主补五脏，令人肥白悦泽。
陶隐居云∶张苍常服人乳，故年百岁余，肥白如瓠。唐本注云∶《别录》云∶首生男乳，
疗
毒，合豉浓汁服之神效。又取和雀屎，去目赤 肉。臣禹锡等谨按蜀本云∶人乳，味甘，平，
无毒。日华子云∶人乳，
冷。益气，治瘦悴，悦皮肤，润毛发，
圣惠方∶治卒中风不语，舌根强硬。陈酱五合，三年者妙，人乳汁五合，二件相和研，
以生布绞取汁。不计时候，少少
与服，良久当语。千金方∶治月经不通，饮人乳汁三合。金匮方∶啖蛇牛肉杀人，何以知之。
啖蛇者，毛发向后顺者是也，食之欲死，饮人乳汁一升立愈。
衍义曰∶人乳汁，治目之功多，何也？人心生血，肝藏血，肝受血则能视。盖水入于经，
则
血乃成。又曰∶上则为乳汁，下则为月水，故知乳汁则血也。用以点眼，岂有不相宜者。血
为阴，故其性冷。脏寒人，如乳饼酪之类，不可多食。虽曰牛、羊乳，然亦不出乎阴阳造化
尔。西戎更以驼、马乳为酥酪。老人患口疮不能食，饮人热乳，良。
主淋闭不通。
陶隐居云术云∶头垢浮针，以肥腻故尔。今当用悦泽人者，其垢可丸。又主噎，亦疗劳
复
。臣禹锡等谨按药性论云∶头垢治噎。酸浆水煎膏，用之立愈，日华子云∶温。治中蛊毒
及蕈毒，米饮或酒化下，并得以吐为度。
外台秘要伤寒病，欲令不劳复。头垢烧，水丸如梧桐子大，饮服一丸。千金方∶治百邪
鬼魅

水服头垢一小豆大，故腻头巾无毒。天行劳复，渴，浸取汁，暖服一升。又方∶主食自死鸟
兽
肝中毒。取故头巾垢一钱匕，热汤中烊服之。三年头 ，主卒心痛，沸汤取汁饮，以头 于
闲处，碗覆之，同时开愈。头 即缚髻帛也。肘后方∶犬咬人重发疮。以头垢少许纳疮中，

热牛屎敷之。葛稚川治紧唇，以头垢敷之。梅师方∶治马肝杀人。取头垢一分，熟水调下。
钱
相公箧中方∶治蜈蚣咬人，以头垢腻和苦参末，酒调敷之。刘涓子治竹木刺在肉中不出。以

垢涂之即出。伤寒类要伤寒天行病后劳复，含头垢如枣核大一丸。服气精义云刘君安烧己发
合头垢等分合服，如大豆许三丸。名曰还精，令头不白。
【人乳汁】
主要功效是补益五脏，使人身体丰满、肤色白净且光泽润泽。
陶弘景说：张苍经常服用人乳，所以年龄超过百岁，身体肥胖白皙像葫芦一样。《新修本草》注解说：《名医别录》记载：初生的男婴的乳汁，治疗毒疮，配合豆豉浓汁服用有神奇疗效。又取人乳混合麻雀屎，治疗眼睛红肿和胬肉攀睛。臣禹锡等人谨按《蜀本》记载：人乳，味甘，性平，无毒。日华子说：人乳，性冷。能益气，治疗消瘦憔悴，使皮肤悦泽，滋润毛发。
《圣惠方》：治疗突然中风不能说话，舌根僵硬。用陈年酱五合（三年以上的最好），人乳汁五合，将两者混合研磨，用生布绞取汁液。不限时间，少量多次给予服用，过一段时间后应当能说话。
《千金方》：治疗月经不通，饮用三合人乳。
《金匮方》：吃了蛇咬过的牛肉会杀人，怎么知道呢？吃了蛇的东西，毛发向后顺的是被蛇咬过的牛肉，吃了想死，饮用人乳一升立即痊愈。
《衍义》说：人乳治疗眼疾的功效很多，为什么呢？人心主生血，肝藏血，肝得到血的滋养就能视物。大概水进入经脉，血液才能形成。又说：向上则为乳汁，向下则为月经，所以知道乳汁就是血。用来点眼，哪有不相宜的道理。血属于阴，所以它的性质寒冷。内脏虚寒的人，像乳饼、奶酪之类，不可多吃。虽然说是牛、羊乳，但也不超出阴阳造化的范畴。西域更以驼、马乳制作酥酪。老人患口疮不能进食，饮用热的人乳，效果很好。
【头垢】
主要治疗淋证闭塞不通。
陶弘景说：头垢能浮在针上，是因为油脂腻的缘故。现在应当选用那些让人容颜悦泽的人的头垢，其污垢可以捏成丸药。又主治噎膈，也治疗病后劳复。臣禹锡等人谨按《药性论》记载：头垢治疗噎膈。用酸浆水煎煮成膏，使用它立即痊愈。日华子说：性温。治疗中蛊毒及菌类毒素，用米汤或酒送服，直到吐出为止。
《外台秘要》：伤寒病，想要防止病后劳复。将头垢烧灰，用水泛丸如梧桐子大，饮水送服一丸。
《千金方》：治疗各种邪气鬼魅作祟。用水送服一小豆大的头垢，所以油腻的头巾无毒。流行性疾病的劳复，口渴，浸取水汁，温热服用一升。又一方：主食吃自死的鸟兽肝脏中毒。取旧头巾上的垢一钱匕，在热水中溶化服用。三年的头巾垢，主治突然心痛，用沸水取汁饮用，将头巾放在安静处，用碗覆盖，同时打开即可痊愈。头巾即束发的帛。
《肘后备急方》：狗咬人严重引发疮疡。取少许头垢纳入疮口中，用热牛粪敷在上面。葛稚川治疗紧唇，用头垢敷贴。梅师方：治疗马肝杀人（食马肝中毒）。取一分头垢，用熟水调下。
钱相公箧中方：治疗蜈蚣咬人，用头垢的油腻部分混合苦参末，用酒调匀敷贴。刘涓子治疗竹木刺扎在肉中出不来。用头垢涂抹，刺即出来。
《伤寒类要》：伤寒及流行性疾病后劳复，含服如枣核大一丸头垢。
《服气精义》记载：刘君安将自己脱落的头发与头垢等分混合服用，每次如大豆许三丸。名叫“还精”，能使头发不白。
[Human Milk]
Its main efficacy is tonifying the five Zang organs, making the body plump, the skin white, and lustrous.
Tao Hongjing stated: Zhang Cang frequently consumed human milk, thus living beyond a hundred years old, with a body as plump and fair as a gourd. The *Xinxiu Bencao* (Newly Revised Materia Medica) annotation notes: *Mingyi Bielu* (Record of Famous Physicians) records that the milk from a newborn male infant treats toxic sores; when combined with strong soybean paste decoction, it yields miraculous effects. Furthermore, mixing human milk with sparrow feces treats red eyes and pterygium (fleshy growth over the cornea). Ministers Yu Xi et al. respectfully note according to the *Shu Ben*: Human milk is sweet in taste, neutral in nature, and non-toxic. Ri Huazi stated: Human milk is cold in nature. It benefits Qi, treats emaciation and frailty, beautifies the skin, and moistens hair.
*Shenghui Fang* (Holy Benefit Formulas): Treats sudden stroke with inability to speak and stiffness of the tongue root. Take five he of aged vinegar sauce (three-year-old is best) and five he of human milk, grind them together, and squeeze out the juice using raw cloth. Administer in small amounts at any time; after a while, speech should return.
*Qianjin Fang* (Thousand Gold Formulas): Treats amenorrhea (absence of menstruation); drink three he of human milk.
*Jingui Fang* (Essential Prescriptions of the Golden Cabinet): Regarding death caused by eating beef from a snake-bitten animal, how can one know? Beef from an animal that has eaten snake venom is identified by its hair lying flat backwards. If one feels like dying after eating it, drinking one sheng of human milk cures it immediately.
*Yanyi* states: Human milk has many effects in treating eye diseases. Why? The Heart generates blood, and the Liver stores blood; when the Liver receives blood, vision is possible. Water entering the meridians allows blood to form. It is also said: flowing upward it becomes milk, flowing downward it becomes menstrual blood; thus, we know milk is blood. Using it to drop into the eyes, how could it be inappropriate? Blood belongs to Yin, hence its nature is cold. People with internal cold should not consume too much dairy products like milk cakes or cheese. Although referring to cow and sheep milk, they do not transcend the creation of Yin and Yang. Western regions further make butter and cheese from camel and horse milk. For elderly people suffering from mouth ulcers unable to eat, drinking hot human milk is beneficial.
[Head Scum]
It mainly treats strangury (dysuria) with obstruction.
Tao Hongjing stated: Head scum floats on needles due to its greasiness. One should now use head scum from individuals who maintain a lustrous appearance, which can be formed into pills. It also treats dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) and post-illness relapse due to overexertion (Lao Fu). Ministers Yu Xi et al. respectfully note according to *Yaoxing Lun* (Discussion on Drug Properties): Head scum treats dysphagia. Decocted with sour bean water into a paste, immediate cure follows. Ri Huazi stated: It is warm in nature. It treats Gu poison (poisoning from ingested parasites/toxins) and mushroom toxicity; administer with rice water or wine until vomiting occurs.
*Waitai Miyao* (Secret Essentials from the Outer Cabinet): For typhoid fever, to prevent Lao Fu (relapse due to overexertion), burn head scum, make pills the size of sophora seeds, and swallow one pill with water.
*Qianjin Fang*: Treats various evil spirits and demonic influences. Swallow a dose the size of a soybean with water; thus, greasy head scarves are non-toxic. For epidemic Lao Fu with thirst, soak head scum to extract juice, warm and drink one sheng. Another prescription: For poisoning from eating liver of dead birds/beasts. Take one qianbi of old head scarf scum, dissolve in hot water, and ingest. Three-year-old head scarf scum treats sudden heart pain; take juice with boiling water, place the scarf in a quiet place, cover with a bowl, and open simultaneously for cure. "Head scarf" refers to the cloth used to tie hair.
*Zhouhou Beiji Fang* (Emergency Prescriptions Kept Up the Sleeve): For severe sores from dog bites, put a little head scum into the wound and apply hot cow dung externally. Ge Zhichuan treated tight lips by applying head scum. Mei Shi Fang: Treated death from eating horse liver (horse liver poisoning). Take one part head scum, mix with cooked water, and ingest.
Minister Qian's Box Formula: Treated centipede bites, mixed the greasy part of head scum with Sophora root powder, diluted with wine, and applied externally. Liu Juanzi treated splinters of bamboo/wood stuck in flesh; applying head scum makes them emerge.
*Shanghan Leiyao* (Classified Essentials of Cold Damage): For Lao Fu after Shanghan (Cold Damage) and epidemic diseases, hold a pill of head scum the size of a jujube pit in the mouth.
*Fuqi Jingyi* (Essentials of Breathing Practice) records: Liu Jun'an burned his own fallen hair and mixed it equally with head scum for ingestion, three pills the size of soybeans each time. Named "Huan Jing" (Returning Essence), it prevents graying of hair.
