男子夜梦鬼交，精泄。巴戟天煎丸并良。
心虚梦泄，或白浊。白茯苓末每服二钱。
虚滑遗精。白茯苓二两，宿砂五钱，为末。入盐二钱，精羊肉批开，掺药炙食，以酒送
漏精白浊，小便数多。白茯苓、山药矾水煮过，等分为末，每饮服二钱。
心虚遗精。猪心一个批开相连，以飞过朱砂末掺入，线缚煮熟食之。
梦遗、减食。白色苦参三两，白术五两，牡蛎四两，为末，用雄猪肚一具洗净，砂罐
烂，石臼捣和药，干则入汁，丸小豆大，每四十丸，米汤下，日三服，久服身肥，食进而梦
遗立止。
肾虚遗精。北五味子一斤，洗净水浸， 去核，再以水洗，复选尽，余味通置砂锅
中，布滤过，入好冬蜜六斤，炭火慢熬成膏，瓶收五日，出火毒，每空心服一二匙。
固精强骨，金毛狗脊、白茯神、远志、莲肉、当归，等分为末，蜜丸梧子大，每五十丸
遗精品类。有心虚、肾虚、脱精、湿热。
心虚 清河参（补五脏，安精神，定魂魄，又止惊悸，断淫梦，保中守神） 远志（利九窍，益智
慧，隐耳目，聪明定志，益精气，安魂魄，又益精补阴气，止虚梦遗） 菟丝子（添精，益髓，
补五劳七伤，鬼交泄精，肝脏风虚） 莲须（补心，通肾，固精） 莲子心（主遗精，或入朱砂末
服） 朱砂（主心虚，遗精，或入猪心煮食） 紫石英（补不足，定惊悸，安魂，填下焦
消渴，养肺气，手少阴、足厥阴血分药也。上能镇心重可以去怯也。下能益肝，湿可以去枯也。生
心血养肝脏血也。其性缓而能补，故心神不安，肝血不足，宜之） 石莲肉（补五脏不足，伤中。
益十二经脉血气，定心涩精，多食令人生喜，交心肾，浓肠胃，固精气，强筋骨，补虚损，利耳目。

男子夜间梦见与鬼魅交合，导致精液外泄。使用巴戟天煎煮制成的丸剂治疗效果良好。
心气虚弱导致梦中遗精，或出现白浊（尿道口流出白色浑浊液体）。每次服用二钱白茯苓粉末。
因虚损导致的滑脱性遗精。取白茯苓二两、砂仁五钱，研磨成粉末。加入食盐二钱，将羊肉片开，撒入药粉后烤熟食用，并用酒送服。
漏精和白浊，小便次数增多。取白茯苓和经明矾水煮过的山药，等量混合研磨成粉末，每次饮酒送服二钱。
心气虚弱导致的遗精。取一个猪心，剖开但保持相连，将经过飞制处理的朱砂粉末掺入其中，用线捆扎煮熟后食用。
多梦遗精且食欲减退。取白色苦参三两、白术五两、牡蛎四两，研磨成粉末。用一个雄猪肚洗净，放入砂罐中炖烂，再用石臼捣碎并与药末混合，若太干则加入汤汁，制成如小豆大小的丸剂。每次服用四十丸，用米汤送下，每日三次，长期服用可使身体丰盈，食欲增加，且梦遗症状立即停止。
肾气虚弱导致的遗精。取北五味子一斤，洗净后用水浸泡，去掉果核，再次用水清洗并筛选干净，将其余部分放入砂锅中，用布过滤，加入优质冬蜜六斤，用炭火慢熬成膏状，装入瓶中存放五天以去除“火毒”，每次空腹服用一至两匙。
具有固精强骨功效的方剂：金毛狗脊、白茯神、远志、莲子肉、当归，等量混合研磨成粉末，用蜂蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂，每次服用五十丸。
遗精的分类包括：有心气虚弱型、肾气虚弱型、精气滑脱型、湿热型。
针对心气虚弱型：
清河参（补益五脏，安定精神魂魄，又能止住惊悸，断绝淫乱之梦，守护心神）；
远志（通利九窍，益智慧，收敛耳目，使心智清明坚定，补益精气，安定魂魄，又能补益精气阴气，止住虚性梦遗）；
菟丝子（添精，益髓，补益五劳七伤，治疗鬼魅交合泄精，肝脏风虚）；
莲须（补心，通肾，固精）；
莲子心（主治遗精，也可加入朱砂粉末服用）；
朱砂（主治心气虚弱导致的遗精，也可加入猪心中煮食）；
紫石英（补益不足，安定惊悸，安魂，填补下焦消渴，养肺气，属于手少阴心经和足厥阴肝经的血分药。上能镇心安重以去怯懦，下能益肝润燥以去枯槁。生心血，养肝脏血。其性缓和而能补益，故心神不安、肝血不足者适宜使用）；
石莲肉（补益五脏不足，调理中焦。补益十二经脉气血，定心涩精，多食使人喜悦，交通心肾，厚肠胃，固精气，强筋骨，补虚损，利耳目。消除男子白浊，女子带下、崩漏及诸血病，安定上下君相火邪）；
茯神（治疗心神惊悸、心气虚弱。茯神主治心病，但茯苓也未尝不能治心病。赤色茯苓入血分，白色茯苓入气分，二者不同）。
针对肾气虚弱型：
巴戟天（治疗夜间梦见鬼魅交合，精液外泄）；
肉苁蓉（治疗五劳七伤，补中气，益精髓，悦颜色，延年益寿大补，治疗男子泄精血、遗精涩痛，女子带下阴痛）；
山药（补益肾气，止泄精，研磨成粉末，用酒送服亦可）；
补骨脂（主治骨髓损伤，败冷精流，也可同青盐粉末一起服用）；
五味子（肾虚导致的遗精，也可熬成膏常服）；
覆盆子（安和... 用当归丸送服）；
韭子（宜肾壮阳，止泄精，研磨成粉末，用酒送服，止住虚劳梦遗，或用醋煮制成丸）。
针对湿热型：
半夏（肾中潜伏湿热，不能管摄精血，妄行遗泄，这与下虚不同，适宜用此药，或用炒过的猪苓同牡蛎制成丸剂服用）；
苏子（梦中失精，炒研成粉末服用）；
泽泻（渗湿通淋，补阴不足）；
黄柏（积热导致的心怔梦遗，加入冰片制成丸剂服用）；
牡蛎（梦遗，大便溏薄，研磨成粉末，或入药剂，或用醋糊制成丸剂服用）；
蛤蜊粉、烂蚬壳、田螺壳、真珠，均主治遗精。
针对精气滑脱型：
芡实（益肾固精，也可同茯苓、秋石制成丸剂服用）；
金樱子（固精，熬成膏，或入药剂，或为糊丸服用）；
益智仁（治疗梦遗，也可同乌药、山药制成丸剂服用）；
山茱萸（益精，安五脏，通九窍，止小便频多，补肾气，添精髓，止老人尿多，固秘精气，取其味酸以收敛滑脱）；
龙骨（多寐，泄精，小便泄精，用远志丸送服，也可同苏子粉末一起服用）；
龙齿（安魂定魄，涩精镇惊）；
桑螵蛸（男子虚损，白天睡觉时泄精，也可同龙骨粉末一起服用）；
鹿茸（男子腰肾虚，夜间梦见鬼魅交合，精液溢出自泄，也可研末用酒送服，方寸匕量或煎酒送服）；
鹿角（水磨服用，或入药，止脱精梦遗。丸剂服用，主治妇人梦见鬼魅交合，精液自出）；
鳖甲（治疗阴虚梦遗，也可烧成粉末用酒送服）；
白胶（虚性遗精，用酒送服）；
阿胶（肾虚，失精遗泄，用酒送服）；
狗头骨灰（梦遗，用酒送服）。
Men experiencing nocturnal emissions due to dreams of sexual intercourse with spirits should take Baqitian Decoction Pills (Baqitian Jian Wan), which are effective.
For dream emission or white turbidity (white cloudy discharge from the urethra) caused by Heart Qi deficiency, take two qian of Bai Fuling Powder (Poria Powder) per dose.
For slippery seminal emission due to deficiency, take two liang of Bai Fuling (Poria) and five qian of Su Ren (Amomum Fruit), grind them into powder. Add two qian of salt, slice mutton, sprinkle the medicine on it, roast until cooked, and swallow with wine.
For leakage of essence and white turbidity with frequent urination, take equal parts of Bai Fuling (Poria) and Shan Yao (Dioscorea Rhizome) boiled in Ming Fan (Alum Water), grind into powder, and take two qian per dose with drink.
For seminal emission due to Heart Qi deficiency, take one pig heart, split it open but keep it connected, stuff it with Fei Guo Zhu Sha Powder (Refined Cinnabar Powder), tie it with thread, boil until cooked, and eat.
For dream emission accompanied by reduced appetite, take three liang of Bai Ku Shen (Radix Sophorae Flavescentis), five liang of Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome), and four liang of Mu Li (Oyster Shell), grind into powder. Take one male pig stomach, wash it clean, stew it thoroughly in a clay pot, then pound it in a stone mortar together with the medicine. If too dry, add juice. Form pills the size of small beans. Take forty pills per dose with rice soup, three times daily. Long-term use will make the body robust, increase appetite, and immediately stop dream emission.
For seminal emission due to Kidney deficiency, take one jin of Bei Wu Wei Zi (Schisandra Chinensis Fruit), wash it, soak in water, remove the seeds, wash again, and filter cleanly. Place the remainder in a clay pot, filter through cloth, add six jin of good winter honey, and slowly simmer over charcoal fire into an ointment. Store in a bottle for five days to eliminate "fire toxicity." Take one or two spoons on an empty stomach.
To consolidate essence and strengthen bones: Jin Mao Gou Ji (Cibotium Barometz Rhizome), Bai Fu Shen (Poria with Hostwood), Yuan Zhi (Polygala Root), Lian Rou (Lotus Seed Cotyledon), and Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis Root) are mixed in equal parts, ground into powder, and formed into honey pills the size of wutong seeds. Take fifty pills per dose.
Categories of seminal emission include: Heart deficiency, Kidney deficiency, Essence slipping, and Damp-heat.
For Heart deficiency:
Qinghe Shen (Clear River Ginseng): Tonifies the five zang organs, calms the spirit and soul, stops palpitations and fright, cuts off lustful dreams, and protects the mind.
Yuan Zhi (Polygala Root): Opens the nine orifices, enhances wisdom, restrains hearing and vision, clarifies the mind and stabilizes will, benefits essence and qi, calms the spirit and soul, benefits essence and yin qi, and stops deficiency-type dream emission.
Tu Si Zi (Cuscuta Seed): Adds essence, benefits marrow, tonifies five labors and seven injuries, treats spirit-intercourse seminal emission, and Liver wind-deficiency.
Lian Xu (Lotus Stamen): Tonifies the Heart, unblocks the Kidney, and consolidates essence.
Lian Zi Xin (Lotus Plumule): Mainly treats seminal emission; can also be taken with Zhu Sha (Cinnabar) powder.
Zhu Sha (Cinnabar): Mainly treats Heart deficiency seminal emission; can also be boiled with pig heart for consumption.
Zi Shi Ying (Purple Quartz): Tonifies insufficiency, calms palpitations, anchors the soul, fills lower jiao Xiao Ke (wasting-thirst), nourishes Lung qi, and is a blood-level herb for the Hand-Shaoyin and Foot-Jueyin meridians. Upper part anchors the Heart and removes timidity; lower part benefits the Liver and removes dryness with dampness. Generates Heart blood and nourishes Liver blood. Its nature is mild and tonifying, suitable for those with unsettled Heart spirit and insufficient Liver blood.
Shi Lian Rou (Stone Lotus Seed): Tonifies five zang organ insufficiency, regulates the middle. Benefits qi and blood of the twelve meridians, stabilizes the Heart and astringes essence, induces joy when eaten in excess, connects Heart and Kidney, thickens intestines and stomach, consolidates essence and qi, strengthens sinews and bones, tonifies deficiency, benefits ears and eyes. Eliminates male white turbidity, female leukorrhea, metrorrhagia, various blood diseases, and calms upper and lower Jun-Xiang Fire pathogens.
Fu Shen (Poria with Hostwood): Treats Heart spirit fright and Heart deficiency. Fu Shen treats Heart disease, though Fu Ling (Poria) also treats Heart disease. Red Poria enters the blood level; White Poria enters the qi level, differing in nature.
For Kidney deficiency:
Ba Ji Tian (Morinda Officinalis Root): Treats nocturnal dreams of spirit intercourse and seminal emission.
Rou Cong Rong (Cistanche Deserticola): Treats five labors and seven injuries, tonifies middle qi, benefits essence and marrow, beautifies complexion, prolongs life, greatly tonifies, treats male seminal loss and painful emission, and female leukorrhea with genital pain.
Shan Yao (Dioscorea Oppata Rhizome): Benefits Kidney qi, stops seminal emission. Can be taken as powder with wine.
Bu Gu Zhi (Psoralea Fructus): Mainly treats bone marrow injury and cold essence leakage. Can be taken with Qing Yan (Green Salt) powder.
Wu Wei Zi (Schisandra Chinensis Fruit): For Kidney deficiency seminal emission, can be simmered into paste for regular use.
Fu Pen Zi (Rubus Chingii Fruit): Harmonizes... taken with Dang Gui Wan (Angelica Pill).
Jiu Zi (Allium Tuberosum Seed): Benefits Kidney and strengthens Yang, stops seminal emission. Taken as powder with wine, stops deficiency-labor dream emission, or made into pills boiled with vinegar.
For Damp-heat:
Ban Xia (Pinellia Tuber): When damp-heat hides in the Kidney, failing to control and receive essence and blood, causing reckless emission, this differs from lower deficiency and this herb is suitable. Or use Chao Guo Zhu Ling (Fried Polyporus) with Mu Li (Oyster Shell) to form pills.
Su Zi (Perilla Fruit): For seminal emission in dreams, stir-fry, grind into powder, and take.
Ze Xie (Alisma Rhizome): Leaches out dampness and unblocks strangury, supplements insufficient yin.
Huang Bo (Phellodendron Bark): For accumulation of heat causing Heart palpitations and dream emission, take with Bing Pian (Borneol) in pill form.
Mu Li (Oyster Shell): For dream emission and loose stools, grind into powder, add to decoctions, or make into pills with vinegar paste.
Ge Li Fen (Clam Powder), Lan Xian Qiao (Rotten Clam Shells), Tian Luo Qiao (Snail Shells), and Zhen Zhu (Pearl) all mainly treat seminal emission.
For Essence Slipping:
Qian Shi (Euryale Seed): Benefits Kidney and consolidates essence, can be taken with Fu Ling (Poria) and Qiu Shi (Autumn Stone) in pill form.
Jin Ying Zi (Cherokee Rose Fruit): Consolidates essence, simmered into paste, added to decoctions, or made into paste pills.
Yi Zhi Ren (Alpinia Oxyphylla Fruit): Treats dream emission, can be taken with Wu Yao (Lindera Root) and Shan Yao (Dioscorea Rhizome) in pill form.
Shan Zhu Yu (Cornus Officinalis Fruit): Benefits essence, calms five zang organs, opens nine orifices, stops frequent urination, tonifies Kidney qi, adds essence and marrow, stops elderly frequent urination, consolidates and secures essence and qi. Uses its sour taste to restrain slipping.
Long Gu (Fossilized Bone): For excessive sleepiness, seminal emission, and urinary essence leakage, take with Yuan Zhi Wan (Polygala Pill), or take with Su Zi (Perilla Fruit) powder.
Long Chi (Fossilized Tooth): Anchors the soul, stabilizes the spirit, astringes essence, and calms fright.
Sang Piao Xiao (Mantis Egg Case): For male deficiency, daytime sleep seminal emission, can be taken with Long Gu (Fossilized Bone) powder.
Lu Rong (Deer Antler Velvet): For male waist and Kidney deficiency, nocturnal dreams of spirit intercourse, and spontaneous seminal overflow, can be powdered and taken with wine, one cun bi measure, or decocted with wine.
Lu Jiao (Deer Antler): Taken water-ground, or added to medicines, stops essence slipping and dream emission. Pill form treats female dreams of spirit intercourse with spontaneous seminal output.
Bie Jia (Turtle Shell): Treats yin-deficiency dream emission, can be burned to powder and taken with wine.
Bai Jiao (Sturgeon Bladder Mucus): For deficiency-type emission, taken with wine.
E Jiao (Donkey-Hide Gelatin): For Kidney deficiency and lost/leaking essence, taken with wine.
