心虚人参固本丸 生地生心血，用麦门冬引入所生之地，熟地补肾精，用天门冬引入所补之地，各等分；
人参减半以通心气，为末，或磨烂澄粉晒干尤不滞脾，蜜丸梧子大。每五十丸，空心温酒盐汤任下，如有痰者，
地黄用姜汁炒过。一方去参加黄柏、鹿角霜，名鹿柏固本丸。
梦授天王补心丹 熟地、白茯、人参、远志、菖蒲、玄参、柏子仁、桔梗，天门冬、丹参、酸枣仁、麦门
冬、甘草、百部、五味子、茯神、当归、杜仲各等分为末，蜜丸弹子大，金箔为衣。每一丸，灯心枣汤化下，
食远临卧服，或作小丸亦可。专治玩读著作，劳神过度，以致潮热盗汗咳嗽，失血遗精，怔忡健忘，咽干口燥，
肌体羸瘦，调和心肾二经要药。一方无菖蒲、熟地、杜仲、百部、茯神、甘草。
朱子读书丸 茯神、远志各一两，人参、陈皮各七钱，菖蒲、当归各五钱，甘草二钱半，为末，面糊丸如
急性子大，朱砂为衣，临卧灯心煎汤下。
茯神汤 茯神一钱半，白术、当归各一钱，酸枣仁八分，人参、黄 、黄柏各五分，甘草二分，灯心煎，
先用朱砂末两分点舌上，后以此汤送下，治神不守舍。
肝虚天麻丸 天麻、牛膝、萆 、玄参各六两，杜仲七两，附子一两，羌活十四两，当归十两，生地一斤
（一方加独活五两去肾风），为末，蜜丸梧子大。每五七十丸，病甚加百丸，空心温酒下。治风热，养血脉，
行荣卫，壮筋骨。
鹿茸四斤丸 肉苁蓉、天麻、菟丝子、牛膝、熟地、杜仲、鹿茸、木瓜各半斤，为末，蜜丸梧子大。每五
十丸，空心米汤或酒下。治肝肾虚损之极，以致筋骨痿弱，不能自持，起居无力，足膝疼酸，肌体瘦悴，血
气不生。
牛膝丸 牛膝、萆 、杜仲、苁蓉、菟丝子，防风、葫芦巴、补骨脂、沙苑蒺藜各一两，肉桂五钱，为末，
酒煮猪腰子，为丸梧子大。每五七十丸，空心酒下。治肝肾损，骨痿不能起于床，宜益精；筋缓不能自收持，
宜缓中。
脾虚返本丸 黄犍牛肉五斤（去筋膜切片，河水洗数遍，仍浸一宿，再洗一二遍，用好酒入瓷器内，重泥
封固，桑柴火煮一日夜，取出焙干为末半斤），山药、莲肉（俱用葱盐炒，去葱盐）、白茯苓、小茴香各四两，
为末，枣肉捣膏，入好酒和丸梧子大，晒干。空心酒下五十丸。日三服，久则日一服，忌用面糊米饮之类为丸，
补脾及诸虚损。
脾肾虚橘皮煎丸 陈皮十五两，甘草十两，当归、萆 、苁蓉、吴萸、浓朴、肉桂、阳起
石、巴戟、石斛、附子、菟丝子、牛膝、鹿茸、杜仲、干姜各三两，为末，有酒五升于瓷器，入橘皮末煎熬
如饧，却将诸末入内搅匀，仍入石臼内捣丸梧子大。每三十丸，空心温酒盐汤任下。治脾肾大虚，不进饮食，
肌体羸瘦，四肢无力，兼治久疟久痢 瘕。
天真丸 肉苁蓉一两，山药十两，当归十二两，天门冬一斤，为末，用羊肉七斤洗去脂膜，扯开入药末
裹定，以麻缚之，用酒四瓶煮令酒干，再添水二升又煮，候肉烂如泥，又入黄 末五两，人参末三两，白术末
二两，糯饭焙干为末，同捣丸梧子大。每三百丸温酒下。如觉难丸，入蒸饼五七枚焙干为末，同捣为丸。治
脾肾俱虚及一切下血过多，形容枯槁，四肢羸弱，饮食不进，肠胃溏泄，津液枯竭，久服生血补气，暖胃驻颜。
肾虚小菟丝子丸 菟丝子五两，山药二两七钱，莲肉二两，白茯苓一两，为末，山药留一半，打糊丸梧子
大。每五十丸，空心盐汤下，脚无力，木瓜煎汤下。治肾虚损，目眩耳鸣，四肢倦怠，遗精尿血，心腹胀满，
脚膝酸痿，股内湿痒，小便滑数，水道涩痛，时有遗沥等证。一方加五味子二两，名玄菟丹；更加枸杞子二
两，合人参固本丸，名玄菟固本丸。
三味安肾丸 破故纸、小茴香、乳香各等分为末，蜜丸梧子大。每三十丸，空心盐汤下，或煎药下。治
下虚肾气不得归元，变见杂证，诸药不效者，用此补肾，令其纳气。一方去乳香，加葫芦巴、川楝肉、续断、
桃仁、杏仁、山药、茯苓各等分，名九味安肾丸，治肾虚腰痛，目眩耳聋，面黑羸瘦。
太极丸 黄柏二两六钱（木），知母一两四钱（水），故纸二两八钱（火），胡桃肉一两二钱（金），
砂仁五钱（土），为末，蜜丸梧子大。每三十丸，空心盐汤下。
加减内固丸 石斛、葫芦巴各二两，巴戟、苁蓉、山茱萸、菟丝子各三两，故纸二两半，小茴一两，附
子五钱，为末，蜜丸梧子大。每五十丸，空心温酒盐汤任下，治命门火衰，肾寒阴痿，元阳虚惫，阴溺于下，
阳浮于上，水火不能既济。
补阳无燥，冷补能明耳目；
冷补丸 天麦二门冬、生熟二地黄、牛膝、白芍、地骨皮、石斛、玄参、磁石、沉香、蒺藜等分，蜜丸，
盐汤下七十丸。治误服金石峻药，肾水焦燥，口渴目暗耳聋，腿弱腰痛，小便赤，大便或秘。
补阴无滞，肾气兼羡归茸。
三一肾气丸 生地、熟地、山药、山茱萸各四两，牡丹皮、赤茯、白茯、泽泻、锁阳、龟版各三两，牛膝、
枸杞、天门冬、麦门冬、人参各一两，知母、黄柏、肉桂、五味子各二两（虚甚加鹿茸、虎骨各一两），为末，
蜜丸梧子大。每七十丸，空心盐汤下。盖因本丸胸满有痰者不宜，补阴丸脾虚有湿者不宜，惟肾气丸补血滋
阴而兼理痰湿，又无降火之剂，兹以三方合一，有黄柏、知母以泻邪火，茯苓、泽泻以渗邪湿，诸药补心肾诸
脏精血，深得其宜。
当归膏 当归十一两，生地、白术各八两，熟地、甘草、贝母各一两半，薏苡仁四两，芍药半斤，三味用
米粉炒，茯苓六两，莲肉、人参、地骨皮各二两，山药、麦门冬各二两半，枸杞子十两，天门冬一两，五味子
五钱，琥珀六分，用水五升，微火煎之，再加水五升，如此者四次，滤去渣，文武火煎，每斤加熟蜜四两（春
五两，夏六两），共熬成膏，吐血加牡丹皮一两，骨蒸加青蒿汁、童便各一碗，痨痰加钟乳粉五钱，每服二
茶匙，空心白汤调下。治五劳七伤，诸虚百损，脾胃虚弱，养血和中，滋荣筋骨，养阴抑阳，久服多获奇效。
归茸丸 鹿茸酒蒸，当归酒浸，各等分为细末，用乌梅水煮去核，和前末捣匀，和丸如梧桐子大。每服六
七十丸，空心米饮送下。治精血枯竭，面色黧黑，耳聋目暗，口干多渴，腰痛脚弱，小便白浊，上燥下寒，
不受峻补等证效。
琼玉女贞松柏四圣，久服调真养性；
琼玉膏 生地十六斤（捣烂取汁），冬蜜十斤（熬滤过），人参末一斤半，茯苓末三斤，四味和匀入瓷瓮
内，用绵纸七重，浓布一重，紧封瓮口置铜锅内，用桑柴火煮三昼夜，再用黄蜡纸二三重包扎瓮口，纳井中浸
一日夜，至次日再入旧汤内煮一日夜，出水气，每日空心温酒调服，或加天门冬，名琼液膏。大能填精补髓，化
肠胃为筋骨，万神具足，五脏盈溢，发白转黑，返老还童，行如奔马，日进数服，终日不食亦不饥渴，瘫痪痨瘵
尤妙，修合沐浴，忌鸡犬孝服妇人。
单人参膏 每用人参一斤切片，入砂锅内，水浮药一指，文武火煎干一半，倾在别处又将渣如前煎三次，嚼
参无味乃止，却将前汁仍入锅内，文武火慢慢熬成一碗服之，治七情劳伤，精神短少，言语不接，肺虚咳嗽及诸
失血后，或行倒仓法后，真能元气于无何有之乡，惟肺有火者不宜，或加天门冬佐之。
地黄膏 治血虚生疮，肌肤燥痒，自汗遗精便多，妇人乳少等证，或加当归等分。一方用生地捣汁，入鹿
角胶十分之一，蜜酒生姜苏子自然汁量入煎膏。
天门冬膏 用炭火煎至半，入蜜熬，滴水不散为度。有人单服生三十二子，又有去积聚风痰，补肺疗咳嗽
失血，润五脏，杀三虫伏尸，除瘟疫，轻身益气，令人不饥。
茯苓煎 白茯苓为末，用水和湿，入水漂去浮膜，用澄下者，以布纽去水晒干，再研漂再晒，凡三次，每
末一斤，入白蜜二斤拌和，贮瓷瓶内，笋壳封口置锅内，桑柴火悬煮一日，连瓶坐埋五谷内，次早倒出，以旧
在上者装在下，旧在下者装瓶上，再煮再入谷内，凡三日夜，次早取出埋净土中七日，每早晚用三四匙噙嚼，
少时以白汤下。治痰火烦郁燥渴，一切下部诸疾殊效。
女贞丹 即冬青子去梗叶，酒浸一日夜，布袋擦去粗皮，晒干为末，待有旱莲草出，取数石捣汁熬浓，丸
前末梧子大，少则以蜜加入，每百丸，空心临卧白汤或酒下，久服发白转黑，强阴不走，止诸血，倍膂力，
健腰膝，初服令老者便无夜起。
松脂丸 松脂一斤，白茯半斤，为末，蜜丸服，可长生辟谷。
四圣不老丹 松脂一斤四两，白茯苓、甘菊花、柏子仁各八两，为末，蜜丸梧子大。每七十二丸，清晨盐
汤酒下。
松梅丸 松脂一斤，地黄十两，乌梅六两，俱酒蒸烂，捣膏为丸梧子大。每五十丸，空心米饮盐汤任下，
大能加饮食，肥身体，清小便，润大肠，补劳伤，除骨蒸，补元气津液，令精不倦。
松柏实丸 松脂十斤，松实、柏实各三斤，菊花五斤，为末，蜜丸梧子大。每三十丸，白汤下，可以不饥。
饵长松根法 长松根，皮色似荠 ，长三
五寸，味微苦，类人参，清香可爱，生古松下，多杂甘草中得，煎汤服之亦可。毛发复生，颜貌如故，又角诸
虫蛇毒。
柏脂丸 夏日刻向阳者二十株，可得半升，炼法同松脂，其色味功效尤胜，但不可多得耳。久服炼形延年，
忌鱼肉。
单柏叶煎 取近上东向勿杂枝者，置甑中令满，盆覆蒸三石米饭久，愈久愈善，水淋数过，阴干煎服。
百病不生，颜色悦泽，齿落更生，耳目聪明。或九蒸九晒为末，蜜丸服之，治大风发眉脱落。
秤金男胞苍乌八仙，常飧返老还童。
秤金丹 熟地二两，枸杞、莲蕊、槐角（俱用酒浸，春秋三、夏一、冬六日晒干），薄荷各三两，没石子
一两，人参、木香各五钱，为末，蜜丸芡实大。每一丸，空心噙化，日三服，久服须发黑。
大造丸 紫河车一具焙，黄柏盐酒浸炙各一两半，龟版童便浸三日醉炙，凡邪火止能动物，不能生物，故
用二味为佐；杜仲酥炙一两半，牛膝酒浸一两二钱，肾经要药；生地二
两半；用砂仁六钱，白茯二两，以稀绢包之，同入瓷罐内，酒煮干，再添煮七次，取出去砂仁、茯苓，盖地黄得
砂仁、茯苓则入肾经；人参一两，天门冬、麦门冬各一两三钱，夏加五味子七钱，保肺下行生肾，盖金水二脏为
生化之源，妇人去龟版加当归，男妇怯证去人参，遗精白浊、赤白带下加牡蛎。为末，用地黄捣膏，再添酒糊，
共捣丸梧子大。每七八十丸，空心临卧盐汤下，寒月酒下。治虚弱，阳物仅具形迹，面色痿黄，并大病后不能
作呼唤声及足久不任地；女人月水不调，兼素惯小产、难产及多生女少生男，夫妇服之可生男；补益之功极重，
久服耳目聪明，须发皆黑，延年益寿，有合造化之功；故名大造。本方去诸药，用龟版、牛膝、杜仲、黄柏，
加陈皮、干姜各五钱，名补天丸，天一生水义也。
又方 紫河车一具，黄柏、当归、白术、五味子、小茴、枸杞各一两，杜仲、牛膝、天门冬、麦门冬、生
地各一两半，熟地、柏叶各二两，陈皮七钱半，干姜二钱（骨热加地骨皮、知母、牡丹皮，血虚倍归、地，气
虚加参、 ，肾虚加覆盆子、小茴、山茱萸、巴戟，腰脚疼痛加苍术、萆 、锁阳、续断、妇人去黄柏，加川
芎、香附、条芩），为末，将河车蒸烂，入蜜和药捣丸梧子大。每七十丸，空心盐汤下。本方去白术、小茴、
柏叶、陈皮，加知母、龟版、苁蓉、虎胫骨、山药、茯神、黄 、人参、白芍，入猪脊髓三条为丸服，名大补元
丸。
紫河车丹 男胞衣一具焙，人参一两半，白术一两，木香、茯苓各五钱，茯神、当归、熟地各一两，乳香、
没药各四钱，朱砂二钱，麝香二分，为末，酒糊丸梧子大。每五十丸，空心人参煎汤下，日三服。治虚劳羸瘦，
喘嗽痰气及飞尸鬼疰最稳。
单河车一味为丸 以之入血分药，滋阴退热；入气分药，壮阳生子；入痰药，治痰；入风药，治风；入癫狂
药，治癫狂失心等证。虽病危将绝，一服更活一二日，大抵男精女血构成，非金石草木可比。紫者，北方之色；
河者，北方流水之名；车者，胚胎九九数足，载而乘之之谓也。
还元丹 人乳粉、秋石丹、茯神、人参各四两，为末，用好酒化鹿角胶二两，作糊为丸梧子大。每三十丸，
空心温酒或盐汤下，补精神气血，视听言动不衰。
还元秋石丸 秋石丹一斤，白茯苓一斤，天门冬、麦门冬、生地、熟地、人参、枸杞、人乳粉各四两，
为末，蜜丸梧子大。每三十丸，白汤或酒下。治诸虚百损。
苍术膏 苍术二十斤，切细、入砂锅内煮，每一次只煮四两半斤，用水量锅大小，煮极浓去渣，又加苍术
凑水煮之，不但煎成一锅，方才加水，虽初煎一锅之时，如水悭一寸，即加一寸，末后一锅尽其苍术矣，却不
心虚人参固本丸：生地黄能生心血，用麦门冬引导至所生之处；熟地黄能补肾精，用天门冬引导至所补之处，两者各取等分；人参减半以通畅心气，研成细末，或者磨烂沉淀出淀粉晒干，尤其不会阻滞脾胃，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用五十丸，空腹时用温酒或盐汤送服均可，如果有痰湿的，地黄需用姜汁炒过。另一配方中加入黄柏、鹿角霜，名为鹿柏固本丸。
梦授天王补心丹：熟地黄、白茯苓、人参、远志、石菖蒲、玄参、柏子仁、桔梗、天门冬、丹参、酸枣仁、麦门冬、甘草、百部、五味子、茯神、当归、杜仲各取等分研成细末，用蜂蜜制成弹子大小的丸剂，外裹金箔。每次服用一丸，用灯心草和大枣煎汤化开送下，饭后及临睡前服用，也可以做成小丸服用。专门治疗玩赏阅读著作、劳神过度，导致潮热盗汗咳嗽、失血遗精、怔忡健忘、咽干口燥、身体消瘦，是调和心肾二经的重要药物。另一配方没有石菖蒲、熟地黄、杜仲、百部、茯神、甘草。
朱子读书丸：茯神、远志各一两，人参、陈皮各七钱，石菖蒲、当归各五钱，甘草二钱半，研成细末，用面糊制成如急性子大小的丸剂，外裹朱砂粉，临睡前用灯心草煎汤送服。
茯神汤：茯神一钱半，白术、当归各一钱，酸枣仁八分，人参、黄芪、黄柏各五分，甘草二分，用灯心草煎汤。先用朱砂末两分点涂在舌上，然后用此汤送下，治疗心神不守舍。
肝虚天麻丸：天麻、牛膝、萆薢、玄参各六两，杜仲七两，附子一两，羌活十四两，当归十两，生地黄一斤（另一配方加独活五两以去除肾风），研成细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用五七十丸，病情严重加至一百丸，空腹用温酒送服。治疗风热，滋养血脉，运行营卫，强壮筋骨。
鹿茸四斤丸：肉苁蓉、天麻、菟丝子、牛膝、熟地黄、杜仲、鹿茸、木瓜各半斤，研成细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用五十丸，空腹用米汤或酒送服。治疗肝肾虚损到了极点，导致筋骨痿弱，不能支撑身体，起居无力，足膝疼痛酸软，身体瘦弱憔悴，气血不生。
牛膝丸：牛膝、萆薢、杜仲、肉苁蓉、菟丝子、防风、葫芦巴、补骨脂、沙苑蒺藜各一两，肉桂五钱，研成细末，用酒煮猪腰子，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用五七十丸，空腹用酒送服。治疗肝肾亏损，骨痿不能起床，应当益精；筋缓不能自我收持，应当缓和其中气。
脾虚返本丸：黄犍牛肉五斤（去掉筋膜切片，用河水洗几遍，仍浸泡一夜，再洗一二遍，用好酒放入瓷器内，用泥重重封固，用桑柴火煮一天一夜，取出焙干研成细末半斤），山药、莲子肉（都用葱盐炒，去掉葱盐）、白茯苓、小茴香各四两，研成细末，用枣肉捣成膏，加入好酒和匀制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，晒干。空腹用酒送服五十丸。每天三次，久了则每天一次，忌用面糊米饮之类做丸剂，补脾及各种虚损。
脾肾虚橘皮煎丸：陈皮十五两，甘草十两，当归、萆薢、肉苁蓉、吴茱萸、厚朴、肉桂、阳起石、巴戟天、石斛、附子、菟丝子、牛膝、鹿茸、杜仲、干姜各三两，研成细末，取五升酒在瓷器中，加入橘皮末煎熬如糖浆状，然后将诸药末加入其中搅匀，再放入石臼内捣成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次三十丸，空腹用温酒盐汤送服均可。治疗脾肾大虚，不进饮食，身体消瘦，四肢无力，兼治久疟久痢、瘕积。
天真丸：肉苁蓉一两，山药十两，当归十二两，天门冬一斤，研成细末，用羊肉七斤洗去脂膜，撕开将药末包裹定，用麻绳捆扎，用酒四瓶煮至酒干，再添水二升又煮，等到肉烂如泥，再加入黄芪末五两，人参末三两，白术末二两，糯米饭焙干研成细末，一同捣成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次三百丸用温酒送服。如果觉得难制丸，加入蒸饼五七枚焙干研成细末，一同捣为丸剂。治疗脾肾俱虚及一切下血过多，形容枯槁，四肢羸弱，饮食不进，肠胃溏泄，津液枯竭，久服能生血补气，暖胃驻颜。

三味安肾丸：破故纸（补骨脂）、小茴香、乳香各等分研成细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次三十丸，空腹用盐汤送服，或煎药送服。治疗下虚肾气不得归元，变见杂证，诸药不效者，用此补肾，令其纳气。另一配方去掉乳香，加葫芦巴、川楝肉、续断、桃仁、杏仁、山药、茯苓各等分，名为九味安肾丸，治疗肾虚腰痛，目眩耳聋，面色黑瘦。
太极丸：黄柏二两六钱（木），知母一两四钱（水），破故纸二两八钱（火），胡桃肉一两二钱（金），砂仁五钱（土），研成细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次三十丸，空腹用盐汤送服。
加减内固丸：石斛、葫芦巴各二两，巴戟天、肉苁蓉、山茱萸、菟丝子各三两，破故纸二两半，小茴香一两，附子五钱，研成细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次五十丸，空腹用温酒盐汤送服均可，治疗命门火衰，肾寒阴痿，元阳虚惫，阴溺于下，阳浮于上，水火不能既济。
补阳无燥，冷补能明耳目；
冷补丸：天冬、麦冬、生地黄、熟地黄、牛膝、白芍、地骨皮、石斛、玄参、磁石、沉香、蒺藜等分，用蜂蜜制成丸剂，盐汤送服七十丸。治疗误服金石峻药，肾水焦燥，口渴目暗耳聋，腿弱腰痛，小便赤，大便或秘结。

归茸丸：鹿茸酒蒸，当归酒浸，各等分研成细末，用乌梅水煮去核，和前末捣匀，和丸如梧桐子大小。每次服六七十丸，空腹用米饮送下。治疗精血枯竭，面色黧黑，耳聋目暗，口干多渴，腰痛脚弱，小便白浊，上燥下寒，不受峻补等症状有效。
琼玉膏：生地黄十六斤（捣烂取汁），冬蜜十斤（熬滤过），人参末一斤半，茯苓末三斤，四味和匀入瓷瓮内，用绵纸七重，浓布一重，紧封瓮口置铜锅内，用桑柴火煮三昼夜，再用黄蜡纸二三重包扎瓮口，纳井中浸一日夜，至次日再入旧汤内煮一日夜，出水气，每日空腹用温酒调服，或加天门冬，名为琼液膏。大能填精补髓，化肠胃为筋骨，万神具足，五脏盈溢，发白转黑，返老还童，行如奔马，日进数服，终日不食亦不饥渴，瘫痪痨瘵尤妙，修合沐浴，忌鸡犬孝服妇人。
单人参膏：每次用人参一斤切片，入砂锅内，水浮药一指，文武火煎干一半，倾在别处又将渣如前煎三次，嚼参无味乃止，却将前汁仍入锅内，文武火慢慢熬成一碗服之，治疗七情劳伤，精神短少，言语不接，肺虚咳嗽及诸失血后，或行倒仓法后，真能元气于无何有之乡，惟肺有火者不宜，或加天门冬佐之。
地黄膏：治疗血虚生疮，肌肤燥痒，自汗遗精便多，妇人乳少等症状，或加当归等分。另一配方用生地黄捣汁，入鹿角胶十分之一，蜜酒生姜苏子自然汁量入煎膏。
天门冬膏：用炭火煎至半，入蜜熬，滴水不散为度。有人单服生三十二子，又有去积聚风痰，补肺疗咳嗽失血，润五脏，杀三虫伏尸，除瘟疫，轻身益气，令人不饥。
茯苓煎：白茯苓为末，用水和湿，入水漂去浮膜，用澄下者，以布纽去水晒干，再研漂再晒，凡三次，每末一斤，入白蜜二斤拌和，贮瓷瓶内，笋壳封口置锅内，桑柴火悬煮一日，连瓶坐埋五谷内，次早倒出，以旧在上者装在下，旧在下者装瓶上，再煮再入谷内，凡三日夜，次早取出埋净土中七日，每早晚用三四匙噙嚼，少时以白汤下。治疗痰火烦郁燥渴，一切下部诸疾殊效。
女贞丹：即冬青子去梗叶，酒浸一日夜，布袋擦去粗皮，晒干为末，待有旱莲草出，取数石捣汁熬浓，丸前末梧桐子大，少则以蜜加入，每次百丸，空腹临卧白汤或酒下，久服发白转黑，强阴不走，止诸血，倍膂力，健腰膝，初服令老者便无夜起。
松脂丸：松脂一斤，白茯苓半斤，研成细末，用蜂蜜制成丸剂服用，可长生辟谷。
四圣不老丹：松脂一斤四两，白茯苓、甘菊花、柏子仁各八两，研成细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次七十二丸，清晨用盐汤酒送服。
松梅丸：松脂一斤，地黄十两，乌梅六两，俱酒蒸烂，捣膏为丸梧桐子大。每次五十丸，空腹米饮盐汤送服，大能加饮食，肥身体，清小便，润大肠，补劳伤，除骨蒸，补元气津液，令精不倦。
松柏实丸：松脂十斤，松实、柏实各三斤，菊花五斤，研成细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次三十丸，白汤送服，可以不饥。
饵长松根法：长松根，皮色似荠菜，长三五寸，味微苦，类人参，清香可爱，生古松下，多杂甘草中得，煎汤服之亦可。毛发复生，颜貌如故，又解诸虫蛇毒。
柏脂丸：夏日刻向阳者二十株，可得半升，炼法同松脂，其色味功效尤胜，但不可多得耳。久服炼形延年，忌鱼肉。
单柏叶煎：取近上东向勿杂枝者，置甑中令满，盆覆蒸三石米饭久，愈久愈善，水淋数过，阴干煎服。百病不生，颜色悦泽，齿落更生，耳目聪明。或九蒸九晒为末，蜜丸服之，治大风发眉脱落。
秤金男胞苍乌八仙，常飧返老还童。
秤金丹：熟地黄二两，枸杞、莲蕊、槐角（俱用酒浸，春秋三、夏一、冬六日晒干），薄荷各三两，没石子一两，人参、木香各五钱，研成细末，用蜂蜜制成芡实大小的丸剂。每一丸，空腹噙化，日三服，久服须发黑。
大造丸：紫河车一具焙干，黄柏盐酒浸炙各一两半，龟版童便浸三日醉炙，凡邪火止能动物，不能生物，故用二味为佐；杜仲酥炙一两半，牛膝酒浸一两二钱，肾经要药；生地黄二两半；用砂仁六钱，白茯苓二两，以稀绢包之，同入瓷罐内，酒煮干，再添煮七次，取出去砂仁、茯苓，盖地黄得砂仁、茯苓则入肾经；人参一两，天门冬、麦门冬各一两三钱，夏加五味子七钱，保肺下行生肾，盖金水二脏为生化之源，妇人去龟版加当归，男妇怯证去人参，遗精白浊、赤白带下加牡蛎。研成细末，用地黄捣膏，再添酒糊，共捣成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次七八十丸，空腹临卧盐汤送服，寒月酒下。治疗虚弱，阳物仅具形迹，面色萎黄，并大病后不能作呼唤声及足久不任地；女人月水不调，兼素惯小产、难产及多生女少生男，夫妇服之可生男；补益之功极重，久服耳目聪明，须发皆黑，延年益寿，有合造化之功；故名大造。本方去诸药，用龟版、牛膝、杜仲、黄柏，加陈皮、干姜各五钱，名为补天丸，天一生水义也。
又方：紫河车一具，黄柏、当归、白术、五味子、小茴、枸杞各一两，杜仲、牛膝、天门冬、麦门冬、生地黄各一两半，熟地黄、柏叶各二两，陈皮七钱半，干姜二钱（骨热加地骨皮、知母、牡丹皮，血虚倍归、地，气虚加参、芪，肾虚加覆盆子、小茴、山茱萸、巴戟，腰脚疼痛加苍术、萆薢、锁阳、续断、妇人去黄柏，加川芎、香附、条芩），研成细末，将河车蒸烂，入蜜和药捣丸梧桐子大。每次七十丸，空腹盐汤送服。本方去白术、小茴、柏叶、陈皮，加知母、龟版、肉苁蓉、虎胫骨、山药、茯神、黄芪、人参、白芍，入猪脊髓三条为丸服，名为大补元丸。
紫河车丹：男胞衣一具焙干，人参一两半，白术一两，木香、茯苓各五钱，茯神、当归、熟地黄各一两，乳香、没药各四钱，朱砂二钱，麝香二分，研成细末，用酒糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次五十丸，空腹用人参煎汤送服，日三服。治疗虚劳羸瘦，喘嗽痰气及飞尸鬼疰最稳。
单河车一味为丸：以之入血分药，滋阴退热；入气分药，壮阳生子；入痰药，治痰；入风药，治风；入癫狂药，治癫狂失心等症状。虽病危将绝，一服更活一二日，大抵男精女血构成，非金石草木可比。紫者，北方之色；河者，北方流水之名；车者，胚胎九九数足，载而乘之之谓也。
还元丹：人乳粉、秋石丹、茯神、人参各四两，研成细末，用好酒化鹿角胶二两，作糊为丸梧桐子大。每次三十丸，空腹温酒或盐汤送服，补精神气血，视听言动不衰。
