During the stage of pustule formation and scabbing in smallpox, if pus discharges from the eyes and ears, nasal cavities flow with pus, or foul-smelling pus is vomited from the mouth, it is because the internal smallpox lesions cannot form scabs, ulcerate, and discharge pus. No specific treatment is necessary; once the internal smallpox toxins transform into pus, the pathogenic factors have been resolved, and there will be no cause for concern.

Another prescription: Soak red cinnabar from the top of the head in water, spread on paper, dip a new brush in water, and dot the paper three times a day. It heals in three days and is extremely effective.
Another prescription: Lie supine on a bed, take blood from the tail of an eel, drip it into the eye, close the eyes for a moment, then wipe it away. Apply three to five times a day until healed; severe cases may take several days to fully recover. However, a fresh eel tail blood must be used each time; release the eel after use. This method is highly effective when other medicines fail.
Refer to the second prescription for "wet, rotten, swollen, and red eyes" in Volume 1, which is extremely effective.
