治心神不足，夜多淫梦，火伏水中，水不得宁，一梦即遗者。此心肾不交，水火未济，
实痰火之肇端也，宜此主之。

上十五味，作一剂，空心服。乃养心血，宁心志，益神气，补肾精，泄肾火，固玉关之
专品。此药不燥不寒，不妨肺肾，不助阴火，诚痰火之王道也。
若梦遗甚者，必专服之。若更遗甚者，或入金樱膏同服，或加牡蛎，或加龙骨。若脉实
数弦长，或涩数而细，此不受补者，去人参、补骨脂，加当
归、生地黄、黄连、芡实末，每两入龙骨一钱五分，或用金樱膏糊丸，间服水陆二仙丹，此
标本兼治之药也。
龙齿补心汤 治诸不足，血虚潮热，心神惊怖，睡卧不宁，盗汗梦遗，小便赤浊，烦躁不安等证。

芡实丸 治思虑伤心，疲劳伤肾，心肾不交，精元不固，面无颜色，惊悸健忘，夜梦
不宁，小便赤涩，遗精白浊，足 酸痛，耳聋目昏，口干脚弱。

上为末，另以山药末糊为丸，梧子大，每七十丸，空心淡盐汤下。
治疗心神不足，夜间多淫梦，相火潜伏于肾水之中，导致肾水不得安宁，一有梦境即发生遗精的情况。这是心肾不交、水火未能既济的表现，实为痰火产生的开端，适宜使用此方主治。

以上十五味药，作为一剂，空腹服用。此方是滋养心血、安定心志、补益神气、补肾精、泻肾火、固摄精关的专用药物。此药性质不燥也不寒，不损伤肺肾，不助长阴火，确实是治疗痰火的王道之方。
如果梦遗严重的，必须专门服用此方。如果遗精更严重的，或者加入金樱膏一同服用，或者加入牡蛎，或者加入龙骨。如果脉象实数弦长，或者涩数而细，这是身体不耐受补益的情况，去掉人参、补骨脂，加入当归、生地黄、黄连、芡实末，每两药粉中加入一钱五分龙骨，或者用金樱膏制成糊丸，间隔服用“水陆二仙丹”，这是标本兼治的药物。
龙齿补心汤：治疗各种虚损，血虚引起的潮热，心神惊骇恐惧，睡眠卧息不安，盗汗梦遗，小便赤浊，烦躁不安等症状。

Treatment for insufficiency of the Heart Spirit (Shen), frequent erotic dreams at night, with ministerial fire lurking in the Kidney water, causing the water to be unsettled, resulting in seminal emission upon dreaming. This is a case of non-interaction between the Heart and Kidney, and failure of Water and Fire to achieve mutual balance (Ji Ji). It is actually the beginning of Phlegm-Fire, and this main prescription is suitable.

The above fifteen ingredients constitute one dose, taken on an empty stomach. This is a specialized preparation to nourish Heart Blood, calm the Heart Spirit, benefit Qi and Spirit, tonify Kidney Essence, drain Kidney Fire, and secure the Jade Gate (Jing Guan). This medicine is neither drying nor cold, does not harm the Lung and Kidney, does not assist Yin Fire, and is indeed the royal way (Wang Dao) for treating Phlegm-Fire.
If nocturnal emissions due to dreams are severe, it must be taken exclusively. If emissions are even more severe, or if one adds Jin Ying Gao (Cherokee Rose Fruit Paste) to take together, or adds Mu Li (Ostreae Concha), or adds Long Gu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi). If the pulse is excess, rapid, wiry, and long, or choppy, rapid, and fine, indicating the body cannot tolerate tonification, remove Ren Shen and Bu Gu Zhi, add Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Sheng Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix), Huang Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma), and Qian Shi powder. For every liang of powder, add 1.5 qian of Long Gu. Alternatively, make pills using Jin Ying Gao as a binder, and take alternately with Shui Lu Er Xian Dan (Water-Land Two Immortals Pill). This is a medicine that treats both root and branch.
Long Chi Bu Xin Tang (Dragon Tooth Decoction to Tonify the Heart): Treats various deficiencies, tidal fever due to Blood deficiency, fright and terror of the Heart Spirit, restless sleep, spontaneous sweating and nocturnal emissions, red and turbid urine, restlessness and irritability, etc.

Qing Xin Lian Zi Yin (Clear Heart Lotus Seed Decoction): Treats fever and irritability, depression of the Seven Emotions, white turbid urine, possibly sand-like strangury, nocturnal seminal emission in dreams, post-emission urethral涩 pain, urine either red or white, excessive alcohol and sexual activity, excess above and deficiency below, flaming up of Heart Fire, constraint on the Lung Meridian, thus dry mouth, gradually developing into Xiao Ke (Wasting and Thirsting), fatigue of the four limbs, five types of Lin syndrome in men, leukorrhea in women, heat sensation in the five centers (palms, soles, and chest).
