治打扑闪肭，筋断骨折，挛急疼痛，不能屈伸，及荣卫虚弱，外受游风，
骨缓纵，皮肉刺痛，肩背拘急，身体倦怠，四肢少力。

上并生用，为细末，以生姜自然汁与蜜等分炼熟和丸，每一两作四丸。每服一丸，捶碎
水、酒各半盏，入苏木少许，同煎至八分，去苏木，热服，空心，食前。
治痈疽发背，丹毒恶肿，时行热毒，发作赤色，瘰 初发，头目赤痛，暴
肿痛。一切无名恶疮，虽觉所苦细微，不可轻慢，急服此药，并皆内消，更不
痈疽已成脓者，当排脓，服之，直至脓尽。

上 咀。每服四钱，水二盏，煎至一盏，纱帛滤去渣，空心，食前热服，以快利为度。
病患更自量，增损服之，立效。
治风邪客于肌中，浑身瘙痒，致生疮疥，及脾肺风毒攻冲，遍身疮疥皴裂，干
日久不瘥，并皆治之。
剪草（七两，不见火） 轻粉（一钱）
上为细末。疮湿，用药干掺；疮干，用麻油调药敷之。

以上药材均生用，研成细末，用生姜自然汁与蜂蜜等分，炼熟后调和制成丸剂，每两药粉制成四丸。每次服用一丸，捣碎，加入半盏水和半盏酒，放入少许苏木，共同煎煮至八分满，去掉苏木，趁热服用，空腹，饭前服用。
治疗痈疽发背、丹毒恶肿、时行热毒发作呈赤色、瘰疬初发、头目赤痛、突发肿痛。一切无名恶疮，即使感觉痛苦细微，也不可轻视怠慢，应立即服用此药，均可使毒邪内消，不再形成痈疽。如果痈疽已经化脓，应当排脓，服用此药，直至脓液排尽。

以上药材切碎。每次服用四钱，加水二盏，煎煮至一盏，用纱帛滤去药渣，空腹，饭前趁热服用，以大便通畅为度。患者可根据自身情况自行调整剂量，立即见效。
Treats injuries from falls and blows, severed tendons and fractured bones, muscle spasms and pain, inability to flex or extend limbs, as well as deficiency of Ying (Nutritive) and Wei (Defensive) Qi, external invasion by wandering Wind, resulting in laxity of bones, stinging pain in skin and flesh, stiffness and tension in shoulders and back, general fatigue, and weakness in the four limbs.
Ziran Tong (Pyrite, calcined with fire, quenched in vinegar twelve times, ground into powder, washed with water, and dried) Chuan Wutou (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata, raw, peel removed, navel removed) Gusuibu (Drynariae Rhizoma, processed, hairs removed) Baishao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) Moyao (Myrrha) Ruxiang (Olibanum) Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, washed, dried, each 1 liang) Sheng Gan Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Recens, dried) Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, each 1 liang)
All ingredients are used raw, ground into fine powder. Mix equal parts of fresh ginger juice and honey, boil until thickened, and combine with the powder to form pills. Each liang of powder makes four pills. Take one pill per dose, crush it, add half a cup of water and half a cup of wine, add a small amount of Sumu (Sappan Wood), decoct together until reduced to 80% volume, remove the Sumu, and take hot on an empty stomach before meals.
Treats carbuncles and sores on the back, erysipelas and malignant swellings, epidemic heat-toxin manifesting as redness, initial stage of scrofula, redness and pain in head and eyes, sudden swelling and pain. All unknown malignant sores: even if the suffering seems minor, do not neglect them; take this medicine immediately to resolve the toxin internally, preventing the formation of carbuncles. If pus has already formed in carbuncles, promote drainage; continue taking this medicine until all pus is discharged.
Loulu (Rhapontici Rhizoma, remove rhizome tips) Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, remove roots and joints) Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma, cut into pieces) Chishaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra, raw, cut into pieces) Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, remove peel) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, raw, cut into pieces, total 13 liang)
Cut the ingredients into small pieces. Take 4 qian per dose, add 2 cups of water, decoct until 1 cup remains, filter through gauze to remove dregs, and take hot on an empty stomach before meals. The degree of purgation should be moderate. Patients may adjust the dosage according to their condition for immediate effect.
Treats wind-pathogens lodging in the muscles, causing generalized itching leading to sores and scabies, as well as wind-toxin attacking from the Spleen and Lungs, causing widespread sores, scabies, scaling, and cracking that persist for a long time without healing.
Jiancao (Herba Scutellariae Barbatae, 7 liang, avoid fire exposure) Qingfen (Calomel, 1 qian)
Grind the ingredients into fine powder. For wet sores, apply the powder directly; for dry sores, mix with sesame oil and apply topically.
