急如律令！咒五遍，面北服药毕，南面吸生气入口腹中，烧降香置床底下，午时又如前服药。

上件为末，每服半两，先用豉心四十九粒，东向桃、李、桑、梅小梢各二茎，长七
寸，生蓝青七叶，青蒿一小握，葱白连根洗五茎，石臼内同杵，用井水一碗半，煎取一
盏，入童子尿一盏，内药末，煎取七分，入麝一字，月初旬五更空心温服，即以被覆汗。
恐汗中有细虫，软帛拭之，即焚其帛。少时必泻虫，以净桶盛，急钳取虫，付烈火焚之，
并收入瓷器中，瓦片敷，雄黄盖之，泥和灰扎，埋深山绝人行处。
天灵盖散（即前方之变。）
天灵盖（两指大，洗咒炙如前法） 槟榔（如鸡心者五枚，为末） 阿魏（五钱，细研） 辰砂

连珠甘遂（五钱，为末，一方不用此味）
上六味，研极细，和令匀，每服三大钱，用后汤使下。
薤白（二七茎） 青蒿（二握） 甘草（二茎，五寸许） 葱白（二七茎） 桃枝（以下并用向东南嫩者）
柳枝 桑白皮（一云桑枝） 酸石榴根（一云枝。各二握，七寸许）
上八味，须选净洁处采，用童子小便四升，于银石器内以文武火煎至一升，滤去滓，
分作三盏，将前药末调下，五更初服，男患女煎，女患男煎。服药后如觉欲吐，即用白
梅肉止之。五更尽，觉脏腑鸣，须转下虫及恶物黄水，异粪异物。若一服未下，如人行
五七里，又进一服，至天明更进一服，并温吃。如泻不止，用龙骨、黄连等分为末，熟
水调下五钱，次吃白梅粥补之。
五痨麝香散 治男子妇人传尸骨蒸实热。
天灵盖（二钱半） 柴胡（一两） 犀角屑（半两） 甘草（三寸，患人中指长，男左女右） 东引桃枝
青蒿 东引柳枝 石榴皮（四味各一握） 阿胶 薤白 葱白（各七寸） 麝香（二钱半）
上为末，用童便二升半浸药一宿，明日早晚煎至升半，去滓服之。若男病女煎，女
病男煎。忌猫、鸡、犬、驴、马、僧、尼、孕妇、生人、孝子见之。煎成分为三服，入槟
榔末三分，温服。初服约人行三五里远，便
再进一服，倘恶心，以白梅含止之。服三五服病止，即泻出异物若虫，如头发马尾，身
赤口黑，身上如蚁行，不可名状。泻后葱粥饮补之，同时药煎补五脏茯神散。忌风一月，
忌食油腻、湿面、咸味，并牛、猪、鸡、鸭、犬等物。服此药无不当日瘥。凡天下治劳，服
之亦须累日及年，犹未全去病源者，不似此方。至年远重病，不过两剂，如病未多，即
一剂饮子，盒饭服此。
茯神散 不问远年近日取效，下虫红色便可治，肚下黑次之，肚下白色是食髓也，
万不一瘥，补方服此。
白茯神 茯苓 人参 远志（去心） 龙骨 肉桂 甘草 陈皮（各一两） 当归 五味子
（各一两半） 黄 （二两） 大枣（五十六枚）
上为散，分作八服，每服入枣七枚，生姜二钱，用水一升半，煎至一升，趁前药后吃，亦空心服，神效。
补肝脏劳极。金明散
人参 知母 茯苓 秦艽（去芦） 丁香 甘草（炙） 石膏（ 。各等分）
上为细末，每服二钱，水一盏，葱白三寸，同煎至八分，通口服。
补心脏劳极。守灵散
白茯苓 丁香 诃子（各一两，去核） 桔梗 芍药 羌活 甘草（炙。各二钱五分）
上为细末，每服二钱，入银耳环一只，葱白二寸，同煎至八分，通口服。
补脾脏劳极。魂停散
白药子 桔梗 人参 诃子皮 茯苓 甘草（炙） 丁香（各等分）
上为细末，每服二钱，水一盏，入蜜一匙，同煎至八分，通口服。
补肺脏劳极。虚成散
枳实（去瓤，麸炒） 秦艽（去芦） 白茯苓 芍药 麻黄（去节） 玄胡索 当归（洗净） 茴香（炒。
各半两） 甘草（二钱半，炙）
上为极细末，每服二钱，水一盏，银环一对，蜜五点，煎至八分，通口服。
补肾脏虚劳。育婴散
香附子（二钱半，炒） 黑附子（一枚，炮） 白蒺藜（二钱半，去角） 木香（一钱） 白茯苓（半两） 甘
草（钱，炙）
上为细末，每服二钱，水一盏姜七片，葱白同煎至七分，空心服。
紫河车丹 治飞虫鬼疰，虚劳羸瘦，喘嗽气。其法∶取首胎男子者，以皂角水洗净，
次以铫子内用米醋渫洗控干，将一小小焙笼，以纸周遭密糊，不令失火气，或无小焙笼，只
用小篮子去系，蜜糊，安紫河车于上，用烈火焙，更将盖子盖之，焙令极干，约只有十
二三文重，候极干，更入后药。
人参（一两半） 白术（炒） 白茯苓 茯神 当归 熟地黄（各一两） 木香（半两） 乳香（另研）
没药（各四钱） 朱砂（二钱，另研） 麝香（二分）
上为细末，诸药和匀，以红酒糊为丸，如桐子大。每服五十丸，煎人参汤下，空心服
之，日午四服。或炼蜜为丸亦可。
犀角紫河车丸（《宝鉴》） 治传尸劳，三月必平复。其余劳证，只消数服，神效。
紫河车（一具，用米泔浸一宿，洗净焙干） 鳖甲（酥炙） 桔梗（去芦） 胡黄连 芍药 大黄
败鼓 皮心（醋炙） 贝母（去心） 龙胆草 黄药子 知母（各二钱半） 芒硝 犀角（镑） 蓬术（各一
钱半） 朱砂（研，二钱）
上为细末，炼蜜丸，如梧子大，朱砂为衣。空心食前，温酒服二十丸，如膈热食后
服。重病不过一料。
秘方鬼哭饮子 专取传尸劳虫。
天灵盖（酥炙） 鳖甲（醋炙） 软柴胡（各二钱半） 木香（一钱二分） 鼓心（醋炙黄） 阿魏 安息香
甘草（各一钱） 桃仁（去皮尖，另研，十一枚） 贯众（二钱半） 青蒿（半握）
上十一味，细切，杵为粗末，先以童便二升隔夜浸，露星月下，至四更时，煎至八
分，去滓，分作三服，每服调蜈蚣散一钱，五更初温服，稳卧至三点，又进一服。至日出
时，觉腹中欲利，如未利再进一服，已利勿
服。
蜈蚣散
赤脚蜈蚣（以竹筒盛，姜汁浸，焙干，一条） 乌鸡粪（二钱半，先将鸡于五日前以火麻子喂之，然
后取其粪用） 槟榔（二钱半） 辰砂（一钱二分半） 麝香（一钱，另研）
上以五味为细末，和匀，入前煎药内服。凡合药宜六甲建除日，忌妇人、孝服、鸡、犬
见之，亦不可令患者知。如利下恶物并虫，急用火烧，其病者所穿衣服被褥尽烧之。食葱
粥将息，以复元气，务要清心静养。
芎归血余散（出自《直指方》）
取处女头顶旋毛处的一小团头发（用井水洗净油脂，用醋浸泡一夜，在太阳下晒干，用纸包裹后烧至存性），真川芎（半两），当归（三两），木香，桃仁（用水浸泡，去皮，焙干，各二钱），安息香，雄黄（各一钱），全蝎（二枚），江上（此处疑为衍文或地名误植，原文如此）大鲤鱼头（新鲜截断，一枚，用醋炙至酥脆）。
以上药物研成细末，分为四次服用。每次服用时，取一大碗井水，在洁净的房间中煎煮至七分满，加入红硬降真香末半钱，点燃北斗符咒投入药液中。在农历月初五更天，空腹面向北方仰望天空，念咒语说：“瘵神瘵神，害我生人，吾奉帝敕，服药保身，急急如律令！”连念五遍，面朝北服完药，然后面向南吸气入口腹中，将降香燃烧置于床底下，午时再按前述方法服药。
鳖甲生犀散（出自《直指方》）
治疗瘵疾，杀灭瘵虫，排出恶物。
取天灵盖（一具，男性颜色不红的可用，女性颜色红的不可用，用檀香煎汤冷却后清洗。念咒说：“电公灵，雷公圣，逢传尸，即须应，急急如律令！”念七遍完毕，接着用酥油炙黄），生鳖甲（一枚，去除裙边，用醋炙黄），虎长牙（二枚，用醋炙酥，如果没有，则用牙关骨半两），安息香，桃仁（用水浸泡，去皮，焙干），槟榔（鸡心形的，各半两），生犀角，木香，甘遂，降真香，干漆（捣碎，炒至烟略尽而存性），阿魏（用酒浸泡，研磨，各三钱），雷丸（二钱），穿山甲（取四趾，用醋炙焦），全蝎（三个），蚯蚓（十条，生研后和入药中）。
以上药物研成细末，每次服用半两。先用豉心四十九粒，向东的桃、李、桑、梅的小枝各二茎，长七寸，生蓝草青叶七片，青蒿一小把，葱白连根洗净五茎，在石臼中一同捣碎，用一碗半井水，煎取一盏，加入童子尿一盏，放入药末，煎取七分，加入麝香一字，在农历月初五更天空腹温服，随即用被子覆盖以发汗。担心汗中有细小虫子，用软布擦拭，随即焚烧该布。不久必定泻出虫子，用干净的桶盛装，急忙夹取虫子，投入烈火焚烧，并收入瓷器中，用瓦片覆盖，雄黄遮盖，泥土混合灰扎紧，埋在深山无人行走的地方。
天灵盖散（即前方剂的变方。）
天灵盖（两指宽大小，清洗、念咒、炙烤如前法），槟榔（如鸡心形的五枚，研成末），阿魏（五钱，细研），辰砂（另研），麝香（另研，各二钱半），安息香（用铜刀切，放入乳钵内研磨，与其他药物拌和，七钱半），连珠甘遂（五钱，研成末，一方剂不用此味）。
以上六味药，研成极细末，混合均匀，每次服用三大钱，用以下汤剂送服。
薤白（十四茎），青蒿（两把），甘草（两茎，约五寸长），葱白（十四茎），桃枝（以下均选用朝向东南的嫩枝），柳枝，桑白皮（一说桑枝），酸石榴根（一说枝，各一把，约七寸长）。
以上八味药，必须选择干净清洁的地方采集，用童子小便四升，在银石器内用文武火煎至一升，滤去渣滓，分为三盏，将前面的药末调匀送下，五更初服用，男患病女煎药，女患病男煎药。服药后如果感觉想吐，立即用白梅肉止住。五更结束，感觉脏腑鸣响，必须转下虫及恶物黄水，异粪异物。如果一服未下，像人行走五七里路那样，再进一服，直到天明再进一服，都温服。如果腹泻不止，用龙骨、黄连等分研成末，熟水调下五钱，随后吃白梅粥来补益。
五痨麝香散 治疗男子妇人传尸骨蒸实热。
天灵盖（二钱半），柴胡（一两），犀角屑（半两），甘草（三寸，长度相当于患者中指长，男左女右），东引桃枝，青蒿，东引柳枝，石榴皮（这四味各一把），阿胶，薤白，葱白（各七寸），麝香（二钱半）。
以上研成末，用童子尿二升半浸泡药物一夜，第二天早晚煎至升半，去渣服用。如果是男病女煎，女病男煎。忌让猫、鸡、狗、驴、马、僧、尼、孕妇、生人、孝子看见。煎成分为三次服用，加入槟榔末三分，温服。初次服药大约人行走三五里远，便再进一服，如果恶心，含白梅止之。服用三五服病止，就会泻出异物如虫，像头发马尾，身体发红口黑，身上如有蚁行，无法形容。泻后用葱粥饮用补益，同时用药煎补五脏茯神散。忌风一个月，忌食油腻、湿面、咸味，以及牛、猪、鸡、鸭、犬等食物。服用此药没有当天痊愈的。凡是天下治疗劳损，服用也需要累日及年，还不能完全去除病源的，不像这个方剂。到了年代久远重病，不过两剂，如果病不重，就一剂饮子，盒饭（此处疑为“合办”或排版错误，意指配合服用）服用此药。
茯神散 不问远年近日都能取效，下红色虫便可治，肚下黑色次之，肚下白色是食髓也，万无一失能痊愈，补方服用此药。
白茯神，茯苓，人参，远志（去心），龙骨，肉桂，甘草，陈皮（各一两），当归，五味子（各一两半），黄芪（二两），大枣（五十六枚）。
以上研成散剂，分为八次服用，每次加入枣七枚，生姜二钱，用水一升半，煎至一升，趁在前药之后吃，也是空腹服用，神效。补肝脏劳损至极。金明散
人参，知母，茯苓，秦艽（去芦），丁香，甘草（炙），石膏（煅，各等分）。
以上研成细末，每次服用二钱，水一盏，葱白三寸，同煎至八分，通口服。
补心脏劳损至极。守灵散
白茯苓，丁香，诃子（各一两，去核），桔梗，芍药，羌活，甘草（炙，各二钱五分）。
以上研成细末，每次服用二钱，加入银耳环一只，葱白二寸，同煎至八分，通口服。
补脾脏劳损至极。魂停散
白药子，桔梗，人参，诃子皮，茯苓，甘草（炙），丁香（各等分）。
以上研成细末，每次服用二钱，水一盏，加入蜜一匙，同煎至八分，通口服。
补肺脏劳损至极。虚成散

香附子（二钱半，炒），黑附子（一枚，炮），白蒺藜（二钱半，去角），木香（一钱），白茯苓（半两），甘草（一钱，炙）。
以上研成细末，每次服用二钱，水一盏，姜七片，葱白同煎至七分，空腹服用。
紫河车丹 治疗飞虫鬼疰，虚劳羸瘦，喘嗽气。其方法：取第一个出生的男胎胎盘，用皂角水洗净，再用铫子内用米醋洗涤控干，将一个小焙笼，用纸周围严密糊好，不让火气流失，或者没有小焙笼，只用小篮子去掉系绳，用蜜糊住，安放紫河车在上面，用烈火焙烤，再将盖子盖上，焙至极干，大约只有十几文钱重，等到极干，再加入后面的药物。
人参（一两半），白术（炒），白茯苓，茯神，当归，熟地黄（各一两），木香（半两），乳香（另研），没药（各四钱），朱砂（二钱，另研），麝香（二分）。
以上研成细末，诸药混合均匀，用红酒糊做成丸，如梧桐子大。每次服用五十丸，煎人参汤送下，空腹服用，日午时分四次服用。或者炼蜜为丸也可以。
犀角紫河车丸（出自《宝鉴》） 治疗传尸劳，三个月必平复。其余劳证，只需数服，神效。

蜈蚣散
赤脚蜈蚣（以竹筒盛，姜汁浸，焙干，一条），乌鸡粪（二钱半，先将鸡于五日前以火麻子喂之，然后取其粪用），槟榔（二钱半），辰砂（一钱二分半），麝香（一钱，另研）。

Xionggui Xueyu San (Cnidium and Angelica Blood Remnant Powder, from *Zhizhi Fang*)
Take a small tuft of hair from the vertex of an unmarried girl (wash off grease with well water, soak in vinegar for one night, dry in the sun, wrap in paper and burn until carbonized but retaining its nature), Zhen Chuanxiong (Szechwan Lovage Rhizome, Ban Liang), Danggui (Chinese Angelica Root, San Liang), Muxiang (Aucklandia Root), Taoren (Peach Seed, soaked in water, skin removed, baked, Er Qian each), Anshixiang (Benzoin Resin), Xionghuang (Realgar, Er Qian each), Quanxie (Whole Scorpion, Er Mei), Jiang Shang (likely a textual error or place name, as per original text) Da Liyu Tou (Large Carp Head, fresh cut, one piece, roasted with vinegar until crisp).
Grind the above into powder, divide into four doses. For each dose, take a large bowl of well water, decoct in a clean room to seven-tenths full, add half a qian of Hongying Jiangzhenxiang (Red Hard Agarwood) powder, burn the Beidou Talisman and put it into the medicine. At the fifth watch of the first month of the lunar calendar, facing north with an empty stomach, look up at the sky and chant: "Zhai God, Zhai God, harming my living people, I obey the Emperor's decree, taking medicine to protect the body, hurry like the law!" Chant five times, face north to take the medicine, then face south to inhale vital energy into the abdomen, burn agarwood under the bed, and take medicine again at noon as before.
Biejia Shengxi San (Turtle Shell and Raw Rhinoceros Horn Powder, from *Zhizhi Fang*)
Treats Zhai disease, kills Zhai worms, expels foul matter.
Take Tianlinggai (Human Skull Cap, one piece; male ones with non-red color are usable, female ones with red color are not; wash with cooled decoction of Sandalwood. Chant: "Electric Lord is spiritual, Thunder Lord is holy, encountering Transmitted Corpse, must respond immediately, hurry like the law!" Chant seven times, then roast with butter until yellow), Sheng Biejia (Raw Turtle Shell, one piece, remove skirt edge, roast with vinegar until yellow), Hu Changya (Tiger Long Tooth, two pieces, roast with vinegar until crisp; if unavailable, use jawbone Ban Liang), Anshixiang (Benzoin Resin), Taoren (Peach Seed, soaked in water, skin removed, baked), Binglang (Areca Nut, chicken-heart shaped, Ban Liang each), Sheng Xijiao (Raw Rhinoceros Horn), Muxiang (Aucklandia Root), Gansui (Kansui Root), Jiangzhenxiang (Agarwood), Ganqi (Dried Lacquer Tree Bark, pounded and stir-fried until smoke nearly ceases but nature remains), Awei (Asafoetida, soaked in wine and ground, Er Qian each), Leiwan (Vermifuge Pill Fungus, Er Qian), Chuanshanjia (Pangolin Scales, take four toes, roast with vinegar until scorched), Quanxie (Whole Scorpion, three), Qiuyin (Earthworm, ten, grind raw and mix with medicine).
Grind the above into powder, take Ban Liang per dose. First, pound forty-nine Dixin (Fermented Soybean Heart), two stems each of young branches of Peach, Plum, Mulberry, and Plum facing east (seven cun long), seven leaves of Sheng Lanqing (Isatis Leaf), one handful of Qinghao (Sweet Wormwood), five stalks of Congbai (Scallion White) washed with roots, in a stone mortar. Use one and a half bowls of well water, decoct to one cup, add one cup of Tongzi Niao (Boy's Urine), add medicine powder, decoct to seven-tenths, add Shexiang (Musk) Yi Zi (approx. 0.1-0.2g), take warm on an empty stomach at the fifth watch of the first ten days of the lunar month, cover with quilt to induce sweating. Fear that fine worms are in sweat, wipe with soft silk and burn it. Soon will defecate worms, collect in a clean bucket, quickly clamp worms, burn in fierce fire, store in porcelain jar, cover with tile and Realgar, seal with mud and ash, bury in deep mountains where no humans walk.
Tianlinggai San (Human Skull Cap Powder, a variation of the previous formula.)
Tianlinggai (Two fingers wide, wash, chant, roast as before), Binglang (Areca Nut, five chicken-heart shaped, grind to powder), Awei (Asafoetida, Wu Qian, finely ground), Chen Sha (Cinnabar, grind separately), Shexiang (Musk, grind separately, Er Qian Ban each), Anshixiang (Benzoin Resin, cut with copper knife, grind in mortar, mix with other medicines, Qi Qian Ban), Lianzhu Gansui (Linked Kansui Root, Wu Qian, grind to powder; one prescription does not use this herb).
Grind the above six herbs to extremely fine powder, mix evenly, take San Da Qian per dose, swallow with the following decoction.
Xiebai (Macrostemon Bulb, fourteen stalks), Qinghao (Sweet Wormwood, two handfuls), Gancao (Licorice Root, two stalks, approx. five cun), Congbai (Scallion White, fourteen stalks), Tao Zhi (Peach Twig, all below select tender ones facing southeast), Liu Zhi (Willow Twig), Sangbaipi (Mulberry Root Bark, or Sang Zhi/Mulberry Twig), Suan Shiliu Gen (Sour Pomegranate Root, or branch, each one handful, approx. seven cun).
Select these eight herbs from a clean place, use four sheng of boy's urine, decoct in silver or earthenware vessel with mild heat to one sheng, filter dregs, divide into three cups, mix with previous powder and take. Take at early morning (Wugeng), male patient female decocts, female patient male decocts. If feeling nauseous after taking medicine, stop with Suimei Rou (White Plum Flesh). When Wugeng ends, feel organ rumbling, must pass worms and foul yellow water, abnormal feces and objects. If one dose does not pass, wait distance of walking five to seven li, take another dose, continue until dawn, take warm. If diarrhea continues, equal parts of Longgu (Fossilized Bone) and Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome) ground to powder, mix with cooked water, take Wu Qian, then eat Bai Mei Zhou (White Plum Porridge) to supplement.
Wulao Shexiang San (Five Consumptions Musk Powder) Treats transmitted corpse bone-steaming excess heat in men and women.
Tianlinggai (Er Qian Ban), Chaihu (Bupleurum Root, Yi Liang), Xijiao Xie (Rhinoceros Horn Shavings, Ban Liang), Gancao (Licorice Root, three cun, length equal to patient's middle finger, left for male, right for female), Dongyin Tao Zhi (East-growing Peach Twig), Qinghao (Sweet Wormwood), Dongyin Liu Zhi (East-growing Willow Twig), Shiliupi (Pomegranate Peel, these four each one handful), Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin), Xiebai (Macrostemon Bulb), Congbai (Scallion White, each seven cun), Shexiang (Musk, Er Qian Ban).
Grind to powder, soak in two and a half sheng of boy's urine overnight, decoct next morning and evening to half a sheng, filter dregs and take. Male illness female decocts, female illness male decocts. Avoid cats, chickens, dogs, donkeys, horses, monks, nuns, pregnant women, strangers, and mourners seeing it. Divide decoction into three doses, add San Fen of Binglang powder, take warm. After initial dose, walk three to five li, then take another dose. If nauseous, hold Suimei (White Plum) to stop. After three to five doses, illness stops, excrete foreign objects like worms, resembling hair or horse tail, body red mouth black, sensation like ants crawling on body, indescribable. Supplement with Cong Zhou (Scallion Porridge) after diarrhea, simultaneously decoct Buchang Fushen San (Tonify Five Volumes Fushen Powder) to tonify five zang organs. Avoid wind for one month, avoid greasy food, wet noodles, salty taste, and beef, pork, chicken, duck, dog etc. Taking this medicine rarely cures on the same day. Generally, treating consumptions takes days and years without fully removing the source, unlike this formula. Grind to extremely fine powder, take Er Qian per dose, one cup water, one pair silver ring, five points honey, decoct to eight-tenths, take orally.

Grind to fine powder, take Er Qian per dose, one cup water, seven slices ginger, scallion white, decoct to seven-tenths, take on empty stomach.
Ziheche Dan (Placenta Pill) Treats flying insects and ghost fixation, deficiency consumption emaciation, wheezing cough and qi. Method: Take placenta of first-born male, wash with Genglei (Soapberry) water, then wash and drain with rice vinegar in a clay pot. Place in small baking cage, paste paper around tightly to prevent heat loss; if no small cage, use small basket remove ties, paste with honey, place Ziheche (Human Placenta) on top, bake with fierce fire, cover lid, bake until extremely dry, weighing only about ten to thirteen wen, when extremely dry, add following medicines.

Grind to fine powder, mix medicines evenly, make pills with red wine paste, size of tung tree seeds. Take fifty pills per dose, decoct Renshen Tang (Ginseng Decoction) to swallow, take on empty stomach, four times at midday. Or make pills with refined honey.
Xijiao Ziheche Wan (Rhinoceros Horn and Placenta Pill, from *Baojian*) Treats Transmitted Corpse Consumption, must recover in three months. Other consumption syndromes, only need several doses, miraculous effect.

Grind to fine powder, refine honey to make pills, size of walnut seeds, coat with Cinnabar. Take twenty pills on empty stomach before meals with warm wine, if chest heat take after meals. Severe illness no more than one batch.

Cut the above eleven herbs finely, pound to coarse powder, first soak in two sheng of boy's urine overnight, expose under stars and moon, decoct at fourth watch to eight-tenths, filter dregs, divide into three doses. Each dose mix with Er Qian of Wugong San (Centipede Powder), take warm at early fifth watch, lie steady until three o'clock, take another dose. At sunrise, feel abdominal urge to defecate, if not yet defecated take another dose, if already defecated do not take.

Chijiao Wugong (Red-footed Centipede, keep in bamboo tube, soak in ginger juice, bake dry, one piece), Wuji Fen (Black Hen Manure, Er Qian Ban, feed hen fire hemp seeds five days prior, then collect manure), Binglang (Areca Nut, Er Qian Ban), Chen Sha (Cinnabar, Er Qian Er Fen Ban), Shexiang (Musk, Er Qian, grind separately).
Grind the above five ingredients to fine powder, mix evenly, add to previous decoction to take. When preparing medicine, choose auspicious days of Six Jia Jianchu, avoid women, mourners, chickens, dogs seeing it, and do not let patient know. If defecating foul matter and worms, urgently burn with fire, burn all clothes and bedding of patient. Eat scallion porridge to recuperate and restore vital energy, must maintain clear mind and quiet rest.
