【井金散】枯瘤 大有神效。
土黄（三钱） 砂 雄黄（各二钱。另研） 粉霜
轻粉（各一钱） 乳香 没药（各半钱）
上为末。假令瘤如胡桃大。用药末少许（半钱）。用唾调如稀面糊得所。摊于瘤顶上。如小钱
大。唾湿纸花两重。盖之。后用黄龙膏盖之。间日一度上药。次添药彻的周回。大如韭叶。如此上
之。无复渐渐拆之。后根摇自然有裂 。随后自然下来。
【黄龙膏】凉肌退肿。
黄柏 黄芩 大黄（各等分）
上为末。唾调。摊在纸上。
【生肌青龙膏】
诃子皮 龙骨 高茶（等分）
上为末。干糁上。
【做土黄法】
砒黄（研。二两） 木鳖子（去壳） 巴豆（不去油。各半两） 砂（研。二钱）
上件砒黄一处为末。后用木鳖子同石脑油。和成一块。油纸裹。埋于坑内四十九日。取出。收
于瓷器内盛。劈作小块。
【灸瘤子法】治果报面生疣瘤。
上用艾丸灸十壮。即用醋磨雄黄涂纸上。剪如螺蛳靥大。贴灸处。用膏药重贴。二日一易。候
痒挤出脓如绿豆粉。即愈。
【枯瘤膏】
草乌（半斤） 川乌（四两） 干桑耳 桑朽木（各三两）
细白锻石（三碗陈者） 桑柴灰（二碗）
上朽木等四味。烧令存性。同二灰研匀。用水一桶。淋汁如法。熬成膏用之。
【宝金散】偏医瘿气。无不瘥。神效。

【海带丸】治瘿气久不消。
海带 贝母 青皮 陈皮
上件各等分为末。炼蜜丸如弹子大。食后噙化一丸。大效。
【海藻溃坚丸】治瘿气大盛。久不消散。
海藻 海带 昆布（各一两） 广术
青盐（各半两）
上为末。炼蜜丸如指尖大。每服一丸。噙化。食后。
【何首乌散】治脾肺风毒攻冲。遍身疥癣痒痛。或生瘾疹。搔之成疮。肩背拘急。肌肉顽
痹。手足皴裂。风气
上攻。面头生疮。及治紫白癜顽麻等风。
荆芥穗 蔓荆子 威灵仙 何首乌

上用呵 草干一两。同为末。每服一钱。食后温酒调下。沸汤亦得。
【 茹散】治疥经年不瘥。
水银（一钱） 好茶（二钱） 茹（三钱） 轻粉（少许）
上为细末。每用不以多少。油调搽之。
【苦参散】治遍身疮疥瘙痒。经年不瘥。

上为末。每用二钱。食前茶酒调下。日三服。忌发风物。甚妙。
【硫黄散】治疥。
硫黄 川椒 石膏 白矾（各等分）
上为末。以生油调搽。神验。
【狗脊膏】治疥。

黑狗脊 白矾（各半两） 巴豆（二个）
上为末。先以油熬。次下黄蜡调匀。搽之效。
【柏脂膏】治干湿癣。
地沥青（一斤） 黄蜡（半斤） 杏仁（四十五个。锉） 朴硝（一抄）
上于铁器内。熬老生葱三根。一顺搅五七沸。滤过。成膏。搽疮（元颜和卿传）
【祛湿散】 治干湿癣。
蚕砂（四两） 薄荷（半两）
上为末。生油调搽之。湿者干糁之。
【苦参丸】治肺毒邪热。头面生疮。生疥癣。并宜服之。
苦参（不以多少）
上为末。粟米饭丸如桐子大。每服五十丸。空心米饮汤送下。
【玉粉散】治热汗浸渍成疮。肿痒 痛。
粟米粉（二两） 寒水石（ ） 定粉（各一两） 白石脂
白龙骨 石膏（各半两） 滑石（八两） 蛤粉（九两半）
上为末。再研极细。每用药干搽汗处。
【七宝散】治热汗浸渍成疮。痒痛不已。
黄 当归 防风 木通 荆芥穗 地骨皮（各三两）
上为粗末。入白矾生末一两匀。每用一两。水三碗。煎五六沸。去渣。热洗拭干。避风少时。
先师东垣老人。路次方城北独树店客舍。有推江轴者。皮肤皴裂。不任其痛。两手不能执辕。
足不能履地。停辙止宿。因制此与之。即效。明日遂行。
【润肌膏】治手足皴涩。皮肤裂开。疼痛不能迎风入手。屡用屡效。故录于此。
珠子沥青（四两） 白黄蜡（八钱） 乳香（二钱）
上于铁铛内。先下沥青。随手下黄蜡、乳香。次入麻油一二匙。俟沥青熔开。微微熬动。放大
净水盆于其旁以搅药。用铁 滴一二点于水中。试之如硬。少入油。看硬软合宜。新绵滤于水中揉
扯。以白为度。瓷器内盛。或油纸裹。每用。先火上炙裂口子热。捻合药亦火上炙软。涂裂口上。
用纸少许贴之。自然合矣。
癸丑年，我承担官府差役。冬天居住在瓜忽都。有一位太医大使颜飞卿传授此方，在各地使用，曾经很有效验。所以记录下来。
【井金散】治疗枯瘤（皮肤赘生物），有极大的神效。
土黄（三钱） 砂 雄黄（各二钱，单独研磨） 粉霜
轻粉（各一钱） 乳香 没药（各半钱）
以上药物研成细末。假设瘤体像胡桃大小，取药末少许（半钱），用唾液调成稀面糊状，涂抹在瘤体顶部，面积如小铜钱大。用唾液湿润的纸花两层覆盖在上面。之后再用黄龙膏覆盖。每隔一天上药一次，下次添加药物直到周围彻底包围，宽度如韭菜叶。这样逐渐向上施药，不再渐渐拆除。后来根部松动，自然会有裂缝。随后自然脱落。
【黄龙膏】冷却肌肤，消退肿胀。
黄柏 黄芩 大黄（各等分）
以上药物研成细末，用唾液调和，涂抹在纸上。
【生肌青龙膏】
诃子皮 龙骨 高茶（等分）
以上药物研成细末，干撒在患处。
【做土黄法】
砒黄（研磨，二两） 木鳖子（去壳） 巴豆（不去油，各半两） 砂（研磨，二钱）
以上砒黄放在一起研成细末。然后用木鳖子同石脑油混合，和成一块，用油纸包裹，埋在坑内四十九天。取出，收存在瓷器内保存，劈成小块。
【灸瘤子法】治疗面部生长的疣瘤。
上面用艾炷灸十壮。立即用醋磨雄黄涂在纸上，剪如螺蛳靥大小，贴在灸处。用膏药重新贴好。两天更换一次。等到发痒挤出脓液如绿豆粉状，即痊愈。
【枯瘤膏】
草乌（半斤） 川乌（四两） 干桑耳 桑朽木（各三两）
细白锻石（三碗陈旧的） 桑柴灰（二碗）
以上朽木等四味药，烧至保留药性（存性）。同两种灰一起研磨均匀。用水一桶，淋滤汁液依法操作。熬制成膏使用。
【宝金散】治疗偏侧颈部瘿气（甲状腺肿），没有不治愈的。神效。
猪羊靥（十对，温水洗去脂膜后，晒干，捣为细末） 海藻 海带（各二两）
琥珀（研磨） 麝香（研磨） 木香 丁香（各二钱半）
真珠（半两，研磨）
以上药物研成细末，加入研磨过的药物混合均匀，再研磨极细，过筛。每次服用一钱，用热酒一盏调服，夜间卧床时服用。低头卧位。如果是未婚男女，不超过十服必定见效。如果男子妇人患病，一个月见效。妇女怀孕不可服用，务必禁忌。
【海带丸】治疗瘿气长久不消散。
海带 贝母 青皮 陈皮
以上各等分研成细末，炼蜜制成如弹子大的丸剂。饭后含化一丸，效果极大。
【海藻溃坚丸】治疗瘿气盛大，长久不消散。
海藻 海带 昆布（各一两） 广术
青盐（各半两）
以上药物研成细末，炼蜜制成如指尖大的丸剂。每次服用一丸，含化。饭后服用。
【何首乌散】治疗脾肺风毒攻冲，遍身疥癣瘙痒疼痛，或生瘾疹（荨麻疹），搔抓后成疮，肩背拘急，肌肉顽痹，手足皴裂，风气
向上攻冲，面头生疮，以及治疗紫白癜顽麻等风证。
荆芥穗 蔓荆子 威灵仙 何首乌
甘草（炙） 防风（各一两）
以上用呵 草干一两，共同研成细末。每次服用一钱，饭后温酒调服。沸水也可以。
【 茹散】治疗疥疮经年不愈。
水银（一钱） 好茶（二钱） 茹（三钱） 轻粉（少许）
以上研成细末。每次用量不限，用油调和涂抹。
【苦参散】治疗遍身疮疥瘙痒，经年不愈。
蔓荆子 何首乌 荆芥穗 威灵仙
苦参（各等分）
以上研成细末。每次用二钱，饭前茶酒调服。每日三次。忌食发风之物，非常妙。
【硫黄散】治疗疥疮。
硫黄 川椒 石膏 白矾（各等分）
以上研成细末，用生油调和涂抹，神验。
【狗脊膏】治疗疥疮。
硫黄(半两) 雄黄(半两) 信（一钱） 川乌
黑狗脊 白矾（各半两） 巴豆（二个）
以上研成细末。先用油熬制，然后下黄蜡调和均匀，涂抹有效。
【柏脂膏】治疗干湿癣。
地沥青（一斤） 黄蜡（半斤） 杏仁（四十五个，锉碎） 朴硝（一抄）
以上在铁器内，熬老生葱三根。顺着一个方向搅拌五七次沸腾。过滤。成膏。涂抹疮口（原由颜和卿传授）
【祛湿散】 治疗干湿癣。
蚕砂（四两） 薄荷（半两）
以上研成细末，用生油调和涂抹。湿者干撒之。
【苦参丸】治疗肺毒邪热，头面生疮，生疥癣。都适宜服用。
苦参（不限多少）
以上研成细末，粟米饭制成如桐子大的丸剂。每次服用五十丸，空腹米饮汤送下。
【玉粉散】治疗热汗浸渍成疮，肿痒 痛。
粟米粉（二两） 寒水石（ ） 定粉（各一两） 白石脂
白龙骨 石膏（各半两） 滑石（八两） 蛤粉（九两半）
以上研成细末，再研磨极细。每次用药干搽汗处。
【七宝散】治疗热汗浸渍成疮，痒痛不已。
黄 当归 防风 木通 荆芥穗 地骨皮（各三两）
以上研成粗末，加入白矾生末一两混合均匀。每次用一两，水三碗，煎五六沸。去渣。热洗拭干，避风少时。
先师东垣老人，路过方城北独树店客舍。有一个推江轴的人，皮肤皴裂，忍受不了疼痛。两手不能执辕。
脚不能踩地。停止车辙住宿。因此制作此方给他。立即见效。第二天就上路了。
【润肌膏】治疗手足皴涩。皮肤裂开。疼痛不能迎风入手。屡用屡效。所以记录在此。

In the Gui Chou year, I was assigned official duties. In winter, I resided in Guhudu. A Grand Imperial Physician named Yan Feiqing transmitted this prescription, which had proven effective when used in various places. Therefore, I recorded it.
[Jingjin San] For treating withered tumors (skin growths), it has great miraculous efficacy.
Tuhuang (3 qian) Sha Xionghuang (2 qian each, ground separately) Fenshuang
Qingfen (1 qian each) Ruxiang Moyao (0.5 qian each)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Suppose the tumor is the size of a walnut; take a small amount of powder (0.5 qian), mix with saliva to form a thin paste, and apply it on top of the tumor, covering an area the size of a small copper coin. Cover with two layers of paper flowers moistened with saliva. Then cover with Huanglong Gao. Apply medication every other day. The next time, add medication until it completely surrounds the base, extending like the width of a leek leaf. Continue applying in this manner without gradually removing it. Later, the root will loosen and naturally crack. It will then fall off naturally.
[Huanglong Gao] Cools the skin and reduces swelling.
Huangbai Huangqin Dahuang (equal parts)
Grind the above ingredients into powder, mix with saliva, and spread on paper.
[Shengji Qinglong Gao]
Hezipi Longgu Gaocha (equal parts)
Grind the above ingredients into powder and sprinkle dryly on the affected area.
[Method for Making Tuhuang]
Pihuang (ground, 2 liang) Muguezi (shelled) Badou (oil not removed, 0.5 liang each) Sha (ground, 2 qian)
Mix the Pihuang together and grind into powder. Then mix with Muguezi and Shinnao oil to form a lump. Wrap in oil paper and bury in a pit for 49 days. Take out, store in a porcelain vessel, and break into small pieces.
[Moxibustion Method for Tumors] Treating warts and tumors growing on the face.
Moxa cones are applied for ten moxibustions. Immediately, grind Xionghuang with vinegar, spread on paper, cut to the size of a snail shell, and apply to the moxa site. Re-cover with a plaster. Change every two days. Wait until itching occurs and pus like mung bean powder is squeezed out; then it heals.
[Ku Liu Gao]
Caowu (0.5 jin) Chuanwu (4 liang) Gan Sang'er Sangxiumu (3 liang each)
Xi Bai Duanshi (3 bowls, aged) Sangchaigui (2 bowls)
Burn the four ingredients including Xiumu until they retain their properties (Cunxing). Grind evenly with the two ashes. Use one bucket of water to leach the juice according to method. Boil down into a paste for use.
[Baojin San] For treating lateral neck Yi Qi (goiter), there is no case that does not heal. Miraculous efficacy.
Zhu Yang Ye (10 pairs, wash off fat membrane with warm water, dry, pound into fine powder) Haizao Haitai (2 liang each)
Hupo (ground) Shexiang (ground) Muxiang Dingxiang (2.5 qian each)
Zhenzhu (0.5 liang, ground)
Grind all ingredients into powder, mix with the ground medicines, blend well, and grind extremely fine. Sieve. Take 1 qian per dose, mixed with one cup of hot wine, taken at night while lying down with head lowered. If for unmarried men or women, effectiveness is certain within ten doses. If for married men or women, effectiveness appears within one month. Pregnant women must not take it; strictly contraindicated.
[Haidai Wan] For treating Yi Qi that persists for a long time without resolving.
Haidai Beimu Qingpi Chenpi
Grind equal parts into powder. Make pills the size of a bullet using refined honey. Swallow one pill after meals. Highly effective.
[Haizao Kuijian Wan] For treating severe Yi Qi that persists for a long time without dissipating.
Haizao Haitai Kunbu (1 liang each) Guang Zhu
Qingyan (0.5 liang each)
Grind into powder. Make pills the size of a fingertip using refined honey. Take one pill per dose, hold in mouth to dissolve. Take after meals.
[He Shouwu San] For treating wind-toxin attacking from Spleen and Lung, causing generalized scabies and tinea with itching and pain, or urticaria, sores from scratching, stiffness and tension in shoulders and back, numbness and paralysis of muscles, cracked hands and feet, wind pathogen attacking upward, sores on face and head, and also for treating vitiligo, white patches, stubborn numbness, and other wind syndromes.
Jingjiesui Manjingzi Weilingxian He Shouwu
Gancao (roasted) Fangfeng (1 liang each)
Take 1 liang of He Cao Gan, grind together into powder. Take 1 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine after meals. Boiled water is also acceptable.
[Ru San] For treating scabies that persists for years without healing.
Shuiyin (1 qian) Haocha (2 qian) Ru (3 qian) Qingfen (small amount)
Grind into fine powder. Use as needed, mix with oil and apply.
[Kushen San] For treating generalized sores and scabies with itching, persisting for years without healing.
Manjingzi He Shouwu Jingjiesui Weilingxian
Kushen (equal parts)
Grind into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with tea and wine before meals. Three times daily. Avoid wind-inducing foods. Very excellent.
[Liu Huang San] For treating scabies.
Liu Huang Chuanjiao Shigao Baifan (equal parts)
Grind into powder, mix with raw oil and apply. Miraculously effective.
[Gouji Gao] For treating scabies.
Liu Huang (0.5 liang) Xionghuang (0.5 liang) Xin (1 qian) Chuanwu
Hei Gouji Baifan (0.5 liang each) Badou (2 seeds)
Grind into powder. First boil in oil, then add Huangla and mix evenly. Apply for effect.
[Bai Zhi Gao] For treating wet and dry tinea.
Diqingli (1 jin) Huangla (0.5 jin) Xingren (45 seeds, chopped) Puxiao (one scoop)
In an iron vessel, boil old Scallion roots until dark. Stir in one direction for five to seven boils. Filter. Forms a paste. Apply to sores (Originally transmitted by Yan Heqing).
[Qushi San] For treating wet and dry tinea.
Can Sha (4 liang) Bohe (0.5 liang)
Grind into powder, mix with raw oil and apply. For wet cases, sprinkle dry powder.
[Kushen Wan] For treating lung toxin and evil heat, sores on head and face, scabies and tinea. Suitable for all these conditions.
Kushen (as needed)
Grind into powder. Make pills the size of paulownia seeds using millet rice paste. Take 50 pills per dose, swallowed with rice decoction on an empty stomach.
[Yufen San] For treating sores caused by hot sweat immersion, with swelling, itching, and pain.
Sumifen (2 liang) Hanshuishi ( ) Dingfen (1 liang each) Baishizhi
Bailonggu Shigao (0.5 liang each) Huashi (8 liang) Hafen (9.5 liang)
Grind into powder, then grind extremely fine. Dryly apply medicine to sweaty areas.
[Qibao San] For treating sores caused by hot sweat immersion, with persistent itching and pain.
Huang Danggui Fangfeng Mutong Jingjiesui Digupi (3 liang each)
Grind into coarse powder. Mix with 1 liang of raw Baifan powder. Take 1 liang per dose, with three bowls of water. Boil for five to six boils. Strain. Wash with hot liquid, wipe dry, and avoid wind for a short time.
My late teacher, Elder Dongyuan, stopped at a guesthouse at Dushu Shop north of Fangcheng city. There was a man pushing a cart whose skin was cracked and chapped, unable to bear the pain. His hands could not hold the shafts. His feet could not touch the ground. He stopped his cart to rest. Therefore, he prepared this formula for him. It was effective immediately. The next day, he continued his journey.
[Runji Gao] For treating chapped and rough hands and feet. Skin cracking. Pain prevents exposure to wind. Frequently used with frequent success. Therefore recorded here.
Zhuzi Qingli (4 liang) Bai Huangla (8 qian) Ruxiang (2 qian)
In an iron pan, first add Qingli. Then add Huangla and Ruxiang. Next add 1-2 spoons of Sesame Oil. Wait for Qingli to melt and simmer slightly. Place a basin of clean water nearby to stir the medicine. Drop one or two drops of the mixture into the water to test. If hard, add less oil. Check if hardness is appropriate. Filter through new cotton into water, knead and pull until white. Store in porcelain vessels or wrap in oil paper. For use, first heat the cracked area over fire. Soften the medicine over fire. Apply to cracks. Cover with a small piece of paper. It will heal naturally.
