一丸，开水送下。此丸治男子精寒，妇人血虚，老年无子，其功不小。或欲火烧身，已成痨
症，无不效应。

Bodhi fruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus), the tree is five to six zhang high, bears fruit without flowering, with fruits growing among the branches. The surface has soft thorns, and the weight can reach several dozen jin or more. After peeling off the outer skin, the inner flesh is layered like orange segments, tasting sweet and fragrant when eaten. Its taste is sweet and fragrant, nature is neutral, and it is non-toxic. It quenches thirst, resolves alcohol intoxication preventing drunkenness, tonifies Qi, and makes one's complexion radiant. The kernels in the seeds, when boiled or stir-fried and eaten, tonify the middle Jiao and Qi, making the body light and free from hunger. Long-term consumption darkens gray hair and beard, prolongs life, and strengthens teeth. When taken by the elderly, their gait becomes agile like that of a youth; when taken by women, it generates and harmonizes Blood, relieves bone-steaming tidal fever, and prevents various diseases.

Mulberry root bark (Morus alba root bark), tastes pungent and slightly bitter, nature is cold. When Lung Metal is constrained by Fire, only Mulberry root bark can drain it. It stops cough due to Lung heat. The annotation states: To treat cough due to Lung heat, it is essential to administer medicine at Yin, Wu, and Xu hours for true efficacy. It stops panting, wheezing, and coughing, eliminates Lung phlegm and hemoptysis, promotes urination, reduces Qi stagnation edema and facial puffiness. For panting caused by rebellious Lung Qi, it opens the stomach and promotes appetite, because when Qi descends and phlegm dissipates, appetite improves; this is not for cases of Spleen Qi deficiency.
(Attached Formula) Treats excess fire in the Lung organ, Lung constrained by Fire, summer-heat heat cough, symptoms of fever and panting.

Use Zhuru (Bamboo Shavings) (3 fen) as an引 (guide/reference), decoct in water and take orally.
──Wuben Volume Two
Mulberry fruit (Morus alba fruit), tastes sweet and sour. Tonifies the Kidney and secures Essence; long-term consumption darkens hair and brightens eyes.
(Longevity Pill Formula) Crush together with Fupenzi (Rubus Fruit) into a cake, dry in the sun, and grind into powder. Take each (4 liang), totaling (8 liang). Add Furong (Poria) (8 liang, roasted with milk juice, dried, and ground into powder) and Shanyao (Dioscorea Rhizome) (4 liang, soaked in milk juice, dried, and ground into powder). Mix all together, refine honey to make pills, each pill weighing 2 qian. Take one pill early in the morning, swallowed with boiling water. This pill treats male Jing cold, female Blood deficiency, and old age infertility; its merit is significant. Or if one desires to treat symptoms like internal burning fire, already developed into Lao disease (consumption), there is no case where it does not show effect.
