【主治功效】
通行水液，消散瘀血，清泄肺热，安定神志，明目退翳，止血生肌，安养五脏，通利小肠。
【方剂一：琥珀人参丸】
主治蛊毒、癫邪所致的心痛、结瘕（腹内结块）。
配方：琥珀五钱，人参一两，五灵脂一两，肉桂五钱，生附子五钱，川芎三钱，沉香三钱，穿山甲三钱。
制法：将上述药材研为细末，用浓煎的苏木汁作为粘合剂，制成梧桐子大小的药丸。
服法：每次服用二钱，早晚各一次，用温酒送服。
功效：治疗血蛊。
【方剂二：琥珀丸】
主治血风虚劳证。症状包括上热下冷，心中烦躁，饮食无味，月经不调，肌肉枯黄憔悴，肠鸣腹痛，气块攻冲，时而寒热交替，头晕痰逆，手足麻木麻痹。若感觉温暖，傍晚时不服药；若出现积块攻筑疼痛，则将鳖甲、桃仁、槟榔、三棱的药量加倍。禁忌食用生冷、葱、苋菜、鱼、虾。
配方：琥珀一两，当归一两，木香一两，川芎一两，防风一两，槟榔一两，三棱一两（炮制），干姜一两（炮制），桂心一两二钱五分，白术五钱，柴胡五钱，人参五钱，青皮七钱五分，吴茱萸七钱五分（炒制），全蝎七钱五分（炒制），附子七钱五分（炮制），草豆蔻七钱五分，赤芍七钱五分，侧柏叶七钱五分，白芷七钱五分，天麻七钱五分，桃仁一两五钱（炒制），鳖甲一两五钱（醋炙）。
制法：将上述药材研为细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的药丸。
服法：每次服用二十丸，空腹时分别在午前、近晚时用温酒送服一次。
【方剂三：又方（琥珀辰砂丸）】
主治胎前产后患病，以及三十六种血冷证、七疝、八瘕、八风、十二痹。症状包括心腹刺痛，中风瘫痪，半身不遂，手足酸痛，乳房中毒结块，胎动不安，死胎不下，胞衣不出，腹胁疼痛如刀刺绕脐，呕逆上气冲击心胸，痰毒等。
配方：琥珀五钱（另研），辰砂五钱（另研），阿胶五钱（碎后炒），五味子五钱，石斛五钱，附子五钱（炮制），肉桂五钱，沉香五钱（勿见火），川芎五钱，牛膝一两（酒浸），当归一两（炒制），肉苁蓉一两（酒浸炒制），人参一两，续断一两，没药一两（另研），熟地黄一两，木香一两（勿见火）。
制法：将上述药材研为细末，用蜂蜜制成弹子大小的药丸。
服法：每次服用一丸，空腹时用温酒化开送服，午后食前再服一次。
加减法：
1. 诸痢疾及赤白带下、血冷崩漏、下血、漏胎下血：用生姜和陈艾炒后，入酒煎化送服。
2. 泄泻不止：用陈米饮化开送服。
3. 涩尿及诸淋证：用通草和灯芯煎汤化开送服。
4. 血晕不知人事：用当归煎汤送服。
5. 上热下冷：用人参汤送服。
6. 遍身虚肿水气：用赤小豆汤送服。
7. 产褥期感染伤寒，及中风角弓反张：用麻黄汤送服。
8. 月经不通或夹杂五色分泌物，断续不止，少食肌瘦，面赤唇焦，食寒食热，四肢烦疼，心躁，黑血斑，赤肿走注，及血风劳伤无力：用童便和姜汁送服。
【方剂四：又方】
主治老妇人经血不止。
配方：琥珀五钱，三棱五钱，黄芩二两（炒制），香附二两，当归一两，川芎一两。
制法：将上述药材研为细末，用黄米饮制成梧桐子大小的药丸。
服法：每次服用二三十丸，空腹时用汤水送服。
【方剂五：琥珀厘清泄浊丸】
主治热淋伴管痛，以及下疳火盛导致的肿痛腐烂。
配方：琥珀一两，大黄十两。
制法：将上述药材研为细末，用鸡蛋清制成梧桐子大小的药丸，外披朱砂粉。
服法：每次空腹服用三钱。
【方剂六：琥珀牛黄丸】
主治梅毒疮破烂，以及一切痈疽久溃不愈，脓水不干。
配方：琥珀一钱，犀牛黄三分，皂角一钱，木香一钱，人中白三钱，轻粉三钱，雄黄三钱，朱砂三钱，乳香三钱，没药三钱，白芷三钱，当归二钱，槐花一两（炒制），丁香春夏一钱五分，秋冬三钱。
制法：将上述药材研为细末，用酒糊制成萝卜子大小的药丸。
服法：第一次服用五丸，五日后改为七丸，又五日后改为九丸，之后仍服七丸。用土茯苓和甘草煎汤送服。
【方剂七：琥珀地黄丸】
主治产后恶露未净，胸腹痛，小便不利。
配方：琥珀二两（另研），干生地八两，玄胡索一两（米炒），当归一两，蒲黄四两（半生半炒），生姜一斤。
制法：先将地黄用酒浸泡，生姜切片捣取汁。用姜汁炒地黄渣，用地黄汁炒姜渣，分别烘干研为细末。注意忌犯铁器。将药末用酒制成弹子大小的药丸。
服法：每次服用一丸，用当归汤化开送服。
【方剂八：琥珀多寐丸】
主治心肾交亏，怔忡少睡。
配方：琥珀一两，党参一两，茯苓一两，远志一两，肉苁蓉一两，羚羊角一两，甘草一两。
制法：将上述药材研为细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的药丸。
服法：每次服用三钱，用灯心汤送服。
【方剂九：琥珀抱龙丸】
主治小儿四季感冒风寒温疫，邪热，痰嗽气急，以及疮疹欲出而发搐。常服可祛风化痰，镇心解热，调和脾胃，益精神。
配方：琥珀一两五钱，天竺黄一两五钱，檀香一两五钱，人参一两五钱，白茯苓一两五钱，生甘草三两，枳壳一两（麸炒），枳实一两（麸炒），朱砂五两，山药一斤（慢火炒至熟透），天南星一两（锉碎，用腊月雄黄牛胆酿制一夜），金箔一百片。
制法：金箔和檀香不过火，其余药材研为细末。朱砂和金箔每两配新汲水一两，放入乳钵中杵匀。随即制成芡实大小的药丸，阴干。用瓦瓶装入麝香一同密封保存。
服法：每次服用一二丸，用葱白或薄荷汤送服。
【方剂十：又方】
主治急慢惊风，发热咳嗽，作搐痰喘惊悸。禁忌鱼腥生冷，乳母同忌。
配方：琥珀二钱五分（用纯瘦猪肉包裹煨烤取出后研制，得二钱），牛胆南星一两六钱（用腊月牛胆制者佳），僵蚕二钱（炒制），雄黄三钱，辰砂三钱，人参三钱，白茯苓三钱，天竺黄五钱，钩藤一两五钱，牛黄五分，麝香一钱，甘草八两（熬膏）。
制法：将除甘草外的药材研为细末，加入甘草膏制成药丸。每料制作二百丸，每丸重五分，以金箔为衣，黄蜡包封。
服法：每次服用一丸。
【方剂十一：琥珀茯苓丸】
主治膀胱积热，小便癃闭淋沥。
配方：琥珀二两（另研），赤茯苓二两，滑石二两（另研），知母二两，黄柏二两，海蛤粉二两（另研），木通二两，当归二两，泽泻二两，人参一两，赤芍一两，栀子仁一两，黄连一两，大黄一两（蒸制），黄芩一两，白术一两，瞿麦一两，蓄一两，猪苓一两，木香五钱。

【方剂十二：琥珀犀角膏】
主治咽喉口舌生疮。
配方：琥珀一钱，生犀角屑一钱，人参二钱，辰砂二钱，酸枣仁二钱，茯神二钱，片脑一字（另研）。
制法：将上述药材研为细末，用蜂蜜调和成膏。
服法：每次服用一弹子大小，用麦冬煎汤送服，每日五次。
【方剂十三：琥珀调经丸】
主治妇人胞冷无子。
配方：琥珀一两，香附一片（分浸童便和醋各九日，取出），陈熟艾四两，醋五碗，川芎二钱，当归二钱，熟地黄二钱，生地黄二钱，白芍二钱，没药二钱。
制法：将艾叶用醋在砂锅内炒干，与其他药材研为细末，用醋调和制成梧桐子大小的药丸。
服法：每次服用百丸，空腹时用艾醋汤送服。
【方剂十四：琥珀蜡矾丸】
主治痈疽发背已成未溃，散血解毒，护心护膜。
配方：琥珀一钱（另研），黄蜡一两，白矾一两二钱，雄黄二钱二分，朱砂二钱二分，蜂蜜二钱。
制法：将黄蜡和蜂蜜放入铜勺熔化，离火片刻，待蜡四边稍凝时，加入药末搅匀，迅速制成绿豆大小的药丸，以朱砂为衣。
服法：每次服用二三十丸，食后服用。毒重者早晚服用。
【方剂十五：琥珀养心丹】
主治血虚惊悸，夜卧不宁，或怔忡心跳。
配方：琥珀二钱（另研），龙齿一两（另研），远志一两（黑豆甘草同煮去骨），石菖蒲五钱，茯神五钱，人参五钱，酸枣仁五钱（炒制），当归七钱，生地黄七钱，柏子仁五钱，黄连三钱，朱砂三钱（另研），牛黄一钱（另研）。
制法：将上述药材研为细末，用猪心血调和制成黍米大小的药丸，以金箔为衣。
服法：每次服用五十丸，用灯心汤送服。
【方剂十六：琥珀散】
主治妇人血风劳气，脐腹疼痛，月经不调，日渐羸瘦。
配方：琥珀七钱五分（细研），白术七钱五分，当归七钱五分，桃仁七钱五分（麸炒），赤芍七钱五分，柴胡一两，鳖甲一两（醋炙），玄胡索五钱，红花子五钱，丹皮五钱，桂心五钱。
制法：将上述药材研为散剂。
服法：每次服用四钱，加生姜，水煎服。
【方剂十七：又方】
主治妇人血风惊悸。
配方：琥珀五钱，没药五钱，木香五钱，当归五钱，芍药五钱，白芷五钱，羌活五钱，干地黄五钱，玄胡索五钱，川芎五钱，土瓜根一两，丹皮一两，白术一两，桂心一两。
制法：将上述药材研为细末。
服法：每次服用一钱，加水少许酒煎服。
【方剂十八：琥珀黑龙丹】
主治死胎胞衣不下，败血上冲。
配方：五灵脂三两（酒研澄去砂），当归三两，川芎三两，干地黄三两，高良姜三两，琥珀三钱五分，百草霜三钱五分，硫磺三钱五分，花蕊石三钱，乳香三钱。
制法：将前五味药放入阳城罐内，用盐泥封固，炭火烧至通红，去火冷却后研细。再加入后五味药研末和匀，用醋糊制成弹子大小的药丸。
服法：每次服用一丸，将药丸投入烧红的炭火中，使其通红，然后投入生姜自然汁中，浸碎研化。加入无灰酒和少许麝香，不时频服一口。
【方剂十九：又方】
主治五瘿六瘤，不论新久，但未溃者。
配方：琥珀一两，南星一两（姜汁拌炒），京墨一两，五灵脂一两（炒制），海带五钱，海藻五钱，血竭二两，木香三钱，麝香一钱。
制法：各研为细末和匀，用蜜制成每重一钱的药丸，以金箔为衣。
服法：每次服用一丸，用热酒化开。根据病情上下，分饭前饭后服用。
【方剂二十：琥珀泽兰煎】
主治妇人三十六种血气，八风，五痹，七症，八瘕。症状包括心腹刺痛，中风瘫痪，手足酸痛，乳中结瘀，妊娠胎动，胎死不出，胞衣不下，败血凑心，头旋眼花，血注四肢，浑身浮肿，冲任久虚，绝产无嗣，经脉不调，赤白带下，恶心呕逆，身体瘦倦。
配方：琥珀一两，泽兰叶一两，丹皮一两，紫巴戟一两（去心糯米炒），大茴香一两，五味子一两，五加皮一两，刘寄奴一两，川芎一两，白芍一两，生地黄一两，熟地黄一两，人参一两，白术一两，附子一两，蕲艾叶一两（醋炒）。
制法：将上述药材研为细末，用蜜制成弹子大小的药丸。
服法：每次服用一丸，食前用温酒磨化服用。
加减法：
1. 凡寒热往来，四肢烦疼者：用青蒿汤送服。
2. 经闭者：用红花汤送服。
3. 血晕不省人事者：用童便和暖酒送服。
4. 催生者：用鸡子清和酒送服。
5. 血气血块攻刺心腹者：用烧秤锤淬酒送服。
6. 伤风及中风口噤者：用麻黄汤送服。
7. 心悸头痛者：用薄荷汤送服。
8. 咳嗽者：用桑白皮汤送服。
9. 血气攻注浑身瘙痒，头面麻痹者：用炒黑豆浸酒送服。
10. 胎前产后常服，不生诸疾：怀孕八月，一日一服，可滑胎易产。
Indications: Promotes water metabolism, dissipates blood stasis, clears lung heat, calms the mind, brightens the eyes, removes nebula, stops bleeding, promotes tissue regeneration, stabilizes the five zang organs, benefits the small intestine. Treats gu poison (parasitic disease), madness and evil pathogens causing heart pain and mass formation; five types of strangury (dysuria) and hematochezia; postpartum blood stasis pain in women; traumatic blood stasis.
Hupo Renshen Wan (Amber and Ginseng Pill): Amber 5 qian, Ginseng and Trogopterus Dung (Wulingzhi) 1 liang each, Cinnamon Twig (Rougui) and Raw Aconite Root (Sheng Fuzi) 5 qian each, Szechwan Lovage Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Agarwood (Chenxiang), Pangolin Scale (Chuanshanjia) 3 qian each. Grind into fine powder, make pills the size of mulberry seeds using concentrated decoction of Bixa Orellana Seed (Sumu). Take 2 qian per dose, with warm wine, twice daily (morning and evening). Treats blood gu (blood parasitic disease).

Process gold leaf and sandalwood without overheating; grind other ingredients into powder. For every 1 liang of Cinnabar and Gold Leaf, mix with 1 liang of fresh drawn water in a mortar until uniform. Form pills the size of Euryale Seed (Qianshi), dry in shade. Store in a clay jar with Musk (Shexiang). Take 1-2 pills per dose, with scallion white or Mint (Bohe) decoction. Treats pediatric seasonal colds, wind-cold, warm epidemics, pathogenic heat, phlegm cough with rapid breathing, and convulsions during eruption of rashes. Another Prescription: Amber 2 qian 5 fen (wrapped in lean pork, baked, extracted, and ground to yield 2 qian), Ox Gall Arisaema (Niudan Nanxing) (preferably prepared with ox gall from twelfth lunar month) 1 liang 6 qian, Bombyx Batryticatus (Jiangcan) (stir-fried) 2 qian, Realgar (Xionghuang), Cinnabar (Zhusha), Ginseng, White Poria (Baifuling) 3 qian each, Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix (Tianzhuhuang) 5 qian, Uncaria Rhynchophylla (Gouteng) 1 liang 5 qian, Calculus Bovis (Niuhuang) 5 fen, Musk (Shexiang) 1 qian. Grind into fine powder, mix with licorice root (Gancao) 8 liang boiled down to paste. Make pills. Each batch yields 200 pills, each weighing 5 fen, coated with gold leaf, sealed in yellow wax. Take one pill per dose. Treats acute and chronic infantile convulsions, fever, cough, convulsions, phlegm wheezing, palpitations. Grind into powder. Take 1 qian per dose with water and a little wine, decoct. Treats female blood wind palpitations.
Hupo Heilong Dan (Amber Black Dragon Pill): Trogopterus Dung (Wulingzhi) (studied in wine, clarified, sand removed), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), Szechwan Lovage Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Dried Rehmannia Root (Di Huang), Galangal (Gaoliangjiang) 3 liang each. Place in Yangcheng jar, seal with salt mud, roast over charcoal until red hot, cool after removing fire, grind finely. Add non-intoxicating wine and a little musk, take frequent small sips. Treats retained dead fetus/placenta, rebellious blood rushing upward.
