（诸疳异证）凡十一门
茅先生∶小儿生下有走马疳候，甚即遍沿作崩沙候。牙边肉肿烂，口内气臭，身微有潮热，吃食不得，齿
缝出鲜血，齿常动、似欲脱，肉烂自漏落。此候因肚中疳气盛而奔上，上焦蒸得牙如此。所治者先以黑铅散（方
见本门）一日三次揩，杀牙边肉内虫。然后将朱砂膏、（方见惊积门中。）牛黄膏（方见膈热门中。）天竺黄
散（方见实热门中）夹调理。如甚，
则下秋霜散揩牙上（方见本门。）然常服三解牛黄散（方见实热门中，）如此调理则愈。如调理不退，候极齿
落三个，面光净，
爪甲黑，死候不治。
《惠眼观证》∶走马疳，疳蚀之极也。乃五脏蒸热上攻，口齿溃烂。先以淡淡盐汤洗口内，次下紫金散掺之
（方见本门。与茅先生同。）如大段甚，即下秋霜散掺（方见本门，）再以天竺黄散夹地黄膏与吃即安（二方并见
重舌门中。）若见先落齿一个，
即死候不治。相次面光，发而腮漏，见骨而卒。
《小儿形证》四十八候走马疳歌∶
疳名走马意如何，急疾生虫胃热多。肾冷又攻牙齿动，血腥气臭不通呵。齿龈紫色为深极，肺绝殃深事转多。
若使齿牙都又黑，肾家亦绝奈医何。
此病先与退脾肺风热，宜吃槟榔散五七服（方见烦热门中，）后用此药贴龈上。以大枣一个，砒少块，去枣核，入
砒在内缠定，烧灰存性，临卧时贴龈上，数次效。
《惠济》小儿走马疳候歌∶
牙龈风肿热攻伤，愚者须知走马疮（胃崩沙疾。）口气和脓并血臭，一回乳食污衣裳。邪传肾脏风毒壅，热极胸膛
未可量。牙焦落地犹闲事，唇口都穿命亦亡。
此候先用葱汤丸取，次用蛇床散贴之。（二方并与《黄氏家传》方同。葱汤丸见惊积门，蛇床散见本门中。）
《仙人水鉴》治小儿走马疳虫透损骨者方。
上用天南星一枚，当心剜作一窍子，安好雄黄一块在内，用大麦面煨，候雄黄熔作汁，以盏子合定，出火
毒一宿，去面研为末，入好麝香少许，扫在疮上，验。
《集验方》治小儿走马疳∶
上用蚕退纸不计多少，烧成灰存性，入麝香少许，贴患处佳。
《博济方》治小儿走马疳蚀唇、颊、齿，牙浮动宣露，口臭。至妙秋霜散
信砒（一钱） 粉霜 腻粉（各半钱） 麝香（少许）
上件四味同研，令细如粉。每用时以指头拈一粟米许，揩在患处牙龈上立效。
《博济方》治大人、小儿齿龈损烂及走马疳。麝香膏
麝香（一两） 猪牙皂角（三挺，存性烧用） 白矾（二两） 绿矾（一两半，二味同研碎，入铫子内枯了
用） 腻粉 水银（各半两） 苦楝根白皮 黄柏 密佗僧（各一两）
上件杵为末，用无灰酒三升熬成膏，患者先净漱口涂之。久患者取药一匙，砒霜、粉霜末各一钱拌和匀使，
绝妙。（一方通十一味，内不用砒霜、腻粉。）
《灵苑》治小儿走马疳牙龈腐烂，恶血口臭，牙齿脱落立验。麝香散方
麝香 铜绿（各一钱） 黄连（三钱）
上三味并为末，以枣肉一个，水银一钱，同研如泥，入前药末共研令匀。有患处敷少许，以兰香叶覆之，
立瘥。肉消者可待肉生。
《灵苑》又方
虾蟆（一个，烧作灰留性） 青橘皮 甘草 青黛（各一分）
上件四味杵，罗为细末，入麝香少许，研合令匀。或小儿满口臭烂，落下牙齿，用鹅毛扫于疮上，立瘥。
《谭氏殊圣》治走马疳方。
上用尿桶内白不拘多少，焙干为末，入麝香少许，研细，揩牙立效。
《谭氏殊圣》又方
上用蜣螂不以多少，烧过碾为末，入麝香少许，和匀。掺在疮上，其血化毒水，立效。
《谭氏殊圣》又方
疥虾蟆（一个，五月五日午时新瓦二口盛在里面，更用杨柳条五尺安在里面，用火烧） 麝香（
少许） 胆矾（二钱）
上件研为末。每服用少许，以柳条子去皮挑在疮上，立效。
《谭氏殊圣》又方
草乌头（炮去皮尖） 御米壳（焙干） 铜青（各生，一钱）
上件为末，用淡盐水漱口，绵子 干，用药干掺点之。
《谭氏殊圣》玉线子治走马疳方。
雄黄（一钱） 黄丹（半两） 麝香 砒霜（各少许）
上件四味，用七七四十九粒绿豆，盏子内共砒一处煮熟，不用绿豆；将四味为末，面糊为丸，牙缝里填。
茅先生小儿走马疳黑铅散。 《惠眼观证》名紫金散方。
黄丹 蛇床子（炒令黑） 地龙（炒令黑。各半两） 青矾（一分， 过）
上末。每服一字，揩牙龈上，一日三次揩。
茅先生小儿崩沙秋霜散方
好砒（半两） 白矾（四分）
上用水三分一盏，先煎水令海眼沸来，便下砒 ，水干为度；即下白矾末同 ，干为末，取出入好麝香少
许，好坯子少许，同拌合为末。每使一字，用鹅毛点拂牙龈上，一日三四回拂即愈。
茅先生小儿崩沙方。
鸡内金 芦荟 白矾（火 ） 乳香 地龙 麝香
上各少许为末，候小儿睡着，以药末掺牙龈上。
钱乙龙骨散 治疳口疮、走马疳方。
砒霜 蟾酥（各一字） 粉霜（半分） 龙骨（一钱） 定粉（一钱半） 龙脑（半字）
上先研砒粉极细，次入龙骨再研，次入定粉等同研，每用少许敷之。
《良方》治小儿走马疳唇齿疮烂，交巡野狼狈，用此即瘥。
砒霜 粉霜（二物先研极细） 锻石（罗过，次研）
上等分相合，左右转研各千下，当极腻如面。每以鸡羽尖摭少许扫疮上，其疮即干，
慎勿多用。恐入腹中，有大毒，慎之。海州东海县民家卖此药，每百钱一扫如米许大，无不瘥者。
《九 卫生》绿云散 疗大人风疳牙宣、小儿走马疳方。
砒霜（一钱） 胆矾（一分） 定粉 锻石（各半两）
上件同研匀，每用半字揩患处。
《聚宝方》麝香散 治小儿走马疳，牙龈宣露。
麝香（一字） 退锻石皮 密佗僧（各一分） 砒霜（半分）
上四味为末，每用一字，水油调，翎子扫在龈上后口中吐黑水，三、两次佳。
《聚宝方》芦荟散 治小儿走马疳，效。
芦荟 蟾酥（真者） 大麻仁 腻粉 麝香 铜青（各一钱） 石胆（烧灰，一字）
上七味为末。每用先以谷草、KT 草二味，盐浆水煎汁洗， 干用药少许遍涂疮上。
若小可疮痍，只用散子入乳汁或浆水调涂之。
西京丁左藏定命散 治小儿走马疳方。
白矾 绿矾（以上各等分。炒一大钱）
上同研匀，用大麦面五钱、萎葱一寸研烂，将面同搜和软硬得所为饼子，将研匀者药裹在中心，用文武火
烧存性，于地坑内出火毒一宿，又研如粉，入铅霜二钱，同研令细。每服一剜耳许，揩牙上一二遍。
西京丁左藏蟾灰散 治小儿走马疳方。
干虾蟆（一个大者，烧存性） 五倍子（以上一钱） 麝香（少许）
上同研，蜜水调涂齿根上，未止更用之。
西京丁左藏圣散子 治小儿走马疳方。
胆矾 龙胆草（各一两）
上同于瓦瓶中 ，烟尽，略存性，贴疮上。
西京丁左藏生金散 治小儿走马疳方。
天南星（一个重一斤者） 绿矾（一两）
上先安排南星在干地上，用矾与南星同处，四边以灰火烧，烟尽为度。取出后研如粉，入当门子一粒，先
含，浆水洗贴之。
西京丁左藏捍牙散治小儿走马疳，脱落牙臼方。
盐瓜 （烧灰，抄三钱） 砒霜（抄一钱） 麝香（少许）
上研令匀，鸡毛扫于牙床上，牙臼落者依旧安得。扫药了却粘住，神效。
《惠眼观证》秋霜散 治崩沙齿龈欲落方。
粉霜 砒霜 白矾（各一钱）
上为末，用北艾一大团裹定上件药末，以锻石渗艾上后，用碗盛；发火烧尽，细研。以手捻少许揩齿上，
用盐汤漱口。烧时以盏子盖定，恐走了药气。
《刘氏家传》走马疳方。
峰窠 雄黄 砒
上雄、砒二物共与蜂窠等分，将砒入蜂窠内，可深一米浓以下，火 过，细研，入麝研极匀细。候睡着掺
药于牙龈上，神效。
《刘氏家传》季琬麝香散 治小儿走马急疳口臭，牙齿损烂，及攻蚀唇、鼻、腮、颊，累治未效者可用此方，
立验。
麝香（一钱，真者） 黄柏（一两，去皮、杵末） 青黛（半两，上好者） 雄黄（一分，飞，研）
上件杵研极细。如有患者，先次绵缠箸擦却齿上，蚀损死肌。以软帛拭去恶血，量疮大小干掺，日夜五次
用之。或血盛并多不定者，加定粉半两，同研用如前法。
《张氏家传》治小儿走马疳虫蚀齿及口、鼻、唇颗作窍方。
隔虎刺中虫（一个） 隔虎刺木（如虫长短，要用两节。川人谓之隔牛刺）
上将刺木并虫都一处烧作灰，入麝香少许，研细。凡贴疮，先使蜜涂虫咬处所，临时用药贴之，来日揭起
立效。
《张氏家传》小儿走马疳方。
砒霜 白矾（各二钱半） 粉霜 砂（各一钱）
上件药入锅子内，以瓷器盖口，用文武火烧，研匀。于地上开坑子，放锅子在内，候药冷取出细研；更入
寒水石七钱，再研极细。每服半钱，分作两服擦牙龈。
《张氏家传》又方
上用大枣一枚，去核，将真砒一黑豆大在枣内，外面纸裹讫，泥固济烧成灰，研极细。鸡毛扫病处立效。
《张氏家传》又方黑神散
龙胆草（锉） 青胆矾
上等分，用甘锅子一个，先入胆矾在内；次入龙胆草，用盐黄泥固济，留一眼子，周回用炭火烧至眼子上，
烟断为度，放冷取出，研细，入麝香少许。如有患人，看疮内大小干擦贴之，立效。牙疼干擦。牙根有鲜血
出并肿烂牙，擦之即愈。
《庄氏家传》治小儿走马疳方。
绿豆（五钱） 腻粉（三钱） 粉霜 青黛 砒霜 麝香（各一钱）
上研极细，每用灯心点在牙龈上患处，立止。或疮口大，及颊、腮或透成血条出者，即以小篦子抄药贴之。
此药须旋合，恐力慢。
《庄氏家传》又方
麝香 雄黄 熊胆
上等分研为末，或贴或吃。
《庄氏家传》治小儿走马疳并诸疳疮蚀烂牙龈，及口中生疮久不较者。
大枣（一枚，去核，内胆矾一豆大，灯上用大针签定∶烧烟断，放地上出大毒。）
上细研，入麝香少许。每用少许掺疮上，勿令多及咽，恐令人吐。
《庄氏家传》又方
五倍子（不拘多少，微炒，放冷捶碎，再令炒焦黄）
上捣罗为细末，贴疮上。痛者以痛止，不痛者以痛为效。
《庄氏家传》治走马疳骨槽风等。雄黄散方
雄黄（半两） 水银 铜绿（各半钱） 麝香（半字）
上先将雄黄同水银研令星尽，次入铜绿、麝香，研匀细。先用盐浆水揩患处， 令干，次贴药。有涎吐之。
如走马疳先剪去死肉，贴药，其效甚捷。
《庄氏家传》治小儿走马疳药方。
伏翼 虾蟆（各一个） 小儿寸屎 麝香（各少许）
上三味，穣在虾蟆腹内，用火烧为灰。去小儿疳疮处一字，多贴立愈。
《孔氏家传》治小儿走马疳牙龈烂者方。
上以好朱砂少许，细研，入麝香少许，一处研匀。用纸捻子蘸一粟米大， 在牙缝内，不过三、两上即效。
《孔氏家传》治小儿走马疳。无比散方
麝香（一分，别研） 真蟾酥 绿矾（各半两） 胆矾 没药（各二分）
上四味一同用大砖一口，凿中心作窍穴子，勿令透地，便安四味药在穴中，周回用红着炭三斤烧过，取出
同麝香再研匀。如有患者，以鸡翎微湿沾药末，扫于小儿齿上，立效。
《王氏手集》治小儿走马疳口鼻生疮，牙龈肿烂，诸药不能治者方。
槲叶（十片，干者） 麝香（少许）
上以芦荟为末，水调涂叶上，炙干又涂、又炙，凡涂炙数遍为末。疮湿干掺。
《赵氏家传》麝香散 治小儿走马急疳口臭，牙龈损烂，及攻蚀唇、鼻、腮、颊，累治未效，服此立验方。
麝香（一钱，真者） 黄柏（一两，去皮） 青黛（半两） 芦荟 雄黄（飞。各一分）
上为末。有患者，先以绵缠箸，展擦却齿龈蚀损死肉，以软帛拭去恶血。量疮大小干掺，日夜五次用之。
或血盛并多不定者，加定粉半两同研，用如前法。
《朱氏家传》治小儿走马疳牙龈臭烂。《经效》乳香散方
乳香（研） 密陛僧 黄丹（各烧，研，水飞） 白矾（煨） 青矾（烧过） 轻粉（各等分）
上和研令极细，每用一字许，贴牙上；少顷以青盐汤漱口，日用数次。
《吉氏家传》治走马疳一字散方
天麻 麻黄 川芎 地龙 川乌（炮。各等分）
上为末，每服一字，薄荷汤下。
《吉氏家传》走马疳方。
胆矾（二钱） 麝香（少许） 乳香（一块）
上末，将涂龈上，立安。
《吉氏家传》治走马疳，并乳母腰间生疮。麝香散方
熊胆 猪牙皂角（烧存性，秤） 芜荑仁 蝼蛄（烧存性，秤，此乃何古织女）
上各等分，同为末研，入麝香少许。若走马疳齿落，用蜜调贴牙龈上。乳母下腰间生疮，亦用蜜调贴之。
《吉氏家传》治走马疳方。
黄连（一两） 白矾（一两）
上烧存性为末，掺牙上。
《吉氏家传》又方
不蛀皂角（切、去子，每一窍子入硫黄一块如绿豆大，烧存性，二钱）
（各种疳证的异状）共有十一门
茅先生：小儿出生后若患有走马疳，病情严重的会出现牙龈像崩沙一样的溃烂。牙床边缘的肉肿胀腐烂，口腔内有恶臭，身体有轻微的潮热，无法进食，齿缝中流出鲜血，牙齿经常松动、似乎要脱落，牙龈肉腐烂并自行漏下脱落。这种病症是因为腹中的疳气旺盛而向上冲逆，上焦的热气熏蒸导致牙齿出现这种情况。治疗时先用黑铅散（方剂见本门），每天三次涂抹擦拭，以杀灭牙边肉内的虫。然后将朱砂膏（方剂见惊积门）、牛黄膏（方剂见膈热门）、天竺黄散（方剂见实热门）交替调理使用。如果病情严重，则用秋霜散擦拭牙齿（方剂见本门）。同时常服用三解牛黄散（方剂见实热门），这样调理就能痊愈。如果调理后病情不退，等到牙齿脱落三个，面部光亮洁净，指甲发黑，这是死证，无法治疗。
《惠眼观证》：走马疳是疳蚀病中最极端的类型。这是由于五脏的蒸热向上攻冲，导致口齿溃烂。先用淡淡的盐水清洗口腔，然后撒上紫金散（方剂见本门，与茅先生的方子相同）。如果病情非常严重，就撒上秋霜散（方剂见本门），再用天竺黄散配合地黄膏给患儿服用即可安定（两个方子都见重舌门）。如果看到先脱落一颗牙齿，就是死证，无法治疗。随后面部变光，头发脱落，腮部漏脓，露出骨头就会突然死亡。
《小儿形证》四十八候走马疳歌诀：
疳病名为走马是什么意思？说明发病急骤，生虫多，胃热盛。肾冷又攻冲导致牙齿松动，口气腥臭且不通畅。齿龈呈紫色表示病情深重至极，肺气绝则灾殃深重，事情变得更多。如果牙齿全部变黑，肾气也绝了，怎么医治呢？
此病先给予退除脾肺风热的药物，宜吃槟榔散五到七服（方剂见烦热门），之后用这个药贴在牙龈上。取一个大枣，放入少许砒块，去掉枣核，将砒放入枣内缠紧，烧成灰但保留药性，临睡前贴在牙龈上，多次使用有效。
《惠济》小儿走马疳候歌诀：
牙龈因风热肿胀受伤，愚者要知道这是走马疮（即胃崩沙疾）。口气混杂着脓和血的臭味，一次乳食就会弄脏衣裳。邪气传入肾脏，风毒壅滞，热极在胸膛难以估量。牙齿焦黑落地还是小事，嘴唇嘴巴都穿破命也会亡。
此候先用葱汤丸催吐泻下，次用蛇床散贴敷（两个方子都与《黄氏家传》的方子相同。葱汤丸见惊积门，蛇床散见本门）。
《仙人水鉴》治疗小儿走马疳虫蛀透伤骨骼的方子。
上面用天南星一枚，在心窝处挖一个洞，安好一块雄黄在里面，用大麦面煨烤，等雄黄熔化成汁，用碗盖好，除去火毒过夜，去掉面皮研为粉末，加入少许好麝香，扫在疮上，验证有效。
《集验方》治疗小儿走马疳：
上面用蚕退纸不论多少，烧成灰保留药性，加入少许麝香，贴在患处很好。
《博济方》治疗小儿走马疳侵蚀嘴唇、脸颊、牙齿，牙齿浮动暴露，口臭。至妙的秋霜散
信砒（一钱） 粉霜 腻粉（各半钱） 麝香（少许）
以上四味一起研磨，细如粉末。每次用时用手指尖捏一粒米大小，擦拭在患处的牙龈上，立即见效。
《博济方》治疗大人、小儿齿龈损烂及走马疳。麝香膏
麝香（一两） 猪牙皂角（三挺，保留药性烧用） 白矾（二两） 绿矾（一两半，这两味同研碎，放入铫子内枯干后用） 腻粉 水银（各半两） 苦楝根白皮 黄柏 密佗僧（各一两）
以上捣成粉末，用无灰酒三升熬成膏，患者先净漱口后涂抹。久病患者取药一匙，拌和砒霜、粉霜末各一钱，使用绝妙。（另一版本共十一味，其中不用砒霜、腻粉。）
《灵苑》治疗小儿走马疳牙龈腐烂，恶血口臭，牙齿脱落立即见效。麝香散方
麝香 铜绿（各一钱） 黄连（三钱）
以上三味都研为粉末，用一个枣肉，一钱水银，同研如泥，加入前面的药末共同研匀。在患处敷少许，用兰香叶覆盖，立即痊愈。肉消去的可以等待肉再生。
《灵苑》又一方
虾蟆（一个，烧成灰保留药性） 青橘皮 甘草 青黛（各一分）
以上四味捣碎，筛成细末，加入少许麝香，研合均匀。如果小儿满口恶臭腐烂，落下牙齿，用鹅毛扫在疮上，立即痊愈。
《谭氏殊圣》治疗走马疳方。
上面用尿桶内的白垢不拘多少，焙干为粉末，加入少许麝香，研细，擦拭牙齿立即见效。
《谭氏殊圣》又一方
上面用蜣螂不论多少，烧过后碾为粉末，加入少许麝香，和匀。撒在疮上，其血化为毒水，立即见效。
《谭氏殊圣》又一方
疥虾蟆（一个，五月五日午时用两块新瓦盛在里面，再加五尺杨柳条安在里面，用火烧烤） 麝香（少许） 胆矾（二钱）
以上研为粉末。每次服用少许，用柳条去皮挑在疮上，立即见效。
《谭氏殊圣》又一方
草乌头（炮制去皮尖） 御米壳（焙干） 铜青（各生用，一钱）
以上为粉末，用淡盐水漱口，用棉签蘸干，用药粉干掺点涂。
《谭氏殊圣》玉线子治疗走马疳方。
雄黄（一钱） 黄丹（半两） 麝香 砒霜（各少许）
以上四味，用七七四十九粒绿豆，在盏子里与砒霜一起煮熟，不用绿豆；将四味研为粉末，用面糊做成丸药，填在牙缝里。
茅先生小儿走马疳黑铅散。《惠眼观证》名紫金散方。
黄丹 蛇床子（炒至黑色） 地龙（炒至黑色。各半两） 青矾（一分，煅过）
以上研为粉末。每次服用一字，擦拭牙龈上，一天三次擦拭。
茅先生小儿崩沙秋霜散方
好砒（半两） 白矾（四分）
以上用水三分一盏，先煎水直到海眼沸腾，便下砒，水干为止；接着下白矾末同煮，干后为粉末，取出加入少许好麝香、好坯子，同拌合为粉末。每次使用一字，用鹅毛点拂牙龈上，一天三四回拂拭即愈。
茅先生小儿崩沙方。
鸡内金 芦荟 白矾（火煅） 乳香 地龙 麝香
以上各少许为粉末，等小儿睡着，将药末掺在牙龈上。
钱乙龙骨散 治疗疳口疮、走马疳方。
砒霜 蟾酥（各一字） 粉霜（半分） 龙骨（一钱） 定粉（一钱半） 龙脑（半字）
以上先研砒粉极细，其次入龙骨再研，其次入定粉等同研，每次用少许敷之。
《良方》治疗小儿走马疳唇齿疮烂，交错狼狈，用此即愈。
砒霜 粉霜（二物先研极细） 锻石（筛过，再研）
以上等分相合，左右转研各一千下，当极其细腻如面粉。每次用鸡毛尖沾少许扫在疮上，疮即干燥，千万不要多用。恐怕进入腹中，有大毒，慎重。海州东海县民家卖此药，每百钱一扫如米粒大，没有不愈的。
《九卫生》绿云散 治疗大人风疳牙宣、小儿走马疳方。
砒霜（一钱） 胆矾（一分） 定粉 锻石（各半两）
以上同研匀，每次用半字揩患处。
《聚宝方》麝香散 治疗小儿走马疳，牙龈暴露。
麝香（一字） 退锻石皮 密佗僧（各一分） 砒霜（半分）
以上四味为粉末，每次用一字，用水油调，用翎毛扫在龈上，口中吐出黑水，三、两次为佳。
《聚宝方》芦荟散 治疗小儿走马疳，有效。
芦荟 蟾酥（真品） 大麻仁 腻粉 麝香 铜青（各一钱） 石胆（烧灰，一字）
以上七味为粉末。每次先用谷草、KT草二味，盐浆水煎汁洗，擦干用药少许遍涂疮上。
如果是小疮痍，只用散子入乳汁或浆水调涂之。
西京丁左藏定命散 治疗小儿走马疳方。
白矾 绿矾（以上各等分。炒一大钱）

以上研令匀，鸡毛扫于牙床上，牙臼落者依旧安得。扫药了却粘住，神效。
《惠眼观证》秋霜散 治疗崩沙齿龈欲落方。
粉霜 砒霜 白矾（各一钱）
以上为末，用北艾一大团裹定上件药末，以锻石渗艾上后，用碗盛；发火烧尽，细研。以手捻少许揩齿上，用盐汤漱口。烧时以盏子盖定，恐走了药气。

峰窠 雄黄 砒
以上雄、砒二物共与蜂窠等分，将砒入蜂窠内，可深一米浓以下，火煅过，细研，入麝研极匀细。候睡着掺药于牙龈上，神效。
《刘氏家传》季琬麝香散 治疗小儿走马急疳口臭，牙齿损烂，及攻蚀唇、鼻、腮、颊，累治未效者可用此方，立验。
麝香（一钱，真者） 黄柏（一两，去皮、杵末） 青黛（半两，上好者） 雄黄（一分，飞，研）
以上杵研极细。如有患者，先次绵缠箸擦却齿上，蚀损死肌。以软帛拭去恶血，量疮大小干掺，日夜五次用之。或血盛并多不定者，加定粉半两，同研用如前法。
《张氏家传》治疗小儿走马疳虫蚀齿及口、鼻、唇颗作窍方。
隔虎刺中虫（一个） 隔虎刺木（如虫长短，要用两节。川人谓之隔牛刺）
以上将刺木并虫都一处烧作灰，入麝香少许，研细。凡贴疮，先使蜜涂虫咬处所，临时用药贴之，来日揭起立效。

砒霜 白矾（各二钱半） 粉霜 砂（各一钱）
以上药入锅子内，以瓷器盖口，用文武火烧，研匀。于地上开坑子，放锅子在内，候药冷取出细研；更入寒水石七钱，再研极细。每服半钱，分作两服擦牙龈。

以上大枣一枚，去核，将真砒一黑豆大在枣内，外面纸裹讫，泥固济烧成灰，研极细。鸡毛扫病处立效。
《张氏家传》又方黑神散
龙胆草（锉） 青胆矾
以上等分，用甘锅子一个，先入胆矾在内；次入龙胆草，用盐黄泥固济，留一眼子，周回用炭火烧至眼子上，烟断为度，放冷取出，研细，入麝香少许。如有患人，看疮内大小干擦贴之，立效。牙疼干擦。牙根有鲜血出并肿烂牙，擦之即愈。

绿豆（五钱） 腻粉（三钱） 粉霜 青黛 砒霜 麝香（各一钱）
以上研极细，每次用灯心点在牙龈上患处，立止。或疮口大，及颊、腮或透成血条出者，即以小篦子抄药贴之。此药须旋合，恐力慢。
《庄氏家传》治疗小儿走马疳并诸疳疮蚀烂牙龈，及口中生疮久不较者。
大枣（一枚，去核，内胆矾一豆大，灯上用大针签定∶烧烟断，放地上出大毒。）
以上细研，入麝香少许。每次用少许掺疮上，勿令多及咽，恐令人吐。

五倍子（不拘多少，微炒，放冷捶碎，再令炒焦黄）
以上捣罗为细末，贴疮上。痛者以痛止，不痛者以痛为效。
《庄氏家传》治疗走马疳骨槽风等。雄黄散方
雄黄（半两） 水银 铜绿（各半钱） 麝香（半字）
以上先将雄黄同水银研令星尽，次入铜绿、麝香，研匀细。先用盐浆水揩患处，令干，次贴药。有涎吐之。如走马疳先剪去死肉，贴药，其效甚捷。

伏翼 虾蟆（各一个） 小儿寸屎 麝香（各少许）
以上三味，穣在虾蟆腹内，用火烧为灰。去小儿疳疮处一字，多贴立愈。
《孔氏家传》治疗小儿走马疳牙龈烂者方。
以上用好朱砂少许，细研，入麝香少许，一处研匀。用纸捻子蘸一粟米大，塞在牙缝内，不过三、两上即效。
《孔氏家传》治疗小儿走马疳。无比散方
麝香（一分，别研） 真蟾酥 绿矾（各半两） 胆矾 没药（各二分）
以上四味一同用大砖一口，凿中心作窍穴子，勿令透地，便安四味药在穴中，周回用红着炭三斤烧过，取出同麝香再研匀。如有患者，以鸡翎微湿沾药末，扫于小儿齿上，立效。
《王氏手集》治疗小儿走马疳口鼻生疮，牙龈肿烂，诸药不能治者方。
槲叶（十片，干者） 麝香（少许）
以上以芦荟为末，水调涂叶上，炙干又涂、又炙，凡涂炙数遍为末。疮湿干掺。
《赵氏家传》麝香散 治疗小儿走马急疳口臭，牙龈损烂，及攻蚀唇、鼻、腮、颊，累治未效，服此立验方。

以上各等分，同为末研，入麝香少许。若走马疳齿落，用蜜调贴牙龈上。乳母下腰间生疮，亦用蜜调贴之。
(Various Heterogeneous Manifestations of Gan Syndrome) Total of Eleven Sections
Master Mao: If a newborn infant suffers from "Zouma Gan" (Running Horse Gangrene), severe cases will present with gingival ulceration resembling crumbling sand. The flesh around the teeth swells and rots, there is foul breath, slight tidal fever, inability to eat, bleeding from the interdental spaces, loose teeth that seem ready to fall out, and gingival tissue rotting and falling off spontaneously. This condition arises because Gan Qi (pathogenic factors associated with malnutrition syndrome) in the abdomen becomes excessive and rushes upward, causing heat in the Upper Jiao (Upper Burner) to steam and damage the teeth. Treatment should first employ Heiqian San (Black Lead Powder) (see section for formula), applied three times daily to kill parasites within the gingival flesh. Subsequently, Zhusha Gao (Cinnabar Ointment) (see section on Jingji), Niuhuang Gao (Calculus Bovis Ointment) (see section on Ge Re), and Tianzhuhuang San (Sinarum Bambusae Sap Powder) (see section on Shi Re) should be used alternately for regulation. If the condition is severe, Qiushuang San (Autumn Frost Powder) (see section for formula) should be used to wipe the teeth. Concurrently, Sanjie Niuhuang San (Three-Resolving Calculus Bovis Powder) (see section on Shi Re) should be taken regularly; such regulation leads to recovery. If the condition does not recede with regulation, and three teeth have fallen out, the face becomes smooth and shiny, and the fingernails turn black, this is a death sign and is untreatable.
"Huiyan Guanzheng": Zouma Gan is the most extreme form of Gan erosion. It results from steaming heat attacking upward from the Five Viscera, causing oral and dental ulceration. First, rinse the mouth with light salt water, then apply Zijin San (Purple Gold Powder) (see section for formula, same as Master Mao's). If the condition is very severe, apply Qiushuang San (Autumn Frost Powder) (see section for formula), then administer Tianzhuhuang San (Sinarum Bambusae Sap Powder) combined with Dihuang Gao (Rehmannia Root Ointment) orally to stabilize the patient (both formulas see section on Chongshe). If one tooth falls out first, it is a death sign and untreatable. Subsequently, the face becomes shiny, hair falls out, the cheek leaks pus, bones are exposed, and sudden death occurs.
Song of Zouma Gan from Forty-Eight Manifestations in "Xiao'er Xingzheng":
What is meant by the name "Running Horse" for Gan? It implies rapid onset, abundant parasite generation, and excess Stomach heat. Kidney cold attacking causes tooth mobility; the breath is fishy and foul, and obstruction prevents breathing comfortably. Purple gums indicate extreme depth; Lung exhaustion brings deep disaster and more complications. If all teeth turn black, the Kidney essence is exhausted, how can it be treated?
This disease should first be treated to clear Wind-Heat from the Spleen and Lungs; Binglang San (Areca Seed Powder) (see section on Fanre) should be taken for five to seven doses. Thereafter, apply this medicine to the gums. Take one large date, insert a small piece of Pi (Arsenic Trioxide), remove the pit, wrap tightly, burn to ash while preserving potency, and apply to the gums before sleep. Multiple applications are effective.
Song of Infant Zouma Gan from "Huiji":
Gums swell due to Wind-Heat injury; fools must know this is Zouma Chuang (Stomach Crumbling Sand Disease). Breath smells of pus and blood, staining clothes after feeding. Evil transmits to the Kidneys, Wind-Toxin stagnates, heat in the chest is immeasurable. Teeth scorching and falling is trivial; lips and mouth perforating leads to death.
Treat this manifestation first with Congtang Wan (Scallion Decoction Pills) to induce purging, then apply Shechuang San (Cnidium Powder) (both formulas same as "Huangshi Jiachuan". Congtang Wan see section on Jingji, Shechuang San see this section).
Formula from "Xianren Shuijian" for treating infant Zouma Gan where worms penetrate and damage bone.
Take one Tian Nan Xing (Arisaema Rhizome), hollow out the center, place a piece of Xiong Huang (Realgar) inside, bake with barley flour until Xiong Huang melts into liquid. Cover with a bowl, remove fire toxicity overnight, remove flour, grind to powder, add a little fine She Xiang (Musk), and sweep onto the sore. Verified effective.
"Jiyan Fang" for treating infant Zouma Gan:
Take any amount of Can Tui Zhi (Silkworm Cast Skin), burn to ash preserving potency, add a little She Xiang (Musk), and apply to the affected area. Excellent.
"Boji Fang" for treating infant Zouma Gan eroding lips, cheeks, teeth, with loose/exposed teeth and bad breath. The excellent Qiushuang San (Autumn Frost Powder):
Xin Pi (Arsenic Trioxide containing impurities) (1 qian), Fen Shuang (White Arsenic), Ni Fen (Calomel) (each 0.5 qian), She Xiang (Musk) (a little).
Grind these four ingredients together until fine as powder. For each use, take a grain-of-rice-sized amount with a fingertip and wipe onto the affected gingiva for immediate effect.
"Boji Fang" for treating adult and infant gingival erosion and Zouma Gan. Muxiang Gao (Musk Ointment):
She Xiang (Musk) (1 liang), Zhu Ya Zao Jiao (Chinese Tamarisk Pod) (3 pods, preserve potency by burning), Bai Fan (Alumen) (2 liang), Lv Fan (Chalcanthite) (1.5 liang, grind these two together, dry in a crucible), Ni Fen (Calomel), Shui Yin (Mercury) (each 0.5 liang), Ku Lian Gen Bai Pi (Bark of Chinaberry Root), Huang Bo (Phellodendron Bark), Mi Tuo Seng (Lead Oxide) (each 1 liang).
Pound into powder. Boil in 3 sheng of unadulterated wine until it becomes an ointment. Rinse mouth thoroughly and apply. For chronic cases, mix one spoonful of this powder with 1 qian each of Pi Shuang (Arsenic Trioxide) and Fen Shuang (White Arsenic). Extremely excellent. (Another version has eleven ingredients, excluding Pi Shuang and Ni Fen.)
"Lingyuan" for treating infant Zouma Gan with gingival rot, foul blood/breath, and tooth loss. Muxiang San (Musk Powder):
She Xiang (Musk), Tong Lv (Malachite) (each 1 qian), Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome) (3 qian).
Grind these three into powder. Mix with one jujube paste and 1 qian Shui Yin (Mercury) until like mud. Add the previous powders and grind uniformly. Apply a small amount to the lesion, cover with Lan Xiang Ye (Lindera Leaf), and recover immediately. Flesh loss may regenerate.
"Lingyuan" Another Formula:
Xia Ma (Toad) (1, burn to ash preserving potency), Qing Ju Pi (Green Tangerine Peel), Gan Cao (Licorice Root), Qing Dai (Indigo Naturalis) (each 1 fen).
Pound and sieve into fine powder. Add a little She Xiang (Musk) and grind uniformly. If an infant has foul breath, rotting gums, and lost teeth, sweep onto the sore with a goose feather for immediate recovery.
"Tanshi Shusheng" Formula for Zouma Gan:
Take white residue from a urine bucket, any amount. Dry and grind to powder. Add a little She Xiang (Musk), grind fine, and wipe teeth for immediate effect.
"Tanshi Shusheng" Another Formula:
Take Qiang Lang (Dung Beetle), any amount. Burn, grind to powder. Add a little She Xiang (Musk), mix well. Sprinkle on the sore; blood transforms into toxic fluid, immediate effect.
"Tanshi Shusheng" Another Formula:
Jie Xia Ma (Itchy Toad) (1, placed between two new tiles on May 5th at noon, add 5 chi of willow branch, burn), She Xiang (Musk) (a little), Dan Fan (Blue Vitriol) (2 qian).
Grind to powder. For each dose, take a little, use a peeled willow twig to apply to the sore. Immediate effect.
"Tanshi Shusheng" Another Formula:
Cao Wu Tou (Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii) (processed, peel and tip removed), Yu Mi Ke (Papaveris Pericarpium) (dried), Tong Qing (Malachite) (each raw, 1 qian).
Grind to powder. Rinse mouth with light salt water. Dip cotton swab, dry, and sprinkle powder on the spot.
"Tanshi Shusheng" Yuxianzi Formula for Zouma Gan:
Xiong Huang (Realgar) (1 qian), Huang Dan (Minium) (0.5 liang), She Xiang (Musk), Pi Shuang (Arsenic Trioxide) (each a little).
Take 49 green beans. Cook them in a bowl with Pi Shuang until soft. Discard beans. Grind the four ingredients to powder. Make pills with wheat paste. Pack into interdental spaces.
Master Mao's Black Lead Powder for Infant Zouma Gan. Named Zijin San in "Huiyan Guanzheng":
Huang Dan (Minium), She Chuang Zi (Cnidium Fruit) (stir-fried black), Di Long (Earthworm) (stir-fried black) (each 0.5 liang), Qing Fan (Chalcanthite) (1 fen, calcined).
Grind to powder. Each dose: one zi (measure), wipe on gums. Three times daily.
Master Mao's Crumbling Sand Autumn Frost Powder:
Good Pi (Arsenic Trioxide) (0.5 liang), Bai Fan (Alumen) (4 fen).
Add 3/10 sheng of water. Boil until bubbling. Add Pi. When water dries, add Bai Fan powder. Continue boiling until dry. Grind to powder. Add good She Xiang (Musk) and Hao Pi Zi (Good Brick Dust/Mud). Mix well. Each dose: one zi. Use goose feather to dab gums. 3-4 times daily until cured.
Master Mao's Crumbling Sand Formula:
Ji Nei Jin (Chicken Gizzard Lining), Lu Hui (Aloe), Bai Fan (Alumen) (calcined), Ru Xiang (Frankincense), Di Long (Earthworm), She Xiang (Musk).
Each in small amounts, grind to powder. When infant sleeps, sprinkle powder on gums.
Qian Yi's Longgu San (Dragon Bone Powder) for Gan Mouth Ulcers and Zouma Gan:
Pi Shuang (Arsenic Trioxide), Chan Su (Toad Venom) (each 1 zi), Fen Shuang (White Arsenic) (0.5 fen), Long Gu (Dragon Bone) (1 qian), Ding Fen (Lead White) (1.5 qian), Long Nao (Borneol) (0.5 zi).
Grind Pi and Fen Shuang extremely fine. Add Long Gu and grind again. Add Ding Fen and grind uniformly. Apply a little to the lesion.
"Liangfang" for treating infant Zouma Gan with lip/tooth ulcers, chaotic sores. Use this for cure.
Pi Shuang (Arsenic Trioxide), Fen Shuang (White Arsenic) (grind these two extremely fine first), Duan Shi (Calcined Lime) (sifted, then ground).
Mix equal parts. Grind left and right 1000 times each until silky smooth like flour. Use chicken feather tip to sweep a little on the sore. Sore dries immediately. Do not use too much. Fear entry into stomach causes high toxicity. Be cautious. Merchants in Donghai County, Haizhou sell this; 100 cash per rice-grain-sized application cures all.
"Jiuwei Weisheng" Lvyun San (Green Cloud Powder) for Adult Feng Gan Gingival Recession and Infant Zouma Gan:
Pi Shuang (Arsenic Trioxide) (1 qian), Dan Fan (Blue Vitriol) (1 fen), Ding Fen (Lead White), Duan Shi (Calcined Lime) (each 0.5 liang).
Grind uniformly. Each dose: half zi, rub on affected area.
"Jubao Fang" Muxiang San (Musk Powder) for Infant Zouma Gan, exposed gingiva:
She Xiang (Musk) (1 zi), Tui Duan Shi Pi (Slag from Calcined Lime), Mi Tuo Seng (Lead Oxide) (each 1 fen), Pi Shuang (Arsenic Trioxide) (0.5 fen).
Grind four ingredients to powder. Each dose: one zi. Mix with water and oil. Sweep on gums with feather. Black water expelled from mouth. 2-3 times is good.
"Jubao Fang" Luhui San (Aloe Powder) for Infant Zouma Gan, effective:
Lu Hui (Aloe), Chan Su (Toad Venom) (genuine), Da Ma Ren (Hemp Seed), Ni Fen (Calomel), She Xiang (Musk), Tong Lv (Malachite) (each 1 qian), Shi Dan (Melanterite) (burned to ash, 1 zi).
Grind seven ingredients to powder. Each time, first wash with decoction of Gu Cao (Grass) and KT Cao (specific grass) in salted water. Dry. Apply powder sparingly over sore.
For minor sores, mix powder with milk or sour water and apply.
Ding Zuocang of Xijing's Mingming San (Destiny Powder) for Infant Zouma Gan:
Bai Fan (Alumen), Lv Fan (Chalcanthite) (equal parts. Stir-fry 1 da qian).
Grind uniformly. Mix with 5 qian barley flour and 1 cun chopped Scallion. Form dough. Wrap powdered medicine in center. Form cake. Bake with mild heat preserving potency. Remove fire toxicity in earth pit overnight. Grind to powder. Add 2 qian Qian Shuang (Lead Frost). Grind fine. Each dose: ear-scoop size. Rub teeth 1-2 times.
Ding Zuocang of Xijing's Chan Hui San (Toad Ash Powder) for Infant Zouma Gan:
Gan Xia Ma (Dry Toad) (1 large, burn preserving potency), Wu Bei Zi (Galla Chinensis) (each 1 qian), She Xiang (Musk) (a little).
Grind together. Mix with honey water. Apply to tooth roots. Repeat if not stopped.
Ding Zuocang of Xijing's Sheng Sanzi (Holy Powder) for Infant Zouma Gan:
Dan Fan (Blue Vitriol), Long Dan Cao (Gentian Root) (each 1 liang).
Calcine in clay pot until smoke stops, slightly preserve potency. Apply to sore.
Ding Zuocang of Xijing's Shengjin San (Living Gold Powder) for Infant Zouma Gan:
Tian Nan Xing (Arisaema Rhizome) (1 weighing 1 jin), Lv Fan (Chalcanthite) (1 liang).
Place Nan Xing on dry ground. Place Fan next to it. Burn edges with ash until smoke stops. Grind to powder. Add 1 Dang Men Zi (Camphor). Chew first, then rinse with sour water and apply.
Ding Zuocang of Xijing's Haya San (Tooth-Holding Powder) for Infant Zouma Gan, fallen molars:
Yan Gua (Salted Melon Rind) (burned to ash, scoop 3 qian), Pi Shuang (Arsenic Trioxide) (scoop 1 qian), She Xiang (Musk) (a little).
Grind uniformly. Sweep on gum bed with chicken feather. Fallen molars reattach. Sticky after application. Divine effect.
"Huiyan Guanzheng" Qiushuang San (Autumn Frost Powder) for Crumbling Sand Gingiva about to fall:
Fen Shuang (White Arsenic), Pi Shuang (Arsenic Trioxide), Bai Fan (Alumen) (each 1 qian).
Grind to powder. Wrap in large ball of Bei Ai (Northern Mugwort). Sprinkle Duan Shi (Calcined Lime) on mugwort. Place in bowl. Burn completely. Grind fine. Rub small amount on teeth with hand. Rinse with salt water. Cover with bowl during burning to prevent loss of medicinal qi.
"Liu Shi Jiachuan" Formula for Zouma Gan:
Feng Ke (Honeycomb), Xiong Huang (Realgar), Pi (Arsenic Trioxide).
Equal parts Xiong Huang and Pi to Honeycomb. Insert Pi into comb, depth less than 1 mi. Roast. Grind fine. Add She Xiang (Musk), grind uniformly. When asleep, sprinkle on gums. Divine effect.
"Liu Shi Jiachuan" Jiwan Muxiang San (Jiwan Musk Powder) for Infant Acute Zouma Gan with Foul Breath, Tooth Erosion, and Attack on Lips/Nose/Cheeks, refractory to previous treatments:
She Xiang (Musk) (1 qian, genuine), Huang Bo (Phellodendron Bark) (1 liang, peeled, pounded), Qing Dai (Indigo Naturalis) (0.5 liang, best quality), Xiong Huang (Realgar) (1 fen, purified, ground).
Pound and grind extremely fine. For patient, first wrap cotton around chopstick to wipe away necrotic tissue from teeth. Wipe away bad blood with soft cloth. Measure sore size. Sprinkle dry powder. Use 5 times day and night. If heavy/unstable bleeding, add 0.5 liang Ding Fen (Lead White), grind together, use as above.
"Zhang Shi Jiachuan" Formula for Infant Zouma Gan Worms Eroding Teeth/Mouth/Nose/Lips creating holes:
Ge Hu Ci Zhong Chong (Insect inside Ge Hu Ci plant) (1), Ge Hu Ci Mu (Ge Hu Ci Wood) (length of insect, 2 nodes. Sichuan people call it Ge Niu Ci).
Burn wood and insect together to ash. Add little She Xiang (Musk), grind fine. Before applying, smear honey on bite site. Apply medicine temporarily. Remove next day. Immediate effect.
"Zhang Shi Jiachuan" Infant Zouma Gan Formula:
Pi Shuang (Arsenic Trioxide), Bai Fan (Alumen) (each 2.5 qian), Fen Shuang (White Arsenic), Sha (Sand/Quartz) (each 1 qian).
Put medicines in pot. Cover with porcelain lid. Heat with mild/fire. Grind uniformly. Dig pit in ground. Place pot inside. Wait for cool. Remove. Grind fine. Add 7 qian Han Shui Shi (Natrii Sulfas). Grind extremely fine. Each dose: 0.5 qian. Divide into two doses. Rub on gums.
"Zhang Shi Jiachuan" Another Formula:
One large date. Remove pit. Insert real Pi (Arsenic Trioxide) size of black bean. Wrap in paper. Seal with mud. Burn to ash. Grind extremely fine. Sweep on diseased area with chicken feather. Immediate effect.
"Zhang Shi Jiachuan" Another Formula: Heishen San (Black God Powder):
Long Dan Cao (Gentian Root) (chopped), Qing Dan Fan (Blue Vitriol).
Equal parts. Use sweet pot. Put Dan Fan in first. Then Long Dan Cao. Seal with salt-yellow mud. Leave one hole. Burn charcoal around until smoke stops at hole. Cool. Grind fine. Add little She Xiang (Musk). For patient, measure sore size. Dry rub/apply. Immediate effect. For toothache, dry rub. For bleeding/swollen gums, rub to heal.
"Zhuang Shi Jiachuan" Formula for Infant Zouma Gan:
Lv Dou (Green Bean) (5 qian), Ni Fen (Calomel) (3 qian), Fen Shuang (White Arsenic), Qing Dai (Indigo Naturalis), Pi Shuang (Arsenic Trioxide), She Xiang (Musk) (each 1 qian).
Grind extremely fine. Each time, dip Deng Xin (Rush Pith) in powder and touch affected gingiva. Stops immediately. If sore large, or cheek/cheek leaking blood strips, use small comb to scoop powder and apply. Mix fresh, fear slow potency.
"Zhuang Shi Jiachuan" Another Formula:
She Xiang (Musk), Xiong Huang (Realgar), Xiong Dan (Bear Bile).
Equal parts, grind to powder. Apply or ingest.
"Zhuang Shi Jiachuan" For Infant Zouma Gan and Various Gan Sores Eroding Gums, Oral Ulcers Not Healing:
Da Zao (Large Date) (1, remove pit, insert Dan Fan (Blue Vitriol) size of bean, fix with needle, burn until smoke stops, place on ground to release toxicity).
Grind fine. Add little She Xiang (Musk). Sprinkle little on sore. Do not let enter throat, fear vomiting.
"Zhuang Shi Jiachuan" Another Formula:
Wu Bei Zi (Galla Chinensis) (any amount, lightly stir-fry, cool, crush, stir-fry until scorched yellow).
Pound and sieve to fine powder. Apply to sore. Painful ones stop pain; painless ones cause pain as effect.
"Zhuang Shi Jiachuan" For Zouma Gan and Gu Cao Feng (Bone Tunnel Wind). Xiong Huang San (Realgar Powder):
Xiong Huang (Realgar) (0.5 liang), Shui Yin (Mercury), Tong Lv (Malachite) (each 0.5 qian), She Xiang (Musk) (0.5 zi).
First grind Xiong Huang with Shui Yin until stars disappear. Add Tong Lv and She Xiang. Grind uniformly. First wipe affected area with salted water, dry, then apply. Spit saliva if present. For Zouma Gan, cut dead flesh first, then apply. Very fast effect.
"Zhuang Shi Jiachuan" Medicine for Infant Zouma Gan:
Fu Yi (Bat), Xia Ma (Toad) (each 1), Xiao'er Cun Shi (Infant Inch-Worm/Dung), She Xiang (Musk) (each a little).
Place three ingredients inside Toad belly. Burn to ash. Remove 1 zi from infant Gan sore. Apply heavily. Cures immediately.
"Kong Shi Jiachuan" Formula for Infant Zouma Gan Gingival Rot:
Use good Zhu Sha (Cinnabar) a little. Grind fine. Add little She Xiang (Musk). Grind together. Dip paper twist in rice-grain size. Stuff into interdental space. 2-3 applications effective.
"Kong Shi Jiachuan" For Infant Zouma Gan. Wubi San (Peerless Powder):
She Xiang (Musk) (1 fen, separately ground), Zhen Chan Su (True Toad Venom), Lv Fan (Chalcanthite) (each 0.5 liang), Dan Fan (Blue Vitriol), Mo Yao (Myrrh) (each 2 fen).
Place four ingredients in hole dug in large brick (do not pierce ground). Surround with 3 jin red-hot charcoal. Burn. Remove. Grind with She Xiang uniformly. For patient, moisten chicken feather slightly, dip in powder, sweep on infant teeth. Immediate effect.
"Wangshi Shouji" Formula for Infant Zouma Gan Oral/Nasal Sores, Gingival Swelling/Rot, Refractory to Other Meds:
Hu Ye (Oak Leaf) (10 dried leaves), She Xiang (Musk) (a little).
Grind Lu Hui (Aloe) to powder. Mix with water, paint on leaf. Roast dry. Paint again. Roast. Repeat several times. Grind final product to powder. Apply dry to wet sores.
"Zhao Shi Jiachuan" Muxiang San (Musk Powder) for Infant Acute Zouma Gan Foul Breath, Gingival Erosion, Attack on Lips/Nose/Cheeks, Refractory:
She Xiang (Musk) (1 qian, genuine), Huang Bo (Phellodendron Bark) (1 liang, peeled), Qing Dai (Indigo Naturalis) (0.5 liang), Lu Hui (Aloe), Xiong Huang (Realgar) (purified, each 1 fen).
Grind to powder. For patient, wrap cotton on chopstick, wipe away necrotic tissue from gums. Wipe bad blood with soft cloth. Measure sore. Dry sprinkle. Use 5 times day/night. If heavy bleeding, add 0.5 liang Ding Fen (Lead White), grind, use as above.
"Zhu Shi Jiachuan" For Infant Zouma Gan Gingival Foul Rot. "Jingxiao" Ruxiang San (Frankincense Powder):
Ru Xiang (Frankincense) (ground), Mi Tuo Seng (Lead Oxide), Huang Dan (Minium) (burned, ground, water-washed), Bai Fan (Alumen) (roasted), Qing Fan (Chalcanthite) (burned), Qing Fen (Calomel) (equal parts).
Grind extremely fine. Each dose: one zi. Apply to teeth. Rinse with Green Salt Water shortly after. Use several times daily.
"Ji Shi Jiachuan" Yizi San (One-Zi Powder) for Zouma Gan:
Tian Ma (Gastrodia Rhizome), Ma Huang (Ephedra Herb), Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum Rhizome), Di Long (Earthworm), Chuan Wu (Radix Aconiti Carmichaelii) (processed) (equal parts).
Grind to powder. Each dose: one zi. Take with Mint Decoction.
"Ji Shi Jiachuan" Zouma Gan Formula:
Dan Fan (Blue Vitriol) (2 qian), She Xiang (Musk) (a little), Ru Xiang (Frankincense) (one piece).
Grind to powder. Apply to gums. Calms immediately.
"Ji Shi Jiachuan" For Zouma Gan and Wet Nurse Waist Sores. Muxiang San (Musk Powder):
Xiong Dan (Bear Bile), Zhu Ya Zao Jiao (Chinese Tamarisk Pod) (burned preserving potency, weighed), Wu Yi Ren (Chrysanthemi Fructus), Lou Gu (Mole Cricket) (burned preserving potency, weighed, ancient name He Gu Zhi Nu).
Equal parts. Grind together. Add little She Xiang (Musk). If Zouma Gan teeth lost, mix with honey, apply to gums. Wet nurse waist sores also mix with honey and apply.
"Ji Shi Jiachuan" Formula for Zouma Gan:
Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome) (1 liang), Bai Fan (Alumen) (1 liang).
Burn preserving potency. Grind to powder. Sprinkle on teeth.
"Ji Shi Jiachuan" Another Formula:
Bu Zhu Zao Jiao (Non-boring Tamarisk Pod) (cut, remove seeds, insert sulfur piece size of green bean in each hole, burn preserving potency, 2 qian).
