治金疮白药
黄柏 黄芩 当归 赤芍药 黄 牡丹皮 生地黄 木鳖子（去壳） 黄连 地骨皮
桑白皮 甘草（各一钱半） 白芷 马蓼梢叶（生者一钱，火 过）
上用桐油三两，煎黄色，滤去滓；再煎油稍熟，入细白板松香一片，慢火煎，须频
频柳枝搅匀。却入乳香、没药、黄丹各七钱，煎数沸出火，顷时。以少绵铺于前。滤药滓
布上滤过；先用瓦钵满盛清水八分，却滤药于钵水中，将去清水中如绷面状，绷三二百
度，愈绷愈白，故名白药。常以清水浸，倾于冷地上用物遮盖，勿令尘入，五七日一换
水。刀斧一应金伤，量伤孔大小，取一块填于伤孔中，以白纸护之，随手不疼，一日一
换，五日生肉。筋断加杜仲、续断各二钱同煎；收疮口加龙骨半钱，碎了，煎入药内；打
损只敷于油纸上贴之即愈。却不须入接筋、龙骨等剂。
太乙膏 治金疮箭镞，不问轻重，并痈疽疖毒，用此敷之。
白芷 苍术 石膏（醋炒） 白胶香 乳香 没药 黄丹（各五钱）
上为末。用真麻油四两，桐油亦可。以黄蜡一两。先煎油，柳枝搅，次入白芷等，煎
少顷。却入白胶香、石膏得同煎，试欲成珠。却入蜡同煎片时，用生布滤过，瓦器收藏。用
油单纸摊之，损伤敷疮口，自然肉不痛速愈。
理伤膏 治打扑伤损，折骨出臼，刀斧跌磕等伤。
陀僧 黄丹 自然铜 黄蜡 猪油（各四两） 乳香 没药（各一两） 松香 麻油（各一斤）
上以折伤木皮一两，铡碎，入油煎数沸，滤去滓。入陀僧、黄丹，慢火熬成膏；次入
松蜡熔化，再熬滴水中成珠为度。却入乳香、没药、自然铜末和匀，摊贴。
金疮神效方
五倍子 降真香
上各炒焦，出火毒后，研为末，等分干掺。虚者，加人参末。
封口药 治刀斧伤，割喉、断耳、缺唇、伤破肚皮、跌破阴囊皮等证，大效。
乳香 没药、儿茶、当归 杉皮炭（各一钱） 麝香（五厘） 片脑（一分） 猪 聍叶（一钱，如
无此叶，用葛叶、毛藤子叶，亦可）
上各另研细末，秤合和匀。入麝KT 细，次入脑KT 匀，瓷器收贮。如缺唇，先以小气针
作三截针之，用绢线一条，两头搓猪毛，以唾蘸湿，抹封口药于在线，将药线三截穿定，
却以麻药抹缺处，以剪刀口抹封口药，薄剪去些皮，以线即缝合就。以鸡子黄油搽患处，
以金毛狗脊毛薄铺于上，却以封口药末 于上。每日用药水轻洗去，搽油换药，每日只
换一次，待八日，剪去线搽药。
洗药
桑白皮 荆芥 黄连 黄柏 当归 白芷 赤芍药 连翘 生地黄
上煎去滓，洗净。
麻药
川乌 草乌 南星 半夏 川椒
上末，唾调搽之。
本事地黄散 治金疮，止血除疼痛，辟风续筋骨，生肌肉。
地黄（苗） 地菘 青蒿 苍耳（苗） 生艾汁（三合） 赤芍（各五两，入水煎取汁）
上五月五、七月七日午时修合，以前药汁拌锻石阴干，入黄丹三两，更杵为细末。凡
有金疮，伤折出血，用药包封不可动，十日瘥，不肿不脓。
〔世〕 治金疮 风化锻石，韭叶嫩者，同捣，入鹅血调和成饼，乘风阴干，为末敷
上，（无鹅血亦得）。治金疮血不止，用半夏、锻石、郁金，三物为末，掺上伤处，即住。
〔崔〕 疗金疮、刀斧伤，破血。以锻石一升，石榴花半斤，捣取末少许，捺少时，血
断便瘥。
百草散 治金疮。
上五月五日平旦，使四人出四方，各于五里内采一方草木茎叶，每种各半把，勿令
漏脱一事。日正午时，细切碓捣，并锻石极令烂熟。一石草断一斗锻石，先凿大实中桑
树，令可受药，取药纳孔中，实筑令坚。仍以桑树皮蔽之。用麻油捣锻石极粘，密泥之，
令不泄气，又以桑皮缠之使坚牢。至九月九日午时，取出阴干。百日药成捣之，日晒令
干，更捣，绢筛贮放。凡一切金疮出血伤折，实时以药封裹治使牢，勿令动转，不过十日
即瘥，不肿不脓，不畏风。若伤后数日始得药，须暖水洗令血出，然后敷此药大验。平
时无事，宜多合以备仓卒，金疮之要无出于此。一方云∶采时不得回头，任意摘取方回，
入杵臼内烂捣如泥。量药多少，以意入锻石，和匀取出，拍成膏，日中曝干，遇用旋取捻
碎。若刀斧伤，干敷，取血止为度。汤火伤，冷水调开涂敷。蛇、蝎、犬、鼠咬伤，先以
温水洗，以津液调传。疥疮，先抓损，以药末干贴。湿癣，以醋调敷，其效如神。
灰弹散 治刀斧伤血出不止，及多年恶疮。
上用多年锻石细研，鸡子清调成团， 过候冷再研细。若刀斧伤掺之患处，若多年
恶疮以姜汁调敷。一方，单用锻石掺患处，裹定并瘥。
洁古末药散 刀箭药，止血住痛。
定粉 风化灰（各一两） 枯矾（三钱） 乳香（五分） 没药（一字 各另研）
上件各研为细末，同和匀，再研掺之。
生肌止血立效方 治金疮，辟一切风冷，续筋骨。
锻石（二升，捣生地黄、青蒿汁和作团，火 赤，细研） 狗头灰（细研） 芎 艾叶 地松
密陀僧（各半两） 黄丹（一两） 麒麟竭（三分，细研）
上为细末，研匀密封之。每遇金疮敷之。
丹溪云∶刀斧伤，锻石包之，痛止血住。
〔精〕 胜金方 治刀斧伤，止血生肌。蚕蛾散，晚蚕蛾为末，掺匀绢帛裹，随手疮
合血止，一切金疮亦治。一法，用生晚蚕蛾、锻石二味，同捣成饼，阴干，为末敷之。
凡杀伤不透膜者
上用乳香、没药，各一皂子大，研烂。以小便半盏，好酒半盏，同药通口服。然后用
花蕊石散，或乌贼鱼骨，或龙骨为末，敷疮口上立止。
杀伤，气偶未绝
上取葱白热锅炒熟，遍敷伤处，顷即再易，其痛自止。但青叶亦可
〔本〕刘寄奴散 治金疮，止疼痛。
刘寄奴一味为末，散掺金疮口里。昔宋高祖刘裕，微时代荻，见大蛇长数丈，射之
伤，明日复至，闻有杵臼声，往觇之，见青衣童子数人，于臼中捣药，问其故？答曰∶我
王为刘寄奴所射，合药敷之。帝曰∶神何不杀之，答曰∶寄奴王者，不死不可杀。帝叱
之皆散，收药而去，每遇金疮敷之效。寄奴高祖小字也。此药非止治金疮，治汤火疮大
妙，《经验方》云∶刘寄奴为末，先以糯米浆鸡翎扫着伤处，后掺药末在上，并不痛、亦
无痕。大凡汤火伤急用盐水洗之，护肉不坏。
〔世〕 治金疮打扑损伤，用 黄草研细，入盐少许，罨之愈。金疮，血出不止，挪小
蓟叶封之。金疮止血，杵覆盆花苗，敷疮立止。（《梅师方》）
〔本〕 治金疮，血不止，兼痛，用血竭末敷，立止。
〔精〕 治恶疮、金疮、刀斧伤，见血方。以好降真香为末，贴之，入水并无伤痕绝妙。

槟榔（一个） 木香 胡地黄（各三钱）
上为末。敷疮口血立止，又可接骨。
神仙刀箭药
上取桑叶，阴干为末，干贴。如无，旋熨干为末敷之。一方，用新桑叶，研取白汁
涂之，能合金疮。
治刀斧伤磕擦，及破伤风浮肿者。
上用平胃散，以姜汁调敷。若急卒，只以生姜和皮烂捣，罨患处，止痛截血，且无
疤痕。
又方
用海船缝内久年油灰，研碎掺之。
治刀伤，及竹木刺出血。
上急以自己小便，淋洗三二次立止，不妨入水。
治金疮
上以牛蒡叶贴之，永不畏风，亦不溃脓，及捣敷之。
麒麟竭散 治刀箭伤筋断骨，止痛定血避风。
麒麟竭 白芨（各半两） 黄柏 密陀僧 白芷 白蔹 当归（炒） 炙甘草（各一两）
上为细末。每用少许，干掺疮上，立效。
如神散 治一切刀斧所伤，血出不止，并久患恶疮。
虎骨（炙，研） 铅丹（火 ，令赤） 龙骨（研，各半两） 乳香（如皂子大，另研） 腻粉（研）
丹砂（研，各一钱） 麝香（少许，另研）
上研极细匀，一切疮，以黄连汤或盐汤洗，拭干，掺药在疮上，不得衣粘着疮口。
金伤散 治金刃箭镞所伤，血出不止，及落马打伤，肉绽血出。
白芨 白蔹 乳香（各一两） 锻石（半斤，远年者佳） 龙骨（半两） 黄丹（少许）
上为细末，入黄丹研，如淡红色。每用干掺患处，上用软纸，更以绢帛裹护，忌风、
水，干痂为妙。
定血散 治一切刀伤，血出不止，收敛疮口。
南星（生） 槐花（炒） 郁金（各四两） 半夏（生用，二两） 乳香（研） 没药（另研，各二钱半）
上为细末，研匀。每用干掺患处，忌水洗。
治金刃或打伤，血出不止。
降真香末 五倍子末 铜（削下镜面铜，于乳钵内，各研细，等分）
上拌匀，敷损处。昔安丰，手击朱嵩碎首，用此而愈。
治金疮伤损，血出。
上用生牛胆，入锻石末，候干，掺上即止。以腊月牛胆，入风化锻石，悬当风处，候
干用。
五倍散 治金疮，血出不止，亦治疳疮。
上以五倍子生研为末，干贴，血立止。
神奇散 治刀斧伤，并箭伤，血出不能止者。
麒麟竭 没药（各研） 自然铜（ ） 南星（炮） 干姜（烧灰） 铅丹（炒黑） 腻粉 瓦藓（各
一分） 麝香（少许）
上为细末和匀，先以盐汤洗疮，却以烧葱捣汁涂，然后干掺疮上，三二次。
军中一捻金散
金樱叶 嫩苎叶（各二两） 桑叶（一两）
上捣烂敷，若欲致远，阴干作末，用帛缚上，血止口合，名草蝎经进方，以五月五
日，或闭日收药良。
治诸伤，瘀血不散。
上于五六月，收野苎叶，擂烂，涂金疮上。如瘀血在腹，用顺流水擂烂服即通，血
皆化水，以死猪血试之可验。秋月恐无叶，可早收之。
龙骨散 治金刃箭伤，生肌长肉，定痛止血，诸疮敛口。
龙骨 滑石 枯矾 寒水石 乳香 没药 黄丹（炒，各半分） 轻粉（少许）
上为细末。每用干掺，外用膏药贴之效。
金伤散 治刀斧伤，辟风、生肌、止痛。
白芨 黄丹 陈锻石（风化） 桑白皮（各二两） 龙骨 南星 白附子（各一两）
上为细末，每用干贴之。
完肌散 治金疮。
陈锻石（二两） 黄丹（半两） 龙骨 密陀僧 桑白皮（各四两） 麝香（一钱，另研）
上为细末，干掺患处。
生肌膏 治金疮，及一切打损疮。
胡粉 白芍药 薰陆香 干姜（炮，各一两） 油（四两） 黄蜡（二两）
上为细末，以油蜡相和，煎如膏。用贴疮上，日二换之。
治金疮生肌肉。
上生捣薤白，以火封之，更以火就炙，令热气彻疮中，干即易之，白色者好。亦治金
疮，中风、水肿痛。
止血收疮口方
上以鸡内金，焙为末，敷之立止。
定血散 治刀斧伤，止血，定痛，生肌。
密陀僧（半斤） 乌贼鱼骨 龙骨 白矾（枯，各二两） 桑白皮（一斤） 黄丹（一两）
上为细末。每用干掺患处，定血如神。
松皮散 治金刀箭镞伤，用此生肌。
老松皮（一两） 锻石（二两，矿者以瓦盛之，上用瓦盖，灰火四畔、上下，炼一夜至晓，研细）
上为细末，和匀敷之。止血收疮口，立效。
药蛆方 治金疮内烂生蛆者。
上以皂矾飞过干贴其中，即死
蒲黄方 治金疮，中风寒，水露，肿痛入腹。
上用蒲黄并旧青布，纳在小口瓶中，烧取烟熏疮，汁出愈。
治金疮，因风水肿。
上取蜡不以多少熔化，入盐少许，滴在疮上；或先以盐罨疮上，后熔蜡令热得所，灌
疮中亦可。
艾叶方 治金疮中风掣痛，并手足不仁。
上用艾叶生、熟者，令揉团所得，内瓦甑中塞诸孔，独留一目，以通气熏蒸患处，良
久，身体自知立愈。
仲景全疮方王不留行散主之。
王不留行（八月八日采） 蒴 细叶（七月七采） 桑根（用白皮根行东南者，三月三日采）
甘草（各十分） 川椒（三分，除目及闭口者，出汗） 黄芩 干姜 芍药 浓朴（各二分）
上九味，桑根皮以上三味，烧灰存性，勿令过。各别研、杵筛，合治为散。服方寸匕，
小疮即粉之，大疮但服之，产后亦可服。如风寒，桑东南根勿取之。前三物，皆阴干百
日用。
定痛乳香散 治金伤，并折骨打扑伤损。
乳香 没药（各二钱） 败龟板（一两） 紫金皮（二两） 当归须 骨碎补 虎骨（酥炙，各半两）
穿山甲（火炮，少许） 半两钱（五个。如无，以自然铜火 醋粹，代之）
上为细末。每服一钱，如病沉服二钱。以好酒调服，损上者食后服，损下者食前服。
地榆绢煎 治刀刃所伤，内损大肠，及两胁肋并腹肚伤破，大便从口中出。并中大
箭透射伤损肠胃，及治产后伤损小肠，并尿囊破，小便出无节止。此方神妙，饵至一服，
其药直至损处补定伤痕。隔日开疮口看之，只有宿旧物出，即无新恶物出，疮口内用长肉
散子作烬子，引散药入疮里面，候长肉出外，其痕即自合。

治疗金属利器创伤的白色药散
黄柏、黄芩、当归、赤芍药、黄芪、牡丹皮、生地黄、木鳖子（去壳）、黄连、地骨皮、桑白皮、甘草（各一钱半）、白芷、马蓼梢叶（鲜品一钱，炒过）。
以上药材用桐油三两，煎至黄色，滤去药渣；再将油稍加熬熟，放入一片细白板松香，用慢火煎，需频繁用柳枝搅拌使其均匀。随后加入乳香、没药、黄丹各七钱，煎煮数沸后离火，片刻之后。将少量棉絮铺在滤布上，将药液通过棉絮过滤到盛有八分满清水的瓦钵中，反复将药液倒入清水中震荡如绷面状，重复二三百次，越震荡颜色越白，因此称为“白药”。平时用清水浸泡，倒在冷地上并用物品遮盖，防止灰尘落入，每五到七天换一次水。对于刀斧等一切金属利器造成的创伤，根据伤口大小，取一块药填入伤口中，用白纸覆盖保护，随即止痛，每天更换一次，五天即可生肌长肉。若筋脉断裂，加入杜仲、续断各二钱同煎；若要收敛疮口，加入半钱龙骨，捣碎后煎入药内；若是跌打损伤，只需敷在油纸上贴于患处即可痊愈，此时不需要加入接筋、龙骨等药物。
太乙膏
治疗金属利器创伤及箭头射伤，无论轻重，以及痈疽疖毒，使用此膏外敷。
白芷、苍术、石膏（醋炒）、白胶香、乳香、没药、黄丹（各五钱）。
以上药材研为细末。用真麻油四两，也可用桐油。加入黄蜡一两。先煎油，用柳枝搅拌，然后加入白芷等药材，煎煮片刻。接着加入白胶香、石膏一同煎煮，测试药膏是否已成珠状。随后加入黄蜡继续煎煮片刻，用生布过滤，装入瓦器中收藏。用油单纸摊开药膏，用于损伤或疮口，自然肌肉不痛且迅速愈合。
理伤膏
治疗跌打损伤、骨折脱臼、刀斧磕碰等伤害。
密陀僧、黄丹、自然铜、黄蜡、猪油（各四两）、乳香、没药（各一两）、松香、麻油（各一斤）。
以上用折伤木皮一两，铡碎，放入油中煎煮数沸，滤去药渣。加入密陀僧、黄丹，用慢火熬制成膏；接着加入松香、黄蜡熔化，再熬至滴入水中成珠为止。随后加入乳香、没药、自然铜末混合均匀，摊开贴敷。
金疮神效方
五倍子、降真香。
以上各炒焦，去除火毒后，研为细末，等份干撒于患处。体质虚弱者，加入人参末。
封口药
治疗刀斧伤、割喉、断耳、缺唇、肚皮破裂、阴囊皮肤破损等症，效果显著。
乳香、没药、儿茶、当归、杉皮炭（各一钱）、麝香（五厘）、片脑（一分）、猪聍叶（一钱，若无此叶，可用葛叶、毛藤子叶代替）。
以上各单独研为细末，称量混合均匀。先将麝香研细，再加入片脑研匀，装入瓷器中密封保存。如果是缺唇，先用小气针分三截缝合，用一条绢线，两头搓上猪毛，用唾液蘸湿，将封口药抹在线上，将药线穿过三截伤口固定，然后用麻醉药涂抹缺损处，用剪刀口蘸取封口药，薄薄剪去一些皮，用线缝合好。用鸡蛋黄油涂抹患处，上面薄薄铺上一层金毛狗脊的毛，再撒上封口药末。每天用药水轻轻清洗掉旧药，涂抹油并换药，每天只换一次，等到第八天，剪去缝线并涂药。
洗药
桑白皮、荆芥、黄连、黄柏、当归、白芷、赤芍药、连翘、生地黄。
以上煎煮去渣，洗净患处。
麻药
川乌、草乌、南星、半夏、川椒。
以上研为细末，用唾液调和涂抹。
本事地黄散
治疗金属利器创伤，止血除痛，防风邪，续筋骨，生肌肉。
地黄（苗）、地菘、青蒿、苍耳（苗）、生艾汁（三合）、赤芍（各五两，加水煎取汁）。
以上在五月五日、七月七日午时配制，用前药汁拌和锻石，阴干，加入黄丹三两，再次杵捣为细末。凡有金属利器创伤，伤折出血，用药包裹封住不可移动，十天痊愈，不肿不化脓。
〔世〕 治疗金属利器创伤
风化锻石，韭菜嫩叶，一起捣烂，加入鹅血调和成饼，乘风阴干，研为细末敷上（无鹅血也可以）。治疗金属利器创伤血流不止，用半夏、锻石、郁金，三物研为细末，撒在伤处，即刻止血。
〔崔〕 治疗金属利器创伤、刀斧伤，破血。用锻石一升，石榴花半斤，捣取少许粉末，按压片刻，血断即愈。
百草散
治疗金属利器创伤。
以上在五月五日清晨，派四人前往四方，在五里内采集一方草木茎叶，每种各半把，不要遗漏任何一味。正午时分，细细切碎捣烂，并与锻石极令烂熟。一石草药配一斗锻石，先在实心桑树中间凿一个大洞，让能容纳药料，将药纳入孔中，夯实筑紧。仍用桑树皮遮蔽。用麻油捣锻石极粘，严密泥封，不让漏气，又用桑皮缠绕使其坚固。到九月九日午时，取出阴干。百日药成，捣碎，日晒令干，再捣，用绢筛贮存放置。凡一切金属利器创伤出血伤折，即时用药封裹治疗使牢固，不要移动，不超过十天即痊愈，不肿不化脓，不怕风。如果受伤后几天才得到药，需用温水洗让血流出，然后敷此药非常有效。平时无事，宜多配制以备仓促，治疗金疮的要法没有超过这个的。另一说法：采集时不得回头，任意摘取才回，放入杵臼内烂捣如泥。根据药量多少，随意加入锻石，混合均匀取出，拍成膏，日中曝干，遇用时随时取捻碎。如果是刀斧伤，干敷，以止血为度。汤火伤，冷水调开涂敷。蛇、蝎、犬、鼠咬伤，先用温水洗，用津液调和传敷。疥疮，先抓损，以药末干贴。湿癣，以醋调敷，其效如神。
灰弹散

以上为细末，研匀密封。每次遇到金属利器创伤敷之。
〔精〕 胜金方
治疗刀斧伤，止血生肌。蚕蛾散，晚蚕蛾为末，撒匀绢帛裹，随手疮合血止，一切金疮亦治。一种方法，用生晚蚕蛾、锻石二味，同捣成饼，阴干，为末敷之。
凡是杀伤未透膜者
以上用乳香、没药，各一皂子大，研烂。用小便半盏，好酒半盏，连同药通口服。然后用花蕊石散，或乌贼鱼骨，或龙骨为末，敷疮口上即刻止血。
杀伤，气偶未绝

麒麟竭、白芨（各半两）、黄柏、密陀僧、白芷、白蔹、当归（炒）、炙甘草（各一两）。
以上为细末。每次用少许，干撒疮上，立效。
如神散
治疗一切刀斧所伤，血出不止，并久患恶疮。
虎骨（炙，研）、铅丹（火煅，令赤）、龙骨（研，各半两）、乳香（如皂子大，另研）、腻粉（研）、丹砂（研，各一钱）、麝香（少许，另研）。
以上研极细匀，一切疮，用黄连汤或盐汤洗，拭干，撒药在疮上，不得衣粘着疮口。
金伤散
治疗金刃箭镞所伤，血出不止，及落马打伤，肉绽血出。
白芨、白蔹、乳香（各一两）、锻石（半斤，远年者佳）、龙骨（半两）、黄丹（少许）。
以上为细末，入黄丹研，呈淡红色。每次用干撒患处，上用软纸，更以绢帛裹护，忌风、水，干痂为妙。
定血散
治疗一切刀伤，血出不止，收敛疮口。
南星（生）、槐花（炒）、郁金（各四两）、半夏（生用，二两）、乳香（研）、没药（另研，各二钱半）。
以上为细末，研匀。每次用干撒患处，忌水洗。
治疗金刃或打伤，血出不止。
降真香末、五倍子末、铜屑（削下镜面铜，于乳钵内，各研细，等分）。
以上拌匀，敷损处。昔日安丰，手击朱嵩碎首，用此而愈。
治疗金疮伤损，血出。
以上用生牛胆，入锻石末，候干，撒上即止。用腊月牛胆，入风化锻石，悬当风处，候干用。
五倍散
治疗金疮，血出不止，亦治疳疮。
以上以五倍子生研为末，干贴，血立止。
神奇散
治疗刀斧伤，并箭伤，血出不能止者。
麒麟竭、没药（各研）、自然铜（煅）、南星（炮）、干姜（烧灰）、铅丹（炒黑）、腻粉、瓦藓（各一分）、麝香（少许）。
以上为细末和匀，先以盐汤洗疮，却以烧葱捣汁涂，然后干撒疮上，三二次。
军中一捻金散
金樱叶、嫩苎叶（各二两）、桑叶（一两）。
以上捣烂敷，若想致远，阴干作末，用帛缚上，血止口合，名草蝎经进方，以五月五日，或闭日收药良。
治疗诸伤，瘀血不散。
以上于五六月，收野苎叶，擂烂，涂金疮上。如瘀血在腹，用顺流水擂烂服即通，血皆化水，以死猪血试之可验。秋月恐无叶，可早收之。
龙骨散
治疗金刃箭伤，生肌长肉，定痛止血，诸疮敛口。
龙骨、滑石、枯矾、寒水石、乳香、没药、黄丹（炒，各半分）、轻粉（少许）。
以上为细末。每次用干撒，外用膏药贴之效。
金伤散
治疗刀斧伤，辟风、生肌、止痛。
白芨、黄丹、陈锻石（风化）、桑白皮（各二两）、龙骨、南星、白附子（各一两）。
以上为细末，每次用干贴之。
完肌散
治疗金疮。
陈锻石（二两）、黄丹（半两）、龙骨、密陀僧、桑白皮（各四两）、麝香（一钱，另研）。
以上为细末，干撒患处。
生肌膏
治疗金疮，及一切打损疮。
胡粉、白芍药、薰陆香、干姜（炮，各一两）、油（四两）、黄蜡（二两）。
以上为细末，以油蜡相和，煎如膏。用贴疮上，日二换之。
治疗金疮生肌肉。
以上生捣薤白，以火封之，更以火就炙，令热气彻疮中，干即易之，白色者好。亦治金疮，中风、水肿痛。
止血收疮口方
以上以鸡内金，焙为末，敷之立止。
定血散
治疗刀斧伤，止血，定痛，生肌。
密陀僧（半斤）、乌贼鱼骨、龙骨、白矾（枯，各二两）、桑白皮（一斤）、黄丹（一两）。
以上为细末。每次用干撒患处，定血如神。
松皮散
治疗金刀箭镞伤，用此生肌。
老松皮（一两）、锻石（二两，矿者以瓦盛之，上用瓦盖，灰火四畔、上下，炼一夜至晓，研细）。
以上为细末，和匀敷之。止血收疮口，立效。
蒲黄方
治疗金疮，中风寒，水露，肿痛入腹。
以上用蒲黄并旧青布，纳在小口瓶中，烧取烟熏疮，汁出愈。
治疗金疮，因风水肿。
以上取蜡不以多少熔化，入盐少许，滴在疮上；或先以盐罨疮上，后熔蜡令热得所，灌疮中亦可。
艾叶方
治疗金疮中风掣痛，并手足不仁。
以上用艾叶生、熟者，令揉团所得，内瓦甑中塞诸孔，独留一目，以通气熏蒸患处，良久，身体自知立愈。
仲景全疮方王不留行散主之。
王不留行（八月八日采）、蒴藋细叶（七月七采）、桑根（用白皮根行东南者，三月三日采）、甘草（各十分）、川椒（三分，除目及闭口者，出汗）、黄芩、干姜、芍药、浓朴（各二分）。
以上九味，桑根皮以上三味，烧灰存性，勿令过。各别研、杵筛，合治为散。服方寸匕，小疮即粉之，大疮但服之，产后亦可服。如风寒，桑东南根勿取之。前三物，皆阴干百日用。
定痛乳香散
治疗金伤，并折骨打扑伤损。
乳香、没药（各二钱）、败龟板（一两）、紫金皮（二两）、当归须、骨碎补、虎骨（酥炙，各半两）、穿山甲（火炮，少许）、半两钱（五个。如无，以自然铜火煅醋淬，代之）。
以上为细末。每次服一钱，如病沉服二钱。用好酒调服，损上者食后服，损下者食前服。
地榆绢煎
治疗刀刃所伤，内损大肠，及两胁肋并腹肚伤破，大便从口中出。并中大箭透射伤损肠胃，及治产后伤损小肠，并尿囊破，小便出无节止。此方神妙，饵至一服，其药直至损处补定伤痕。隔日开疮口看之，只有宿旧物出，即无新恶物出，疮口内用长肉散子作烬子，引散药入疮里面，候长肉出外，其痕即自合。

Treatment for White Powder for Metal Wounds
Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chishaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex), Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix), Mubiezi (Strychni Semen, shell removed), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Digupi (Lycii Cortex), Sangbaipi (Mori Cortex), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 1.5 qian), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Maliaoshao ye (Polygoni Polystachii Folium et Apex, fresh 1 qian, stir-fried).
Take the above herbs with 3 liang of Tung oil (Verniciae Folii Oleum), decoct until yellow, filter to remove dregs; then decoct the oil slightly until cooked, add one piece of fine white plate pine rosin (Pinus Resina), simmer over slow fire, stirring frequently with a willow branch to mix evenly. Then add Xuxiang (Boswelliae Cartharesis), Moyao (Myrrha), and Huangdan (Lithargyrum) each 7 qian, boil for several times, remove from fire, let stand for a moment. Lay some cotton on a cloth, filter the medicine through it; first fill a clay pot with eight parts clear water, then filter the medicine into the water in the pot. Shake the mixture repeatedly like stretching dough, two or three hundred times, the more you shake, the whiter it becomes, hence named "White Medicine". Keep soaked in clear water, pour onto cold ground and cover with materials to prevent dust entry, change water every five to seven days. For any metal wounds caused by knives or axes, take a piece according to the size of the wound hole, fill it into the wound, protect with white paper, pain stops immediately, change once a day, flesh grows in five days. If tendons are severed, add Duzhong (Eucommiae Cortex) and Xuduan (Dipsaci Radix) each 2 qian and decoct together; to close the wound, add Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi) half a qian, crush and decoct into the medicine; for contusions, just apply on oiled paper and stick to the affected area to heal, without needing to add tendon-repairing or bone-consolidating agents like Longgu.
Taiyi Gao (Great One Ointment)
Treats metal wounds and arrow wounds, regardless of severity, as well as carbuncles, sores, and boils. Apply this ointment.
Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, stir-fried with vinegar), Baijiaoxiang (Elemi Resina), Xuxiang (Boswelliae Cartharesis), Moyao (Myrrha), Huangdan (Lithargyrum) (each 5 qian).
Grind all into powder. Use 4 liang of true Sesame Oil (Sesami Oleum), Tung oil is also acceptable. Add 1 liang of Beeswax (Cera Flava). First heat the oil, stir with a willow branch, then add Baizhi etc., decoct for a short while. Then add Baijiaoxiang and Shigao, decoct together until it forms beads when tested. Then add wax and decoct for a while, filter through raw cloth, store in a ceramic vessel. Spread on oil paper, apply to injuries or sores, naturally muscles do not hurt and heal quickly.
Lishang Gao (Injury-Healing Ointment)
Treats contusions, fractures, dislocations, knife/axe bumps, etc.
Mituo seng (Lithargyrum), Huangdan (Lithargyrum), Ziran tong (Pyritum), Huangla (Cera Flava), Zhuyou (Suis Oleum) (each 4 liang), Xuxiang (Boswelliae Cartharesis), Moyao (Myrrha) (each 1 liang), Songxiang (Pinus Resina), Mayou (Sesami Oleum) (each 1 jin).
Take 1 liang of wood bark for fractures, chop finely, put in oil, boil a few times, filter dregs. Add Mituo seng and Huangdan, simmer slowly into an ointment; then add Songxiang and Huangla to melt, continue boiling until drops form beads in water. Then add Xuxiang, Moyao, and powdered Ziran tong, mix evenly, spread and apply.
Jinchuang Shenxiao Fang (Divine Efficacy Formula for Metal Wounds)
Wubeizi (Terminaliae Fructus), Jiangzhenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum).
Stir-fry both until charred, remove fire toxicity, grind into powder, equal parts, sprinkle dry. For deficiency cases, add Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix) powder.
Fengkou Yao (Sealing Mouth Medicine)
Treats knife/axe wounds, throat cuts, severed ears, missing lips, ruptured bellies, broken scrotal skin, etc., highly effective.
Xuxiang (Boswelliae Cartharesis), Moyao (Myrrha), Ercha (Camelliae Flos), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shanpitan (Taxilli Cibus Carbonatus) (each 1 qian), Shexiang (Moschus), Pian Nao (Borneolum Syntheticum) (1 fen), Zhu Ning ye (Sus Auris Cerumen Leaf? Note: Likely a specific local herb, translated as Pig Ear Leaf, 1 qian; if unavailable, use Ge ye [Puerariae Lobatae Folium] or Maotengzi ye [Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis Folium]).
Grind each separately into fine powder, weigh and mix evenly. Grind Shexiang finely, then add Pian Nao and mix, store in porcelain. For missing lips, first suture in three sections with a small needle, use a silk thread, rub pig hair on both ends, wet with saliva, smear Fengkou Yao on the thread, pass the medicated thread through the three sections, then apply anesthetic to the defect, use scissors dipped in Fengkou Yao to trim skin slightly, suture with the thread. Smear chicken egg yolk oil on the affected area, thinly cover with Jimaogouji mao (Cibotii Barba), then sprinkle Fengkou Yao powder on top. Wash gently with medicinal water daily, apply oil and change medicine, change only once a day. On the eighth day, cut the thread and apply medicine.
Xi Yao (Washing Medicine)
Sangbaipi (Mori Cortex), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Chishaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix).
Decoct, remove dregs, wash clean.
Mayao (Numbing Medicine)

Benshi Dihuang San (Shennong's Rehmannia Powder)
Treats metal wounds, stops bleeding and pain, wards off wind, reconnects bones and tendons, generates muscle.
Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix, leaf), Disong (Prunella Vulgaris), Qinghao (Artemisiae Annuae Herba), Cang'er (Xanthii Fructus, leaf), Sheng Ai Zhi (Artemisiae Argyi Juice, 3 he), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra) (each 5 liang, decoct in water to extract juice).
Prepare at noon on the 5th day of the 5th lunar month and the 7th day of the 7th lunar month. Mix the above juices with Duanshi (Calcined Alum/Hematite residue?), dry in shade, add 3 liang Huangdan (Lithargyrum), pound into fine powder. For any metal wound with fracture and bleeding, wrap with medicine and do not move, heals in ten days, no swelling or pus.
[Shi] Treats metal wounds.
Fenghua Duanshi (Weathered Calcined Hematite), tender chive leaves, pound together, mix with goose blood to form a cake, dry in the wind, grind into powder and apply (goose blood optional). For metal wounds with unceasing bleeding, use Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Duanshi (Calcined Hematite), Yujin (Curcumae Radix), grind into powder, sprinkle on the wound, stops immediately.
[Cui] Treats metal wounds, knife/axe injuries, breaking blood stasis. Use 1 sheng of Duanshi (Calcined Hematite), 0.5 jin of Pomegranate Flower (Granati Flos), pound to get powder, press for a short time, bleeding stops and heals.
Baicao San (Hundred Herbs Powder)
Treats metal wounds.
On the morning of the 5th day of the 5th lunar month, send four people to the four directions, within five li, collect stems and leaves of plants from one direction, half a handful of each type, do not miss any ingredient. At noon, chop finely and pound thoroughly with Duanshi (Calcined Hematite) until very soft. One stone of grass to one dou of Duanshi. First carve a large hole in a solid mulberry tree to hold the medicine, put the medicine into the hole, pack tightly. Cover with mulberry bark. Pound Duanshi with Sesame Oil until sticky, seal tightly with mud to prevent gas leakage, wrap firmly with mulberry bark. On the noon of the 9th day of the 9th lunar month, take out and dry in shade. After 100 days, the medicine is ready, pound it, sun-dry, pound again, sieve with silk and store. For any metal wound with bleeding or fracture, apply immediately to seal and treat firmly, do not move, heals within ten days, no swelling or pus, immune to wind. If medicine is obtained days after injury, wash with warm water to let blood flow out, then apply this medicine, highly effective. Usually, prepare much in advance for emergencies; this is the best method for metal wounds. Another version: Do not look back when collecting, pick arbitrarily then return, pound in mortar until paste-like. Add Duanshi according to amount, mix, form into cake, sun-dry, take as needed and crush. For knife/axe wounds, apply dry, stop bleeding. For burns/scalds, mix with cold water and apply. For snake/scorpion/dog/rat bites, wash with warm water first, mix with saliva and apply. For tinea, scratch first, apply dry powder. For damp tinea, mix with vinegar and apply, effect is miraculous.
Huitan San (Ash Bullet Powder)
Treats knife/axe wounds with unceasing bleeding, and chronic malignant sores.
Use old Duanshi (Calcined Hematite), grind finely, mix with egg white to form a ball, calcine, cool, grind finely again. For knife/axe wounds, sprinkle on the lesion. For chronic malignant sores, mix with ginger juice and apply. Another method: Use Duanshi alone, sprinkle on lesion, bandage, heals.
Jiegu Mo Yao San (Jiegu's End Powder)
Arrow/Knife medicine, stops bleeding and pain.
Dingfen (Cerussa), Fenghua Hui (Weathered Ash) (each 1 liang), Kufan (Alumen Exsiccatum, 3 qian), Xuxiang (Boswelliae Cartharesis, 5 fen), Moyao (Myrrha, 1 zi) (grind separately).
Grind each into fine powder, mix evenly, grind again and sprinkle.
Shengji Zhixue Li Xiao Fang (Instant Muscle-Generating and Hemostatic Formula)
Treats metal wounds, wards off wind-cold, reconnects bones and tendons.

[Jing] Shengjin Fang (Victorious Gold Formula)
Treats knife/axe wounds, stops bleeding, generates muscle. Canmo San (Silkworm Moth Powder): Late silkworm moth, grind into powder, sprinkle evenly on silk, bind, wound closes and bleeding stops instantly, treats all metal wounds. Method: Use fresh late silkworm moth and Duanshi, pound into cake, dry in shade, grind and apply.
For injuries where the membrane is not penetrated:
Use Xuxiang (Boswelliae Cartharesis) and Moyao (Myrrha), each size of a soap bean, grind fine. Mix with half a cup of urine and half a cup of good wine, drink together with the medicine. Then apply Huarui Shi San (Flower Marbles Powder), or Sepia Bone (Sepiae Endoconcha), or Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi) powder to the wound to stop bleeding instantly.
For injuries where Qi is barely remaining:
Take green onion whites, stir-fry hot in a pan, apply all over the wound, replace frequently, pain stops. Green leaves can also be used.
[Ben] Liu Ni Su San (Liu Ni Su Powder)
Treats metal wounds, stops pain.
Liu Ni Su (Persicariae Herba) alone, grind into powder, sprinkle into metal wounds. Once, Emperor Gaozu of Song, Liu Yu, in his humble days cutting reeds, saw a giant snake several zhang long, shot it and injured it. The next day he returned, heard pounding sounds, went to investigate, saw several green-clad boys pounding medicine in a mortar. Asked why? Answered: Our King was shot by Liu Ni Su, making medicine to apply. Emperor asked: Why didn't the gods kill him? Answered: Liu Ni Su is a king, cannot be killed because he is immortal. Emperor cursed them away, took the medicine and left. Apply for metal wounds, effective. Liu Ni Su is the childhood name of the Emperor. This medicine not only treats metal wounds but is also excellent for burns/scalds. *Experience Formulas* says: Liu Ni Su powder, first sweep the wound with rice flour paste and chicken feather, then sprinkle powder on top, no pain, no scar. For burns/scalds, wash with salt water urgently to protect flesh.
[Shi] Treats metal wounds and contusions: Grind Huang Cao (likely Polygala or similar local herb) finely, add little salt, apply, heals. For metal wounds with unceasing bleeding, cover with Xiaojiji ye (Cirsii Japonici Folium). To stop bleeding, pound Fupenhua miao (Rubi Chinghaiensis Flower/Stem), apply to wound, stops instantly. (*Meishi Fang*)
[Ben] For metal wounds with unceasing bleeding and pain, apply Xuemei (Daemonorops Draco) powder, stops instantly.
[Jing] For malignant sores, metal wounds, knife/axe wounds, "See Blood Formula": Use high-quality Jiangzhenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum), grind into powder, apply, even when entering water, no scars remain, excellent. (Formula seen in Hua Tuo's *Zhongzangjing*).
Treats knife/arrow wounds, unceasing bleeding, and fractures.
Binglang (Arecae Semen, 1 piece), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Huyedi (Rehmanniae Radix Prepared?) (each 3 qian).
Grind into powder. Apply to wound, bleeding stops instantly, also reconnects bones.
Shenxian Daojian Yao (Immortal Knife/Arrow Medicine)
Take Mulberry Leaves (Mori Folium), dry in shade, grind into powder, apply dry. If unavailable, dry freshly and grind, apply. Another method: Use fresh mulberry leaves, grind to extract white juice, apply, can heal metal wounds.
Treats knife/axe scrapes and tetanus edema.
Use Pingwei San (Peaceful Stomach Powder), mix with ginger juice and apply. If urgent, just pound fresh ginger with peel, apply to site, stops pain and bleeding, no scar.
Another Formula:
Use old oil putty from ship seams, grind fine, sprinkle.
Treats knife wounds and bamboo/wood splinters bleeding.
Urgently wash with own urine 2-3 times, stops instantly, safe to enter water.
Treats metal wounds:
Apply Niu Bang Ye (Arctii Lappa Folium), never fears wind, no pus, also pound and apply.
Qilinjie San (Dragon's Blood Powder)
Treats knife/arrow wounds with severed tendons/bones, stops pain, stabilizes blood, wards off wind.

Hugu (Pantheris Os, roasted, ground), Qiandan (Minium), Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi, ground) (each half liang), Xuxiang (Boswelliae Cartharesis, size of soap bean, ground separately), Nifen (Calomelas, ground), Dansha (Cinnabaris, ground) (each 1 qian), Shexiang (Moschus, a little, ground separately).
Grind extremely fine and mix. For all sores, wash with Huanglian Tang or salt water, dry, sprinkle medicine on wound, avoid clothes sticking to the wound.
Jin Shang San (Metal Injury Powder)
Treats blade/arrow wounds with unceasing bleeding, falls from horse, torn flesh bleeding.
Baiji (Bletillae Rhizoma), Bailing (Ampelopsis Radix), Xuxiang (Boswelliae Cartharesis) (each 1 liang), Duanshi (Calcined Hematite, 0.5 jin, older is better), Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi, half liang), Huangdan (Minium, a little).
Grind into fine powder, mix with Huangdan until pale red. Sprinkle dry on lesion, cover with soft paper, then silk, avoid wind/water, dry scab is ideal.
Dingxue San (Blood-Stabilizing Powder)
Treats all knife wounds with unceasing bleeding, contracts wounds.
Nanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, raw), Huaihua (Sophorae Flos, stir-fried), Yujin (Curcumae Radix) (each 4 liang), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, raw, 2 liang), Xuxiang (Boswelliae Cartharesis, ground), Moyao (Myrrha, ground) (each 2.5 qian).
Grind into fine powder, mix evenly. Sprinkle dry on lesion, avoid water.

Jiangzhenxiang powder, Wubeizi powder, Tong (Mirror Copper shavings, grind fine in mortar, equal parts).
Mix evenly, apply to injury. Formerly, An Feng hit Zhu Song, shattering his head, healed using this.
Treats metal wound injury with bleeding.

Wubei San (Five-Times Powder)

Qilinjie (Daemonorops Draco), Moyao (Myrrha) (ground separately), Ziran tong (Pyritum, calcined), Nanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, processed), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, burnt to ash), Qiandan (Minium, stir-fried black), Nifen (Calomelas), Waxian (Parmeliae Thallus) (each 1 fen), Shexiang (Moschus, a little).
Grind into fine powder and mix. First wash wound with salt water, then apply crushed scallion juice, then sprinkle dry on wound, 2-3 times.
Junzhong Yi Nianjin San (Army's Instant Gold Powder)
Jinying ye (Rosa Laevigata Folium), Nenzhu ye (Boehmeriae nivea Folium) (each 2 liang), Sang ye (Mori Folium, 1 liang).
Pound and apply. For transport, dry in shade, grind to powder, bind with cloth, stops bleeding and closes wound. Named Grass Scorpion Imperial Formula, harvest on 5th day of 5th lunar month or closed days.
Treats various injuries, unresolved blood stasis.
Collect wild Boehmeriae nivea leaves in May-June, pound and apply to metal wounds. If stasis is in abdomen, pound with flowing water and drink, promotes passage, blood turns to water, testable with dead pig blood. Autumn may lack leaves, harvest early.
Longgu San (Dragon Bone Powder)
Treats blade/arrow wounds, generates muscle, stops pain/bleeding, heals all sores.
Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi), Huashi (Hepatic Silicis), Kufan (Alumen Exsiccatum), Hanshuishi (Aqua Marina), Xuxiang (Boswelliae Cartharesis), Moyao (Myrrha), Huangdan (Minium, stir-fried) (each half fen), Qingfen (Calomelas, a little).

Lao Songpi (Old Pine Bark, 1 liang), Duanshi (Calcined Hematite, 2 liang, mineral type in clay pot, covered with clay, surrounded by ash fire top and bottom, smelt overnight until dawn, grind fine).

Yao Qu Fang (Worm-Killing Formula)
Treats metal wounds with rotting maggots inside.
Pass Zao Fan (Chalcanthite) through fire, sprinkle dry inside, kills worms.
Puhuang Fang (Lygodii Spora Formula)

Use raw and cooked Ai Ye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), knead into balls, put in clay steamer, block holes leaving one opening, steam fumigate affected area, body heals spontaneously after a while.
Zhongjing's Complete Wound Formula is mainly Wangbuliuxing San.
Wangbuliuxing (Vaccariae Semen, harvested Aug 8), Shuobi Xiye (Polygoni Multiflori Folium, harvested Jul 7), Sanggen (Mori Radix Cortex, white bark from southeast direction, harvested Mar 3), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 10 parts), Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, 3 parts, remove seeds and closed ones, sweat out), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) (each 2 parts).
The first three ingredients (Sanggen etc.) are burned to ash retaining nature, do not over-burn. Grind, pound, sieve separately, mix into powder. Take 1 cun bi, for small wounds powder externally, for large wounds take internally, also for postpartum. If wind-cold, do not use southeast Sanggen root. The first three ingredients must be dried in shade for 100 days before use.
Dingtong Xuxiang San (Pain-Relieving Frankincense Powder)
Treats metal injuries, fractures, contusions.
Xuxiang (Boswelliae Cartharesis), Moyao (Myrrha) (each 2 qian), Baiguiban (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum), Zijinpi (Euphorbiae Humifusae Radix), Danggui Xu (Angelicae Sinensis Radix Fiber), Gusuibu (Drynariae Rhizoma), Hugu (Pantheris Os, butter-roasted) (each half liang), Chanshanjia (Manis Squama, fire-roasted, a little), Banliang Qian (Ancient Coin, 5 pieces; if unavailable, use Ziran tong Pyritum calcined and quenched in vinegar).
Grind into powder. Take 1 qian per dose, 2 qian for severe cases. Mix with good wine, take after meals for upper body injuries, before meals for lower body injuries.
Diyu Juan Jian (Sanguisorba Silk Decoction)
Treats blade injuries, internal damage to large intestine, ribs, abdominal rupture, feces from mouth. Also treats arrow penetration damaging stomach/intestines, postpartum small intestine damage, bladder rupture, uncontrolled urination. This formula is miraculous, one dose reaches the injury to repair scars. Open wound every other day, only old matter comes out, no new bad matter. Inside wound, use Zhangrou San (Muscle-Growing Powder) as wick to draw medicine in, wait for muscle to grow out, scar closes itself.
