延年论曰，凡风疹有二，先受风寒气，其疹色白浓，搔之即破，应手下有道生，此是肺
家风冷气，宜外洗拭即定方。
吴茱萸一两，清酒一升煮，取五合，以软帛取汁拭疹处，不过三两度即定，如疹处多，
用尽更合，白疹即是肺脏受寒冷气所发也。
又疗肺风热，皮肤生风结状如疹，或生风瘙如水疥，粟粒 然方。
天门冬（八分去心） 枳实（十二分） 白术 人参（各六分） 独活 苦参（各五分
有冷不用

上六味捣筛，蜜和为丸梧子大，食后以饮下七丸，日再服，加至十丸。忌如常法。（出

删繁疗丹走皮中淫淫，名火丹方。
取蛴螬末，水和敷之。（出第九卷中）
千金疗赤流肿方。
榆根白皮捣末，以鸡子白和涂之。（出第二十三卷中）
近效栀子汤，主表里俱热三焦不实，身体生疮或发痈疖，大小便不利方。
芒硝（四分） 大黄（四分） 栀子 甘草（炙） 黄芩 知母（各六分）
上六味切，以水二升，煮取九合，去滓，分温服，忌如常法，此方甚佳。（一方芒硝三
两大黄四两栀子二七枚黄芩知母各三两甘草二两上以水五升煮减半下大黄煮取一升八合去滓
纳芒硝分三服）
又疗诸色疮肿神验方。（考功韦郎中处）
胡粉（熬令赤） 赤小豆（熬） 糯米 吴茱萸 黄连（各一两） 水银（二分）
上六味捣筛，以生麻油和如稀面糊，然后取水银，于手掌中以唾指研熟讫，入药中，令
匀，先椒汤洗疮干拭，以药涂之，日再，以瘥为度，疗孩子疮佳。（一云用泔清洗疮）
又牛蒡粥，疗疮肿方。
取牛蒡根二茎净洗，煮令烂，于盆中研令细，去筋脉汁中即下米煮粥，咸淡任性，服一
碗甚良，无忌。
延年说：凡是风疹有两种情况，一种是先感受风寒之气，疹子颜色白而浓重，抓挠后容易破损，随手抓挠就会留下划痕，这是肺经受风冷之气所致，适宜使用外洗擦拭即可安定的方剂。
吴茱萸一两，用清酒一升煮取五合，用柔软的丝帛蘸取药汁擦拭患处，两三次就能安定；如果患处较多，用完后再配制，白色疹子就是肺脏受寒冷之气引发的。
另一种治疗肺风热，皮肤生出风结状如疹子，或者生出风瘙痒如水疥，像粟米粒大小的方剂。

《千金方》治疗赤色流肿的方剂。
榆树根白皮捣成粉末，用鸡蛋清调和涂抹患处。（出自第二十三卷中）

又治疗各种颜色疮肿的神验方。（来自考功韦郎中处）
胡粉（熬至变红） 赤小豆（炒） 糯米 吴茱萸 黄连（各一两） 水银（二分）
以上六味药捣碎过筛，用生麻油调和成稀面糊状，然后取水银，在手掌中以唾液研磨熟透后，加入药中，搅拌均匀。先用花椒汤清洗疮口并擦干，用药涂抹，每日两次，以痊愈为度，治疗儿童疮疡效果佳。（一说用淘米水清洗疮口）
取牛蒡根两根洗净，煮烂，在盆中研细，去除筋脉，在汁液中加入米煮粥，咸淡随意，喝一碗效果很好，没有禁忌。
Yannian stated: There are two types of wind rash. The first occurs after initially contracting wind-cold qi; the rash is white and thick, breaks easily upon scratching, and leaves raised lines immediately upon being scratched. This is caused by wind-cold qi affecting the Lung meridian, and it is suitable for an external wash-and-wipe formula to settle the condition.
Take one liang of Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu), boil in one sheng of clear wine until five he remain. Use a soft silk cloth to dip the juice and wipe the rash area. It will settle within two or three applications. If the rash area is extensive, prepare more as needed. White rashes are manifestations of cold qi invading the Lung organ.
Another method treats Lung wind-heat, where skin develops wind nodules resembling rashes, or wind itching resembling water blisters, grain-sized like millet seeds.
Asparagi Radix (Tianmendong) (8 fen, heart removed) Stamen Citri Reticulatae (Zhishi) (12 fen) Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu) Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) (6 fen each) Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duhuo) Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen) (5 fen each; omit if cold syndrome is present)
Pulverize and sieve the above six herbs. Mix with honey to form pills the size of wutong seeds. Take seven pills with warm water after meals, twice daily. Dosage may be increased to ten pills. Observe usual dietary restrictions. (From Volume 13)
Shanfan therapy treats erysipelas wandering within the skin, causing a burning sensation, known as "fire erysipelas."
Take powder of Larvae Bombicis (Qicao), mix with water, and apply externally. (From Volume 9)
Qianjin Fang treats red flowing swelling.
Powdered bark of Ulmus Root Cortex (Yugenbaipi), mixed with egg white, applied topically. (From Volume 23)
Jinxiao Gardenia Decoction (Zhiizi Tang) primarily treats simultaneous heat in exterior and interior with deficiency-repletion imbalance in the Sanjiao, manifesting as body sores, carbuncles, or furuncles, and difficulty in urination or defecation.
Natrii Sulfas (Mangxiao) (4 fen) Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) (4 fen) Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (roasted) Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin) Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (Zhimu) (6 fen each)
Cut the above six herbs. Boil in two sheng of water until nine he remain. Strain and take warm in divided doses. Observe usual dietary restrictions. This formula is highly effective. (Alternative prescription: Natrii Sulfas 3 liang, Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma 4 liang, Gardeniae Fructus 21 pieces, Scutellariae Radix and Anemarrhenae Rhizoma 3 liang each, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma 2 liang. Boil in five sheng of water until reduced by half. Add Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma, boil until one sheng eight he remain. Strain, add Natrii Sulfas, and divide into three doses.)
Another miraculous formula for treating sores and swellings of various colors. (Provided by Vice Director Kao Gong Wei)
Cerussa (Hufen) (calcined until red) Phaseoli Adzuki Semen (Chixiaodou) (roasted) Oryza Glutinosa Semen (Nuomi) Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu) Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) (1 liang each) Hydrargyrum (Shuiyin) (2 fen)
Pulverize and sieve the above six herbs. Mix with raw Sesame Oil (Mazhi) to form a thin paste. Then, take Hydrargyrum, grind it thoroughly in the palm with saliva until fully incorporated, add to the medicine, and mix evenly. First, wash the sore with pepper water and dry it. Apply the medicine twice daily until healed. Particularly effective for pediatric sores. (Alternatively, wash the sore with rice washing water.)
Also, Arctii Root Porridge (Niubang Zhou), a formula for treating sores and swellings.
Take two stems of fresh Arctii Lappae Radix (Niubanggen), wash clean, and boil until soft. Grind finely in a basin, remove fibrous veins. Add rice to the juice and cook into porridge. Season with salt or leave plain according to preference. Drinking one bowl is very beneficial, with no dietary restrictions.
