治头风，头疼不可忍。

紫虚元君头风丹
大川乌（迭两者，以河水煮一沸，去水，于净处再煮。凡七次， 咀，次以盐炒黄色为
度） 辽细辛（四两重，去芦土，酒浸） 麝香（少许） 高细茶芽（半斤）
上为末，每服三钱，食后临卧茶清调下。少时，更以热汤催汗出，或鼻出涕为度。治心
脾气痛，桂心为末，白汤点服，酒调亦可。
一方∶晚蚕砂不以多少，用滚汤泡滤过，取清水服之立止。
又方∶玄胡索、胡椒，末，酒调服。
治小肠气痛。
玄胡索 胡椒
上为末，每服二钱，酒水各半盏煎服。
小肠膀胱肿KT ，香附子末，海藻汤调下。
又方四圣散 治疝气，外肾肿胀。

上等分为末，酒调二钱。一服痛住，甚妙。
又方∶灯龙草、连梗叶，抟一握许入罐内，又入槌碎生姜一块大，及生酒同煎，空心热

又方∶五苓散去肉桂，加黑牵牛、桔梗、车前子，名蟠葱散，数服妙。
又方∶食茴香、乳香末、猪苓、桔梗、木通、甘草等分，加灯心一握，淡竹叶匀煎，多
服取效。
治偏坠疝气方，先服复元通气，次五苓散，各三钱；去桂加黑牵牛、吴茱萸，汤泡，等
分；如胀，加陈枳壳，麦夫略炒；痛甚，加八角茴香煎服。
治紫癜风，硫黄一两，醋煮一日，海螵蛸三个，同研为末。浴后，以生姜蘸药熟擦患处
，须谨风少时，数度断根。

宿砂仁、甘草，干嚼咽下；又朴硝咽之。若治鱼骨，以鱼骨置头顶心即下。
又方∶不问鸡鱼骨鲠，朴硝研细，对入鸡苏丸如弹子大，仰卧噙化三五丸，自然化去。
误吞针，磁石一块，呵之即出。又多食猪羊肥肉自泻出。
小儿误吞钱，用炭烧红，急捣为末，煎汤呷之立效。
误吞铁石、骨刺不下，危急者，用王不留行、黄柏，去粗皮，等分为末，浸、蒸饼，丸
如弹子大，青黛为衣，以线穿挂当风处。每服一丸，冷水化开灌下。
毒蛇伤，急饮好醋一二碗，令毒瓦斯不随血走，或饮清油一二盏亦可。然后用药或用头绳
扎定伤处两头，次用白芷为末，白水调下半两许服之，顷刻咬处黄水出尽，肿消皮合。
一方∶雄黄为末涂之，又用水调服亦可。

于疮上，或以竹管桉上滴入，则毒不散尤妙。

耳中血出，龙骨末吹入耳中，或白矾枯为末，入麝吹之即止。

上用新绵裹了，塞于所患耳内，口中衔少生铁，觉耳内风雨声即愈。需作三五次方可。
恶虫叮咬，大纸捻一个，麻油点灯照熏伤处，其毒尽入油烟内。
误吞马蝗蜞致腹痛者，用田泥为丸，以水吞下，其虫必随土泻出也。

又方∶无名异末搽。
治闪拗手足疼痛，生姜烂捣，和面炒热盒之，加葱白炒。
物入眼中不出，清水磨好墨，点眼角即出。
耳出脓水，生白矾末吹入耳中，日三次立效。
针铁竹木刺入肉不出者，干乌羊尿十数粒为末，水调后敷其上，痛即住，刺自出。
一方∶嚼粟子黄敷之。
一方∶竹木刺入肉，黑豆研烂，水调涂之。
又方∶蓖麻子仁烂研，先以绢帛衬伤处，然后敷药，时时看之。若见刺出即放之，恐药
紧弩出好肉。或加白梅肉，同研敷妙。
冬月手足皲裂，白芨末水调塞之。忌三五日不犯水。
治寒足跟冻烂，五月五日午时用姜葱艾揩一时许，更不再发矣。
治牙痛，青蒿一握，水一碗煎至半碗，待温漱之，疼即止。
一方∶良姜、草乌，二件为末，揩齿有涎即吐，不可吞，吐涎毕，以盐汤嗽口。
又方∶虫牙、风牙，吃药有阴阳虚实服之。春，正气散；夏，败毒散加大黄、枳壳；秋
冬，五积散、消风散。
去虫积，槟榔一味为末，蜜水调下。令患者先日少吃饭，临晚亦勿食，次早五更服之。
穿掌毒，新桑叶研烂包盒上，即愈。
治疗头风，头痛剧烈难以忍受。

治疗小肠气痛。
玄胡索 胡椒
将上述药物研成粉末，每次服用二钱，用酒和水各半盏煎服。
又一方：四圣散 治疗疝气，外肾肿胀。
茴香（炒） 穿山甲（炒） 全蝎（炒） 南木香
将上述药物等分为末，酒调二钱。一服后疼痛停止，效果极佳。
又一方：灯龙草、连梗叶，抓一把放入罐内，再加入一块槌碎的生姜，以及生酒同煎，空腹热服。
又一方：五苓散去肉桂，加黑牵牛、桔梗、车前子，名为蟠葱散，服用数次效果妙。
又一方：食茴香、乳香末、猪苓、桔梗、木通、甘草等分，加灯心草一把，淡竹叶均匀煎煮，多服取效。
治疗偏坠疝气方，先服复元通气汤，再服五苓散，各三钱；去掉肉桂，加入黑牵牛、吴茱萸，用汤泡，等分；如果腹胀，加陈枳壳，麦麸略炒；疼痛严重，加八角茴香煎服。
治疗紫癜风，硫黄一两，醋煮一天，海螵蛸三个，共同研为粉末。洗澡后，用生姜蘸药在患处熟擦，须注意避风一段时间，数次可断根。
又一方：知母磨醋擦拭。

Grind the above together into fine powder, make water pills the size of a finger, chew and swallow on an empty stomach with tea.
Another prescription: Sanling San (Three Spirits Powder)
Treats eight types of head wind.
Caowu (Aconitum Kusnezoffii Rhizome) Xixin (Asarum Root) (equal parts) Huangdan (Lead Oxide) (a little)
Grind into extremely fine powder, insufflate into the nose.
Zixu Yuanjun Toufeng Dan (Purple Void Primordial Lord's Head Wind Pill)
Da Chuanwu (Large Sichuan Aconite) (2 liang, boil once in river water, discard water, boil again in a clean place. Repeat seven times, chop, then stir-fry with salt until yellow) Liao Xixin (Liaoning Asarum) (4 liang, remove rhizome and soil, soak in wine) Shexiang (Musk) (a little) Gaoxi Chaye (High-quality Fine Tea Buds) (0.5 jin)
Grind the above into powder, take 3 qian each time, mix with clear tea after meals before bedtime. After a while, induce sweating with hot water or until nasal discharge occurs as the standard. For heart-spleen pain, use Guixin (Cinnamon Twig) powder, taken with warm water or mixed with wine.
Another method: Use Wancangsha (Silkworm Feces) in any amount, steep in boiling water and filter, drink the clear water to stop immediately.
Another method: Xianshusuo (Corydalis Rhizome), Hujiao (Black Pepper), grind into powder, mix with wine and take.
Treats Xiao Chang Qi Tong (Small Intestine Qi Pain).
Xianshusuo (Corydalis Rhizome) Hujiao (Black Pepper)
Grind into powder, take 2 qian each time, decoct with half a cup of wine and half a cup of water.
For Xiao Chang Pang Zhong (Small Intestine Swelling) and Bladder swelling, use Xiangfu Zi (Cyperi Rhizoma) powder, mixed with Zao Hai Tang (Seaweed Decoction).
Another prescription: Sixiang San (Four Saints Powder) Treats Shan Qi (Hernia) and Wai Shen Zhang Zhong (External Genital Swelling).
Huixiang (Fennel Seed) (stir-fried) Chuanshanjia (Pangolin Scale) (stir-fried) Quanxie (Scorpion) (stir-fried) Nanmuxiang (Agarwood)
Grind the above into equal parts powder, mix with wine and take 2 qian. Pain stops after one dose, very effective.
Another method: Denglongcao (Euphorbia Humifusa), Lian Geng Ye (Stemmed Leaves), take a handful, put in a pot, add a piece of crushed fresh ginger, and raw wine, decoct together, take hot on an empty stomach.
Another method: Wuling San (Five Ling Powder) remove Rougui (Cinnamon Bark), add Hei Qianniu (Black Morning Glory Seed), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root), Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed), named Pancong San (Coiled Leek Powder), take several doses for good effect.
Another method: Shihuixiang (Edible Fennel), Ruxiang (Frankincense) powder, Zhuling (Polyporus), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root), Mutong (Akebia Stem), Gancao (Licorice Root) in equal parts, add a handful of Dengxincao (Juncus Effusus Pith), decoct evenly with Danyezhu (Bamboo Leaf), take more for effect.
Treatment for Pian Zhui Shan Qi (Unilateral Hernia): First take Fuyuan Tongqi (Replenishing Origin and Promoting Circulation) formula, then Wuling San (Five Ling Powder), 3 qian each; remove Rougui (Cinnamon Bark), add Hei Qianniu (Black Morning Glory Seed), Wuzhuyu (Evodia Fruit), soak in decoction, equal parts; if distended, add Chen Zhike (Aged Aurantium Peel), Mai Fu (Wheat Bran) slightly stir-fried; if pain is severe, add Bajiao Huixiang (Star Anise) and decoct.
Treats Zijian Feng (Purple Spots Dermatitis): Liu Huang (Sulfur) 1 liang, boiled in vinegar for one day, Haipiaoxiao (Cuttlefish Bone) 3 pieces, grind together into powder. After bathing, rub the affected area with ginger dipped in the medicine, avoid wind for a while, repeated applications can cure the root.
Another method: Zhi Mu (Anemarrhena Rhizome) ground with vinegar and rubbed.
Tu Xue Ke Xue (Vomiting Blood and Coughing Blood): Ce Bai Ye (Biota Tops) roasted on tiles until dry, grind into powder, take 3 qian mixed with rice water, effective after 3-5 doses.
One method: Lian Ye (Lotus Leaf) roasted dry, grind into powder, take about 2 qian mixed with rice water.
Another method: Guidimo (Pot Bottom Soot) processed, ground fine, mixed well water and taken.
Bone stuck in throat: Rushiang (Frankincense) 2 qian, ground fine, mixed with water, swallow a few mouthfuls.
One method: Sha Tang (Brown Sugar) held in mouth to melt, swallow slowly, the bone will descend. Also, Zhu Gen (Boehmeria Root) boiled with the flesh where the bone is stuck, drink the soup. Also, Su Sharen (Amomum Fruit) and Gancao (Licorice Root) chewed dry and swallowed; also, Pu Xiao (Mirabilite) swallowed. If treating fish bone, place the fish bone on the top of the head to expel it.
Another method: Regardless of chicken or fish bone stuck, Pu Xiao (Mirabilite) ground fine, mixed with Jisu Wan (Chicken Mint Pill) the size of a bullet, lie on back and hold in mouth to melt 3-5 pills, they will naturally dissolve.
Accidentally swallowing a needle: Ci Shi (Magnetite) one piece, blow on it to expel. Or eat much pork/mutton fat to be excreted.
Child accidentally swallowing a coin: Burn charcoal red-hot, quickly grind to powder, decoct in water and sip for immediate effect.
Accidentally swallowing iron/stone/bone splinters not coming down, critical case: Wang Bu Liu Xing (Vaccaria Seed), Huang Bo (Phellodendron Bark) remove coarse skin, equal parts powder, soak, steam with steamed bun dough, make pills size of a bullet, coat with Qing Dai (Indigo Naturalis), hang in windy place with thread. Take one pill each time, dissolve in cold water and administer.
Venomous snake bite: Quickly drink 1-2 bowls of good vinegar to prevent poison from circulating with blood, or drink 1-2 cups of clear oil. Then apply medicine or tie both ends of the wound tightly with hair. Next, take Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica) powder, mix with white water and take about 0.5 liang, within moments yellow fluid will drain from the bite, swelling subsides and skin closes.
One method: Xionghuang (Realgar) powder applied externally, or mixed with water and taken.
Another method: Bai Fan (Alum), Xionghuang (Realgar), Huang La (Yellow Beeswax) equal parts powder, make pills size of a finger. When encountering a wound, melt on an incense spoon, drip onto the sore, or drip via bamboo tube, prevents poison spread, very excellent.
Treats hundred insects entering ear: Crush leek juice mixed with vinegar pour into ear. Or heat peach leaf with fire and plug ear to expel immediately. Or pour clear oil into ear to expel. Or cut rooster comb blood and drip into ear.
Blood flowing from ear: Long Gu (Dragon Bone) powder insufflated into ear, or Ku Bai Fan (Calcined Alum) powder mixed with She Xiang (Musk) insufflated to stop bleeding.
Ear constantly moist, oozing pus or yellow fluid: Huang Dan (Lead Oxide) (1 qian, stir-fried) Chi Shao Yao (Red Peony Root) (2.5 qian) Lingxiao Hua (Campsis Flower) (2.5 qian)
Grind all into powder, insufflate into ear. If not resolved add:
Bai Fan (Alum) (1 qian, calcined) Yanzhi (Vermilion) (one character measure) Wu Bei Zi (Galla Chinensis) (2.5 qian, roasted) Quanxie (Scorpion)
Grind into powder, insufflate together to dry.
Deafness for long time unable to hear sound: Jin Ci Shi (Dense Magnetite) (size of a bean) She Xiang (Musk) (one character measure) Tuo He You (Camel/Bird Oil) (stored in bamboo tube)
Wrap in new cotton, plug into affected ear, hold small piece of raw iron in mouth, when wind/rain sounds are felt in ear, it is cured. Requires 3-5 times.
Bad insect bites: One large paper twist, light lamp with sesame oil to smoke the wound, poison enters the soot.
Accidentally swallowing leeches causing abdominal pain: Make pills from field mud, swallow with water, the worms will be excreted with the earth.
Spider sores: Apply sheep milk or rub with clear oil to soothe.
Mad dog bite: Crush leek roots, extract juice, take in large amounts. Also, Tao Bai Pi (Peach Inner Bark) decocted and taken, or moxa burned 3-5 sessions on wound. Also, Zhen Dan Fan (Natural Blue Vitriol) powder applied to sore cures immediately.
Centipede bite: Chew Zhu Yu (Chinese Cornelian Cherry) and rub. Or apply chicken manure. Or mix ginger juice with Bang Fen (Clam Shell Powder) and rub. Or chop mulberry tree bark forcefully to get juice and apply, cures immediately.
Also for pain
This fumigation is also extremely effective.
Wasp sting: Wash with hot wine for immediate effect, or rub with clear oil.
Tiger injury: First drink one bowl of clear oil, then wash wound with oil, then wash with dried Kudzu decoction, then apply sugar water mixture, still drink 1-2 bowls of sugar water.
Snake bite medication:
Xixin (Asarum Root) (5 qian) Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica) (5 qian) Xionghuang (Realgar) (2.5 qian)
Grind into powder, add a little Musk. Take 2 qian each time, mix with warm wine.
Another method: Bei Mu (Fritillaria Bulb) powder, mix with wine and take cold. Those who can drink, drink as much as possible. Wait a long time, due to the wound, alcohol flows out as clear water, wait until water stops flowing, then apply medicine dregs to sore to cure.
Scald and burn injuries: Grind charcoal powder with water and apply, or grind Tu Zhu (Earth Vermilion) and apply, or use real Tung Oil, or crush Bai Ye (Mulberry Leaf) and apply to painful area, grind Huang Shu Kui Hua Ye (Yellow Hibiscus Flower Leaf) and apply.
For all scalds and burns, urgently roast near fire, endure pain strongly, after one meal time it stops hurting. Do not use cold water or cold objects to cool, heat cannot escape must rot human flesh, must protect carefully.
Knife/Axe wounds, bleeding not stopping, unbearable pain: Stir-fry Cong Bai (Green Onion White) in pan until hot, crush and bind while hot, pain and bleeding stop. Replace when onion cools.
Another method: Guidimo (Pot Bottom Soot) ground and applied. Also Bai Ji (Bletilla Rhizome), Shi Gao (Gypsum Fibrosum) (stir-fried), grind together into powder, sprinkle on sore, can also close wound.
Another method: Wuming Yi (Iron Ore) powder applied.
Treats sprained limbs pain: Crush fresh ginger, mix with flour, stir-fry hot, wrap, add green onion stir-fried.
Object entered eye not coming out: Grind good ink with clear water, drop at corner of eye to expel.
Ear oozing pus/water: Raw Bai Fan (Alum) powder insufflated into ear, three times a day for immediate effect.
