〔世〕凡 伤皮破血出处疼不可忍，乃风寒所着。宜用葱杵碎，入盐少许，炒热罨上，其痛即
住。冷则再温之。
〔《本》〕崔给事顷在泽潞，与李抱真作判官。李相方以球杖按球子，其将军以杖相格，乘
势不能止，因伤李相拇指并爪甲劈裂。遽索金刀药裹之。强坐频索酒，饮至数杯，已过量，而面
色愈青，忍痛不止。有军吏言取葱新折者，入糖灰火煨热，剥皮擘开，其间有涕，取罨损伤处。
仍多煨葱续续取热者，凡三易之，面色却赤，斯须云已不痛。凡十数度易用热葱，并涕裹缠，
遂毕席笑语。
〔海〕治脑骨破及骨折。葱白烂研，和蜜，浮封损处，立瘥。筋断骨折者，以法接之。
〔世〕治 扑筋断骨折。用粟米半升，木鳖肉二十个，半夏半两，妇人发一团，葱白须一小束，同
炒烟尽，存性为末，热醋调敷，神效。治 扑筋断骨折，用糯米一升，皂角切碎半升，铜钱百个
同炒至半焦黑，去铜钱，为末。用好酒调膏，浓纸摊贴患处，神效。
〔《本》〕打扑伤损，及一切肿痈未破，令内消方。
生地（研如泥） 木香（细末）
上以地黄膏随肿大小摊于纸上，掺木香末一层，又再摊地黄膏，贴肿上，不过三五度即愈。
昔许元公入京师赴省试，过桥坠马，右臂臼脱。路人语其仆曰∶急与挪入臼中，若血渍臼，则难
治矣。仆用其说，许以昏迷不觉痛，遂僦轿舁归邸，或曰∶非录事巷田马骑不能了此疾。急召之，
至已日暮，因秉烛视其面曰∶尚可治。乃施药封此处，至中夜方苏，达旦痛止。去其封损处已白，
其青瘀乃移在臼上，自是日日易之，肿直至肩背，以药下之，泻黑血三升，五日复常。遂得赴试，
盖用此法云。
〔世〕走马散治折伤接骨。
柏叶（生用） 荷叶（生） 皂角（生用） 骨碎补（去毛，等分）
上为末，先将折伤处揣定，令入元位，以姜汁调药如糊，摊纸上贴骨断处，用杉木片夹定，
以绳缚之，莫令转动。三五日后开看，以温葱汤洗后，再贴药复夹七日。如痛，再加没药。
〔《本》〕治腕打伤筋损骨，疼痛不可忍。
生地（一斤，切） 藏瓜姜糟（一斤） 生姜（四两，切）
上都炒令匀热，以布裹罨伤折处，冷则易之。曾有人伤折，宜用生龟，寻捕一龟将杀。患人
忽梦见龟告曰∶勿相害，吾有奇方可疗。于梦中授此方神效。
〔《本》〕骨碎补罨闪折筋骨折伤。取根捣碎煮黄米粥和之，裹伤处良。
〔洁〕接骨丹敷贴药。
天南星（四两） 木鳖子（四两） 没药（半两） 官桂（一两） 乳香（半两）
上为细末，姜一斤去皮，烂研取自然汁，入米醋少许，白面为糊，同调摊纸上贴伤处，以帛
缚之，用篦夹定，麻索子缠。
〔《山》〕 扑骨肉损，醋捣肥皂烂，浓罨之，以帛缚之。闪伤，醋糟，平胃散相和罨之。
〔丹〕治跌伤骨折及血黯方。用益元散七分，人参汤调之；次用姜汁、好醋二盏，用独子肥皂
四个，敲碎投于姜汁醋中调和，以绵滤过，去渣，煎成膏药贴之，遍身亦可。
〔《本》〕又方 柑桔叶、白酒糟杵细，缚痛处。或大段痛，用火烧地令红，用醋并米泔泼
地上，急铺荐，令患人荐上卧，蒸出汗。内则服药，外则贴罨，易安。
〔《胜金》〕治破伤。多用灯心草烂嚼和唾贴之，用绵裹，血立愈。
〔丹〕折伤接筋方旋复花根杵汁滴伤处，又将渣封疮上十五日，使断筋自续矣。（苏良仲方
即金沸草根是也。）
接骨，用好无名异三两为末，丁、乳、檀、沉、木五香各半钱重为末，先烧铁铫红，以五
香三之一弹入铫内，候烟起，则全下无名异。待滚退火定后，再上火炒热，又将五香弹三之一，
弹入铫内，候滚又退火。如此者凡三次讫，出火毒。即用骨碎补去毛约一斤，与生姜等分捣烂，
以碗覆之。候发热，先约取五之一，入小葱九茎，连须去蒂，同入沙盆擂细，取其汁，调前无名
异末二钱，冲老酒服之；其渣罨患处即愈。如老年气衰者，再作一剂，多饮酒力助之为妙。
治擦落耳鼻。用发入罐子，盐泥固济， 过为末，乘急以所擦落耳鼻蘸灰缀定，以软绢缚定，
效。江怀禅师为驴所咬下鼻，一僧用此缀之效。
〔《山》〕负重担肩破者。剪猫儿头上毛，不语唾粘之。远行脚打泡。用调生面糊贴，过夜即干，
不可擦破。又法，用饭粘贴过夜，以纸盖之，次日平复神效。
〔海〕若登高下，重物撞打，箭镞刃伤，心腹胸中停积郁血不散，以上中下三焦分之，别其
部分。上部，易老犀角地黄汤；中部，桃仁承气汤；下部，抵当汤之类下之，亦有以小便酒同煎治
之。更有内加生地黄、当归煎者，有大黄者。又法，虚人不禁下者，以四物汤加穿山甲煎服妙。
亦有花蕊石散，以童子小便煎，或酒服之者。此药与前寒药，正分阴阳，不可不辨也。若瘀血
已去，用复元通气散加当归煎服亦可。
〔世〕接骨神效无比累验。用当三钱一百零八个，（钱浓，字连草者。）以铁线穿定，用活
桑木一根作柴烧钱红，米醋一大碗末煎者，不入盐，将所烧钱淬入醋中。如此淬之，以醋干为度。
取醋中淬落铜钱末，就用醋洗去灰，晒干为极细末。再用黑雄鸡一只，清汤煮熟，去肉，用骨一
付，以醋炙酥为末；入乳香、没药各一两；与铜钱末一处和匀。每服一字。临服时，用患人发在
顶上者，洗去垢，烧灰入药中，无灰酒调服。不吐，只一服。如吐出，再服。如痛止，不可再服。
必须先夹缚所折骨端正，用杨树皮刮去肉糊并外粗皮敷之，下咽便不痛。五七日便能运动。必终
身忌荸荠，一名地栗。（《义门家传方》）
一方 用五铢钱醋淬一两二钱，黑鸡骨三两，研细匀。每服∶病在下，四钱，疏服食前；
病在上，二钱半，频服食后。一方，有乳香、没药。
〔洁〕方用醋淬半两钱，苏木、定粉、南硼砂各一钱为末，作一服。当归酒二三服，痛止勿服。
〔丹〕接骨散
没药 乳香（各五钱） 自然铜（一两，醋淬） 滑石（二两） 龙骨（三钱） 赤石脂（二钱）
麝香（后入少许） 白石脂（二钱）
上为细末，以好醋浸没，煮多为上，候干就炒，燥为度。临服入麝香少许，挑小茶匙在舌上，
温酒下。病分上下，食前后服。若骨已接尚痛，去龙骨、石脂，而多服尽好。
〔世〕又方 接骨。
乳香 没药 苏木 降真节 川乌（去皮尖） 松明节（各一两） 自然铜（米醋淬，一两）
地龙（去土，麻油炒，半两） 血竭（三钱） 龙骨（半两，生用） 水蛭（油炒，半两） 土狗（十个，
油浸炒）
上为细末，每服五钱，酒调下。在上食后，在下食前。
〔垣〕定痛乳香神应散治从高坠下，疼痛不可忍，腹中疼痛。

上为末，每服五钱，醋一盏，沙石器内煎至六分，入麝香少许，温服。
定痛接骨紫金丹

上为细末，醋糊丸，如桐子大。每服十丸至二十丸，温酒送下。病上食后，病下食前服。
圣灵丹治一切打扑损伤，及伤折疼痛不可忍者，并宜服之。
乳香（五钱） 乌梅（去核，五个） 白米（一撮） 莴苣子（一大盏，炒取二两八钱）
上为细末，炼蜜和丸如弹子大。每服一丸，细嚼，热酒吞下。食后一伏时，痛不止再服。
〔《经》〕治折伤。用水蛭新瓦上焙干为细末。热酒调下一钱。食顷痛，更一服。痛止，便
将接骨药封，以物夹定，直候至好。
〔初虞世〕治从高至下坠，及打击内伤，神效。麝香、水蛭各一两，锉碎炒烟出，二件研为细
末，酒调二钱。当下蓄血，未止再服，其效如神。
〔《衍》〕自然铜。有人饲折翅雁，后遂飞去。今人打扑损伤，研极细末飞过，用当归、没
药各半钱，以酒调频服，仍以手摩痛处。
〔海〕治坠落车马，筋骨疼痛不止。用玄胡索一两，捣罗为散，不计时服，以豆淋酒调下二钱。
〔《本》〕童便治卒血，及心被打内有瘀血者，煎服之，一服一升。
〔《山》〕 扑伤损，松节煎酒吃。 扑重伤，用生姜自然汁四两，香油四两，打匀，无灰酒
热调下。
上乳香、没药，行污血，调气例。《衍义》云∶没药通滞血，打伤扑损疼痛，皆以酒化服。血
滞则气壅瘀，气壅瘀则经络满急，经络满急故痛且肿矣。导而行之，则痛肿消焉。
〔丹〕打损磕伤疼痛。夜合花末服之，酒下二钱匕，效。
治打扑损伤折骨，此药专能接骨。
夜合树（即合欢花，去粗皮，炒黑色，四两） 芥菜子（炒，一两）
上为细末，酒调二钱，澄清临卧服。以粗渣罨疮上，扎缚之。
又方 用葱白、砂糖二味相等分，烂研敷之，痛立止，且无瘢痕。
〔丹〕白蜡属金，金禀收敛坚凝之气，外科之要药，生肌止血定痛，接骨续筋补虚，与合欢皮
同入长肉膏药用，极神效。但未曾试，可为药饵否？若合欢皮常试之，炙服之，大有妙理，且有速
效，不可不知也。
〔《本》〕治打伤接骨方。
接骨木（半两，本草名蒴 ） 乳香（半两） 赤芍药 当归 川芎 自然铜（各一两）
上为细末，用黄蜡四两，溶入前药末，搅令匀，候温软，众手丸如龙眼大。如打伤筋骨，及
闪着疼痛不可忍者，用此药一丸，无灰热酒一盏浸药，候药溃开，乘热呷了，痛便止。若大段
伤损碎折，须先整骨。用川乌、草乌为末等分，生姜汁调贴罨之，又将帛缚定。然后服此药，
表里两治，无不效者。此二方是一副，不可分开。
治打扑内损，筋骨疼痛。
没药 乳香 芍药 川椒（去子及闭目者） 川芎 当归（各半两） 自然铜（三钱，炭火烧）
上为细末，用黄蜡四两溶开，入药末不住手搅匀，湿丸如弹子大。每服一丸，用好酒煎开，
消尽，乘热一服吃尽。看那处痛，向痛处卧。霎时服三五丸立效。
〔《济》〕治破伤见血，酒一碗煎服。
半两当归、蜡二钱，合来捶碎酒同煎，直须软冷连渣吃，一切伤疮保万全。
上夜合黄白蜡例，接续筋骨补虚也。
〔垣〕破血消痛汤治乘马损伤，跌破脊骨，恶血流下，胁下甚痛，苦楚不能转侧，妨于饮食。
羌活（一钱） 防风（一钱） 苏木（一钱半） 柴胡 连翘（二钱） 当归梢（二钱） 官桂（一钱）
麝香（少许，另研） 水蛭（三钱，炒，去烟尽，另研）
上为粗末，只一服，酒二大盏，水一盏。水蛭、麝香另研如泥；余药煎至一大盏，去火稍热，
调二味服之，两服立愈。
〔《灵》〕中风，有所堕坠，恶血留内，有所大怒，气上而不下，积于胁下则伤肝。又中风及
有所击仆，若醉入房，汗出当风，则伤脾。又，头痛不可取于 者，有所击堕，恶血在内。若
肉伤痛未已，可侧刺，不可远取之也。（邪气脏腑及厥病篇）
夫从高坠下，恶血流于内，不分十二经络，医人俱作中风肝经，留于胁下，以中风疗之。血
者，皆肝之所主，恶血必归于肝。不问何经之伤，必留于胁下，盖肝主血故也。痛甚则必有自汗，
但人人有汗出，皆属风证，诸风皆属于肝木，况败血凝泣，逆其所属，入于肝也。从高坠下，
逆其上行之血气，非肝而何？非伤寒无汗，既曰汗，必自风化之也，故以破血行经药治之。
复元羌活汤治从高堕下，恶血流于胁下，及疼痛不可忍者。经云∶有所堕坠，恶血留内；有
所大怒，气上而不下，积于胁则伤肝。肝胆之经，俱行于胁下，经属厥阴、少阳。宜以柴胡为引
用为君。以当归活血脉；又急者痛也，以甘草缓其急，亦能生新血，阳生阴长故也，为臣。穿山
甲、栝蒌根、桃仁、红花，破血润血为之佐。大黄酒制，以荡涤败血为之使。气味相合，各有
所归，痛自去矣。
柴胡（五钱） 当归（三钱） 甘草（二钱） 穿山甲（炮，三钱） 大黄（酒浸，一两） 桃仁（去皮
尖，五十个） 红花（二钱） 栝蒌根（三钱）
上件，桃仁研烂；余药锉如麻豆大。每服一两，水二钟，酒半盏，煎至七分，去渣。大温
服食前，以利为度。得利后，痛或不尽，服乳香神应散。（乳香神应散见前无里证条。）
〔洁〕巴戟汤治从高坠下，及打扑内损，昏冒嗜卧，不能饮食，此谓血闭脏腑不通。
巴戟（去心，半两） 当归 地黄 芍药 川芎（各一两） 大黄（半两）
上为末，水煎，以利为度。
〔垣〕当归导滞散治打扑损伤、落马坠车瘀血，大便不通，红肿青黯，疼痛昏闷，蓄血内壅
欲死。
大黄（一两） 当归（一钱） 麝香（少许）
【世医经验】凡是皮肉受伤、出血、破溃且疼痛难忍的，是因为风寒邪气侵袭所致。适宜用葱捣碎，加入少许盐，炒热后敷在患处，疼痛立刻就会停止。如果变冷了，就再加热敷上。
【《本草衍义》记载】崔给事以前在泽潞任职时，担任李抱真的判官。当时李相公正在用球杖击打球子，那位将军用球杖格挡，借着势头无法停止，因此伤了李相公的拇指，并且指甲劈裂了。急忙索取金刀药包裹伤口。他强忍着坐下频繁索酒喝，喝了数杯，已经过量，但脸色更加发青，忍受疼痛不止。有一位军吏说取新鲜的葱折断，放入糖灰火中煨热，剥去外皮掰开，其中流出的汁液（涕），取来敷在损伤处。仍然多煨些葱，陆续取热的，总共更换了三次，脸色转红，一会儿就说已经不痛了。总共十多次用热葱，连同葱汁包裹缠绕，于是整席人都谈笑风生。
【海藏观点】治疗脑骨破裂及骨折。将葱白烂研，与蜂蜜调和，浮封在损伤处，立刻痊愈。筋断骨折的，按照方法接续好。
【世医经验】治疗跌扑导致的筋断骨折。用粟米半升，木鳖肉二十个，半夏半两，妇人头发一团，葱白须一小束，一起炒至烟尽，保留药性研为细末，用热醋调匀敷贴，效果神奇。治疗跌扑导致的筋断骨折，用糯米一升，皂角切碎半升，铜钱一百个一起炒至半焦黑，去掉铜钱，研为细末。用好酒调成膏状，厚纸摊开贴在患处，效果神奇。
【《本草衍义》】治疗打扑伤损，以及一切肿痈未破溃的，使之内消的方子。
生地（研成泥状） 木香（研成细末）
以上用地黄膏根据肿胀大小摊在纸上，撒上一层木香末，再摊一层地黄膏，贴在肿胀处，不过三五次就能痊愈。
从前许元公进京参加省试，过桥时坠马，右臂肩关节脱臼。路人告诉他的仆人说：“赶快帮他复位纳入关节窝，如果血液渗入关节，就很难治了。”仆人用了这个方法，许元公因昏迷感觉不到疼痛，于是雇轿子抬回住所。有人说：“除非是录事巷田马骑才能治好这个病。”急忙召见他，到那时已是日暮，于是点着蜡烛看他的脸说：“还可以治。”于是施药封贴此处，到了半夜才苏醒，到天亮疼痛停止。去掉封贴的药，患处已变白，青紫瘀血移到了肩关节上，从此每天更换药物，肿胀一直延伸到肩背，用药疏导下行，泻出黑血三升，五天后恢复正常。于是得以参加考试，大概是用这种方法吧。
【世医经验】走马散治疗折伤接骨。
柏叶（生用） 荷叶（生） 皂角（生用） 骨碎补（去毛，等分）
以上研为细末，先将折伤处揣测定准，使其回到原位，用姜汁调药如糊状，摊在纸上贴在骨断处，用杉木片夹住，用绳子绑紧，不要让骨头转动。三五天后打开看，用温葱汤清洗后，再贴药重新夹住七天。如果痛，再加没药。
【《本草衍义》】治疗手腕被打伤筋损骨，疼痛难忍。
生地（一斤，切片） 藏瓜姜糟（一斤） 生姜（四两，切片）
以上一起炒匀热，用布包裹敷在伤折处，冷了则更换。曾经有人伤折，适宜用生龟，寻找捕得一只龟准备杀。病人忽然梦见龟告诉他说：“不要害我，我有奇方可疗救。”在梦中传授此方，效果神奇。
【《本草衍义》】骨碎补敷贴闪挫折伤筋骨折伤。取根捣碎，煮黄米粥调和它，裹在伤处很好。
【洁古观点】接骨丹敷贴药。

以上研为细末，姜一斤去皮，烂研取自然汁，加入少许米醋，白面做成糊，一同调匀摊在纸上贴在伤处，用布绑紧，用篦子夹住，麻绳缠绕。
【山亭观点】跌扑骨肉损伤，醋捣肥皂烂，浓敷之，用布绑紧。闪伤，醋糟，平胃散混合敷之。
【丹溪观点】治疗跌伤骨折及血黯方。用益元散七分，人参汤调服；接着用姜汁、好醋二盏，用独子肥皂四个，敲碎投入姜汁醋中调和，用绵滤过，去渣，煎成膏药贴之，全身也可用。

上为细末，炼蜜和丸如弹子大。每服一丸，细嚼，热酒吞下。食后一伏时，痛不止再服。
【《经》】治疗折伤。用水蛭新瓦上焙干为细末。热酒调下一钱。食顷痛，更一服。痛止，便将接骨药封，以物夹定，直候至好。
【初虞世】治疗从高至下坠，及打击内伤，神效。麝香、水蛭各一两，锉碎炒烟出，二件研为细末，酒调二钱。当下蓄血，未止再服，其效如神。
【《衍义》】自然铜。有人饲折翅雁，后遂飞去。今人打扑损伤，研极细末飞过，用当归、没药各半钱，以酒调频服，仍以手摩痛处。
【海藏】治疗坠落车马，筋骨疼痛不止。用玄胡索一两，捣罗为散，不计时服，以豆淋酒调下二钱。
【《本草衍义》】童便治疗卒血，及心被打内有瘀血者，煎服之，一服一升。
【山亭】扑伤损，松节煎酒吃。扑重伤，用生姜自然汁四两，香油四两，打匀，无灰酒热调下。
上乳香、没药，行污血，调气例。《衍义》云：没药通滞血，打伤扑损疼痛，皆以酒化服。血滞则气壅瘀，气壅瘀则经络满急，经络满急故痛且肿矣。导而行之，则痛肿消焉。
治疗打扑损伤折骨，此药专能接骨。
夜合树（即合欢花，去粗皮，炒黑色，四两） 芥菜子（炒，一两）
上为细末，酒调二钱，澄清临卧服。以粗渣罨疮上，扎缚之。
又方 用葱白、砂糖二味相等分，烂研敷之，痛立止，且无瘢痕。
【丹溪】白蜡属金，金禀收敛坚凝之气，外科之要药，生肌止血定痛，接骨续筋补虚，与合欢皮同入长肉膏药用，极神效。但未曾试，可为药饵否？若合欢皮常试之，炙服之，大有妙理，且有速效，不可不知也。
【《本草衍义》】治疗打伤接骨方。
接骨木（半两，本草名蒴藋） 乳香（半两） 赤芍药 当归 川芎 自然铜（各一两）
上为细末，用黄蜡四两，溶入前药末，搅令匀，候温软，众手丸如龙眼大。如打伤筋骨，及闪着疼痛不可忍者，用此药一丸，无灰热酒一盏浸药，候药溃开，乘热呷了，痛便止。若大段伤损碎折，须先整骨。用川乌、草乌为末等分，生姜汁调贴罨之，又将帛缚定。然后服此药，表里两治，无不效者。此二方是一副，不可分开。
治疗打扑内损，筋骨疼痛。

【《灵枢》】中风，有所堕坠，恶血留内，有所大怒，气上而不下，积于胁下则伤肝。又中风及有所击仆，若醉入房，汗出当风，则伤脾。又，头痛不可取于 者，有所击堕，恶血在内。若肉伤痛未已，可侧刺，不可远取之也。（邪气脏腑及厥病篇）
夫从高坠下，恶血流于内，不分十二经络，医人俱作中风肝经，留于胁下，以中风疗之。血者，皆肝之所主，恶血必归于肝。不问何经之伤，必留于胁下，盖肝主血故也。痛甚则必有自汗，但人人有汗出，皆属风证，诸风皆属于肝木，况败血凝泣，逆其所属，入于肝也。从高坠下，逆其上行之血气，非肝而何？非伤寒无汗，既曰汗，必自风化之也，故以破血行经药治之。
复元羌活汤治疗从高堕下，恶血流于胁下，及疼痛不可忍者。经云：有所堕坠，恶血留内；有所大怒，气上而不下，积于胁则伤肝。肝胆之经，俱行于胁下，经属厥阴、少阳。宜以柴胡为引用为君。以当归活血脉；又急者痛也，以甘草缓其急，亦能生新血，阳生阴长故也，为臣。穿山甲、栝蒌根、桃仁、红花，破血润血为之佐。大黄酒制，以荡涤败血为之使。气味相合，各有所归，痛自去矣。
柴胡（五钱） 当归（三钱） 甘草（二钱） 穿山甲（炮，三钱） 大黄（酒浸，一两） 桃仁（去皮尖，五十个） 红花（二钱） 栝蒌根（三钱）
上件，桃仁研烂；余药锉如麻豆大。每服一两，水二钟，酒半盏，煎至七分，去渣。大温服食前，以利为度。得利后，痛或不尽，服乳香神应散。（乳香神应散见前无里证条。）
【洁古】巴戟汤治疗从高坠下，及打扑内损，昏冒嗜卧，不能饮食，此谓血闭脏腑不通。

上为末，水煎，以利为度。
【垣】当归导滞散治疗打扑损伤、落马坠车瘀血，大便不通，红肿青黯，疼痛昏闷，蓄血内壅欲死。

[World Medical Experience] Whenever skin and flesh are injured, bleeding occurs, wounds are broken, and pain is unbearable, it is due to the invasion of wind-cold pathogenic factors. It is appropriate to crush green onions (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus), add a small amount of salt, stir-fry until hot, and apply to the affected area; the pain will stop immediately. If it cools down, reheat and apply again.
[Recorded in *Bencao Yan Yi*] Cui Ge Shi previously served in Zelu as an assistant official to Li Baozhen. At that time, Minister Li was using a mallet to hit a ball. A general blocked it with his mallet, and unable to stop the momentum, he injured Minister Li's thumb, causing the nail to split. He hastily sought "Jin Dao Yao" (Golden Knife Medicine) to wrap the wound. Forcing himself to sit, he repeatedly asked for wine, drinking several cups, exceeding the limit, yet his face turned increasingly blue, enduring unceasing pain. A military officer suggested taking freshly broken green onions, heating them in sugar ash fire, peeling off the skin, and applying the exuded juice (referred to as "ti") to the injury site. More green onions were heated continuously and replaced three times in total. His complexion returned to red, and shortly after, he reported no pain. Using hot green onions and their juice wrapped around the injury more than ten times, everyone at the banquet resumed laughing and talking.
[Hai Zang's View] To treat skull fractures and bone breaks: Mash white parts of green onions (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus), mix with honey, and apply as a floating seal to the injury site; recovery is immediate. For severed tendons and broken bones, reset them according to proper methods.
[World Medical Experience] To treat tendon severance and bone fractures from falls/blows: Use half a sheng of millet (Panicum miliaceum Semen), twenty seeds of Momordica cochinchinensis (Momordicae Semen), half a liang of Pinellia ternata (Pinelliae Rhizoma), a tuft of human hair, and a small bundle of green onion roots/scapes. Stir-fry together until smoke ceases, preserving the medicinal properties, then grind into fine powder. Mix with hot vinegar and apply externally; this yields miraculous effects. Another method for tendon/bone fractures: Use one sheng of glutinous rice (Oryza sativa var. glutinosa Semen), half a sheng of chopped Gleditsia sinensis (Gleditsiae Fructus), and one hundred copper coins. Stir-fry until half-charred black, remove coins, grind into powder. Mix with good wine to form a paste, spread thickly on paper, and apply to the lesion; miraculous effects.
[*Bencao Yan Yi*] Formula to resolve internal swelling/abscesses from blows/falls before they rupture.

Spread Rehmannia paste on paper according to the size of the swelling, sprinkle a layer of Aucklandia powder, then spread another layer of Rehmannia paste, and apply to the swollen area. Three to five applications suffice for cure.
Previously, Xu Yuangong went to the capital for provincial examinations. He fell from a horse while crossing a bridge, dislocating his right shoulder joint. A bystander told his servant, "Quickly reduce the dislocation. If blood enters the joint cavity, it will be difficult to treat." The servant followed this advice. Xu, unconscious and feeling no pain, was carried back in a sedan chair. Someone said, "Only Tian Maqi from Lushi Alley can cure this." He was summoned urgently but arrived at dusk. Lighting a candle, he examined Xu's face and said, "It can still be treated." He applied a medicinal paste to the site. Xu regained consciousness at midnight, and pain ceased by dawn. Removing the paste, the injury site had turned white, while the cyanosis/bruising had shifted to the shoulder joint. The medicine was changed daily. Swelling extended to the shoulder and back. Medication was used to guide the stagnation downward, resulting in the evacuation of three sheng of dark blood. Normalcy returned in five days, allowing him to take the examination. This was likely achieved by this method.

After three to five days, open and wash with warm green onion soup, then reapply medicine and splint for seven days. If painful, add Myrrha (Moyao).
[*Bencao Yan Yi*] To treat wrist injuries from blows, damaging tendons and bones with unbearable pain.

The patient dreamed the turtle said, "Do not harm me; I have a miraculous formula." The formula was imparted in the dream and proved highly effective.
[*Bencao Yan Yi*] Drynaria (Gusuibu) poultice for sprains and fractures. Crush the root, mix with yellow millet porridge, and wrap the injury site. Effective.
[Jie Gu's View] Jiegu Dan (Bone-Setting Pill) external application.

[Shanting's View] For soft tissue/bone injuries from falls/blows: Mash soap fruit (Faber vulgaris) with vinegar, apply thickly, and bind. For sprains: Apply vinegar lees mixed with Pingwei San.
[Danzhu's View] Formula for contusions, fractures, and darkened blood. Take Yiyuan San (7 fen), taken with Ginseng decoction. Next, mix ginger juice and good vinegar (2 zhan). Smash four single-seeded soap fruits, add to the mixture, filter through cotton, remove dregs, and boil into a plaster for application (can be used on the whole body).
[*Bencao Yan Yi*] Another Formula: Mince citrus leaves and white wine lees, bind to the painful area. For severe pain: Heat the ground until red, splash vinegar and rice washing water onto it, quickly lay down a mat, have the patient lie on it to induce sweating. Internally take medicine, externally apply poultices; relief is easy.
[Shengjin Fang] To treat broken skin/wounds: Chew rush grass (Jiedicao) thoroughly, mix with saliva, apply, wrap with cotton; bleeding stops immediately.
[Danzhu] Formula for reconnecting severed tendons from fractures: Crush Inula flower root (Xuanfuhua Gen), drip juice onto the wound, and seal the wound with the residue for fifteen days to allow natural tendon regeneration. (Su Liangzhong's formula uses Jinfeicao root).
For bone setting: Take 3 liang of high-quality Hematite (Wumingyi), grind to powder. Take 0.5 qian each of Dingxiang, Ruxiang, Tanchen, Chenpi, and Muxiang, grind to powder. Heat an iron pot until red. Add one-third of the five aromatics; when smoke rises, add all the Hematite. When boiling subsides and heat stabilizes, reheat, add another third of the aromatics, repeat until boiling subsides. Repeat this process three times to eliminate fire toxicity. Take approximately 1 jin of cleaned Drynaria (Gusuibu), equal parts fresh ginger, mash thoroughly, cover with a bowl. When hot, take one-fifth of the mixture, add nine stalks of small green onions (with roots, stems removed), pound finely in a mortar, extract juice. Mix 2 qian of this juice with 2 qian of the prepared Hematite powder. Wash down with aged wine. Apply the residue to the injury site for cure. For elderly patients with deficient Qi, prepare another dose; drinking more wine helps enhance efficacy.
To treat scraped-off ears/nose: Put human hair in a jar, seal with salt mud, calcine/grind to powder. Immediately dip the scraped ear/nose into the powder to adhere, bind with soft silk. Effective. Chanter Jiang Huai had his nose bitten off by a donkey; a monk used this method successfully.
[Shanting] For shoulders broken by heavy loads: Cut hair from a cat's head, stick with saliva without speaking. For blisters on feet from long walks: Apply paste made with raw flour dough; let dry overnight, do not rub. Another method: Paste cooked rice overnight, cover with paper; flat recovery next day is miraculous.
[Hai Zang] If falling from heights, struck by heavy objects, or wounded by arrowheads/blades, stagnant blood accumulates in the chest/abdomen. Differentiate by Upper, Middle, and Lower Jiao.
Upper Jiao: Yilao Xijiao Dihuang Tang.
Middle Jiao: Tao Ren Cheng Qi Tang.
Lower Jiao: Di Dang Tang or similar purgatives. Some treat with urine and wine decoction. Others add Sheng Dihuang and Dang Gui. Some include Dahuang.
Another method: For deficient patients who cannot tolerate purgation, Siwu Tang plus Chuan Shan Jia decoction is excellent. Also, Huarui Shi San decocted in child's urine or taken with wine. These medicines contrast with previous cold-natured drugs, distinguishing Yin and Yang; distinction is crucial. Once stasis is cleared, Fuyuan Tongqi San plus Dang Gui decoction may also be used.
[World Medical Experience] Extremely effective bone-setting formula, repeatedly verified. Use 108 copper coins weighing 3 qian (thick coins with connected grass characters). Thread with iron wire. Burn coins red using live mulberry wood fuel. Prepare one large bowl of unboiled rice vinegar (no salt added). Quench the hot coins in vinegar. Repeat until vinegar is dry. Collect the copper powder fallen into the vinegar. Wash away ash with vinegar, dry, and grind to ultra-fine powder. Boil one black rooster in clear soup, remove meat, take the skeleton, roast with vinegar until crisp, grind to powder. Add 1 liang each of Ruxiang and Moyao. Mix evenly with copper powder. Dosage: One zi (approx. 0.5-1 g). Before taking, wash top hair of the patient, burn to ash, add to medicine. Take with non-grain alcohol (distilled spirit). Do not vomit; one dose suffices. If vomiting occurs, take again. If pain stops, do not take further. First, set the fractured bone correctly. Scrape poplar bark (Yangshupi), remove inner pulp and outer rough bark, apply as paste. Pain ceases upon swallowing. Movement possible in 5-7 days. Lifelong avoidance of water chestnut (Qishi/Dili) is required. (*Yimen Jiachuan Fang*)
Alternative Formula: Quench 1.2 qian of Wuzhu coins in vinegar, 3 liang black chicken bone, grind fine. Dosage: If disease is lower, 4 qian, taken sparsely before meals; if upper, 2.5 qian, frequently after meals. Another version adds Ruxiang and Moyao.
[Jie Gu] Formula: Quench 0.5 liang coin in vinegar. Su Mu, Ding Fen, Nan Peng Sha (each 1 qian), grind to powder. One dose. Take Dang Gui wine 2-3 doses; stop when pain ceases.

[*Classic*] To treat fractures: Roast Hirudo (Shuizhi) on new tile until dry, grind to fine powder. Take 1 qian with hot wine. Pain may occur after eating; take another dose. Once pain stops, apply bone-setting medicine, splint firmly, wait for full healing.
[Chu Yushi] Treats falls from heights and internal trauma from blows. Miraculous effect. Moschus (Shexiang) and Hirudo (Shuizhi), each 1 liang. Chop, stir-fry until smoke appears, grind to fine powder. Take 2 qian with wine. Evacuates accumulated blood. If not stopped, take again. Effect is miraculous.
[*Yanyi*] Pyritum (Ziran Tong). Someone fed a goose with a broken wing, which later flew away. Now, for contusions/fractures, grind Pyritum to ultra-fine powder, sift. Take 0.5 qian each of Dang Gui and Moyao, take frequently with wine, while massaging the painful area.
[Hai Zang] Treats pain from falling from horses/carriages. Corydalis yanhusuo (Yanhusuo, 1 liang), grind to powder. Take anytime, 2 qian with Doulin Jiu (Soybean-infused wine).
[*Bencao Yan Yi*] Child's urine (Tongbian) treats sudden blood loss and internal stasis from heart blows. Decoct and take, 1 sheng per dose.
[Shanting] For contusions: Decoct Sambucus javanica branches (Songjie) in wine and drink. For severe trauma: Mix 4 liang fresh ginger juice and 4 liang sesame oil, beat well, take hot with non-grain alcohol.
Regarding Ruxiang and Moyao above: They move turbid blood and regulate Qi. *Yanyi* states: Moyao promotes stagnant blood circulation. For blow/injury pain, dissolve in wine and take. Blood stasis causes Qi congestion/stagnation; Qi stagnation causes meridian tension/fullness, leading to pain and swelling. Guiding it out resolves pain and swelling.
[Danzhu] For contusion/bruise pain: Take Albizia julibrissin flower powder (Yehua), 2 qian with wine. Effective.
This formula specifically sets bones for fractures from blows.
Albizia julibrissin (Yeheshu/Hehuanhua, remove rough bark, stir-fry black, 4 liang)
Brassica juncea seed (Jiezicai, roasted, 1 liang)
Grind to powder. Take 2 qian with wine, clarify, take before bed. Apply coarse residue to wound, bind.
Another Formula: Equal parts green onion white and rock sugar, mash and apply. Pain stops immediately, no scarring.
[Danzhu] Beeswax (Baila) belongs to Metal, possessing contracting and solidifying Qi. It is a key surgical drug: generates flesh, stops bleeding, relieves pain, sets bones, reconnects tendons, tonifies deficiency. Combined with Hehuan Pi in flesh-generating plasters, it is extremely effective. I have not tested if it works as an internal remedy. However, testing Hehuan Pi (roasted/taken internally) has great merit and rapid effect; this must be known.

Treating both exterior and interior ensures efficacy. These two formulas are a pair, do not separate.

Grind to powder. Melt 4 liang yellow beeswax, mix constantly with powder. Shape wet pills like bullet size. Dosage: One pill. Boil in good wine until dissolved. Drink hot in one go. Lie towards the painful area. Taking 3-5 pills brings immediate relief.
[*Jisheng Fang*] To treat broken skin with bleeding: Decoct in 1 bowl of wine and take.
Angelica sinensis (0.5 liang), Beeswax (2 qian). Pound together, decoct in wine. Must eat soft and cold with dregs. Guarantees safety for all wounds.
This follows the pattern of Yehua and Huang/Bai La, reconnecting tendons/bones and tonifying deficiency.
[Yuan] Pohuo Xiaotong Tang treats injuries from riding horses, spine fracture, flow of foul blood, severe hypochondriac pain, inability to turn, affecting diet.

Grind to coarse powder. One dose only. Wine 2 large zhan, Water 1 zhan. Grind Shuizhi and Shexiang into mud. Decoct other herbs to 1 zhan. Remove from fire, let cool slightly, mix in the two pastes. Two doses lead to immediate cure.
[*Ling Shu*] Stroke, accompanied by falling, foul blood retained inside. Great anger causes Qi to rise but not descend, accumulating under hypochondrium injuring Liver. Also stroke/hitting/falling, or intercourse while drunk/sweating in wind injures Spleen. Also, headache cannot be treated at [missing character] points if caused by hitting/falling with internal foul blood. If muscle pain persists, lateral needling is allowed, not distant points. When falling from heights, foul blood flows internally. Regardless of the twelve meridians, doctors often attribute it to Liver Meridian stroke, retaining under hypochondrium, treating as stroke. Blood is governed by Liver; foul blood must return to Liver. Regardless of meridian injured, it stays under hypochondrium because Liver governs blood. Severe pain causes spontaneous sweating. All sweating belongs to Wind patterns; all Winds belong to Liver Wood. Moreover,败血 (decayed blood) congeals, reverses its nature, enters Liver. Falling from heights reverses ascending blood/Qi; how else but Liver? Unlike Cold Damage (which has no sweat), since there is sweat, it must be transformed by Wind. Thus, treat with blood-breaking and meridian-moving drugs.
Fuyuan Qianghuo Tang treats falling from heights, foul blood under hypochondrium, unbearable pain. Classic says: Falling retains foul blood inside; great anger causes Qi to rise, accumulating under hypochondrium injuring Liver. Liver/Gallbladder meridians run under hypochondrium, belonging to Jueyin/Shaoyang. Use Chaihu as guiding sovereign herb. Dang Gui activates blood vessels. Urgency implies pain; Gan Cao relieves urgency and generates new blood (Yang generates Yin), serving as minister. Chuan Shan Jia, Gualou Gen, Tao Ren, Hong Hua break and moisten blood as assistants. Da Huang (wine-processed) sweeps away decayed blood as envoy. Flavors combine, each returning to its source, pain naturally departs.

[Jie Gu] Bajie Tang treats falling from heights, internal trauma from blows, drowsiness, inability to eat/drink. This is called blood closure, organ obstruction.
