【双白丹】

【玉绣球丹】
治疗男子、妇人一切虚冷证，气血虚损，筋骨消瘦，逐渐形成痨瘵（慢性消耗性疾病）。以及大病初愈，气血尚未恢复，饮食稍有过伤，脏腑虚弱滑脱。或者腹痛突然腹泻，完全不想进食，呕吐逆酸水，腹部和胁肋胀满，夜间多虚汗。以及妇人赤白带下，长期不孕，都适宜服用此药。
砒（一两，取益母草烧成灰一两，独扫帚草烧成灰一两，与砒一同研匀，用米醋调和合成一块，待干燥后，放在新瓦片上……蛎壳（二两，用盐泥密封加固，待干燥，用五斤炭火煅烧……炭火燃尽待冷却，去掉泥土，净重称取一两，研成粉末）白矾。
以上药材一同研磨至极均匀，用煮浓的糯米糊制成如鸡头米大小的丸药，阴干。每次服用一粒，空腹时，用刚打来的冷水送服。忌食猪肉。
【久炼太素丹】
治疗男子、妇人一切虚损，夜间梦境纷纭，遗精失禁，大便滑泄，长期腹泻导致肌肉消瘦。以及妇人赤白带下，都适宜服用此药。
寒水石（用盐泥密封加固，火煅十日十夜，放凉后使用），阳起石（放入坩埚内，煅烧至通红，放凉后使用）。

[Shuangbai Dan (Double White Pill)]
Treats accumulated cold in the Spleen and Stomach, deficiency and weakness of Yin and Yang, incessant vomiting and diarrhea, as well as dysentery with pus and blood; all these conditions are treated by this formula.
Yangqishi (Calcium Silicate Mineral, 1 fen, crushed), Baizhishi (Kaolinite, 1 fen, ground together), Bai Fan (Alum, 0.5 liang), Pi (Arsenic Trioxide, 0.5 liang. The latter two are ground together into powder).
Hufen (Lead Carbonate).
Take one clay pot for the above ingredients. First, spread Yangqishi to cover the bottom of the pot. Next, add Bai Fan and Pi. Finally, cover the top with Baizhishi. Seal and reinforce with salt mud. After drying, calcine with five jin of charcoal fire until red hot. Once the fire is exhausted, bury it in a pit in the ground overnight, then take it out. Grind it finely together with Hufen. Use paste made from boiled glutinous rice flour as a binder to form pills.
[Yuxiuqiu Dan (Jade Embroidered Ball Pill)]
Treats all deficiency-cold conditions in men and women, deficiency and damage of Qi and Blood, emaciation of muscles and bones, gradually developing into phthisis (chronic consumptive disease). It also treats cases where a major illness has just stabilized but Qi and Blood have not yet recovered, or where improper diet has injured the organs, leading to visceral deficiency and sliding (incontinence/looseness). It addresses sudden abdominal pain with acute diarrhea, complete loss of appetite, vomiting of sour fluid, distension and fullness in the abdomen and hypochondrium, and nocturnal spontaneous sweating due to deficiency. It is also suitable for women with red and white leukorrhea and long-term infertility.
Pi (Arsenic Trioxide, 1 liang. Take 1 liang of ash from burning Motherwort Herb [Leonuri Fructus], and 1 liang of ash from burning Besom Broom Twig [Cytisi Ramulus]. Mix evenly with Pi, bind with rice vinegar into a solid mass, dry, place on new tile... Li (Oyster Shell, 2 liang. Seal with salt mud, dry, calcine with five jin of charcoal fire... after fire is exhausted and cooled, remove mud, weigh pure material at 1 liang, grind into powder). Bai Fan (Alum).
Grind all ingredients together until extremely uniform. Use thick paste from boiled glutinous rice flour to form pills the size of a cock's head. Dry in the shade. Take one pill per dose, on an empty stomach, swallowed with fresh cold water. Avoid eating pork.
[Jiulian Taisu Dan (Long-Calcined Supreme Purity Pill)]
Treats all deficiency conditions in men and women, frequent vivid dreams at night, seminal emission and urinary incontinence, loose stools, and muscle emaciation due to chronic diarrhea. It is also suitable for women with red and white leukorrhea.
Hanshui Shi (Aragonite, sealed with salt mud, calcined for ten days and ten nights, used after cooling), Yangqishi (Calcium Silicate Mineral, placed in a crucible, calcined until red hot, used after cooling).
