不来，绕脐疝痛，以及产后血气不调，各种症瘕等证候。
又方：干漆、柏子仁、山茱萸、酸枣仁各等分。研成粉末，蜂蜜调和制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用十四丸，温酒送服，每日二次。治疗五劳七伤。
漆黄丸：生漆、雄黄（另研）、皂角刺各四两，蟾酥、麝香（另研）各三钱。水三升，先放入皂角煎至一升，去渣后放入漆煮沸，待漆浮于水面且干燥不粘手时，离火加入其他药物。用木槌研匀，众人合力制成绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用五十丸，热酒送服，午时和五更各服一次。治疗疠风引起的赤肿硬痛且不痒。
漆黄蟾酥丹：生漆一斤，鲜螃蟹四个。装入瓷罐，封口埋入土中十四天，取出看已化成水。去渣，慢火煎煮，焙干成粉末，加入雄黄、蟾酥末各二两，搅匀，装入瓷罐保存。每次服用二钱，温酒送服，空腹和临睡前各服一次。治疗大麻风。
干漆丸：干漆（炒至烟尽）、芫花（酒拌炒）、鳖甲（醋涂炙）、砂（原文疑为“砂”或特定矿物药，此处保留原意，通常指代某种矿物或炮制品，结合上下文可能指代“硇砂”或其他，但依原文仅列名）、桃仁（麸炒）、木香（不见火）、川乌（盐拌炒黄）各一两。雄黄、麝香（另研）各二钱五分。研成粉末，醋煮面糊制成绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸，食前汤水送服。治疗伏梁（心下有积聚如梁状）。
中漆毒成疮者：用神曲、生蟹黄调涂，或用韭叶捣汁敷，或频繁用盐汤清洗，或用白果树叶煎水洗，或用干荷叶一斤煎水洗。
凡是服用这些药物，如果是平日忌漆之人，必须避免使用，以免中毒。如果中毒，可以服用化斑解毒汤。（附）化斑解毒汤：升麻、石膏、连翘、牛蒡子（炒研）、人中黄、黄连、知母、黑参各一钱。加竹叶二十片，水煎服。此汤原本治疗丹毒。
[Eucommia Bark]
Indications: Moistens the Liver, tonifies the Kidney, benefits essence and qi, strengthens sinews and bones, fortifies the waist and knees. Treats Kidney fatigue (Shen Lao), Cold of the Kidney, stiffness and spasms of the lower back and spine, as well as threatened miscarriage (Tai Lou) and habitual abortion (Tai Duo) in women.
Eucommia Pill (Duzhong Wan): Eucommiae Cortex (processed with ginger juice, stir-fried, remove silk fibers) and Dipsaci Radix (soaked in wine) each 2 liang. Grind into powder, mix with date flesh boiled in water to form pills. Take 70 pills per dose, size of a wu-tong seed, with rice wash. Treats fetal movement, lower back pain, and threatened miscarriage during the second or third month of pregnancy. (Note: This medicine 2 qian, assisted by Taxilli Herba 2 qian, Prunellae Spica stir-fried 3 qian, and Zhu Ling 3 qian, is an excellent prescription for treating hypertension.)
[Toona Sinensis]
Indications: Astringes the intestines, dries dampness, kills roundworms, treats noma caused by parasites in mouth and nose, noma accumulation, scabies, phlegm-stagnation in Lung and Stomach, intestinal slipping, wind in intestines, seminal emission, nocturnal ejaculation, bloody stool, dysentery, metrorrhagia in women, leukorrhea (red and white discharge), and lochia retention after childbirth.
Toona Bark Pill (Chunpi Wan): Toonae Cortex Albus and Terminalia Chebula Fructus each 5 qian. Cardamomi Fructus (Mu Ding Xiang) 30 pieces. Grind into powder, mix with vinegar paste to form pills size of wu-tong seeds. Take 50 pills per dose. Treats chronic dysentery (Xie Xi Li), frequent day and night, foul-smelling, with slight abdominal pain.
Wenbai Pill: Toonae Cortex Albus appropriate amount, soaked in wine, sun-dried, ground into powder, mixed with wine paste to form pills size of wu-tong seeds. Take 50 pills per dose with light wine. Treats internal toxin causing bloody stool.
Another Prescription: Chou Chun Gen (peeled and baked dry) 4 liang, Atractylodis Rhizoma (soaked in rice water and baked) and Aurantii Fructus (stir-fried with bran) each 1 liang. Grind into powder, mix with vinegar paste to form pills size of wu-tong seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, three times daily. Treats spleen toxin causing wind in intestines and bloody stool.
Another Prescription: Chun Bai Pi 1.5 liang, Gan Jiang, Paeoniae Radix Alba, Phellodendri Cortex (all stir-fried until black) each 2 qian. Grind into powder, mix with vinegar paste to form pills size of wu-tong seeds. Take 100 pills per dose on an empty stomach. Treats leukorrhea in women.
[Lacquer Tree Resin]
Indications: Cough, lower back pain, severe injury, tonifies middle jiao, reconnects sinews and bones, calms the five zang organs, treats Bi syndrome due to wind-cold-dampness, kills three types of parasites, eliminates long-standing hard accumulations, breaks up old blood stasis, treats female hernia masses (Shan Jia), and unblocked menstruation.
Ersheng Pill: Shi Qi (wet lacquer) 1 liang, simmered for the duration of one meal, then mixed with Gan Qi (dry lacquer) powder 1 liang to form pills size of wu-tong seeds. Take 3-4 pills per dose with warm wine. Treats blood and qi pain in women, and hernia in men. Contraindicated for those allergic to lacquer.
Wanying Pill: Gan Qi (stir-fried until smoke disappears) 1 liang, Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix 1 liang. Grind into powder, slowly simmer in Yin Zhi Sheng Di Huang Juice (fresh Rehmanniae Radix juice) 1 sheng in a silver vessel until pillable. Form pills size of wu-tong seeds. Take 1 pill per dose, gradually increasing to 3-5 pills, with warm wine. Treats amenorrhea due to blood stasis, periumbilical hernia pain, postpartum disharmony of blood and qi, and various mass syndromes.
Another Prescription: Gan Qi, Biota Semen, Corni Fructus, Ziziphi Spinosae Semen in equal proportions. Grind into powder, mix with honey to form pills size of wu-tong seeds. Take 14 pills per dose with warm wine, twice daily. Treats five exhaustion and seven injuries.
Qihuang Pill: Sheng Qi (raw lacquer), Realgar (separately ground), Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina each 4 liang, Chan Su (toad venom), Moschus (separately ground) each 3 qian. Water 3 sheng. First decoct Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina until reduced to 1 sheng, remove dregs, add lacquer and boil until lacquer floats on surface, dries, and does not stick to hands. Remove from heat, add other medicines. Grind evenly with wooden pestle, form pills size of mung beans by hand. Take 50 pills per dose with hot wine, once at noon and once at wu geng (early morning). Treats leprosy presenting with red swelling, hardness, pain but no itching.
Qihuang Chansu Dan: Sheng Qi 1 jin, fresh crabs 4. Place in porcelain jar, seal and bury in soil for 14 days. Open to find liquefied. Remove dregs, simmer slowly, bake dry into powder. Add Realgar and Chan Su powder each 2 liang, mix well, store in porcelain jar. Take 2 qian per dose with warm wine, once on empty stomach and once before bed. Treats lepromatous leprosy.
Ganqi Pill: Gan Qi (stir-fried until smoke disappears), Genkwa Flos (wine-mixed stir-fried), Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum (coated with vinegar and roasted), Sha (mineral drug), Persicae Semen (bran-stir-fried), Costi Radix (not exposed to fire), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (salt-mixed stir-fried until yellow) each 1 liang. Realgar, Moschus (separately ground) each 2.5 qian. Grind into powder, make pills size of mung beans using vinegar-boiled wheat flour paste. Take 10 pills per dose before meals with decoction. Treats Fuliang (accumulation below heart like a beam).
For sores caused by lacquer poisoning: Apply mixture of Shen Qu and raw crab roe, or apply juice crushed from chive leaves, or frequently wash with salt water, or wash with decoction of Albiziae Cortex/Leaves, or wash with decoction of 1 jin dried lotus leaves.
When taking these medicines, if one is normally allergic to lacquer, must avoid use to prevent poisoning. If poisoned, take Huaban Jiedu Tang. (Appendix) Huaban Jiedu Tang: Cimicifugae Rhizoma, Gypsum Fibrosum, Forsythiae Fructus, Arctii Fructus (stir-fried and ground), Ren Zhong Huang, Scutellariae Radix, Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, Hei Shen each 1 qian. Add 20 bamboo leaves, decoct in water and drink. This decoction originally treats erysipelas.
