桑根白皮、柏叶各一斤，宣木瓜半斤，泡油搽头即润。男子煎水洗数次，亦黑润也。
拔去白发，以白蜜涂毛孔中，即生黑发。如不见效，取梧桐子捣汁涂上必黑。如白多难
拔，用干柿饼（用茅香煮热）枸杞子（酒泡焙干）各三两，研末为丸梧子大。每服五十丸，

黑芝麻，九蒸九晒，研末，枣肉为丸，久服自黑。或加旱莲草自然汁，和枣肉为丸，更
妙。
又方∶草灵丹（见内外备用诸方）服之，须发可以转黑，神效无比。
芦荟、苦楝子各一钱，为末，吹入鼻内，数次自愈。
又方∶山豆根研末，麻油浸搽。
藜芦末，煎汤洗头，半干时再用藜芦末掺上，令入皮内，用布扎紧，数日即愈。
又方∶桑枝烧灰，淋水洗，甚效。
又方∶王不留行、白芷各三钱，研末干掺，一夜，梳去即愈。
俗名髦KT 。治好后，能长头发（郁澄斋先生试验传出）。先用米泔水加明矾、花椒、
葱
油
一名鼻渊。白鹁鸽翎毛三钱，擦生漆丝棉一块（如无丝棉即用揩漆布亦可，二种系向漆
匠铺买），将二味放于瓦上，焙炮存性，共研细末，入冰片少许，令病患仰卧，用笔管吹入
鼻中，不过三四次即愈。此余患此症觅得之仙方也，用之除根，病愈已三十年矣。
急寻有壳蜗牛一二条（查药物备要便知），捣融摊纸上，贴之即愈。纸上留一小孔出气，
初起用之神效。
又方∶鹿角（烧研），猪胆调搽亦效。

黑芝麻经过九次蒸制和九次晾晒，研成细末，用枣肉调和制成丸剂，长期服用头发自然变黑。或者加入旱莲草的自然汁，与枣肉调和制成丸剂，效果更佳。
又一方：草灵丹（参见《内外备用诸方》），服用后可使须发转黑，功效神奇无比。
藜芦末，煎汤洗头，待头发半干时，再用藜芦末撒在头上，使其渗入皮肤内，用布扎紧，数日即可痊愈。
又一方：桑枝烧成灰，用水淋滤后的药液清洗，效果很好。
又一方：王不留行、白芷各三钱，研成细末干撒，一夜之后，梳去药渣即可痊愈。

急寻有一二条带壳蜗牛（查阅《药物备要》可知），捣烂摊在纸上，贴敷患处即可痊愈。纸上留一个小孔以便透气，初起时使用此法效果神奇。
Folium Morus Albae Cortex (Cortex Mori Radicis), Folium Platycladi Orientalis (Biye) each one jin, Xuan Mugua (Fruit Chaenomeles Speciosae) half a jin, soaked in oil and applied to the head will make hair moist. Men can decoct the medicine to wash the hair several times, which will also make it black and moist.
To remove white hair, apply Bai Mi (White Honey) into the hair follicles, and black hair will grow back. If there is no effect, take Wutongzi (Fruit Firmianae Sylvestris), crush it to extract juice, and apply it; the hair will definitely turn black. If there are too many white hairs that are difficult to pluck, use Ganshibing (Dried Persimmon Cake) (boiled hot with Maoxiang), Gouqizi (Fruit Lycii) (soaked in wine and baked dry) each three liang, grind them into powder, and make pills the size of Wutongzi. Take fifty pills per dose, delivered with Maoxiang decoction.
Heizhima (Semen Sesici Nigrum), steamed and sun-dried nine times, ground into powder, mixed with Zourou (Pulp of Jujube) to form pills. Long-term consumption will naturally darken the hair. Alternatively, add Ziliancao (Herba Ecliptae Prostratae) natural juice, mix with Zourou to form pills, which is even better.
Another prescription: Caolingdan (Grass Spirit Pill) (see *Internal and External Ready Prescriptions*). Taking it can turn beard and hair black, with miraculous efficacy.
Luhui (Resin Aloe), Kulianzi (Seed Toosendan Fructus) each one qian, grind into powder, blow into the nasal cavity, and it will heal after several times.
Another prescription: Shandougen (Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis), grind into powder, soak in Mayou (Sesame Oil) and apply.
Lilvmo (Rhizoma Veratri Nigri), decoct soup to wash the head. When the hair is half dry, sprinkle Lilvmo powder again, allowing it to penetrate the skin, tie tightly with cloth, and it will heal in a few days.
Another prescription: Sangzhi (Ramulus Mori), burn to ash, use the leachate water to wash, very effective.
Another prescription: Wangbuliuxing (Semen Viscariae), Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae) each three qian, grind into powder and apply dry. After one night, comb out and it will heal.
Commonly known as Mao KT. After cure, hair can grow (tested and transmitted by Mr. Yu Chengzhai). First use Rice Water (Migan Shui) added with Mingfan (Alumen), Huajiao (Fructus Zanthoxyli), Cong (Scallion), You (Oil).
Also known as Biyuan (Nasal Sinusitis). Take Sanqian (Three Qian weight) of Bai Bo Ge Lingmao (Feathers of White Pigeon), rub against Shengqi Simian (Raw Lacquer Silk Cotton) (if silk cotton is unavailable, use Lacquer Cloth, both available from lacquer shops). Place these two ingredients on a tile, bake until "preserving nature" (charred but retaining medicinal properties), grind together into fine powder, add a little Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum). Let the patient lie supine, use a pen tube to blow the powder into the nose. It will heal within three or four applications. This is an immortal prescription I found when suffering from this disease. Using it eradicated the root cause, and I have been cured for thirty years.
Urgently find one or two live Woniu (Snails with shells) (check *Essentials of Materia Medica* for details), crush and spread on paper, apply to the affected area, and it will heal immediately. Leave a small hole in the paper for breathing. Use at the onset for miraculous effect.
Another prescription: Lujiao (Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum) (burned and ground), mixed with Zhudan (Gallus Sus Scrofa Bile) and applied is also effective.
