治脾脏中风，口面偏斜，语蹇虚烦，手足腰脚不遂。

上作细末，炼蜜和捣二三百下，丸如梧桐子大，每服五十丸，空心及晚食前温酒下。忌
鸡猪肉粘滑之物。
治脾脏中风，身体怠堕，四肢缓弱，恶风头痛，舌本强直，语言蹇涩，皮肤顽麻，并
宜服之。

上除朱砂牛黄麝香龙脑另碾，余药碾为细末，同朱砂等药和匀，炼蜜和捣三五百下，丸
如梧桐子大，每服三五十丸，不拘时，温酒下。
治疗脾脏受风邪侵袭，肌肤发热，感觉像虫子在皮肤下爬行，或者腠理（皮肤毛孔）开泄，大汗淋漓，脾部肌肉色泽晦暗无光，嘴唇和鼻子颜色异常。
细辛（去除根部）、白术（去除芦头）、独活（去除芦头）、附子（炮制，去皮和脐）、肉桂、防风（去芦头，以上各一钱）、浓朴（姜汁制）、麻黄（去节，以上各二钱）、枳实（麸皮炒）、甘草（以上各半钱）。
以上药物作为一剂服用，加水两盅，生姜五片，煎煮至一盅，不拘泥于固定时间服用。
治疗脾脏受风邪侵袭，手足软弱无力，舌体僵硬、言语不清，胸膈部烦闷不适，神志恍惚不定，身体沉重，适宜服用此方。
防风（去芦头）、麻黄（去节）、人参（去芦头）、川芎、附子（炮制，去皮和脐）、桂心、黄芪、赤茯苓。
以上药物作为一剂服用，加水两盅，生姜五片，煎煮至一盅，不拘泥于固定时间服用。
治疗脾脏受风邪侵袭，口眼歪斜，言语蹇涩伴虚烦，手足及腰脚活动不利。
羚羊角、防风（去芦头）、汉防己（去皮）、白芍药、白茯苓（去皮）、独活（去芦头）、酸枣仁（炒制）、麦门冬（去心）、杏仁（以上各七钱半，用热水浸泡，去皮尖及双仁部分，麸皮炒至微黄）、槟榔、人参（去芦头）、附子（炮制，去皮和脐）、干熟地黄（以上各一两）、川芎、桂心、柏子仁、当归（以上各半两，微炒）、薏苡仁。
以上药物研成细末，用炼蜜调和并捣击二三百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸药，每次服用五十丸，空腹及晚饭前用温酒送服。忌食鸡肉、猪肉及粘滑难消化的食物。
治疗脾脏受风邪侵袭，身体倦怠下垂，四肢软弱无力，怕风且头痛，舌根强硬挺直，语言蹇涩，皮肤顽固麻木，均适宜服用此方。
天麻、独活（去芦头）、附子（炮制，去皮和脐）、桂心、麻黄（去节）、乌蛇肉（用酥油炙至黄色，以上各一两）、全蝎（炒制）、白僵蚕（炒制）、人参（去芦头）、防风（去芦头）、细辛（去苗）、羚羊角、当归（炒制）、白术、薏苡仁、牛膝（酒浸）、川芎、天南星（醋炒，以上各七钱半）、牛黄（单独研磨，二钱半）、麝香（单独研磨，二钱半）、茯神（去木质，七钱半）、朱砂（单独研磨，半两）、龙脑（单独研磨，二钱半）。
以上药物中，除朱砂、牛黄、麝香、龙脑单独研磨外，其余药物碾成细末，与朱砂等药混合均匀，用炼蜜调和并捣击三五百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸药，每次服用三五十丸，不拘泥于固定时间，用温酒送服。
Treatment for Wind-Stroke of the Spleen Organ, characterized by heat in the flesh and skin, a sensation like insects crawling on the body, or open pores with profuse sweating, dull color of the spleen muscles, and abnormal coloration of the lips and nose.
Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, remove roots), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, remove rhizome tips), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix, remove rhizome tips), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, remove skin and umbilicus), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, remove rhizome tips, each 1 qian), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, prepared with ginger juice), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, remove joints, each 2 qian), Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, stir-fried with bran), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, each half qian).
Take the above as one dose, add two cups of water and five slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), decoct until one cup remains, take at any time without restriction.
Treatment for Wind-Stroke of the Spleen Organ, characterized by flaccidity and weakness of the hands and feet, stiffness of the tongue with slurred speech, oppression and irritability in the chest and diaphragm, mental confusion, and heaviness of the body; this formula is suitable.
Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, remove rhizome tips), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, remove joints), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, remove rhizome tips), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, remove skin and umbilicus), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Huangqi (Astragali Membranacei Radix), Chi Fuling (Poria with Red Wood, implied from context "Chi Fu").
Take the above as one dose, add two cups of water and five slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), decoct until one cup remains, take at any time without restriction.

Lingyangjiao (Saigae Tataricae Cornu), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, remove rhizome tips), Han Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix, remove skin), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Baifuling (Poria, remove skin), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix, remove rhizome tips), Suanzaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, stir-fried), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix, remove heart), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum, each 7.5 qian, soak in hot water, remove skin and tips, discard double-kernel seeds, stir-fry with bran until slightly yellow), Binglang (Arecae Semen), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, remove rhizome tips), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, remove skin and umbilicus), Gan Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, each 1 liang), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Baiziren (Platycladi Semen), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, each half liang, lightly stir-fried), Yiyiren (Coicis Semen).
Grind the above into fine powder, mix with refined honey, pound two or three hundred times, form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take fifty pills per dose, swallow with warm wine on an empty stomach and before evening meals. Avoid chicken, pork, and sticky or slippery foods.
Treatment for Wind-Stroke of the Spleen Organ, characterized by bodily sagging and lassitude, flaccidity and weakness of the four limbs, aversion to wind with headache, stiffness of the tongue root, slurred speech, stubborn numbness of the skin; all are suitable for taking this formula.
Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix, remove rhizome tips), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, remove skin and umbilicus), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, remove joints), Wushe (Bungarus multicinctus meat, fried with butter until yellow, each 1 liang), Quanxie (Scorpio, stir-fried), Bai Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, stir-fried), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, remove rhizome tips), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, remove rhizome tips), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, remove leaves/stems), Lingyangjiao (Saigae Tataricae Cornu), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, stir-fried), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Yiyiren (Coicis Semen), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, soaked in wine), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Tiannanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, stir-fried with vinegar, each 7.5 qian), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, separately ground, 2.5 qian), Shexiang (Moschus, separately ground, 2.5 qian), Fushen (Poria cum Pinodia, remove wood, 7.5 qian), Zhusha (Cinnabaris, separately ground, half liang), Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum, separately ground, 2.5 qian).
For the above, except for Zhusha (Cinnabaris), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis), Shexiang (Moschus), and Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum) which are separately ground, grind the remaining herbs into fine powder, mix evenly with the Zhusha and other medicines, pound with refined honey three to five hundred times, form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take thirty to fifty pills per dose, at any time, swallow with warm wine.
