也)。肥白人多湿痰,加白术、半夏;赤带,加酒炒条芩、荆芥;

The *Mai Jing* (Pulse Classic) states: For women with leukorrhea, which is one of the "Six Extremes" diseases, a floating pulse indicates intestinal murmurs and abdominal fullness; a tight pulse indicates abdominal pain; a rapid pulse indicates itching in the vagina, with sores forming where it hurts; a wiry pulse indicates pulling pain in the vagina. If a woman with leukorrhea has a floating pulse and aversion to cold, it is considered difficult to treat. (This is an untreatable syndrome of leukorrhea).
Qingbai San (Clear White Powder): Treats white leukorrhea. (This formula derives from Zhu Danxi's method, but combined with Siwu Tang, it seems suitable for thin individuals prone to deficiency fire.)
Herbs: Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Baishao Yao (Fried Paeoniae Radix Alba), Sheng Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Recens), Huangbai (Salt-water fried Phellodendri Cortex), Chugenpi (Wine-fried Ailanthi Cortex), Beimu (each 1 qian); Ganjiang (Charred dried ginger), Gancao (each 0.5 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Crush the herbs. Add three slices of fresh ginger, decoct in water. (Note: Huangbai clears heat from the lower jiao; Chugenpi dries dampness in the lower part; Ganjiang warms the middle and assists yang; Gancao harmonizes the spleen and stomach. Beimu is included to address concurrent symptoms.) For obese individuals with much phlegm-damp, add Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) and Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma); for red leukorrhea, add wine-fried Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) and Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba); for chronic cases, add Shudihuang (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix) and Muli (Ostreae Concha); for qi deficiency, add Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) and Huangqi (Astragali Radix); for soreness and pain in the waist and legs, add Lujiaojiao (Colla Cornus Cervi), or simply use Erchen Tang (Two-Cured Decoction) plus Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) and Baizhu; if the goal is to raise bladder qi to dispel dampness, add Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), Cangzhu, and Baizhu. (It is not raising bladder dampness, but raising sunken qi to dispel dampness.)
Jiedai San (Leukorrhea-Relieving Powder): Treats irregular qi and blood, damp-heat-induced white leukorrhea, fatigue in the four limbs, five-palm heat, and dyspepsia due to phlegm stagnation. (This is a standard method used by masters.)
Herbs: Dangguishen (Wine-washed Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Xiangfuzi (Vinegar-fried Cyperi Rhizoma, each 1.5 qian); Baishao Yao (Wine-fried Paeoniae Radix Alba), Baizhu (Earth-fried Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, each 1.2 qian); Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Baifuling (Poria), Chenpi (Tangerine Peel, pith removed), Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex, each 1 qian); Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Yanhusuo (Corydalis Rhizoma, each 0.8 qian); Gancao (Honey-fried Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 0.4 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Crush for one dose. Add fresh ginger, decoct in water, and take on an empty stomach.
Chupi Wan (Toona Pill): Treats red and white leukorrhea due to damp-heat. (The following four formulas are all unique creations of Zhu Danxi, focusing primarily on clearing damp-heat, thus using Chunpi [Toona sinensis bark] and Huangbai. However, Shaoyao [Paeoniae Radix] astringes liver fire, and Liangjiang [Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma] is used as an adjunctive agent charred to ash, a method superior to other formulas, quite remarkable.)
Herbs: Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix, 5 qian), Liangjiang (Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma, 3 qian, charred to ash), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, 2 qian, both charred to ash), Chun Genpi (Ailanthi Radicis Cortex, 1 liang 5 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into fine powder, make pills with rice porridge the size of paulownia seeds. Take 40-50 pills per dose, on an empty stomach with rice water.
Shengshi Wan (Dampness-Overcoming Pill): Treats red and white leukorrhea caused by excessive damp-heat.
Herbs: Cangzhu (Salt-fried Atractylodis Rhizoma), Baishao Yao (Fried Paeoniae Radix Alba), Huashi (Fried Talcum, each 1 liang); Chun Genpi (Fried Ailanthi Radicis Cortex, 1 liang); Ganjiang (Roasted Dried Ginger, 2 qian); Diyü (Sanguisorbae Radix, 5 qian); Zhiqiao (Fried Aurantii Fructus), Gancao (Honey-fried Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, each 3 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into fine powder, make pills with rice porridge the size of paulownia seeds. Take 100 pills on an empty stomach with rice water. (Another version uses 2 liang of Ganjiang, which seems erroneous.) (This formula adds Cangzhu to dry dampness in the middle jiao; Diyü to warm the lower part; Zhiqiao to regulate qi in the upper part; Huashi to promote urination and drain dampness in the lower part; Ganjiang assists in drying dampness. Using 2 liang of Ganjiang is incorrect.)
Cangqu Chupi Wan (Atractylodes, Yeast, and Toona Pill): Treats leukorrhea. (Primarily targets damp-heat in the stomach, hence this formulation.)
Herbs: Chun Genpi (Ailanthi Radicis Cortex, 2 liang), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix, 1.5 liang), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Shenqu (Fermented Mass, fried), Maipi Qu (Wheat Bran Fermented Mass, fried), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, fried, each 1 liang); Huashi (Talcum), Zhiqiao (Aurantii Fructus, each 0.5 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into fine powder, make pills with rice porridge the size of paulownia seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, on an empty stomach with rice water.
Cebei Chupi Wan (Platycladi and Toona Pill): Treats white leukorrhea caused by emotional injury, indicated by a rapid pulse. (Because the pulse is rapid, Huanglian [Coptidis Rhizoma] and Cebeiye [Platycladi Cacumen] are used instead of Cangzhu, as Cangzhu is too drying. Burning Baizhi [Angelicae Dahuricae Radix] enters the Yangming meridian and has astringent properties; Baizhu tonifies middle qi and strengthens the spleen, the rest being self-evident.)
Herbs: Chun Genpi (Fried Ailanthi Radicis Cortex, 2 liang), Xiangfuzi (Vinegar-fried Cyperi Rhizoma), Baishao Yao (Fried Paeoniae Radix Alba), Baizhu (Fried Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, each 1 liang); Cebeiye (Wine-steamed Platycladi Cacumen), Huanglian (Fried Coptidis Rhizoma), Huangbai (Fried Phellodendri Cortex, each 0.5 liang); Baizhi (Burnt to retain nature, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, 3 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Make pills with rice porridge, size of paulownia seeds. Take 70 pills with rice water.
Commentary: Chun Genpi is cool in nature and dries dampness, suitable for excess heat. The latter formula contains Huanglian, Xiangfu, and Muxiang, making it suitable for emotional injuries.
Kelian Wan (Melia Pill): Excellent for treating red and white leukorrhea. (Especially suitable for pain in the lower part.)
Herbs: Kelian (Meliae Semen, crushed, soaked in wine), Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma, fried; one version uses Da Huixiang [Illicii Fructus]), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, equal parts).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into fine powder, mix with wine to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30-50 pills per dose, on an empty stomach with warm wine. For blood stasis, add Taoren (Persicae Semen); for cold in the Blood Sea, add Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus). For waist and leg pain, take 4 qian of Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) plus 1 qian of Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) and Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), decocted in water to swallow the pills.
Sishen Wan (Four Gods Pill): Treats leukorrhea. (This formula is warm and drying, not suitable for heat syndromes.)
Herbs: Xiangfu (Four-process processed Cyperi Rhizoma, 8 liang), Cangzhu (Soaked in rice water, fried with Oyster Shell Powder), Chun Genpi (Fried with honey water), Sharen (Cardamomi Fructus, fried, each 2 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into fine powder, make pills with yellow millet cooked rice, size of paulownia seeds. Take 50-60 pills per dose, on an empty stomach with wine.
The above formulas are all light agents.
Wan'an San (Ten Thousand Peace Powder): Treats women with red and white leukorrhea, or discharge of white substance like fat, or foul turbid fluid, with miraculous effects. (This is a formula for promoting qi circulation and warming, suitable for cold-damp syndromes.)
Herbs: Xiaohuixiang (Stellariae Fructus, fried until fragrant), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, each 2.5 qian), Hei Qianniu (Black Pharbitis Seed, 1 liang, separately taken head powder).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into fine powder. Mix 2 qian with natural juice of fresh ginger, take before bed. Effect is achieved when foul matter is expelled completely. If not fully expelled, take another 2 qian every other day, followed by nourishment with white rice porridge. Avoid hot and toxic foods.
Dasheng Wan'an San (Great Sage Ten Thousand Peace Powder): Treats women with zhang ji mass (abdominal masses), abdominal distension and chest fullness, red and white leukorrhea, chronic qi and blood deficiency leading to sallow complexion and weakness, and intermittent red and white dysentery. All can be treated, with effects indescribable. Pregnant women should not take it; do not take it on cloudy or rainy days.
Herbs: Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Hujiao (Piperis Longi Fructus, each 2.5 qian); Chenpi (Tangerine Peel, pith removed), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Sangbaipi (Mori Cortex), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis, each 5 qian); Bai Qianniu (White Pharbitis Seed, fried, head powder taken, 2 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose. Use five slices of fresh ginger and 1.5 zhong of water, decoct to 1 zhong, remove ginger, mix with medicine, and take before bed. Shortly after, drink 3-5 mouthfuls of ginger soup or warm plain water to induce action. By dawn, bowel movements will occur 3-5 times. Stop when foul matter and turbid fluid are expelled, then nourish with white rice porridge. Do not eat dinner or consume meat/alcohol during medication. (Both formulas are drying, heating, qi-moving, and water-draining drugs, suitable only for true cold-damp syndromes.)
Xuanming Dao Shui Wan (Xuanming Water-Guiding Pill): Treats damp-heat stagnating in the lower jiao, causing persistent red and white leukorrhea, accompanied by dryness, heat, irritability, and thirst. (Clears heat, promotes diuresis to drain dampness, and guides out stagnation, ingeniously addressing both qi and blood levels.)
Herbs: Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, each 2 liang), Qianniu (Pharbitidis Semen, head powder), Huashi (Talcum, each 4 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into fine powder, make water pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 40-50 pills per dose with boiling water, adjust according to symptoms.
The above formulas are all heavy agents.
