Any eye disease involving nebula (Yi), regardless of gender, is caused by anger leading to stagnation in the Liver and Lung meridians, stirring up Heart Fire, which overacts on the Lung meridian, or is induced by the Seven Emotions. Or it may be due to seasonal pathogens not being released via sweating; even after releasing the exterior, the disease recedes but does not fully resolve. Furthermore, prolonged indulgence in the Seven Emotions and Six Desires without regulation leads to this disease, manifesting in various forms. Thus, ancient sages stated: "There are seventy-two types of eye disorders." With so many symptoms, if formulas are used indiscriminately, medical treatment fails. Later, the True Person summarized methods for treating these seventy-two disorders, but few received the true oral transmission. Who does not know that when Liver Qi rushes upward and brain fluid descends, nebula obstructs the pupil, internally resembling a hanging curtain and externally causing visual obscuration? This includes Wufeng Neizhang (Black Wind Internal Cataract), brain fluid soaking the pupil, pupil deviation and shrinking, pupil sinking, pupil tilting, pupil immobility, Qingguang Neizhang (Green Light Internal Cataract), red filaments winding around the black and white of the eye, wind itching at the inner and outer canthi, inverted eyelashes (Quanzhao Daojie), red eyes with ulcerated margins (Chiyan Lanxian), photophobia, spiral protrusion (Luositu Xuan), crab-eye appearance, fleshy growth crossing the cornea (Rou Pan Jing), and eye issues caused by Head Wind. All these conditions should be treated with Shida Jiangjun Chongyi San (Ten Great Generals Nebula-Dispersing Powder), named by the True Person as Xianfeng Kailu San (Vanguard Road-Opening Powder).
