上件药。捣筛为散。每服五钱。以水一大盏。入青竹茹一鸡子大。煎至五分。去滓。温

上用故屏风纸。烧灰细研。以温酒调下一钱。立止。

上以贝母二两。炮黄。捣罗为末。以浆水调二钱。良久再服。瘥。

上以生干地黄一两。细锉。于银器中。以酒一中盏。煎三五沸。去滓。顿服。其血立止。

上用谷精草。捣罗为末。以热面汤。调下二钱。

治卒鼻衄方。
上用水罐一枚。钻底小窍子。盛新汲水。淋项后宛宛中。淋不止。一两罐即瘥。
脾脏将热邪转移至肝脏，就会引发惊恐性鼻出血。脾属土，肝属木。正常情况下，木本应克制土，但现在脾热导致土气过盛，反而逆向乘袭木（肝）。
凡是鼻出血，是由于气虚且有热所致。肝藏血，肺主气，且肺开窍于鼻。血与气相伴而行，循行于经络之中。如果肝脉小而滑，眼睛昏黄，就会发生吐血。
治疗五脏热结引起的鼻出血、心胸烦闷，适宜服用伏龙肝散方。
伏龙肝（三两） 当归（二两） 赤芍药（二两） 黄芩（二两） 犀角屑（一两） 生干地黄（二两）
以上药材，捣碎过筛制成散剂。每次服用五钱，用水一大盏，加入青竹茹一块鸡蛋大小的量，煎煮至剩余五分水量，滤去药渣，温服。
治疗鼻出血，整天不止，心神烦闷，适宜服用茜根散方。
茜根草 黄芩 侧柏叶 阿胶（捣碎炒至黄色干燥） 甘草（锉碎生用，以上各一两）
以上药材，捣粗罗制成散剂。每次服用三钱，用水一中盏，加入生地黄半两，煎煮至剩余六分水量，滤去药渣，温服。

生干地黄（一两，锉碎） 阿胶（一两，捣碎炒至黄色干燥） 蒲黄（半两）
以上药材，用水两大盏，煎煮至一盏半水量，滤去药渣，分为三次服用，温服。

生地黄（二至三两，研取汁液） 生姜（半两，研取汁液） 阿胶（半两，捣碎炒至黄色干燥并捣为粉末）
以上药材，将生姜和地黄的汁液混合，加入阿胶粉末，搅拌均匀，在银器中温热后，慢慢服用。此方兼治吐血。
又一方。
豆豉（二合） 艾叶（如鸡蛋大小） 鹿角胶（二两，捣碎炒至黄色干燥）
以上药材，用水两大盏，煎煮至一盏二分水量，分为三次服用，慢慢服用。

使用旧的屏风纸，烧成灰后细细研磨，用温酒调服一钱，立即止血。

使用贝母二两，炮制至黄色，捣罗成粉末，用浆水调服二钱，过一会儿再服，病愈。

When the Spleen transfers heat to the Liver, it results in惊衄 (Jing Nu, nasal hemorrhage accompanied by fright). The Spleen belongs to Earth, and the Liver belongs to Wood. Normally, Wood controls Earth; however, now due to Spleen heat, the Qi of Earth becomes excessively abundant and reverses to invade Wood.
Nasal hemorrhage (Bi Xue) is caused by Qi deficiency and heat. The Liver stores Blood, and the Lung governs Qi and opens into the nose. Blood and Qi travel together along the meridians. If the Liver pulse is small and slippery, and the eyes appear yellowish and blurry, hematemesis (Tu Xue) will occur.
For nasal hemorrhage caused by heat accumulation in the five Zang organs, accompanied by chest and heart irritability, the Fulonggan San (Dragon's House Soil Powder) formula is suitable.
Fulonggan (Soil from under the cooking stove, 3 liang), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 2 liang), Chishaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra, 2 liang), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, 2 liang), Xijiaoxie (Cornu Rhinocerotis Truncatum, 1 liang), Shenggan Dihuang (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix, 2 liang).
Crush and sieve the above ingredients to make a powder. Take 5 qian per dose, add 1 large cup of water and a piece of Qingzhuru (Bamboo Shavings) the size of an egg, decoct until 0.5 cups remain, strain, and take warm.
For nasal hemorrhage that persists all day, accompanied by mental restlessness, the Qiangensan (Rubiae Radix Powder) formula is suitable.
Qiangengcao (Rubiae Cordifoliae Herba), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Cebaiye (Platycladi Cacumen), Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini, crushed and fried until yellow and dry), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, sliced and used raw, each 1 liang).
Coarsely sieve the above ingredients to make a powder. Take 3 qian per dose, add 1 medium cup of water and 0.5 liang of Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix), decoct until 0.6 cups remain, strain, and take warm.
Another prescription:
Shenggan Dihuang (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix, 1 liang, sliced), Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini, 1 liang, crushed and fried until yellow and dry), Puhuang (Pollinis Typhae, 0.5 liang).
Decoct the above ingredients in 2 large cups of water until 1.5 cups remain, strain, divide into three doses, and take warm.
Another prescription:
Shengdihuang (Fresh Rehmanniae Radix, 2-3 liang, crushed for juice), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, 0.5 liang, crushed for juice), Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini, 0.5 liang, crushed, fried until yellow and dry, ground to powder).
Mix the juices of Shengjiang and Shengdihuang with the Ejiao powder, stir evenly, warm in a silver vessel, and take slowly. This formula also treats hematemesis.

Use a water jar, drill a small hole at the bottom, fill with fresh drawn water, pour over the Wanwan region (Dazhui GV14 area) at the back of the neck. Continue pouring until done, using 1-2 jars cures it.
