Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma, cleaned of hairs and soaked in water for one day), Wulingzhi (Trogopteri Dung, each 1 jin [approx. 500g]), Heiqiu (Semen Cassiae Nigrae), Baiqiu (Semen Cassiae Albae, each 2 liang [approx. 60g]).
