不论初起、灌浆，收靥，俱用之，神妙无比。
人参一两，白术八钱，茯苓五钱，陈皮三钱，白芍一两，生甘草三钱，元参八钱，蝉蜕一钱，柴
胡二钱，黄连五分，神曲三钱，山楂肉二钱，各为细末，水打成丸，如绿豆大。遇前症，与一钱，未起
者即起，已起者即灌浆，不收靥者收靥，神奇之极，毋视为寻常也。愿将此方广传人世。
名为回毒即消丹∶金银花五钱，生甘草一钱，人参二钱，元参三钱，水二碗，煎三分，与小儿
服之。一剂即消大半，
二剂全愈，不须三剂也，付符一道，焚在药中煎汁，神效。凡服药不效，焚符于药中，煎药与小儿
饮之，十人十生。而壅咒曰∶小儿有病，病魔作祟，吾今施符，治无不愈，吾奉天师岐真君律
令敕。书符前后念一遍，焚于药内，又念一遍书符时。此秘诀也。
又传疹方∶治夏日发疹者，神效。苏叶一钱，麦冬二钱，桔梗一钱，生甘草一钱，升麻五分，生
地二钱，元参三钱，青蒿三钱，水煎服。
岐真人曰∶张真人治四时之疹，余方治夏时热疹也。切记此二方，何患疹病之难治哉。
又传治水痘方∶亦治热症而有水气也。柴胡一钱，茯苓二钱，桔梗一钱，生甘草五分，黄芩五
分。竹叶十片，灯草一圆，水煎服。有痰者，加天花粉三分；有食，加山楂三粒，麦芽三分；有火，加
黄连一分，余可不必。有此一方，水痘无难治矣。
无论痘疮处于初起、灌浆还是收靥（结痂脱落）阶段，均可使用此方，效果神妙无比。

该方名为“回毒即消丹”：金银花五钱，生甘草一钱，人参二钱，元参三钱，加水两碗，煎至剩余三分之一的药液，给小儿服用。服一剂即可消除大半，服两剂即可全愈，不需要第三剂。另附一道符咒，在煎药汁时将其焚化入药中，疗效神速。凡是服药无效的情况，将符咒焚化于药中，煎汤给小儿饮用，十人可救活十人。并念壅咒曰：“小儿有病，病魔作祟，吾今施符，治无不愈，吾奉天师岐真君律令敕。”书写符咒前后各念一遍，焚化于药内后再念一遍书符时的咒语。这是秘诀所在。
又传授治疗麻疹的方子：治疗夏季发作的麻疹，疗效神速。苏叶一钱，麦冬二钱，桔梗一钱，生甘草一钱，升麻五分，生地二钱，元参三钱，青蒿三钱，水煎后服用。
岐真人说：“张真人治疗四季通用的麻疹，我的方子专门治疗夏季的热疹。切记这两个方子，还担心麻疹难治吗？”
又传授治疗水痘的方子：也用于治疗伴有水湿症状的热症。柴胡一钱，茯苓二钱，桔梗一钱，生甘草五分，黄芩五分，竹叶十片，灯草一团，水煎后服用。若有痰，加天花粉三分；若因饮食积滞，加山楂三粒、麦芽三分；若有火邪，加黄连一分，其余情况不必加减。有了这个方子，水痘便没有难治的了。
Regardless of whether the smallpox is in the initial stage, the pustule-filling stage, or the scabbing-and-falling-off stage (shouye), this formula can be used with miraculous efficacy.
Ren Shen (Ginseng Root) 1 liang, Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Rhizome) 8 qian, Fu Ling (Poria) 5 qian, Chen Pi (Tangerine Peel) 3 qian, Bai Shao (White Peony Root) 1 liang, Sheng Gan Cao (Raw Licorice Root) 3 qian, Yuan Shen (Scrophularia Root) 8 qian, Chan Tui (Cicada Slough) 1 qian, Chai Hu (Bupleurum Root) 2 qian, Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome) 5 fen, Shen Qu (Medicated Leaven) 3 qian, Shan Zha Rou (Hawthorn Flesh) 2 qian. Each herb is ground into a fine powder, mixed with water to form pills the size of mung beans. When encountering these symptoms, administer 1 qian. Those not yet erupted will erupt immediately; those already erupted will fill with pus immediately; those not yet scabbing will scab immediately. The effect is extremely magical; do not regard it as an ordinary prescription. It is hoped that this formula will be widely disseminated to the world.
This formula is named "Hui Du Ji Xiao Dan" (Eliminate Toxin Instantly Pill): Jin Yin Hua (Honeysuckle Flower) 5 qian, Sheng Gan Cao (Raw Licorice Root) 1 qian, Ren Shen (Ginseng Root) 2 qian, Yuan Shen (Scrophularia Root) 3 qian. Add two bowls of water, decoct until one-third remains, and administer to the child. One dose eliminates more than half of the condition; two doses result in complete recovery; a third dose is unnecessary. Additionally, attach one talisman (fu), burn it while decocting the medicine into the liquid, yielding divine efficacy. In cases where medication fails, burn the talisman in the medicine, decoct the soup, and give it to the child to drink; ten people will all survive. Recite the Yong Curse: "The child has illness, demons cause disturbance; I now apply the talisman, curing without exception; I obey the decree of Heavenly Master Qi Zhenjun." Read the curse once before writing the talisman and once after burning it in the medicine during the writing process. This is the secret method.
Another prescription for treating measles (zhen) is transmitted: Effective for summer-onset measles. Su Ye (Perilla Leaf) 1 qian, Mai Dong (Ophiopogon Tuber) 2 qian, Jie Geng (Platycodon Root) 1 qian, Sheng Gan Cao (Raw Licorice Root) 1 qian, Sheng Ma (Cimicifuga Rhizome) 5 fen, Sheng Di (Rehmannia Root) 2 qian, Yuan Shen (Scrophularia Root) 3 qian, Qing Hao (Artemisia Annua Herb) 3 qian. Decoct in water and take orally.
Zhenren Qi stated: "Zhenren Zhang treats measles occurring in all four seasons; my formula treats heat-type measles in summer. Remember these two formulas well; what worry is there regarding the difficulty of treating measles?"
Another prescription for treating chickenpox (shui dou) is transmitted: Also effective for heat syndromes accompanied by dampness/water retention. Chai Hu (Bupleurum Root) 1 qian, Fu Ling (Poria) 2 qian, Jie Geng (Platycodon Root) 1 qian, Sheng Gan Cao (Raw Licorice Root) 5 fen, Huang Qin (Scutellaria Root) 5 fen, Zhu Ye (Bamboo Leaf) 10 pieces, Deng Cao (Juncus Effusus Stem) one round bundle. Decoct in water and take orally. If phlegm is present, add Tian Hua Fen (Trichosanthes Root) 3 fen; if due to food stagnation, add Shan Zha (Hawthorn Fruit) 3 grains, Mai Ya (Sprouted Barley) 3 fen; if fire pathogen is present, add Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome) 1 fen; other modifications are unnecessary. With this single formula, chickenpox becomes easy to treat.
