五倍子内虫
Use Baoyaojian (a medicinal agent fermented from Galla Chinensis and tea leaves) ground into powder, mixed with saliva, and applied around the periphery of the ulcer. Breast induration and hard pain: Grind Baoyaojian into powder. Take 3 qian per dose, with one cup of wine, boil for a few moments, and take to achieve efficacy. (*Jingyan Fang*)
Changyong (intestinal abscess) internal pain: *Ziziphus Jujuba* (Da Zao, Red Date, keep the core and burn until carbonized but retaining properties) and Baoyaojian in equal proportions, grind into powder. Take 1 qian per dose, with warm wine, once daily, to achieve efficacy. (*Zhizhi Fang*)
Large intestine hematochezia: Baoyaojian and *Schizonepetae Spica* (Jingjie Sui, burn until carbonized but retaining properties) in equal proportions, grind into powder, make pills with starch paste the size of wutong seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, with rice water. (*Shengji Zonglu*)
Changfeng bleeding (hematochezia caused by wind pathogen): 2 liang of Baoyaojian, half used raw, half stir-fried until carbonized but retaining properties, grind into powder, make pills with rice paste the size of wutong seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, with rice water. (*Puji Fang*)
Qi hemorrhoids of the large intestine causing pain and bleeding: Grind Baoyaojian into powder. Take 3 qian per dose, mixed with thin porridge, twice daily. (*Jiyan Fang*)
Changfeng and Zangdu bleeding: Use Baoyaojian (burned until carbonized but retaining properties), *Prunus Mume* (Wumei, burned with the core), and *Angelicae Dahuricae Radix* (Baizhi, not exposed to direct fire) ground into powder, make pills with water paste the size of wutong seeds. Alcohol-induced dysentery with bleeding: Baoyaojian, *Galla Chinensis* (Wubeizi), and aged *Sophorae Flos* (Chen Huaihua) in equal proportions, bake and grind into powder, make pills with wine paste the size of wutong seeds. Take an appropriate amount, delivered with wine. (*Benshi Fang*)
Dysentery with rectal prolapse: One piece of Baoyaojian, three aged white plums, and a handful of *Chaenomelis Fructus* (Mugua), add one bowl of water, decoct until half remains. Take twice daily. (*Shengji Zonglu*)
Hematuria in men and women: Use genuine Baoyaojian, *Plantaginis Semen* (Cheqianzi, stir-fried), and *Coptidis Rhizoma* (Huanglian) each 3.5 qian, *Aucklandiae Radix* (Muxiang) 2 qian, and *Talcum* (Huashi) 1 qian, grind into powder. Take 2 qian on an empty stomach with a decoction of *Junci Medulla* (Dengcao), twice daily. (*Puji Fang*)
Relieving summerheat and quenching thirst: Baoyaojian and Lacha (winter-picked tea) in equal proportions, grind into powder, mix with mashed flesh of *Prunus Mume* (Wumei), make pills the size of *Euryales Semen* (Qianshi). Contain one pill at a time. Named Shuipiao Wan. (*Shilin Guangji*)
