上件为细末，入飞罗面拌匀。每用少许，冷水调稀稠所得，贴患处。痈疽发背肿满，以
药敷疮周遭，留病处头脑，次用纸盖贴之。
治痔漏有窍，下血疼痛。
干黄蜀葵花 黄柏（去粗皮，蜜炙） 黄丹（飞过） 韶粉（以上四味各半两） 麝香

上件前二味捣、罗为细末，同后三味研匀，每用于患处干贴之。
治痔漏有窍子者。
铜绿（别研） 白矾（别研） 密陀僧（别研） 降真香 楮叶
上件各等分为细末。每用少许，以纸 蘸药，捻入痔漏窍中。
治外痔成疮疼痛。
密陀僧（二钱，别研） 麝香（半钱） 片白脑子（半钱） 铜绿（一字）
上件同研极细。先以温浆水浴疮、拭干，次用药少许贴之。
贴痔定疼痛。
黄连（去须，一两） 黄柏（去粗皮，二两） 腻粉（一钱）
上件为细末。先用浆水洗疮，后看疮大小，药贴之，日三次。
治垂肠、翻花、鼠奶等痔，热痛不可忍，或已成疮者，并皆治之。
片白脑子 铅白霜
上件各半字，用好酒少许，研成膏子涂之，随手辄愈。
治疗痔疮。

将上述药物研成细末，加入飞罗面拌匀。每次取少量，用冷水调至适宜的稀稠度，贴敷于患处。对于痈疽发背肿胀满溢的情况，将药敷在疮口周围，留出病灶中心部位，然后用纸覆盖贴敷。
治疗痔漏有窍道，下血疼痛。
干黄蜀葵花 黄柏（去除粗皮，蜜炙） 黄丹（飞过处理） 韶粉（以上四味各半两） 麝香（一钱，另研）
将前两种药物捣碎、过筛成细末，与后三种药物研磨均匀。每次使用时，直接干贴于患处。
治疗痔漏有窍孔的。
铜绿（另研） 白矾（另研） 密陀僧（另研） 降真香 楮叶
将上述药物各等分研成细末。每次取少量，用纸蘸取药物，捻入痔漏的窍孔中。
治疗外痔成疮疼痛。
密陀僧（二钱，另研） 麝香（半钱） 片白脑子（半钱） 铜绿（一字）
将上述药物共同研磨至极细。先用温浆水清洗疮口并擦干，然后取少量药物贴敷。
贴敷痔疮以定疼痛。
黄连（去须，一两） 黄柏（去粗皮，二两） 腻粉（一钱）
将上述药物研成细末。先用浆水洗疮，然后根据疮口大小，用药贴敷，每日三次。
治疗脱肛、翻花、鼠奶等痔疮，热痛难忍，或已成疮者，均能治疗。
片白脑子 铅白霜
将上述药物各取半字量，用好酒少许，研磨成膏状涂敷，随手即可痊愈。
Treat hemorrhoids.
*Smilax riparia* bulb (use root in winter, herb in summer, baked) *Alumen* (raw) *Solanum melongena* fruit (blooms purple flowers, bears fruit hanging down with one to three petals, resembling *Papaver somniferum* seed)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix well with sifted wheat flour. Use a small amount each time, dilute with cold water to an appropriate consistency, and apply to the affected area. For carbuncles and back abscesses with swelling and fullness, apply the medicine around the wound, leaving the center of the lesion exposed, then cover with paper and apply.
Treat fistula-in-ano with orifices, bleeding, and pain.
*Dried Hibiscus mutabilis flower* *Phellodendri Cortex* (remove coarse bark, honey-fried) *Minium* (sublimated) *Shaofen* (the above four ingredients, each half liang) *Moschus* (one qian, separately ground)
Pound and sieve the first two ingredients into a fine powder, grind uniformly with the latter three ingredients. Apply dry powder directly to the affected area each time.
Treat fistula-in-ano with orifices.
*Cuprum carbonicum* (separately ground) *Alumen* (separately ground) *Lithargyrum* (separately ground) *Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum* *Broussonetia papyrifera leaf*
Grind the above ingredients in equal parts into a fine powder. Use a small amount each time, dip paper in the medicine, roll it up, and insert it into the orifice of the fistula-in-ano.
Treat external hemorrhoids forming ulcers with pain.
*Lithargyrum* (two qian, separately ground) *Moschus* (half qian) *Borneolum Syntheticum* (half qian) *Cuprum carbonicum* (one zi)
Grind the above ingredients together until extremely fine. First wash the ulcer with warm grain water, dry it, then apply a small amount of medicine.
Apply to hemorrhoids to relieve pain.
*Coptidis Rhizoma* (remove stamens, one liang) *Phellodendri Cortex* (remove coarse bark, two liang) *Calomelas* (one qian)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. First wash the ulcer with grain water, then apply medicine according to the size of the ulcer, three times a day.
Treat prolapsed rectum, cauliflower-like growths, rat-milk hemorrhoids, etc., with unbearable heat and pain, or those already formed into ulcers; all can be treated.
*Borneolum Syntheticum* *Plumbi Subcarbonas*
Take half a zi of each ingredient, add a small amount of good wine, grind into a paste, and apply. Healing occurs immediately upon application.
Treat hemorrhoids with heat and pain.
One crucian carp, split open, remove intestines and guts, fill with *Equiseti Hiemalis Herba*, burn until charred but retaining efficacy.
Grind the above ingredient into a fine powder, mix with borneol and honey, and apply externally.
