凉膈散（清热泻火，通便解毒的方剂）
当归、川芎、赤芍、防风、荆芥、玄参、栀子、黄连、石膏、天花粉、连翘、桔梗、薄荷。
风邪盛者加金银花、牛蒡子；火邪盛者加贝母、瓜蒌。
水煎后服用。
荆芥防风败毒散
荆芥、独活、防风、川芎、羌活、桔梗、前胡、茯苓、枳壳、柴胡（各一钱）、人参（五分）、甘草（五分）。
药引加荷叶一小片。水煎至八分满。饭后服用。也可加生姜三片。寒邪重者加葱白三根。
千金内托散
玄参、人参、桔梗、青皮、陈皮、连翘、甘草、川芎、当归、赤芍、瓜蒌仁、天花粉、金银花、厚朴、防风。
加灯心草。水煎。饭后服用。
托里消毒散（补益气血，托毒排脓的方剂）
人参、白术、黄芪、当归、白芍、川芎、茯苓（各一钱）、金银花、白芷（各七分）、桔梗、皂角刺、甘草。
用水两钟，煎至八分。饭后服用。若脾胃虚弱者，去掉白芷，加倍使用人参。
四七气汤（行气解郁的方剂）
茯苓、厚朴、半夏、橘红、青皮、枳实、砂仁、天南星、神曲、槟榔、紫苏梗、白豆蔻、益智仁。
药引加生姜片。煎服。
补中益气汤（补中益气，升阳举陷的方剂）
黄芪（一钱，蜜炙）、人参（一钱）、甘草（一钱，蜜炙）、当归（一钱）、白术（一钱，炒）、升麻（三分）、麦冬（六分）、五味子（三分）、柴胡（五分）。
药引加大枣二枚、生姜三片。一同煎煮。空腹时热服。
瀛洲学士汤
乳香、没药、川芎、白芷、栀子、贝母、薄荷、陈皮、当归、黄连、升麻、木通、防风、甘草、赤芍、天花粉、金银花、穿山甲、皂角刺。
药引加灯心草、淡竹叶。水煎后服用。
十八味方
防风、金银花、甘草、赤芍、知母、荆芥、陈皮、麦冬、天花粉、贝母、黄柏、牛蒡子、当归、栀子、连翘、玄参、桔梗、川芎。
用水两钟煎煮。去渣后服用。
还魂散
陈皮、人参、赤芍、黄芪、苍术、黄芩、防风、瓜蒌、黄柏、金银花、川芎、当归、茯苓、白术、黄连、甘草。
用水两钟煎煮。去渣后服用。
回生散
黑丑（一两）、五加皮（一两，炒）、桔梗（四钱）、连翘（五钱，去心）、天花粉（五钱）、土茯苓（三两）、薄荷（一两）、栀子（一两）、皂角刺（七钱）。
煎服。应当使用全方的三分之一。或者用酒煮后服用。也可以使用全方，加入陈年白酒三斤。
内补汤
当归、赤芍、白术、瓜蒌、金银花、连翘、栀子、玄参、川芎、薄荷、黄连、天花粉、黄柏、黄芩、防风、陈皮、青皮、黄芪（蜜炙）、桔梗。
用水两钟煎煮。去渣后服用。
芦荟消疳饮（治疗小儿疳积的方剂）
芦荟、银柴胡、牛蒡子、胡黄连、玄参、桔梗、川黄连、山栀子、薄荷、石膏、羚羊角、升麻、甘草。
药引加淡竹叶。用水同煎后服用。
藿香正气汤（解表化湿，理气和中的方剂）
藿香、白芷、大腹皮、紫苏、桔梗（各一钱）、茯苓、半夏、陈皮、厚朴、白术（各八分）。
药引加生姜一片、大枣一个。用水两钟。一同煎煮热服。以出汗为度。

瓜蒌仁、天花粉、桔梗、金银花、连翘、赤芍、川芎、白茯苓、当归、薄荷、陈皮、黄芩、青皮、黄连、款冬花、黄柏、防风、玄参。
水煎。去渣后服用。
桔梗汤（治疗肺痈咳嗽吐脓血）
桔梗、瓜蒌仁、百合、防风、当归、枳壳、黄芪、贝母、玄参、白鲜皮、薏苡仁（各八分）、杏仁、甘草（各五分）、黄芩（八分）。
水煎后服用。
洗药方
藿香、山柰、苦参、荆芥、甘草、防风、白芷、细辛、黄柏、金银花、地骨皮（各等分）。
煎成汤剂。用青色丝绸蘸取药水，温洗患处。
牙疼加减方
荆芥、防风、甘草、石膏、青皮、生地、丹皮、升麻。
上排正中四颗牙齿疼痛：加黄连、麦冬。
下排正中四颗牙齿疼痛：加黄柏、知母。
上排左侧两颗牙齿疼痛：加川芎、白芷。
下排左侧两颗牙齿疼痛：加白术、白芍。
上排最左侧牙齿疼痛：加龙胆草、羌活。
下排最左侧牙齿疼痛：加柴胡、山栀子。
上排右侧两颗牙齿疼痛：加当归、茯苓。
下排右侧两颗牙齿疼痛：加木通、车前子。
上排最右侧牙齿疼痛：加大黄、枳壳。
下排最右侧牙齿疼痛：加黄芩、桑白皮。
苏子降气汤（降气快膈，化痰平喘的方剂）
苏子（三钱）、厚朴（一钱）、陈皮（一钱）、前胡（一钱半）、肉桂（四分）、半夏（一钱半）、甘草（五分）。
药引加生姜三片。一同煎至八分。饭后较长时间服用。
牛蒡子解毒汤
牛蒡子、甘草、升麻、生地、天花粉、连翘、白术、黄芩、黄连、山栀子、桔梗、防风、青皮、玄参、干葛。
水煎后服用。
八正顺气散
陈皮、砂仁、枳壳、桔梗、白芍、甘草、当归、川芎、人参、牛蒡子。
水煎后服用。
蠲毒流气饮（祛除毒邪，流通气机的方剂）
白芷、防风、陈皮、连翘、人参、香附、川芎、当归、玄参、天花粉、枳壳、甘草、牛蒡子、桔梗、柴胡、山栀子。
用水两钟，煎煮后服用。
苦酒方
黄芪（三两）、白芍（二两）、桂枝（一两六钱）。
以上药物研成粉末。每次服用三钱。用醋三合，煎至七分。不拘时间频繁服用。
半夏桂枝汤
半夏、桂枝、甘草。
药引加生姜三片。用水两钟，煎至八分后服用。
蜜附子
大附子。
去皮和脐。切成大片。涂蜂蜜。在瓦片上烤至黄色。每一片，含在口中，待津液甘甜咽下。味道尽后再换一片。
山豆根汤
山豆根（去白）、陈皮、玄参、桔梗、连翘（各一钱）、麝香（五分）、麦冬（一钱二分，去心）、甘草、薄荷（各七分）。
药引加灯心草一同煎服。
益气疏风汤
升麻、甘草、当归、川芎、生地、白芍、桔梗、黄芩、麦冬、前胡、青皮、干葛、紫苏、连翘、防风、白蒺藜。
用水两钟，煎煮后服用。
四七气汤（另一版本）
茯苓、山栀子、甘草、紫苏、生地、桔梗、枳壳、玄参、天花粉、牛蒡子、连翘、陈皮。
用水两钟煎煮。去渣后服用。

黄连、牛蒡子、桔梗、连翘、当归、生地、白芍、丹皮、青皮、枳壳、前胡、甘草、玄参、金银花、柴胡。
用水两钟，煎至八分。去渣后服用。
四物汤加味（补血调血的方剂）
黄柏（一钱五分）、芍药（三钱，酒洗）、川芎（一钱）、生地（四钱）、当归（一钱，酒洗）、知母（一钱）、丹皮（一钱）、肉桂（四分）。
药引加大枣二枚。用水两钟，一同煎服。
加味二陈汤（燥湿化痰，理气和中的方剂）
陈皮（一钱）、半夏（一钱五分）、茯苓（三钱）、甘草（五分）、黄连（五分）、薄荷（五分）。
药引加生姜三片。用水两钟，一同煎服。
如圣散
枳壳（一钱）、荆芥（一钱）、薄荷、柴胡（各五分）、天花粉（三钱）、山栀子（一钱）、连翘（去心）、牛蒡子（各一钱五分）、甘草（四分）。
药引加灯心草。用水两钟，一同煎服。
清脾降火汤
丹皮、当归、生地、黄连、黄芩、桔梗、白芍、薄荷、防风、茯苓、白术、泽泻、猪苓、山栀子、麦冬、玄参。
用水两钟，煎煮后服用。
八正顺气汤（另一版本）
厚朴、砂仁、半夏、陈皮、茯苓、青皮、桔梗、赤芍、枳壳、木香（研末）、玄参、牛蒡子、山栀子。
药引加生姜三片。用水两钟煎煮。冲入木香粉服用。
当归连翘散
当归、连翘、甘草、桔梗、栀子、天花粉、生地、前胡、枳壳、黄芩、玄参、白芍。
药引加灯心草。用水两钟，一同煎服。
学士汤
乳香、没药、白芷、山栀子、贝母、薄荷、陈皮、木通、防风、甘草。
药引加灯心草、淡竹叶。一同煎服。
防风通圣散（解表攻里的方剂）
防风、白芍、薄荷、川芎、桔梗、山栀子、黄芩、白术、当归、连翘、荆芥、麻黄、滑石、芒硝、大黄（酒炒）、甘草。
也可以加牛蒡子、玄参。
用水两钟，煎至八分。空腹温服。
甘露饮（滋阴润燥的方剂）
天门冬（一钱）、麦冬（一钱）、生地黄（二钱）、熟地黄（三钱）、金钗石斛（三钱）、枇杷叶（三钱，拭净毛，去筋，炙）、黄芩、枳壳、茵陈（各一钱）、甘草（五分）。
用水两钟煎煮。饭后服用。
治双单蛾立效方（治疗扁桃体肿大的特效方）
黑升麻（一钱）、桔梗（一钱五分）、甘草（一钱五分）。
井水两钟。煎煮后服用。两剂即可自愈。
甘桔汤（另一版本）
当归（酒洗）、川芎、薄荷（炒）、黄芩、山栀子、连翘、甘草、金银花、玄参、防风、桔梗、荆芥、大黄（酒浸）。
用水两钟，煎煮后服用。
Sanhuang Tang (Three Yellows Decoction)
Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Red Peony Root (Chishao), Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi), Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Mentha Haplocalyx (Bohe), Licorice Root (Gancao), Tangerine Peel (Qingpi), Aged Tangerine Peel (Chenpi), Trichosanthis Radix (Huafen), Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Yinhua), Scrophulariae Radix (Yuanshen), Belamcandae Rhizoma (Shegan), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui).
Use Juncus effusus (Dengxincao) and Bambusa Vulgaris var. Nana folium (Zhuyeqian) as guides. Decoct together and take orally.
Liangge San (Cool the Diaphragm Powder)
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Red Peony Root (Chishao), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie), Scrophulariae Radix (Yuanshen), Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao), Trichosanthis Radix (Huafen), Forsythiae Fructum (Lianqiao), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), Mentha Haplocalyx (Bohe).
If wind pathogen is severe, add Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Yinhua) and Arctii Fructus (Niuzi). If fire pathogen is severe, add Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus (Beimu) and Trichosanthis Fructus (Gualou).
Decoct in water and take orally.
Jingjie Fangfeng Baidu San (Schizonepeta and Saposhnikovia Detoxifying Powder)
Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Duhuo), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), Peucedani Radix (Qianhu), Poria (Fuling), Aurantii Fructus (Zhiqiao), Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu) [each 1 qian], Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) [0.5 qian], Licorice Root (Gancao) [0.5 qian].
Add a small piece of Nelumbinis Folium (Heye) as a guide. Decoct in water until reduced to 80%. Take after meals. Alternatively, add three slices of Zingiberis Recens Rhizoma (Shengjiang). If cold pathogen is severe, add three stems of Allii Tuberosi Rhizoma (Congbai).

Can also add Arctii Fructus (Niubangzi) and Scrophulariae Radix (Yuanshen).
Decoct in two zhong of water until reduced to 80%. Take warm on an empty stomach.

Decoct in two zhong of water. Take after meals.
