治产后血渴，饮水不止。
黄芩（新瓦焙干） 麦门冬（去心。各半两）
上件 咀。每服三钱，水一盏半，煎至八分，去滓温服，不拘时候。
治产后一切中风，角弓反张，口噤涎潮。
独活（不以多少）
上件为细末。每服二钱，豆淋酒调下。豆淋酒法∶用好酒一升，黑豆一合（炒令烟出），
热投
治气血凝滞，奶脉不行。（以下下奶方。）
白药子（二两） 栝蒌根（二两） 蛇蜕皮（半两，炙黄） 漏芦（去苗，半两）
上件为细末。每服三钱，温酒调下，不拘时候。
下奶。
莴苣子 胡桃肉（去涩皮。各等分）
上件研细。每服三钱，热酒调下，不拘时候。
治妇人奶痈才觉作疼，毒瓦斯欲结者，便服此药，令内消。（以下奶痈方。）
车螯壳（火 ，一两） 乳香（半两，别研） 甘草（一两，炙） 腻粉（半钱）
上件为细末。每服一钱，用乳香温酒调下，食后，日进三服。
治奶肿硬痛不可忍。
穿山甲（炙焦，一两） 木通（一两） 自然铜（半两，生用）
上件为细末。每服二钱，温酒调下，食后。

车螯壳（火煅，一两） 乳香（半两，单独研细） 甘草（一两，炙） 腻粉（半钱）
以上药材研成细末。每次服用一钱，用乳香和温酒调服，饭后服用，每日三次。
治疗乳房肿胀坚硬疼痛难以忍受。
穿山甲（炙焦，一两） 木通（一两） 自然铜（半两，生用）
以上药材研成细末。每次服用二钱，用温酒调服，饭后服用。
治疗乳痈。
大枣（四十九枚，烧成灰保留药性）
不论痈肿大小，将全部灰烬与粪堆下的土混合，细研取三、四钱，调和均匀，用新汲水调敷。
Treats postpartum blood thirst (a condition characterized by intense thirst due to blood deficiency or heat) with incessant drinking.
Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae, baked on a new tile) and Maidong (Rhizoma Ophiopogonis, heart removed), each half liang.
Crush the above ingredients. Take three qian per dose, decoct in one and a half zhen of water until reduced to eight parts, strain, and take warm at any time.
Treats various types of wind-stroke (Zhongfeng) occurring after childbirth, presenting with opisthotonos (Jiaogong fanzhang), trismus (Koujin), and profuse salivation.
Duhuo (Radix Angelicae Pubescentis), quantity as needed.
Pulverize the above ingredient into a fine powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with Doulinjiu (Soybean-dripping wine). Method for preparing Doulinjiu: Take one sheng of good wine and one he of black soybeans (stir-fried until smoke rises), and pour the hot wine over the beans.
Treats qi and blood stagnation with obstruction of the milk vessels. (The following is a formula to promote lactation.)
Baiyaozi (Radix Bletillae Striatae), two liang; Gualougen (Radix Trichosanthis), two liang; Shetuipi (Excoriatio Serpentis, roasted until yellow), half liang; Loulu (Radix Radicis Euphorbiae), half liang (with seedlings removed).
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take three qian per dose, mixed with warm wine, at any time.
To promote lactation.
Wojuzi (Semen Lactucae) and Hutao Rou (Semen Juglandis, astringent skin removed), in equal proportions.
Grind the above ingredients finely. Take three qian per dose, mixed with hot wine, at any time.
Treats puerperal mastitis (Naiyong) where pain is just beginning and toxic factors are about to coagulate; taking this medicine immediately will cause internal resolution. (The following is a formula for mastitis.)
Che'ao Ke (Concha Meretrixis, calcined), one liang; Ruxiang (Resina Draconis, separately ground), half liang; Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, roasted), one liang; Nifen (Calomelas), half qian.
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take one qian per dose, mixed with Ruxiang and warm wine, taken after meals, three times daily.
Treats breast swelling, hardness, and unbearable pain.
Chuanshanjia (Squama Manis, roasted until charred), one liang; Mutong (Caulis Akebiae), one liang; Ziran Tong (Pyritas), half liang (used raw).
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with warm wine, taken after meals.
Treats mastitis.
Dazao (Fructus Jujubae, forty-nine pieces, burned to ash while retaining medicinal property).
Regardless of the size of the abscess, use all the ash and soil from under a manure pile, grind them finely, take three to four qian, mix evenly, and apply externally using freshly drawn water.
Treats "blown milk" (Chuina) causing swelling and pain.
Zaojiao (Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis), quantity as needed.
Decoct the above ingredient in river water to obtain a concentrated juice, strain, and boil down to a paste. Apply topically for cure.
