此丸能够治疗各种疾病。疏通经络，调和营卫，解除表邪并攻逐里实，疗效神奇迅速。居家或外出时，常宜预先准备。这确实是救急的灵丹妙药。
- 对于伤风引起的头痛、鼻塞且声音重浊，取一丸研成细末，用开水冲服，保暖睡眠以出汗，即可痊愈。
- 对于伤寒引起的憎寒（怕冷）发热，研碎一丸用开水冲服，盖被保暖睡眠以出汗。病情较重者再服用一次即可痊愈。
- 对于感冒引起的头痛身痛、咳嗽多痰，研碎一丸用开水冲服，保暖睡眠以出汗。病情较重者再服用。
- 对于上吐下泻、口渴、小便短赤，研碎服用一丸。病情较重者再服用。
- 对于感受时行疫病，身体微热、昏迷嗜睡，研碎一丸，用开水冲服，保暖睡眠以出汗。轻症即刻痊愈，重症服用二三丸。
- 对于瘟疫瘴气，或者出现结核肿块，俗称老鼠瘟，研碎服用一丸，连续服用二三丸，肿块消散即愈。极重症服用至五丸。
- 对于湿毒流注导致的脚肿，研碎服用一丸，连续服用二三丸即愈。
- 对于风火喉痹，研碎服用一丸，连续服用二三丸即愈。
- 对于毒痢及风热斑疹，研碎服用一丸，连续服用二三丸即愈。
- 对于心经疔疮初起，脉象散乱而牙关紧闭，手足麻木发软，闭目不语，急忙查看前后心是否有红点，用针刺破出血。
制作苍术（十两）、桔梗、神曲（各六两）、贯众、熟大黄、法半夏、川厚朴（姜汁炒）、飞滑石、芥皂角壳、木香。
上述药物中提出雄朱砂，另外研成细末。其余药物共同研成细末并过秤。连同雄朱砂这两味药，净重若干，计算每三钱和丸制成一粒。
研碎融化后，每次服用一钱散剂。
治疗夏季中暑、霍乱吐泻、风寒咳嗽、饮食停滞、发冷发热、疟疾痰症、胸膈不宽畅、遍身疼痛。
藿香、薄荷、半夏（姜汁拌）、香附、砂仁、山楂、茅苍术、川厚朴、苏叶、麦芽、陈皮。
上述药物共同研成细末，用荷叶煎汤，每重三钱，合炼成一丸，研细送服。
暑症：用藿香汤送服。
霍乱吐泻：用胡椒七粒、绿豆一撮煎汤送服。
咳嗽：用百部汤送服。
寒症、疟疾痰症、泄泻：均用姜汤送服。
This pill can treat various diseases. It unblocks the meridians and collaterals, harmonizes Ying (Nutritive Qi) and Wei (Defensive Qi), releases the exterior and attacks the interior, with miraculous and rapid efficacy. It is advisable to keep it in reserve at home or when traveling. Indeed, it is a spiritual remedy for emergency rescue.
- For wind-cold common cold causing headache, nasal congestion, and heavy voice: Take one pill, grind into fine powder, mix with boiling water to take orally. Keep warm and sleep to induce sweating; it will heal immediately.
- For shanghan (cold damage) causing aversion to cold and fever: Grind one pill, mix with boiling water to take orally. Cover with blankets, keep warm, and sleep to induce sweating. If severe, take again to heal.
- For ganmao (common cold) causing headache and body pain, cough with excessive phlegm: Grind one pill, mix with boiling water to take orally. Keep warm and sleep to induce sweating. If severe, take again.
- For vomiting and diarrhea, thirst, and dark urine: Grind and take one pill. If severe, take again.
- For contracting seasonal epidemic disease, presenting with slight fever, coma, and drowsiness: Grind one pill, mix with boiling water to take orally. Keep warm and sleep to induce sweating. Mild cases heal immediately; severe cases take two or three pills.
- For plague miasma, or onset of tubercles (swollen lymph nodes), commonly called rat plague: Grind and take one pill, continuously take two or three pills. The nodules will dissipate and it will heal. Extremely severe cases take up to five pills.
- For damp-toxin flowing and accumulating causing foot swelling: Grind and take one pill, continuously take two or three pills to heal.
- For wind-fire throat obstruction (bi syndrome): Grind and take one pill, continuously take two or three pills to heal.
- For toxic dysentery and wind-heat macules and papules: Grind and take one pill, continuously take two or three pills to heal.
- For early-stage ding sores of the Heart Meridian, with scattered pulse and tight jaw, numbness and weakness in hands and feet, closed eyes and inability to speak: Urgently check if there are red spots on the anterior and posterior heart areas. Puncture with needles to bleed.
Preparation: Cangzhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, 10 liang), Jiegeng (Radix Platycodonis, 6 liang each), Shenqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata, 6 liang each), Guanzhong (Rhizoma Cibotii), Shu Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei Preparata, 6 liang each), Fa Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata, 6 liang each), Chuan Houpo (Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis, stir-fried with ginger juice), Fei Huashi (Talcum, 6 liang each), Jie Zaojiao Ke (Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis Exocarpium, 6 liang each), Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae, 6 liang each).
Extract Xiong Zhusha (Realgar) from the above herbs, separately grind into fine powder. Grind the remaining herbs together into fine powder and weigh them. Combine with the Xiong Zhash to determine the net weight. Calculate to make one pill per 3 qian.
Grind and dissolve; administer as a powder, 1 qian per dose.
Treats summer heatstroke, cholera with vomiting and diarrhea, wind-cold cough, food stagnation, chills and fever, malaria with phlegm syndromes, chest and diaphragm discomfort, and generalized body pain.
Huoxiang (Herba Agastaches), Bohe (Folium Menthae Haplocalycis), Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae, mixed with ginger juice), Xiangfu (Rhizoma Cyperi), Sharen (Fructus Amomi), Shanzha (Fructus Crataegi), Mao Cangzhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Chuan Houpo (Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis), Suye (Folium Perillae), Maiya (Fructus Hordei Germinatus), Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae).
Grind all herbs into fine powder. Decoct He Ye (Folium Nelumbinis) in water. For every 3 qian of powder, refine into one pill. Grind finely and take with liquid.
For summer heat syndrome: Take with Huoxiang decoction.
For cholera with vomiting and diarrhea: Take with decoction of seven grains of Hujiao (Piperis Longi Fructus) and a pinch of Lv Dou (Semen Phaseoli Radiati).
For cough: Take with Baibu decoction.
For cold syndromes, malaria with phlegm, and diarrhea: Take with Jiang Tang (Ginger decoction).
