以上药材等分制成细末，用醋煮面糊作为粘合剂，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用四十丸，空腹或饭前，用熟水送服。或者加入少许麝香做成散剂，每次服用二钱，用煎好的阿胶汤调服，或用酒调服也可以。排出秽浊的脓血、促进肌肉生长即为见效。
治疗一切痔漏，久治不愈者。

If the wound is dry without pus or blood, apply Sanhuang San (*Three Yellows Powder*) externally.
