以上药物，捣碎过筛制成粉末，炼蜜调和，捣三二百杵，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次饭后，煎竹叶汤送下三十丸。
治疗头部眩晕，适宜使用摩顶细辛膏方。

以上九味药，捣碎筛选，大小如麻子。用地黄汁浸泡一夜。先煎猪脂油，熔化去除筋膜，离火冷却后，加入地黄汁和朱砂粉混合均匀。
治疗风邪引起的头部眩晕、头脑转动感，适宜服用蝉壳散方。
蝉壳（二两，微炒）
以上药物，捣碎并过细筛制成散剂。每次服用，不分时候，用温酒调服一钱。
治疗头部眩晕，起倒不定，适宜服用枳实散方。
枳实（三分，微炒令黄） 独活（一两半） 石膏（一两） 蒴藋（一两，注：原文“蒴KT”应为“蒴藋”，一种草药）

以上药物，在九月九日采集晒干制成粉末。将其放入糯米饭中蒸熟。每斗米，用五两菊花末，像平常酿酒一样搅拌发酵。
治疗头部眩晕且头皮肿胀麻木，适宜服用松花浸酒方。
