主开瞽复明，瞳神缺者能圆，陷者能起，突者能平，真至宝也。
夜明沙（水洗极净晒干醋炒） 晚蚕砂（拣去土子极净，醋炒） 凤凰退（壳内白衣洗
净，微火焙干，如焦者不用） 老母鸭肝（水泡切片，新瓦焙干，忌铁器） 嫩雄鸡肝（制如前）
各为极细末，各等分和匀，每日早晚用酒调服三钱，服至七日见效。如重者，再服一料
自愈。
治神水宽大渐散，昏如雾中行，渐睹空中黑花，又渐睹物成二体，久则光不收，及内障
神水淡绿色淡白色者。
磁石（吸针者，二两） 辰砂（一两） 神曲（四两）
共三味，先以磁石置巨火中 ，醋淬七次，晒干，另研极细，水飞候干二两，辰砂另研
极细，水飞候干一两，生神曲末三两，与前药和匀，更以神曲末一两，水和作饼，煮浮为度，掺
入前药内，炼蜜为丸，如梧子大，每服二十丸，加至三十丸，饭汤送下，空心服。
上方以磁石辛酸寒，镇坠肾经为君，令神水不外移也，辰砂微甘寒，镇坠心经为臣。肝
其母，此子能令母实也。肝实则目明，神曲辛温甘，化脾胃中宿食为佐。生用者发其生气，熟用
者敛其暴气也。服药后，俯视不见，仰视渐睹星月者，此其效也。亦治心火乘金，水衰反制
之病，久病屡发者，服之则永不更作，空心服，午前更以石斛夜光丸主之。
主治眼睛失明复明，瞳孔缺损的能恢复圆形，凹陷的能隆起，突出的能变平，真是至宝。

The three ingredients: First, place Cishi in a fierce fire until red-hot, quench in vinegar seven times, dry, grind separately into an extremely fine powder, process by water levigation until dry to obtain two liang. In the above formula, Cishi, with its acrid, sour, and cold properties, acts as the Sovereign herb to anchor and descend the Kidney Meridian, preventing the Shen Shui from shifting outward. Chensha, slightly sweet and cold, acts as the Minister herb to anchor and descend the Heart Meridian. The Liver is the child of the Kidney; this formula strengthens the mother by tonifying the child. When the Liver is solid, vision becomes clear. Shenqu, acrid, warm, and sweet, acts as the Assistant herb to transform retained food in the Spleen and Stomach. Raw usage stimulates its vital energy, while cooked usage restrains its violent energy. After taking the medicine, if downward vision is obscured but upward vision gradually reveals stars and moon, this indicates efficacy. It also treats diseases where Heart Fire attacks Lung Metal, causing Water deficiency to counter-attack. For chronic, recurrent conditions, taking it ensures no further recurrence. Taken on an empty stomach; in the forenoon, additionally take Shihu Yeguang Wan as the primary treatment.
