[Xue] Mei lian (Eyebrow eczema) refers to sores appearing between the eyebrows of infants, resembling scabies or tinea. One should seek the cause and medicate accordingly. The eyebrows belong to the Gallbladder Meridian. If there is innate heat in the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, or if the nursing mother has heat in these meridians, use Chaihu Zhizi San (Bupleurum and Gardenia Powder).
