为末。车前草捣汁入煮。酒调敷患处。
治手指缝肿痛不可忍。若不早治。即烂入手。
鲜螃蟹 捣烂敷上。即愈。如无鲜者。以蟹黄蜜调涂。
治香港脚肿痛。
木瓜（不拘多少为末） 杉木屑（少许） 好酒调敷患处。立止。
又方
葱 姜 艾叶（等分） 捣烂布包。蘸极热烧酒擦患处。以痛止为度即愈。
沥青（二两） 黄蜡（一两） 熬膏敷之愈。

牛骨髓（不拘多少） 五倍子（炙少许） 为末。捣和填入缝内即合。
樟木（一段劈碎）煎浓汤调。远年溺桶砂末。（一两）陈小粉（酌用）敷在大热痛处。
有夺命

五倍子末（三钱） 白矾（一块） 水一碗煎汤洗之。再用木贼草烧灰。搽肛上即收。
治一切横生倒产。沥浆生。交骨不开。子死腹中等症。大剂连服即产下。极神
救急方也。
当归（一两） 川芎（七钱） 龟板（一个酥炙研末） 生男妇人发（一握瓦上焙存性）
水二碗。煎一碗服。如人行五里许即生。

穿山甲（炙）、生半夏、生南星（各一钱）、肉桂（三钱），共同研磨成末。用优质醋调匀，制成如铜钱厚度的药饼。晒干后，用口涎将药物粘附于疼痛处，并用艾条灸治。轻症灸一壮，重症灸三壮。
治疗鹤膝风的神效方。有患此症五年者，敷药三天即痊愈。
乳香、没药（各一钱五分）、地骨皮（五钱）、无名异（五钱）、麝香（一分），研磨成末。用车前草捣汁煮药，用酒调匀敷于患处。
治疗手指缝肿痛难以忍受。如果不尽早治疗，就会溃烂蔓延至手部。
鲜螃蟹，捣烂后敷上，即可痊愈。如果没有新鲜的，可用蟹黄加蜂蜜调和涂抹。
治疗香港脚（足部肿胀疼痛）。
木瓜（适量研末）、杉木屑（少许），用好酒调匀敷于患处，立即止痛。
又一方：
葱、姜、艾叶（等分），捣烂后用布包裹，蘸取极热的烧酒擦拭患处，以疼痛停止为度，即可痊愈。
雄黄、穿山甲（等分），研磨成末。卷成筒状用火熏烤患处。数次后即可自愈。
沥青（二两）、黄蜡（一两），熬制成膏敷用，可愈。
又一方：
牛骨髓（适量）、五倍子（炙少许），研磨成末。捣和均匀后填入裂缝内，伤口即可愈合。
樟木（一段劈碎），煎煮浓汤调和。加入陈年尿桶底的砂末（一两）、陈小粉（酌情使用），敷在大热且疼痛的部位。具有夺命（起死回生/急救）的功效。
五倍子末（三钱）、白矾（一块），用水一碗煎汤清洗患处。再用木贼草烧成灰，搽于肛门处，即可收敛。
治疗一切横生倒产、沥浆生（羊水早破）、交骨不开（骨盆联合分离难产）、子死腹中等病症。大剂量连续服用即可分娩。是极为神奇的急救方。
当归（一两）、川芎（七钱）、龟板（一个，酥炙后研末）、已故男人生殖器毛发或已故女人生殖器毛发（一握，在瓦上焙至存性），加水二碗，煎至一碗服用。如人行走五里路的时间，胎儿即可出生。
Caoxin Tu (Furnace Heart Earth, 3 sheng) is stir-fried until hot in a clay pot. Add Chuanjiao (Sichuan Pepper) and Huixiang (Fennel, each 1 qian), grind into powder, mix well. Place over the scrotum through trousers to sit upon.
Shanjiapia (Pangolin Scales, processed), Sheng Banxia (Raw Pinellia Rhizome), Sheng Nanting (Raw Arisaema Rhizome, each 1 qian), Rougui (Cinnamon Bark, 3 qian). Grind all into powder. Mix well with good vinegar to form cakes of coin thickness. Dry them. Use saliva to adhere the medicine to the painful area, then moxibustion. For mild cases, one zhuang; for severe cases, three zhuang.
Divine prescription for He Xi Feng (Crane's Knee Disease / Rheumatoid Arthritis affecting knees). A patient suffering from this condition for five years was cured after applying medicine for three days.
Ruxiang (Frankincense) and Moyao (Myrrh, each 1.5 qian), Digupi (Lycium Bark, 5 qian), Wumingyi (Hematite, 5 qian), Shexiang (Musk, 1 fen). Grind into powder. Boil with juice extracted from crushed Cheqiancao (Plantago Leaf). Mix with wine and apply to the affected area.
Treatment for unbearable swelling and pain in finger webs. If not treated early, it will rot and spread into the hand.
Fresh Xie (Crab), crush and apply. It heals immediately. If fresh crabs are unavailable, mix Xiehuang (Crab Roe) with honey and apply.
Treatment for Hongxiang Jiao (Hong Kong Foot / Tinea Pedis with swelling and pain).
Mugua (Papaya, appropriate amount ground into powder), Shanmuxie (Cedar Wood Sawdust, a little). Mix with good wine and apply to the affected area. Pain stops immediately.
Another prescription:
Cong (Scallion), Jiang (Ginger), Aiye (Mugwort Leaf, equal parts). Crush and wrap in cloth. Dip in extremely hot Sha Jiu (Baijiu) and rub on the affected area until pain ceases, then it heals.
Xionghuang (Realgar) and Shanjiapia (Pangolin Scales, equal parts). Grind into powder. Roll into a tube and fumigate with fire. It heals spontaneously after several times.
Qingli (Asphalt, 2 liang), Huangla (Yellow Beeswax, 1 liang). Boil into an ointment and apply to heal.
Another prescription:
Niu Guisui (Osteum Bovis / Cow Marrow, appropriate amount), Wubeizi (Chinese Gallnut, lightly processed). Grind into powder. Mix and fill into the fissure to close it.
Zhangmu (Camphor Wood, one piece split), decoct into a thick liquid to mix. Add Chen Ni Tong Sha Mo (Sand from old urine bucket, 1 liang) and Chen Xiaofen (Starch, use as needed). Apply to the area of intense heat and pain. It has the power of Duoming (Life-snatching/Emergency Rescue).
Wubeizi Mo (Chinese Gallnut Powder, 3 qian), Bai Fan (Alum, one piece). Decoct in one bowl of water and wash the affected area. Then, burn Muzei Cao (Equisetum Ramosissimum) to ash and apply to the anus to achieve contraction/healing.
Treatment for all cases of transverse or breech presentation, Li Jiang Sheng (Premature Rupture of Membranes), Jiao Bu Bu Kai (Failure of Pelvic Joint Separation/Dystocia), Zhi Si Fu Zhong (Dead Fetus in Uterus), etc. Taking a large dose continuously leads to delivery. This is an extremely divine emergency prescription.
Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root, 1 liang), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome, 7 qian), Guiban (Tartar Testudinis / Turtle Shell, one piece, roasted with flour until brittle and ground), Sheng Nan Ren Fa (Hair of deceased male human genitals? *Note: Text says "Sheng Nan Ren Nu Ren Fa" likely meaning hair of deceased men/women, traditionally used in obstetrics*) (one handful, baked on tile until carbonized but retaining properties). Add two bowls of water, decoct to one bowl and take orally. Birth occurs within the time it takes a person to walk five li.
