大半夏 杏仁（各三十六个）
上坩埚子内烧烟出存性每服末半钱至一钱温米饮调下不以时
治肺伤风冷气不通流咳嗽失声语音不出温肺顺气通畅音声
桂末 杏仁（各等分）
上为细末炼蜜为丸如樱桃大每服一丸新绵裹含化稍稍咽津不以时
治肺风皮肤瘙痒生瘾疹或疥癣等
苦参 肥皂角（各二斤去皮并子捶碎以水一斗浸揉取浓汁滤去滓熬成膏）
上将苦参杵为细末以皂角膏和丸如梧桐子大每服二十丸荆芥汤下
治胸痹切痛
栀子 附子（各一两）
上锉每服三钱水一大盏薤白三寸同煎至五分去滓温服不以时论曰或气乘客或脏气相干其
卒然痛而即止者此寒气客于脉外得寒则缩绻绌急外引小络得热则

盐半斤（炒）
上以故帛裹就热熨痛处
治疗肺经积热、外感寒邪，症见口干、气喘胸闷、咽喉干燥肿痛，兼有受寒咳嗽，咳唾脓血。
桔梗（三两） 甘草（二两）
将上述药材捣成粗末，每次服用二钱，加水一盏，煎至六分，滤去药渣，临睡前温服。
治疗肺气虚。
百部（四两） 生地黄（五斤，取汁液熬制成稀膏）
先将地黄膏与百部粉末混合，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂，每次服用三十丸，饭后用米汤送服。
治疗咳嗽。
大半夏 杏仁（各三十六个）
将上述药材放入坩埚中烧至烟出，保留其性（存性），每次取半钱至一钱的药末，用温米汤调服，不限时间。
治疗肺受风邪，冷气阻滞不通导致的咳嗽、失声、语音不出，旨在温肺顺气，通畅音声。
桂末 杏仁（各等分）
将上述药材研为细末，用炼蜜制成如樱桃大小的丸剂，每次服用一丸，用新棉包裹含化，缓缓咽下津液，不限时间。
治疗肺风引起的皮肤瘙痒、生成瘾疹或疥癣等病症。
苦参 肥皂角（各二斤，去皮并去子，捣碎，用水一斗浸泡揉搓，取浓汁，滤去药渣，熬制成膏）
先将苦参杵为细末，用皂角膏调和，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂，每次服用二十丸，用荆芥汤送服。
治疗胸痹，疼痛剧烈。
栀子 附子（各一两）
将上述药材切碎，每次服用三钱，加水一大盏，加入薤白三寸，同煎至五分，滤去药渣，温服，不限时间。论述说：或是客邪之气侵犯，或是脏腑之气相互干扰，突然疼痛随即停止的，这是寒气客居在脉外，遇到寒冷则收缩卷曲、拘急，向外牵引小络脉；遇到热则……
治疗方剂（高良姜汤方在前文）。
盐半斤（炒制）
用旧布包裹，趁热熨烫疼痛部位。
治疗肺劳咳嗽。
雄黄（一两）
将雄黄放入瓦罐内，不密封，坐于地上，用土培裹四周，使土层厚实，约厚二寸，用一斤炭火围绕固定，煅烧至剩余三分之一的量时去掉……
治疗久咳导致咽喉阻塞闷痛、咽痛、咯血。
贝母（用量不限）
将上述药材研为细末，用炼蜜调和，制成如弹子大小的丸剂，每次服用一丸，饭后含化，每日可服用三次。
Treatment for accumulation of heat in the Lung Meridian with external contraction of cold pathogen, manifesting as dry mouth, panting and chest fullness, dry and painful throat, cough complicated by cold, and expectoration of pus and blood.
Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix) (3 liang) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (2 liang)
Grind the above into coarse powder. Take 2 qian per dose, decoct with one zhan of water until reduced to 6 fen, strain, and take warm before retiring.
Treatment for Lung Qi Deficiency.
Bubai (Stemonae Radix) (4 liang) Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix) (5 jin, extract juice and boil down to a thin paste)
Mix the Dihuang paste with Bubai powder to make pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 30 pills per dose after meals, washed down with rice drink.
Treatment for Cough.
Dabansha (Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum cum Alumine et Zingibere) Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) (36 each)
Burn the above in a crucible until smoke emerges, preserving their properties (cun xing). Take half to one qian of the powder per dose, mixed with warm rice drink, at any time.
Treatment for Lung affected by wind-cold qi obstruction leading to cough, loss of voice, inability to speak; aims to warm the Lung, regulate qi, and clear the voice.
Guimo (Cinnamomi Ramulus powder) Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) (equal parts)
Grind into fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of cherries. Take one pill per dose, wrap in new cotton, hold in mouth to dissolve slowly, swallowing saliva gradually, at any time.
Treatment for Lung wind causing skin itching, formation of urticaria, or scabies/tinea.
Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix) Feizaojiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus) (2 jin each, remove skin and seeds, crush, soak in one dou of water, rub to extract thick juice, filter residue, boil down to paste)
Pound Kushen into fine powder, mix with Zaogao (soap pod paste) to make pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, washed down with Jingjie Tang.
Treatment for Chest Bi (obstruction), severe pain.
Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus) Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) (1 liang each)
Cut into pieces. Take 3 qian per dose, decoct with one large zhan of water and three cun of Xiebai (Allii Macrostematis Bulbus) until reduced to 5 fen, strain, and take warm, at any time. The treatise states: If pathogenic qi invades or visceral qi interferes, sudden pain that stops immediately is due to cold qi lodging outside the vessels; upon encountering cold, it contracts and cramps, pulling on small collaterals; upon encountering heat...
Treatment method (Gaoliangjiang Tang formula is earlier).
Yan (Halitum) 8 liang (stir-fried)
Wrap in old cloth, apply hot compress to the painful area.
Treatment for Lung Consumption with cough.
Xionghuang (Realgar) (1 liang)

Beimu (Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus) (as needed)
Grind into fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of a bullet. Take one pill per dose after meals, hold in mouth to dissolve, up to three times daily.
