共为末。先用棉杖子。捻去耳中脓水。以药用芦管。或纸卷。轻轻吹入效而止。

冬桑叶 黑山栀 二味煎汤。含漱愈。
治疗耳内流脓。

以上药物共同研磨成粉末。先用棉签棒，捻去耳中的脓液和水，然后用药管或纸卷，轻轻将药粉吹入耳中，见效即止。

海螵蛸、白芨、轻粉（各三钱），研磨成粉末敷于患处。
龙骨研磨成细末吹入患处即可止血/愈。如果没有真品龙骨，可以用牡蛎粉代替；或者用蒲黄（炒黑后研成粉末）吹入，也能治愈。
金丝荷叶草（洗净），捣烂取汁滴入耳中。如果有脓液，加入少量枯白矾，立即痊愈。

以上药物研磨成粉末。每次服用二三钱，用葱茶汁调服，饭后服用。

专门治疗口腔舌头生出菌状赘生物。如果治疗迟缓，赘生物变大，塞满口腔导致无法饮食，就会死亡。
先制作一个小竹弓，弓口大约三寸左右，在荒野间寻找一只极大的蜘蛛，将蛛丝缠绕在弓口上，直到蛛丝盘尽，蜘蛛出血为止。

Treatment for otorrhea (pus discharge from the ear).
Calcined Alum (Ku Bai Fan), Dragon Bone (Long Gu, processed by water flotation), Lead Monoxide (Huang Dan), Hangzhou Rouge (Hangzhou Yanzhi, calcined to retain its nature, each 1 qian), Chinese Gall (Wu Bei Zi, 1 qian), Musk (She Xiang, a small amount).
Grind all ingredients into powder. First, use a cotton swab to wipe away pus and fluid from the ear canal. Then, using a medicinal tube or rolled paper, gently insufflate the powder into the ear until effective, then stop.
Treatment for otomycosis and malarial sores (ear and cheek gangrenous ulcers).
Cuttlebone (Hai Piao Xiao), Bletilla Rhizome (Bai Ji), Calomel (Qing Fen, each 3 qian). Grind into powder and apply to the affected area.
Dragon Bone (Long Gu) ground into fine powder and insufflated stops the condition immediately. If genuine Dragon Bone is unavailable, substitute with Oyster Shell Powder (Mu Li Fen); or use Polygonum Multiflorum Seed (Pu Huang, stir-fried until black and ground into powder) for insufflation, which also cures it.
Golden Thread Lotus Leaf Grass (Jin Si He Ye Cao), washed and crushed to extract juice, drip into the ear. If pus is present, add a small amount of Calcined Alum (Ku Fan), and it will heal immediately.
Treatment for nasal discharge of turbid mucus, known as Bi Yuan (Nasal Sinusitis/Ozena).
Angelica Dahurica (Bai Zhi, 1 liang), Cocklebur Fruit (Cang Er Zi, stir-fried), Magnolia Flower (Xin Yi, each 2.5 qian), Mint (Bo He, 0.5 qian).
Grind into powder. Take 2-3 qian per dose, mixed with scallion-tea juice, taken after meals.
Patchouli (Guang Huo Xiang) ground into powder; inhale a small spoonful into the nose, and discharge stops immediately.
Red Coral Flower (Zi Wei Hua) ground into powder, mixed with Litharge Powder (Mi Tuo Seng), applied with saliva to the affected area for immediate cure. Subsequently, take Decocted Powder of Trichosanthes Root (Tian Hua Fen, 3 qian) and Gentian Root (Long Dan Cao, 1 qian) orally, three to four times.
Specifically treats fungal-like growths on the tongue and mouth. Delayed treatment leads to enlargement of the growth, blocking the mouth, preventing eating and drinking, resulting in death.
First, make a small bamboo bow with an opening of about 3 cun. In the wilderness, find one very large spider. Wind the spider's silk onto the bow opening until the silk is exhausted and the spider bleeds.
Treatment for sudden tongue stiffness, swelling, and suffocation, known as KT She (Note: Original text likely refers to Mu She/Wood Tongue or similar acute conditions).
Green Vitriol (Lv Fan, any amount), placed on a new tile, heated until red, then removed to the ground to cool completely and ground into fine powder. Use the handle of a toothbrush to pry open the jaw and apply the powder to the tongue; it heals immediately.
Treatment for swollen and bleeding tongue.
Polygonum Multiflorum Seed (Pu Huang, stir-fried until black), Cuttlebone (Hai Piao Xiao), in equal parts.
Grind into fine powder and apply. Additionally, decoct Gypsum (Shi Gao, 3 qian) and Mint (Bo He, 0.5 qian) in water for gargling.
Realgar Essence (Xiong Huang Jing, 3 fen), White Alum (Ming Fan, 3 fen), Plum Blossom Borneol (Mei Hua Bing Pian, 1 fen), Tooth Debris (Ya Xie, 1 qian, baked until crisp).
Grind all into powder and rub on the affected area.
Another prescription for toothache caused by deficiency fire.
Mulberry Leaves (Dong Sang Ye) and Gardenia (Hei Shan Zhi), decoct these two herbs in water for gargling to achieve cure.
