治眉棱骨痛不可忍者，此痰厥也。
半夏（不以多少，汤洗七次，切作片子）
上件 咀。每服三钱，水一盏半，生姜十片，煎至八分，去滓温服，食后。
治肺感寒邪，咳嗽喘急，胸膈痞闷，肢体烦疼。

上件为细末，次研杏仁令细，同前药和匀，炼蜜为丸，每一两作一十五丸。每服一丸，

治肺气虚寒，咳嗽不止，痰唾并多，或吐血、咯血、劳嗽，并皆治之。

麦门冬
上件为细末，炼蜜为丸，每一两作一十五丸。每服一丸，含化，食后。
治肺胃受寒，咳嗽不已，呕吐痰沫，胁肋引痛，喘满气短，睡卧不安。
五味子（一两） 干姜（一钱，炮） 肉桂（去粗皮，三分） 甘草（一钱半，炙） 款
冬花（二钱）
上件为细末，炼蜜和丸，每一两作一十五丸。用热汤化下，食空。
治疗眉棱骨疼痛剧烈难以忍受的症状，这属于痰厥证。

治疗肺气虚寒，咳嗽不止，痰涎唾沫增多，或者出现吐血、咯血、劳嗽等症状，均予以治疗。

将上述药材制成细末，用炼蜜制作成丸剂，每两药粉制成十五丸。每次服用一丸，含化咽下，饭后服用，临睡前服用。
治疗肺脏内部受损，咳嗽气急，日久不愈，逐渐身体消瘦虚弱。
蛤蚧（一对，炙烤后去除口足部分） 诃子（煨制后去核） 阿胶（用蛤粉炒至呈珠状） 熟干地黄（清洗焙干） 麦门冬
将上述药材制成细末，用炼蜜制作成丸剂，每两药粉制成十五丸。每次服用一丸，含化咽下，饭后服用。
治疗肺胃受寒，咳嗽不停，呕吐痰沫，胁肋部牵引疼痛，喘满气短，睡眠不安。
五味子（一两） 干姜（一钱，炮制） 肉桂（去除粗皮，三分） 甘草（一钱半，炙烤） 款冬花（二钱）
将上述药材制成细末，用炼蜜和匀制作成丸剂，每两药粉制成十五丸。用热开水化开服用，空腹时服用。

The above ingredients are cut into small pieces. For each dose, take three qian, add one dan of water and ten slices of fresh ginger, decoct until eight fen remains, remove the dregs, and take warm after meals.
Treats lung affected by cold pathogen, resulting in coughing, wheezing, and urgency; chest and diaphragm stuffiness and oppression; and limb restlessness and pain.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (remove the rhizome head) Ziwan (Asteris Radix) Baihe (Lilii Bulbus) Beimu (Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus) (processed) Kuandonghua (Farfarae Flos) Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) (soaked in boiling water, skin and tip removed, stir-fried with bran) Gancao (Licorice Radix et Rhizoma) (roasted) Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix)
The above ingredients are ground into a fine powder. Separately grind the apricot seeds until fine, mix evenly with the other medicines, and form pills using refined honey. Each liang of powder makes fifteen pills. Take one pill per dose, chew thoroughly.
Treats deficiency-cold of the lung qi, incessant coughing, excessive phlegm and saliva, or hematemesis, hemoptysis, and consumptive cough; all are treated.

The above ingredients are ground into a fine powder, formed into pills using refined honey. Each liang of powder makes fifteen pills. Take one pill per dose, dissolve in the mouth, take after meals and before bedtime.
Treats internal injury of the lung organ, coughing with rapid breathing, lingering for a long time without resolution, gradually leading to emaciation and weakness.
