治心腹俱胀痛，短气欲死或已绝方。取栀子十四枚，豉七合。以水二升，先煮豉取一升
二合，绞去滓，纳栀子，更煎取八合，又绞去滓，服半升，不愈者尽服之。
又方 浣小衣。饮其汁一二升，即愈。
又方 桂二两（切）。以水一升二合，煮取八合。去滓，顿服。无桂者，着干姜亦佳。
又方 乌梅二七枚。以水五升煮一沸，纳大钱二七枚，煮得二升半。强人可顿服，羸人
可分为再服，当下便愈。
又方 茱萸二两，生姜四两。豉三合，酒四升，煮取二升。分为三服，即瘥。
又方 干姜一两，巴豆二两。捣蜜丸。一服如小豆二丸，当吐下，瘥。
治心腹相连常胀痛方。野狼毒二两，附子半两。捣。筛，蜜丸如梧子大。日一服一丸；二
日二丸；三日后服三丸，再一丸；至六日，服三丸，自一至三以常服，即瘥。
又方 吴茱萸一合，干姜四分，附子、细辛、人参各二分。捣筛，蜜丸如梧子大。服五
丸，日三服。
凡心腹痛，若非中恶霍乱，则是皆宿结冷热所为。今此方可采以救急，瘥后，要作诸大
治，以消其根源也。
附方
《梅师方》治心腹胀坚，痛闷不安，虽未吐下欲死。以盐五合，水一升，煎令消，顿服
，自吐下，食出即定。不吐更服。
孙真人方治心腹俱痛。以布裹椒薄注上火熨，令椒汗出，良。
《十全方》，心脾痛。以高良姜（细锉，炒）杵末，米饮调下一钱匕立止。
治疗心腹同时胀痛，气短欲死或已经断气的方子。取栀子十四枚，豉七合。用水二升，先煮豉取一升二合，绞去渣滓，放入栀子，再煎取八合，又绞去渣滓，服用半升，不愈者服完剩余药液。
另一个方子：洗小衣服。喝它的汁液一二升，立即痊愈。
又一个方子：桂枝二两（切碎）。用水一升二合，煮取八合。去掉渣滓，一次性服下。没有桂枝的，用干姜也很好。
又一个方子：乌梅十四枚。用水五升煮至沸腾一次，放入大铜钱十四枚，煮得药液二升半。身体强壮的人可以一次性服下，体弱的人可以分为两次服用，应当吐泻后便痊愈。
又一个方子：吴茱萸二两，生姜四两。豉三合，酒四升，煮取二升。分为三次服用，立即痊愈。
又一个方子：干姜一两，巴豆二两。捣碎后用蜂蜜制成丸剂。每次服用如小豆大小的两丸，应当吐泻，痊愈。

附方

孙真人方治疗心腹同时疼痛。用布包裹花椒，靠近火烘烤，让花椒出汗，效果良好。
《十全方》，心脾痛。用高良姜（细切，炒）研成末，米汤调服一钱匕，立即停止。
Formula for treating simultaneous distending pain in the heart and abdomen, shortness of breath to the point of death or already pulseless. Take fourteen Gardenia fruits (Gardeniae Fructus), seven he of fermented soybeans (Douchi). Add two sheng of water, first decoct the fermented soybeans until one sheng and two dou remain, strain to remove dregs, add the Gardenia fruits, decoct again until eight dou remain, strain to remove dregs again, administer half sheng; if not cured, consume the remainder.
Another formula: Wash small garments. Drink the wash water, one to two sheng, and it will be cured immediately.
Yet another formula: Cinnamon Twig (Guizhi) two liang (cut into pieces). Add one sheng and two dou of water, decoct until eight dou remain. Remove dregs, take in one dose. If Cinnamon Twig is unavailable, Dried Ginger (Ganjiang) is also good.
Yet another formula: Dark Plum (Wumei) fourteen pieces. Add five sheng of water, boil once, add fourteen large copper coins, decoct until two sheng and a half remain. Strong individuals may take in one dose; weak individuals may divide into two doses. It should induce vomiting and purging, after which the patient will be cured.
Yet another formula: Evodia Fruit (Zhugeyu) two liang, Fresh Ginger (Shengjiang) four liang. Fermented soybeans (Douchi) three he, wine four sheng, decoct until two sheng remain. Divide into three doses, and it will be cured immediately.
Yet another formula: Dried Ginger (Ganjiang) one liang, Croton Seed (Badou) two liang. Pound and make honey pills. One dose consists of two pills the size of small beans; it should induce vomiting and purging, and the patient will be cured.
Formula for treating chronic distending pain connecting the heart and abdomen. Wolf's Bane Root (Langdu) two liang, Prepared Aconite Root (Fuzi) half liang. Pound, sieve, and make honey pills the size of Sophora seeds (Wuizi). Take one pill on the first day; two pills on the second day; from the third day onwards, take three pills, then add one more pill; by the sixth day, take three pills, continuing from one to three pills as per routine, and it will be cured.
Yet another formula: Evodia Fruit (Wuzhuyu) one he, Dried Ginger (Ganjiang) four fen, Prepared Aconite Root (Fuzi), Asarum (Xixin), and Ginseng (Renshen) each two fen. Pound, sieve, and make honey pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take five pills, administered three times daily.
Generally, heart and abdominal pain, if not caused by sudden evil invasion or cholera-like syndrome, is due to accumulated cold and heat. These formulas can now be collected for emergency relief; after recovery, major treatments must be performed to eliminate the root cause.
Attached Formulas
"Meishi Fang" treats hard distension in the heart and abdomen, painful oppression and discomfort, even if vomiting and purging have not yet occurred but the patient is suffering to the point of death. Use five he of salt and one sheng of water, decoct until the salt dissolves, take in one dose; it will naturally induce vomiting and purging, and symptoms will stabilize once food is expelled. If no vomiting occurs, take again.
Sun Simiao's Formula treats simultaneous pain in the heart and abdomen. Wrap Sichuan Pepper (Jiaozhong) in cloth, hold near fire to roast until "sweat" appears on the pepper, which is effective.
"Shiquan Fang" treats heart and spleen pain. Use Galangal Rhizome (Gaoliangjiang) (finely chopped, stir-fried), pound into powder, mix with rice broth and administer one qianbi; pain stops immediately.
