以核桃树叶擦之，或以腊梅花叶擦之。如老年人头颈燥靥痒痛，以熟地汁涂之。均皆极
效。
用小刀剃破，以鸭胆子研末搽之，数日自落。
又方∶小鼠子红皮尚未生毛者，锻石和捣极烂、阴干，临用时以水润湿点痣上，其痣自
落。
又方∶皮硝，胆矾，五倍子各五钱，煎浓汁，笔蘸点痣，自落。

The flesh of white plum, Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit (Yazao, 牙皂), Prunus Cerasoides Branch (Yingtao Zhi, 樱桃枝), and Spirodela Polyrrhiza (Zibei Fuping, 紫背浮萍) are taken in equal parts, ground into fine powder, and mixed with honey to form pills. Another prescription: Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄), Talcum (Huashi, 滑石), and Borax (Pengsha, 硼砂), each one qian, grind into fine powder and apply.
Rub with Juglans Regia Leaf (Hetao Shuye, 核桃树叶) or Chimonanthus Nitens Leaf (Lameihua Ye, 腊梅花叶). For elderly people with dry, itchy, and painful senile lentigines on the head and neck, apply Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (Shudi, 熟地) juice. All are highly effective.
Shave the lesion open with a small knife, apply powder of Saposhnikoviae Radix (Yadanzi, 鸭胆子), and it will fall off naturally after a few days.
