荆芥穗 蝉蜕 桔梗 归尾 甘草稍（各五分） 防风 白芷（各四分） 石膏（ 一钱二分） 白芍（七分）
茯苓 连翘 苍术（各六分）
上为剂，葱白一段，大米一撮，水二钟，煎七分，
去滓，食后热服。点白玉锭。百日内只洗眼皮。
痘后目生星翳，宜服∶
辰砂（三钱） 珍珠 琥珀（各二钱） 麝香（一分） 玛
瑙（一钱五分） 冰片（五分）
上研细，若翳在右目吹左耳，翳在左目吹右耳，
若两目有翳，即吹两耳。盖以吹耳能通心、肺二窍也。
痘后睛珠突出，宜用∶
（不点）
胎兔（去毛，洗净，用阴阳瓦焙干为末，每用一两二钱） 蔓荆
子（去膜炒） 菊花（各一两）
共为末，炼蜜为丸。量孩大小，不拘钱分，滚汤化下。
痘后神光不清，水不滋子，宜用∶
（早服）
南谷精草（一两） 石决明（ 八钱） 白菊花（洗七钱）
绿豆皮（六钱）
共为末，每服二钱，用大陈柿饼一个，去蒂核，
米泔水钟半，煎半干，空心食柿饼，原汁并服。不点。
（晚服）
夜明砂（净一两） 真蛤粉（五钱）
共为末，每服二钱，用公猪肝一大片，竹刀批开，
搽药在内，米泔水煮熟，任意食之，原汁汤下。每日
早晚服。过一七再服∶
怀生地（四两） 山萸肉 山药 白茯苓（各二两）
泽泻 牡丹皮（各两半） 菊花 麦冬 当归（各一两）
五味（五钱）
共为末，炼蜜丸。空心淡盐汤化下，量儿大小为
丸。如少年火旺，加黄柏、知母各五钱，俱用盐水制。
如目生翳，内服前药，外用退云散点之。
荆芥穗、蝉蜕、桔梗、当归尾、甘草梢（各五分），防风、白芷（各四分），石膏（一钱二分），白芍（七分），茯苓、连翘、苍术（各六分）。
以上药物制成散剂，取葱白一段，大米一撮，水两碗，煎至七分时，
滤去药渣，饭后热服。配合点用白玉锭。痘后百日内只清洗眼皮。
痘疹痊愈后眼睛生出星状翳障，适宜服用：
辰砂（三钱）、珍珠、琥珀（各二钱）、麝香（一分）、玛瑙（一钱五分）、冰片（五分）。
以上药物研成细末，如果翳障在右眼则吹入左耳，翳障在左眼则吹入右耳，
如果双眼都有翳障，则同时吹入双耳。这是因为吹耳能通达心、肺两窍的缘故。
痘疹痊愈后眼球突出，适宜使用：
（不点药）
胎兔（去毛，洗净，用阴阳瓦焙干后研为粉末，每次用一两二钱）、蔓荆子（去膜炒制）、菊花（各一两）。
共同研为粉末，用炼蜜制作成丸剂。根据患儿年龄大小，不拘泥于具体的钱或分剂量，用温水化开服用。
痘疹痊愈后神光不清，肾水不能滋养肝木（水不滋子），适宜使用：
（早晨服用）
谷精草（一两）、石决明（八钱）、白菊花（洗净七钱）、绿豆皮（六钱）。
共同研为粉末，每次服用二钱，用一个陈年大柿饼，去掉蒂和核，
用米泔水一碗半，煎至半干时，空腹吃柿饼，连同原汁一起服用。不点药。
（晚上服用）
夜明砂（净一两）、真蛤粉（五钱）。
共同研为粉末，每次服用二钱，取公猪肝一大片，用竹刀剖开，
将药粉搽在里面，用米泔水煮熟，随意食用，并用原汤送服。每天
早晚服用。过一周后再服用：
怀生地（四两）、山茱萸肉、山药、白茯苓（各二两）、泽泻、牡丹皮（各一两半）、菊花、麦冬、当归（各一两）、五味子（五钱）。
共同研为粉末，用炼蜜制作成丸剂。空腹时用淡盐汤化开服用，根据儿童大小调整丸剂规格。如果是少年火旺者，加黄柏、知母各五钱，均用盐水炮制。
如果眼睛生出翳障，内服上述药物，外用退云散点眼。
Jingjie Sui (Schizonepetae Spica), Chantui (Cicadae Periostracum), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Guiwei (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Gancao Shao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 5 fen), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) (each 4 fen), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, 1.2 qian), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, 7 fen), Fuling (Poria, Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) (each 6 fen).
The above herbs are processed into a powder. Take one segment of Congbai (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus), a pinch of Dami (Oryzae Semen), and two zhong (approx. 400-500 ml) of water. Decoct until reduced to seven-tenths.
Strain the dregs, and take hot after meals. Apply Baiyu Ding (White Jade Tablet) topically. Within one hundred days after smallpox, only wash the eyelids.
For nebulae resembling stars appearing in the eyes after smallpox, it is suitable to take:
Chensha (Cinnabar, 3 qian), Zhenzhu (Pearl), Hupo (Amber) (each 2 qian), Shexiang (Moschus, 1 fen), Manao (Chalcedony, 1.5 qian), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum, 5 fen).
Grind the above into fine powder. If the nebula is in the right eye, blow the powder into the left ear; if in the left eye, blow into the right ear.
If there are nebulae in both eyes, blow into both ears. This is because blowing into the ears can unblock the orifices of the Heart and Lung.
For protrusion of the eyeball after smallpox, use:

Taitu (Rabbit fetus, remove hair, wash clean, dry on Yin-Yang tile, grind to powder, use 1 liang 2 qian per dose), Manjingzi (Viticis Semen, remove membrane and stir-fry), Juhua (Chrysanthemi Flos) (each 1 liang).
Grind together into powder, form pills with refined honey. Dosage depends on the child's age, not restricted by specific qian or fen. Dissolve in warm water and administer.
For unclear visual spirit and Kidney Water failing to nourish Liver Wood (Water does not nourish the Son) after smallpox, use:
(Take in the morning)
Gujingcao (Essentialia Inflorescentia, 1 liang), Shijueming (Haliotidis Concha, 8 qian), Baijuhua (Chrysanthemi Flos, washed, 7 qian), Lüdoupi (Phaseoli Radiati Pericarpium, 6 qian).
Grind together into powder. Take 2 qian per dose. Use one large aged persimmon, remove stem and core.
Decoct with 1.5 zhong of Mixtio Aquae Amylacea until half-dry. Eat the persimmon on an empty stomach, taking the original decoction along with it. Do not apply drops.
(Take in the evening)
Yemingsha (Stercorus Vespertilionis, cleaned, 1 liang), Zhen Gafen (Concha Meretricis, 5 qian).
Grind together into powder. Take 2 qian per dose. Take a large slice of male pig liver, slice open with a bamboo knife,
apply the medicine inside, cook thoroughly in Mixtio Aquae Amylacea. Eat as desired, washing down with the original soup. Take morning and evening daily. After one week (seven days), resume taking:
Huai Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, 4 liang), Shanyurou (Corni Fructus), Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma), Bai Fuling (Poria, each 2 liang), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex) (each 1.5 liang), Juhua (Chrysanthemi Flos), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (each 1 liang), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus, 5 qian).
Grind together into powder, form pills with refined honey. Take on an empty stomach, dissolving in light salt water. Adjust pill size according to the child's age. For youths with excessive Fire, add Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) and Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma) each 5 qian, all prepared with salt water.
If nebulae appear in the eyes, take the aforementioned internal medicines and apply Tuiyun San (Cloud-Removing Powder) topically.
