Black mole (Heizi Zhi), also known as black nevus, is formed by turbid Kidney Qi stagnating in the Yang aspect and binding together due to Yang Qi. As the ancients said, "There are no auspicious moles on the face," so they should be removed. Use a needle to pierce and damage it, apply Sibai San (Four Whites Powder), seal with paper. It will naturally fall off after three or four days. Then use Beiye Gao (Banyan Leaf Ointment) or Yingzhu Gao (Pearl Ointment) to promote tissue regeneration, while avoiding soy sauce and vinegar; thus, healing will occur without scars.

After a short while, press the root of the lesion with the thumbnail of the left hand, and use the tip of a Pi Needle (Bing Zhen) to cut horizontally at the base with the right hand.
