（五十二）四顺清凉饮 治小儿血脉壅实，脏腑蓄热，颊赤作渴，五心烦热，卧睡不安，四肢惊掣，
及肠胃不调，大小便涩，欲发惊痫，或风热结核，头面生疮，目赤咽痛，疮疹余毒，泄泻不止。
赤芍 当归 甘草 大黄 加薄荷。
（五十三）十全大补汤 升阳滋阴。治诸虚百损，五劳七伤，及溃疡寒热作痛，脓清而少。

（五十四）移痘丹 治痘出目中，初见点时，用此移之。
守宫十枚（去头足配辰砂一钱阴干），珍珠、茯神、远志肉各一钱，琥珀五分，研为末，紫草膏和丸，
如梧子大，每服一钱二分。欲移在手足，官桂、威灵仙煎汤下；欲专移在足，牛膝、木瓜煎汤下；微汗为
度，再用川芎、 本、荆芥、防风、白芷各五分，蝉壳三分，生姜一片，葱白一茎，清水煎，温服；血热者
加紫草、连翘。
（五十五）决明散 治小儿痘疹入眼。
决明子 栝蒌仁 赤芍 甘草
加麝香少许，研为细末。
（五十六）拨云散 治眼发湿热不退，翳膜遮睛，昏暗羞明，隐涩难开。

又方 桑螵蛸一两炙焦，研细末，入麝香少许，治痘疮入目及生翳膜。每服二钱。
（五十七）清毒拨翳汤 治痧痘翳膜。

（五十八）夺命五毒丹 治痘黑陷倒 ，干枯不起。
蟾酥少许，牛黄、冰片各二分，朱砂一钱，雄黄三分，研为细末， 猪尾血和丸如麻子大，
每服一丸，薄荷汤送下，移时活动。
（五十九）一字金丹 治痘毒，及痘疮黑陷倒 ，干枯不起。
紫花地丁 金线重楼 山慈姑
研细末。
按∶此方治危急痘证，有起死回生之功。
（六十）甘露饮 治胃热未宣，龈肿出脓，目赤肿痛，饥烦不食，口疮咽痛，疮疹已发未发，
及脾胃受湿，瘀热在里，湿热成疸，肢肿胸满，气短身热，二便秘涩。
鲜枇杷叶（刷去毛） 干熟地黄（去土） 天冬（去心焙） 麦冬（去心焙） 枳
壳（去瓤，麸炒） 山茵陈（去梗） 生干地黄 石斛（去芦） 甘草（炙） 黄芩（各等分）
（六十一）治痘疮黑陷，发痘至猛之单方。
鸡冠血，治毒壅心肺；桑虫浆，治毒壅于脾；紫草茸，治毒
壅于肝；人牙散，治毒壅于肾；穿山甲，治毒壅经络。
一说毒壅于肺，则用桑虫；毒壅于肝，则用鸡冠血；毒壅脾
胃，则用地龙；毒壅心肾，无药可治，惟寒闭毒邪于肾，则用人牙。
（二十九）四圣散：治疗小儿痘疹发出缓慢，颜色黑陷不起，色泽不红活，小便不通利。
紫草茸、黄芩（各一钱），甘草（五分），木通（六分）。
若热势严重、痘色紫暗者，加倍使用紫草茸，并加入黄芩、黄连、红花；大便闭塞者加入枳壳；气虚、食欲不振者加入人参。

将各药研成细末混合均匀，每次服用三四分，用米汤调服。不仅能止泻，也能治疗烦闷瘙痒。

（三十四）五福化毒丹：清膈凉血。治疗上焦壅滞之热，烦躁口渴，疮疹余毒未尽，口齿出血，牙龈萎缩口臭，嘴唇舌头生疮。

若有自汗、瘙痒塌陷症状，去掉大腹皮、青皮、柴胡，加入黄芪、白术、糯米，配合生姜、大枣煎服。
（三十六）白术丸：治疗脾肺气虚。
白术、人参、黄芪、茯苓、山药、百合、甘草、前胡。服用时加生姜、大枣。

（五十五）决明散：治疗小儿痘疹侵入眼睛。
决明子、瓜蒌仁、赤芍、甘草。
加入少许麝香，研为细末。
（五十六）拨云散：治疗眼部湿热不退，翳膜遮蔽瞳孔，视物昏暗畏光，眼睑隐涩难开。
川芎、龙胆草、楮实子、薄荷、羌活、荆芥穗、石决明、草决明、苍术、大黄、甘草、木贼、密蒙花、连翘、川椒、甘菊花、桔梗、石膏、地骨皮、白芷、白蒺藜、槟榔（各一两），石燕（一对）。
研为细末，每次服用三钱。
另一方：桑螵蛸一两炙焦，研细末，加入少许麝香，治疗痘疮入目及生翳膜。每次服用二钱。
（五十七）清毒拨翳汤：治疗痧痘引起的翳膜。
生地黄、当归、柴胡、牛蒡子、白蒺藜、天花粉、白葛粉、薄荷、防风、川芎、密蒙花、谷精草、草决明、甘菊花、栀子、羌活、木贼草、川黄连。
忌食寒凉食物及眼科点眼药。
（五十八）夺命五毒丹：治疗痘疹黑陷倒靥，干枯不起。

另一种说法：毒邪壅塞于肺，则用桑虫；毒邪壅塞于肝，则用鸡冠血；毒邪壅塞脾胃，则用地龙；毒邪壅塞心肾，无药可治，唯有寒闭毒邪于肾，则用人牙。
(29) Sisheng San (Four Holy Powders): Treats slow eruption of smallpox in children, with black sunken lesions that do not rise, lack of vibrant red color, and difficult urination.
* Caoshirong (Arnebiae Radix et Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (each 1 qian), Gancao (Licorice Root) (0.5 qian), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis) (0.6 qian).
* If heat is severe and the rash is purple, double the amount of Caoshirong, and add Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Honghua (Carthami Flos).
* If constipation occurs, add Zhike (Aurantii Fructus).
* If there is Qi deficiency and poor appetite, add Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma).
(30) Jiawei Sisheng San (Modified Four Holy Powders): Treats the pustule-filling stage of smallpox, characterized by intense heat, thirst with craving for water, or itching.
* Caoshirong (Arnebiae Radix et Rhizoma) (1 qian), Gancao (Licorice Root) (0.5 qian), Huangqi (Astragali Radix) (roasted, 1 qian), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis) (0.7 qian), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) (0.5 qian), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) (0.3 qian), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (1 qian), Chanyi (Cicadae Periostracum) (7 pieces).
(31) Shengmai San (Generate the Pulse Powder): Treats damage to Yuan Qi (Original Qi) by heat pathogens, resulting in limb fatigue and weakness, shortness of breath and reluctance to speak, dry mouth and thirst, profuse sweating, foot weakness/collapse, blurred vision, exhaustion of body fluids and Yin.
* Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Tuber), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus).
(32) Bu'er San (Not-Two Powder): Treats persistent diarrhea during the swelling and pustule-filling stages of variola.

(40) Renshen Baidu San (Ginseng Anti-Epidemic Powder): Treats seasonal epidemics, wind-cold injury, wind-dampness, alternating chills and fever, dizziness, stiff neck, eye pain, limb pain, cough, nasal congestion with heavy voice, exterior pathogenic factors in sores requiring release, as well as pediatric colds with fever and aversion to wind, phlegm obstructing the chest/diaphragm, unclear head/eyes, wind-heat itching. (54) Yi Dou Dan (Smallpox Transferring Pill): Treats smallpox appearing in the eyes at the initial spot stage, using this formula to move them out.
* Shougong (Gecko) 10 pieces (remove head/feet, combine with Zhusha/Cinnabar 1 qian, dry in shade), Zhenzhu (Pearl), Fushen (Poria with Pine Roots), Yuanzhi Rou (Polygalae Radix Flesh) (each 1 qian), Hupo (Amber) (0.5 qian). Grind to powder, form pills with Zicao Jiang (Arnebia Paste) like wisteria seeds. Take 1.2 qian per dose. To move to hands/feet, take with Guigui/Angelicae Radix and Weilingxian/Saposhnikoviae Radix decoction; to move specifically to feet, take with Niu Xi/Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix and Mugua/Papae Fructus decoction. Aim for slight sweating. Then take Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Gaoben (Ligustici Rhizoma), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) (each 0.5 qian), Chanyi (Cicadae Periostracum) (0.3 qian), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) (1 slice), Congbai (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus) (1 stalk), decoct in clear water, take warm. For Blood heat, add Zicao (Arnebiae Radix et Rhizoma) and Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus).
(55) Jueming San (Cassia Seed Powder): Treats smallpox/rash entering the eyes.

* Grind to fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose.
