以上药物制成细末，用酒调糊制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用五、七十丸，空腹时，用温酒送服。

Chenxiang (Agarwood) (2 qian), Shexiang (Musk) (1 qian), Nanmuxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Ruxiang (Frankincense) (each 3 qian), Bajiaohuixiang (Star Anise) (4 qian), Xiaohuixiang (Fennel) (4 qian, stir-fried), Lurong (Cervus Nippon Antler without Horn) (roasted with butter), Lianrou (Lotus Seed) (stir-fried, each half liang), Wancansha (Bombyx Batryticatus), Rongrong (Cistanche Deserticola), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Chuanlianzi (Toosendan Fructus) (soaked in wine, each half liang).
The above sixteen ingredients are processed according to their specified weights into a fine powder. Wine paste is used to mix in the Musk to form pills, sized like sophora seeds. Every morning before sunrise, face east and take them.
Treats pain in the waist and legs, brightens the eyes, warms the water zang (kidney and bladder), and addresses small intestine hernia, providing significant tonification.
Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) (1 jin, soaked in rice washing water, peeled, sliced; stir-fried with 1 jin of chopped fresh white scallion and 2 liang of salt until Cangzhu turns yellow, then remove scallions).
The above ingredients are made into a fine powder. Wine paste is used to form pills, sized like sophora seeds. Take 50-70 pills per dose, on an empty stomach, delivered with warm wine.

Poguzhi (Kopuzhi/Buguzhi - Psoraleae Fructus) (soaked in wine overnight, dried by baking), Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Root) (processed, peel and navel removed, weighed), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) (chopped, soaked in rice washing water overnight, dried by baking), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (remove radicle), Rongrong (Cistanche Deserticola) (soaked in wine thoroughly).
The above ingredients are made into a fine powder. Vinegar paste is used to form pills, sized like sophora seeds. Take 30-50 pills per dose, on an empty stomach, delivered with warm wine or salted water, followed by dry food to settle the medicine.
Treats deficiency damage, descends heart fire, benefits kidney water, and stimulates yang dao (sexual function).

The above ingredients are made into a fine powder. Refined honey is used to form pills, sized like quail eggs. Take one pill per dose, chew finely on an empty stomach, and deliver with wine. Take twice daily.
