上件四味同研至细，滴水和为饼子，如黑豆大，以灰火烧熟，再研为末，以水和为丸如豌豆大。每服一丸，
嚼破，温汤下，临卧服。
《灵苑》治小儿虚积乳癖。软金丹方
腻粉（二钱） 硼砂（皂子大） 砂（半皂子大） 黄连 元精石 黄鹰条 粉霜（各半钱） 巴
豆（一个，分作两片，半生用，半烧过）
上件八味，细研令匀，用枣瓤和搜，以面剂裹，文武火中煨，面熟取药，旋丸如黄米大。每服用甘草、薄
荷汤下一、二丸。量儿大小加减。
《灵苑》治惊风，止吐逆，腹内有症积，疏脏腑。大丸方
滑石（三分） 天南星（二钱） 腻粉（一钱） 巴豆（七粒，去皮，纸裹压去油）
上件四味并同研为细末，以糯粥研为丸如黄米大。若腹内有症积，临卧时炮皂角子煎汤下；惊着用葱白汤
下；若有涎吐逆，用丁香母一个煎汤下。每服一丸至三丸，量儿大小加减。
太医局七宣丸 疗风气结聚，宿食不消，兼沙石、皮毛在腹中。及积年腰痛，冷如冰石，香港脚冲心，烦愦闷乱，
头旋暗倒，肩背重闷，心腹胀满，胸膈闭塞，风毒瓦斯连及头面。大便或秘，小便时涩，脾胃气痞，不能饮食，
脚转筋掣痛挛急，心神恍惚，眠寝不安等疾。
大黄（湿面裹煨，十五两） 桃仁（去皮尖， ，六两） 枳实（ ） 木香 柴胡（去苗，洗） 诃
梨勒皮（各五两） 甘草（ ，四两）
上为末，炼蜜为丸如梧桐子大。每服二十丸，米饮下，食后或临卧服。稍增至四十丸，取宣利为度，量虚
实增减。觉病势退即服五补丸，不关男女、老少并可服饵，量力加减。
《谭氏殊圣方》∶小儿心硬辨应难，撞肋冲心有数般，忽即当心一片硬，不然分作两边安。丁香牛黄石膏共，
天竺生犀丸作丹，更入茯苓并枳壳，频服三粒必心宽。
镇心丸
丁香（半分） 天竺黄 石膏（各一分） 生犀（末，一钱） 牛黄（少许）
上为末，蜜丸如绿豆大。每服二粒，春夏枳壳汤下，秋冬茯苓汤下。
茅先生小儿诸积病青金丹
滑石（末） 白丁香（罗过） 天南星（各二钱匕） 青黛（罗过，平钱满挑二钱） 轻粉（
重二钱） 水银（秤二钱，先以锡二钱于铜铫内煮溶，便以水银拌和，
泻出于地，冷用。） 川巴豆（去皮心、膜，七十二片无缺损者。井华水浸一宿，悬当风处吹干，烂研）
上前件药同拌合，用软饭为此○大。巴豆不出油。根据形证用汤使下项。伤寒后取积痰，煎葱汤吞下；取疳
虫，用牛肉炙汁下；惊风，肚中紧硬，面青黑，金银薄荷葱汤吞下；因伤着肚中及腹皮上，微热肚胀，夜
间作热，似疳又不是疳，面青黄色，眼微黄，此肚中有积，用皂角子二七粒，灰内煨过，用水一盏，煎至半
盏下；有积作泻，鱼 汤下；气积，炒茴香汤下。凡下此药，周岁十四丸；三岁十八丸；七岁二十四丸，看
大小加减下。须是四更初下，至天明通下积来。尽时可根据形证候下药补之。临吃此药，恐先吐下些小涎来、
亦不妨。
茅先生小儿诸积万灵丸 根据形证用之。
木香 黄连 蓬莪术（各半分） 陈橘皮 青橘皮（各去皮瓤，一分） 槟榔（一个重钱半已来者用）
上为末，每匕药一钱。用巴豆一粒去心膜，用醋煮巴豆一个，煮药令巴豆紫色。用杏仁一个去皮尖，灯火
上，留性。二味都研，用醋面糊为丸如○许大。每服五丸、七丸、十丸，薄荷姜汤吞下。
《婴孺》治小儿结实不散，乳食不消，心腹痛。双丸子方
太山甘遂（炒） 牛黄（各二分） 真珠（一分） 杏仁（汤去皮尖） 芍药（各四分）
上为末，蜜丸麻子大。一岁儿饮下二丸，量儿加减。
《婴孺》治小儿痰实结聚。麦门冬双丸子方
麦门冬（四分，去心） 蕤仁（二百枚，去皮膜） 丹砂（三分） 巴豆（四十枚，去皮心，炒）
上为末，蜜丸黍米大。一岁二丸；三、二岁服麻子大四丸。《外台》方同，用真珠不用丹砂。
《婴孺》治孩子自下后，得寒热，血结成癖气，在左胁下，或寒饮，或冷食积聚，气动胸心，留热，不下食饮，
暗瘦，宜先服少饮子散，气下。食后服紫双丸去宿积，自充溢也。饮子方（紫双丸见前《千金方》。）
柴胡 茯苓 人参 白术 鳖甲（醋涂，炙香熟。各二分）
上切如豆大，水二升，煮五合。空心分温三、四服，相去如人行一、二里久，再服粥以将息。
《婴孺》治小儿核肿，壮热有实方。
麝香（三铢，别研，汤熟入） 大黄 前胡（各四分） 甘遂 石膏（各三分） 黄芩 甘草（炙） 青

上为粗末，水七升，煮一升九合。每服三合，日四服下，夜三服。

汉东王先生《家宝》灵砂丹 下虚中积，脏腑虚滑泄泻，久经取转，里急后重，久积恶痢，暴泻不止，神效无
比方。
通明 砂（一钱，细研） 颗块辰砂（通明有墙壁者，一分，细研）
上二味衮研极细，用蜡半两，先于盏内溶成汁，入去皮巴豆取三七粒全者煎，候巴豆紫色为度即漉出巴豆，
细研。入前二味再研匀于黄蜡内，三分中取一分，再溶成汁，倾药于内，急搅令匀，刮出，于瓷合内取收之。
每服∶暴泻恶痢旋HT ，三丸如绿豆大，浓煎艾汤，先呷三、五口，然后吞下；水泻，冷水吞下；如取积，每
服三丸如梧桐子大，浓煎甘草汤放冷吞下，临卧服。其久积，药随积下；其小，可不动便安。
钱乙消积丸方
丁香（九个） 缩砂仁（十二个） 乌梅肉（三个，焙） 巴豆（二个，去皮、油、心、膜）
上为细末，面糊丸黍米大。三岁以上三、五丸；以下三、二丸。温水下无时。
钱乙紫霜丸 消积聚。
巴豆（去油、心、膜） 杏仁（去皮尖。各二十一个） 代赭石（一钱，研细水飞）
上为细末，饭丸如粟米大。每服三、五丸至十丸，煎皂角仁汤下，无时。儿小者减之。
钱乙真珠丸 取小儿虚中一切积聚，惊涎，宿食，乳癖。治大小便涩滞，疗腹胀，行滞气。
木香 白丁香（真者） 丁香（末） 轻粉（各半钱，留少
许为衣） 白滑石（末，二钱） 巴豆仁（十四个，水浸一宿，研极腻）
上为末，研匀，湿纸裹烧，粟米饭丸麻子大。一岁一丸，八、九岁以上至十五岁服八丸，炮皂子煎汤放冷
下。挟风热难动者，先服凉药一服；乳癖者，减丸数，隔日临卧一服。
钱乙消坚丸 消乳癖及下交奶，又治痰热膈实，取积。

上同研细末，少入面糊为丸如麻子大。倒流水下，一岁儿服一丸，食后。
张涣万灵丹 治小儿脾胃久不和，挟积。服温热药皆不效，此药神妙。
肉桂 川黄连 蓬莪术（各一两） 肉豆蔻仁 槟榔 陈橘皮（去白，焙
干） 木香 丁香（各半两。以上捣，罗为细末，次用） 巴豆
（去皮、心、膜） 杏仁（麸炒，去皮尖。二件并于灯下烧灰存性。各二七个）
上件同再捣，拌匀，滴水丸黍米大。每服，未周 一粒；二、三岁二粒；三、四岁三粒；五、七岁五粒；
十岁以上七粒。用生姜汤放冷下，乳食后。久积或乳癖，并宜常服。
《婴童宝鉴》治小儿积聚黄瘦，吐食。比亭丸方
比亭 马牙硝 朱砂（各末，一钱匕） 腻粉（一钱） 巴豆（六十个，去壳，细研出油）
上件研匀，用饼剂中裹之，煨令熟，去饼。硬者留少许；润者滴水为丸如绿豆大。荆芥汤下，一岁一丸。
《良方》治小儿虚中积，朝发寒热，心腹胀满疼痛者。妙香丸
辰砂（一两） 牛黄 生龙脑 麝香（各一分） 金箔（一十四
片） 粉霜 腻粉（各一钱） 蜡（二两） 巴豆（一百二十个，肥者）
上丸如弹子大，量虚实加减，龙脑浆水下，夜半后服。脏虚即以龙脑米饮下，每服三丸如小豆大。欲药势
缓，即按令扁。疾坚者，加至十丸，皆以针刺作数孔，以行药力。小儿取积，丸如绿豆，治小儿吐逆尤效。
此药最下胸中烦及虚积。
《九 卫生》飞霜丹 理一切虚中积，下痢脓血，里急后重，脐腹撮痛方。
砂（三分，去砂石，秤） 粉霜（三钱）
上件同研匀，用薄纸拗作小纸箱子，方阔二寸半，深四分许，将药末铺在箱内。次掘一地坑，深三、四寸，
其阔约碗盖得着。用火烧令极热，即去其火，惟留熟火三两挺，铺在坑底。置药箱子在内火上，急用瓷碗盖
坑口，周遭以细土壅塞，无令透烟。凡烧，须防盖定后火灭，频以手按试碗，足热方可。烧时，须用好熟炭，
火即不灭也，大约令烧如两炊饭久，即药成也。如火灭，即再装火烧之，烧及两炊饭久，便候碗冷，即开碗
取出药。烧碗上有药烟着碗，亦一处揩下，再研令细。凡药得熟，自于火上凝。更次入腻粉九钱匕；龙脑一
钱匕。又再滚研令匀，水浸蒸饼心，丸如绿豆大。大人每服十丸至十日。时一服，取下黑物，不用服补药。
发时一服，如用补只煎醋石榴皮汤与吃，日二服，逐日下黑物为效。忌鸡、鱼、果子。乳母亦忌。
《吉氏家传》取积雄黄丸方
雄黄（三钱） 郁金（半两） 巴豆（二十粒，去皮、膜，出油）
上末，面糊丸如萝卜子大。加减与服。每服五丸，空心茶清下。
《吉氏家传》取积青榴丸方
轻粉（炒，一钱匕） 青黛（炒，三钱匕） 脑麝（各半字重） 巴豆（去心、油。春冬三十五粒，秋夏二十四粒）
上末，面糊丸如○此大。每服五丸，米饮化下。
《吉氏家传》消渴去积紫霜丸方
大赭石 木香（炮） 乳香 肉桂 杏仁（去
皮尖） 丁香（各一钱） 陈皮（一钱半，去白） 巴豆（十五粒，去油） 肉豆蔻（一个，炮）
上件末，煮面糊如○此大。每服七丸，饭饮下。
《吉氏家传》取小儿一切积，累用药取不下，腹胀，泻痢频并。乳香丸方
乳香 砂 没药（各一块，皂子大） 芥菜子（四十九粒） 巴豆（一粒，生）
上用大枣一枚，裹湿纸重封，灰火内炮熟，取出去纸，与枣子肉乳钵内研为膏。若不通，研入少许飞罗面。
丸如绿豆大。每服七丸，周岁三丸，三更用淡姜汤下，取下原伤物。
《吉氏家传》治惊疳积滞，或渴，或泻，或热。芦荟丸方
芦荟（一钱，先乳钵内研） 使君子（不去皮壳） 芜荑（半钱，去皮取仁） 槟榔（一个） 胡黄
连沉香 木香（各一钱） 麝（少许） 龙胆草 朱
砂（各半钱） 夜明砂（二钱，绢袋洗去土）
上焙干末，用醋胆丸如○此大。每服十粒，米饮下，常服妙。
《吉氏家传》治小儿久积惊疳。退积滞，化风涎，利膈镇心。真珠丹
真珠（末） 巴豆霜（去油用霜） 滑石（各一分） 半夏（三分，姜浸七次） 续随子仁（三分） 白
附子（半两） 寒食面（二分） 天南星（半两，姜浸七次）
上末，滴水丸○如此大。每服二丸，二岁者一、二丸加减，用葱白汤下。疳积，使君子汤下。
《吉氏家传》治果子伤积。追魂散方
白丁香 轻粉 官桂（去皮。各三钱）
上末，冷水调下半钱，睡时服。来日取下所伤物，用异功散煎紫苏、冬瓜汤调，三服和气。异功散（方
见胃气不和门中）
《吉氏家传》取惊积桃符丸方
朱砂 天麻（末） 白霜（各半钱） 轻粉（二钱） 水银（皂子大） 巴豆（三粒，去皮膜）
上末，入飞罗面滴水丸如○此大。惊候壮热，或吐，或泻，脉沉缓，眼色困，此是惊积。周岁以下五丸，
桃符汤下，加减服之。
《吉氏家传》镇心取积睡惊散
郁金（半两） 辰砂（半钱） 麝香 乳香（各一字） 陈皮（二两，去白，用一分） 巴豆（十四粒，
同郁金炒熟，不用巴豆）
上末。每服一字，看大小加减，薄荷汤下。
《吉氏家传》治虚中积胜金饼子方
粉霜 延胡索 巴豆霜（各半钱） 轻粉（一钱） 朱砂（一块，皂子大） 石燕（一个）
上末，冷水为饼子，如梧桐子大。每服一丸，皂子汤下，大小加减。
《吉氏家传》治小儿诸般气积木香散 或惊结不通，此药立取下方。
木香（末，一钱半） 陈皮（二钱） 巴豆（五粒，去心、膜）
上将陈皮、巴豆同炒黄色，只取下巴豆五片，余不用，与前木香末同研匀。每服半钱或一字，陈米饮下。
若吐泻，瓦缸内煎香附子汤下，大小加减。
《吉氏家传》惺惺丸 治小儿疳劳黄瘦，虚中伏积，久患赤白痢。但是虚中伏积宜用此药取，更不动脏腑方。
阳起石 轻粉 粉霜 黄鹰条 白丁香（各一钱） 朱砂（一钱半） 砂（挑一钱匕） 小银
砂（一钱） 石燕（一个，火 五次，汤淬五度）
将上述四味药一同研磨至极细，滴入水调和制成饼状，大小如黑豆，用灰火烤熟，再次研磨成粉末，用水调和制成丸剂，大小如豌豆。每次服用一丸，嚼碎后，用温开水送服，睡前服用。
《灵苑》记载治疗小儿虚积、乳癖的软金丹方：
腻粉（二钱） 硼砂（皂荚子大小） 砂（半颗皂荚子大小） 黄连 元精石 黄鹰条 粉霜（各半钱） 巴豆（一枚，分为两片，一半生用，一半烧过）
以上八味药，细细研磨均匀，用枣肉和匀捏合，用面剂包裹，在文火和武火之间煨烤，面熟后取出药物，随即制成如黄米大小的丸剂。每次服用甘草、薄荷汤送下一至二丸。根据患儿年龄大小增减剂量。
《灵苑》记载治疗惊风，止吐逆，消除腹内症积，疏通脏腑的大丸方：
滑石（三分） 天南星（二钱） 腻粉（一钱） 巴豆（七粒，去皮，用纸包裹压去油）
以上四味药一同研磨成细末，用糯米粥研和制成如黄米大小的丸剂。若腹内有症积，睡前用炮制的皂角子煎汤送服；受惊者用葱白汤送服；若有痰涎吐逆，用一个丁香母煎汤送服。每次服用一至三丸，根据患儿年龄大小增减剂量。
太医局七宣丸：治疗风气结聚，宿食不消，兼有沙石、皮毛在腹中。以及多年腰痛，冷如冰石，香港脚冲心，烦闷混乱，头晕眼花跌倒，肩背沉重憋闷，心腹胀满，胸膈闭塞，风毒瓦斯连及头面。大便或秘结，小便时涩滞，脾胃气痞，不能饮食，腿部转筋掣痛挛急，心神恍惚，睡眠不安等病症。
大黄（湿面包裹煨，十五两） 桃仁（去皮尖，六两） 枳实 木香 柴胡（去苗，洗） 诃梨勒皮（各五两） 甘草（四两）
以上药物研为粉末，炼蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用二十丸，米饮送服，饭后或睡前服用。稍增至四十丸，以通利为度，根据虚实增减剂量。感觉病势减退后即服用五补丸，不论男女老少均可服用，根据体力加减剂量。
《谭氏殊圣方》：小儿心硬辨证应难，撞肋冲心有数种表现，忽然当心一片硬，不然分作两边安放。丁香、牛黄、石膏共同使用，天竺生犀制成丸丹，再加入茯苓和枳壳，频繁服用三粒必定心胸宽舒。
镇心丸：

以上药物研为粉末，蜜制丸如绿豆大小。每次服用二粒，春夏用枳壳汤送服，秋冬用茯苓汤送服。

比亭 马牙硝 朱砂（各末，一钱匕） 腻粉（一钱） 巴豆（六十个，去壳，细研出油）
以上件研匀，用饼剂中裹之，煨令熟，去饼。硬者留少许；润者滴水为丸如绿豆大。荆芥汤下，一岁一丸。
《良方》治疗小儿虚中积，朝发寒热，心腹胀满疼痛者。妙香丸：
辰砂（一两） 牛黄 生龙脑 麝香（各一分） 金箔（一十四片） 粉霜 腻粉（各一钱） 蜡（二两） 巴豆（一百二十个，肥者）
以上丸如弹子大，量虚实加减，龙脑浆水下，夜半后服。脏虚即以龙脑米饮下，每服三丸如小豆大。欲药势缓，即按令扁。疾坚者，加至十丸，皆以针刺作数孔，以行药力。小儿取积，丸如绿豆，治小儿吐逆尤效。此药最下胸中烦及虚积。
《九 卫生》飞霜丹 理一切虚中积，下痢脓血，里急后重，脐腹撮痛方。
砂（三分，去砂石，秤） 粉霜（三钱）
以上件同研匀，用薄纸拗作小纸箱子，方阔二寸半，深四分许，将药末铺在箱内。次掘一地坑，深三、四寸，其阔约碗盖得着。用火烧令极热，即去其火，惟留熟火三两挺，铺在坑底。置药箱子在内火上，急用瓷碗盖坑口，周遭以细土壅塞，无令透烟。凡烧，须防盖定后火灭，频以手按试碗，足热方可。烧时，须用好熟炭，火即不灭也，大约令烧如两炊饭久，即药成也。如火灭，即再装火烧之，烧及两炊饭久，便候碗冷，即开碗取出药。烧碗上有药烟着碗，亦一处揩下，再研令细。凡药得熟，自于火上凝。更次入腻粉九钱匕；龙脑一钱匕。又再滚研令匀，水浸蒸饼心，丸如绿豆大。大人每服十丸至十日。时一服，取下黑物，不用服补药。发时一服，如用补只煎醋石榴皮汤与吃，日二服，逐日下黑物为效。忌鸡、鱼、果子。乳母亦忌。
《吉氏家传》取积雄黄丸方：

以上末，面糊丸如萝卜子大。加减与服。每服五丸，空心茶清下。
《吉氏家传》取积青榴丸方：
轻粉（炒，一钱匕） 青黛（炒，三钱匕） 脑麝（各半字重） 巴豆（去心、油。春冬三十五粒，秋夏二十四粒）
以上末，面糊丸如○此大。每服五丸，米饮化下。
《吉氏家传》消渴去积紫霜丸方：
大赭石 木香（炮） 乳香 肉桂 杏仁（去皮尖） 丁香（各一钱） 陈皮（一钱半，去白） 巴豆（十五粒，去油） 肉豆蔻（一个，炮）
以上件末，煮面糊如○此大。每服七丸，饭饮下。
《吉氏家传》取小儿一切积，累用药取不下，腹胀，泻痢频并。乳香丸方：
乳香 砂 没药（各一块，皂子大） 芥菜子（四十九粒） 巴豆（一粒，生）
上用大枣一枚，裹湿纸重封，灰火内炮熟，取出去纸，与枣子肉乳钵内研为膏。若不通，研入少许飞罗面。丸如绿豆大。每服七丸，周岁三丸，三更用淡姜汤下，取下原伤物。
《吉氏家传》治惊疳积滞，或渴，或泻，或热。芦荟丸方：
芦荟（一钱，先乳钵内研） 使君子（不去皮壳） 芜荑（半钱，去皮取仁） 槟榔（一个） 胡黄连沉香 木香（各一钱） 麝（少许） 龙胆草 朱砂（各半钱） 夜明砂（二钱，绢袋洗去土）
以上焙干末，用醋胆丸如○此大。每服十粒，米饮下，常服妙。
《吉氏家传》治小儿久积惊疳。退积滞，化风涎，利膈镇心。真珠丹：
真珠（末） 巴豆霜（去油用霜） 滑石（各一分） 半夏（三分，姜浸七次） 续随子仁（三分） 白附子（半两） 寒食面（二分） 天南星（半两，姜浸七次）
以上末，滴水丸○如此大。每服二丸，二岁者一、二丸加减，用葱白汤下。疳积，使君子汤下。
《吉氏家传》治果子伤积。追魂散方：
白丁香 轻粉 官桂（去皮。各三钱）
以上末，冷水调下半钱，睡时服。来日取下所伤物，用异功散煎紫苏、冬瓜汤调，三服和气。异功散（方见胃气不和门中）
《吉氏家传》取惊积桃符丸方：
朱砂 天麻（末） 白霜（各半钱） 轻粉（二钱） 水银（皂子大） 巴豆（三粒，去皮膜）
以上末，入飞罗面滴水丸如○此大。惊候壮热，或吐，或泻，脉沉缓，眼色困，此是惊积。周岁以下五丸，桃符汤下，加减服之。
《吉氏家传》镇心取积睡惊散：
郁金（半两） 辰砂（半钱） 麝香 乳香（各一字） 陈皮（二两，去白，用一分） 巴豆（十四粒，同郁金炒熟，不用巴豆）
以上末。每服一字，看大小加减，薄荷汤下。
《吉氏家传》治虚中积胜金饼子方：
粉霜 延胡索 巴豆霜（各半钱） 轻粉（一钱） 朱砂（一块，皂子大） 石燕（一个）
以上末，冷水为饼子，如梧桐子大。每服一丸，皂子汤下，大小加减。
《吉氏家传》治小儿诸般气积木香散 或惊结不通，此药立取下方。
木香（末，一钱半） 陈皮（二钱） 巴豆（五粒，去心、膜）
上将陈皮、巴豆同炒黄色，只取下巴豆五片，余不用，与前木香末同研匀。每服半钱或一字，陈米饮下。若吐泻，瓦缸内煎香附子汤下，大小加减。
《吉氏家传》惺惺丸 治小儿疳劳黄瘦，虚中伏积，久患赤白痢。但是虚中伏积宜用此药取，更不动脏腑方。
阳起石 轻粉 粉霜 黄鹰条 白丁香（各一钱） 朱砂（一钱半） 砂（挑一钱匕） 小银砂（一钱） 石燕（一个，火 五次，汤淬五度）
Grind the above four ingredients together to a fine powder. Add water and knead into cakes, sized like black beans. Roast them in ash fire until cooked, then grind again into powder. Mix with water to form pills sized like pea seeds. Take one pill per dose, chew it thoroughly, and swallow with warm water. Administer before bedtime.
* Lingyuan* records the Soft Golden Pill Formula for treating pediatric deficiency accumulation and milk lumps:
Mercuric chloride (2 qian), Borax (size of a soap bean), Arsenic sulfide (half size of a soap bean), Coptis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Yuanjing Stone, Yellow Hawk Strip, Calomel (each 0.5 qian), Croton Seed (one seed, split into two halves; half used raw, half roasted).
Grind the above eight ingredients finely and evenly. Knead with jujube pulp and wrap in dough. Roast over mild and strong heat until the dough is cooked. Remove the medicine, and immediately form pills sized like millet grains. Take one or two pills per dose, administered with Licorice and Mint Decoction. Adjust dosage according to the child's age and size.
* Lingyuan* records the Large Pill Formula for treating convulsions, stopping vomiting and regurgitation, eliminating abdominal masses, and unblocking the zang-fu organs:
Talcum (3 fen), Pinellia Tuber (Nanxing, 2 qian), Mercuric chloride (1 qian), Croton Seed (seven seeds, peeled, wrapped in paper and pressed to remove oil).
Grind the above four ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with glutinous rice porridge to form pills sized like millet grains. If there are abdominal masses, take with decoction of roasted Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit before bed. For convulsions, take with Scallion White Decoction. For phlegm and vomiting, take with decoction of one Eugenia Caryophyllata Flower Bud per dose. Take one to three pills per dose, adjusting according to the child's age and size.
Taiyi Bureau's Qi Xuan Wan (Seven-Flow Pills): Treats qi stagnation and clustering, retained food not digesting, and foreign bodies such as sand, stones, hair, or fur in the abdomen. Also treats chronic lower back pain feeling cold as ice, podagra rushing to the heart, restlessness and confusion, dizziness and fainting, heavy and stifling sensation in shoulders and back, abdominal distension and fullness, chest and diaphragm obstruction, wind-toxic qi affecting the head and face. Constipation or difficult urination, spleen and stomach qi stagnation, inability to eat, leg cramps and spasms, mental agitation, and insomnia.
Rhubarb Root (wrapped in wet flour and roasted, 15 liang), Peach Kernel (peeled and tipped, 6 liang), Immature Bitter Orange (Zhishi), Aucklandia Root (Muxiang), Bupleurum Root (Chaihu, tips removed and washed), Chebula Fruit Peel (Helile Pi) (each 5 liang), Licorice Root (Gancao, 4 liang).
Grind into powder, mix with refined honey to form pills sized like paulownia seeds. Take twenty pills per dose with rice drink, after meals or before bed. Gradually increase to forty pills, aiming for gentle purgation. Adjust based on deficiency or excess. Once symptoms subside, switch to Wu Bu Wan (Five-Tonifying Pills). Suitable for all ages and genders; adjust dosage according to constitution.
* Tan Shi Shu Sheng Fang*: Pediatric "hard heart" syndrome is hard to differentiate; rib striking and heart-rushing symptoms vary. Sudden hardness in the center of the chest, or distributed to both sides. Combine Clove, Calculus Bovis (Niuhuang), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao), and live Rhinoceros Horn (Xijiao) into pills/powder. Add Poria (Fuling) and Aurantium Imperiale (Zhiqiao). Frequent intake of three pills will surely relieve chest tightness.
Zhen Xin Wan (Heart-Calming Pill):
Clove (0.5 fen), Calcined Beehive (Tianzhuhuang), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao) (each 1 fen), Live Rhinoceros Horn (powder, 1 qian), Calculus Bovis (Niuhuang, small amount).
Grind into powder, mix with honey to form pills sized like mung beans. Take two pills per dose. In spring and summer, administer with Aurantium Imperiale Decoction; in autumn and winter, with Poria Decoction.
Mr. Mao's Qingjin Dan (Green Gold Pill) for Various Pediatric Accumulations:
Talcum (powder), White Civet (Baodingxiang, sifted), Pinellia Tuber (Nanxing, each 2 qian-bi), Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai, sifted, level coin scoop, 2 qian), Calomel (Qingfen, 2 qian), Mercury (Shuiyin, weighed 2 qian; first melt 2 qian Tin in a copper pot, mix with mercury, pour onto ground to cool, use when cold), Sichuan Croton Seed (Chuan Badou, peel, remove heart and membrane, 72 intact slices. Soak in well water overnight, hang in windy place to dry, grind thoroughly).
Mix all ingredients. Form pills using soft rice. Ensure Croton does not release oil. Administer with specific decoctions based on syndrome: After cold damage to resolve phlegm-accumulation, use Scallion Decoction; for giardia/worms, use beef juice; for convulsions with abdominal hardness and cyanotic face, use Silver/Gold/Mint/Scallion Decoction; for abdominal injury with slight fever/bloating/night fever resembling giardia but distinct (yellow-green face, yellow eyes), use seven pairs of roasted Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit decocted in water; for accumulation with diarrhea, use Fish Decoction; for qi-accumulation, use Stir-fried Fennel Decoction. Dosage: 14 pills for 1-year-olds, 18 for 3-year-olds, 24 for 7-year-olds, adjusted by size. Administer at early fourth watch (approx. 1-3 AM) to evacuate accumulation by dawn. After evacuation, tonify based on syndrome. Mild salivation/vomiting before taking is acceptable.
Mr. Mao's Wanling Wan (Myriad Efficacy Pill) for Various Pediatric Accumulations: Use according to syndrome.
Aucklandia Root (Muxiang), Coptis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Curcuma Zedoaria (Ezhu) (each 0.5 fen), Aged Tangerine Peel (Chenpi), Green Tangerine Peel (Qingpi, peel and pith removed, each 1 fen), Areca Seed (Binglang, one weighing over 1.5 qian).
Grind into powder. For each dose, take one spoonful of powder. Take one Croton seed (remove heart/membrane), boil one Croton seed in vinegar until purple. Take one Almond (peel and tip removed), roast over lamp flame until charred outside but raw inside. Grind these two with the powder. Mix with vinegar-dough paste to form pills of unspecified size. Take 5, 7, or 10 pills, swallowed with Mint and Ginger Decoction.

* Yingru* treats post-purgation chills and fever, blood forming mass in left hypochondrium, or cold fluid/cold food accumulation moving to chest/heart, retaining heat, anorexia, emaciation. First take Yinzi San to move qi. After eating, take Zi Shuang Wan (Purple Double Pill, see *Qianjin Fang*) to remove old accumulation.
Yinzi Formula: Bupleurum Root (Chaihu), Poria (Fuling), Ginseng Radix (Renshen), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu), Turtle Shell (Biejia, coated in vinegar, roasted fragrant) (each 2 fen).
Cut into bean-sized pieces. Boil in 2 sheng water down to 5 he. Divide into three or four warm doses taken on an empty stomach. Wait the time it takes to walk one or two li before taking the next dose. Follow with congee to support recovery.
* Yingru* treats pediatric nodular swelling with high fever and excess syndrome:
Moschus (Shexiang, 3 zhu, separately ground, add when decoction is ready), Rhubarb Root (Dahuang), Peucedani Radix (Qianhu) (each 4 fen), Kansui Root (Gansui), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao) (each 3 fen), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin), Licorice Root (Gancao, roasted), Aquilaria Wood (Qingmuxiang) (each 2 fen).
Grind into coarse powder. Boil in 7 sheng water down to 1.9 sheng. Take 3 he per dose, four times daily, three times at night.
* Yingru* treats pediatric edema, fullness, and solidity where other treatments fail. Taishan Kansui Pill Formula:
Taishan Kansui (stir-fried), Lepidium Seed (Tingli), Peony Root (Shaoyao), Prunus Spinosa Fruit (Yuzili), Almond (peeled, tipped, stir-fried), Plantago Seed (Cheqianzi), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin), Polyporus (Zhu Ling) (each 3 fen), Phytolacca Leaf (Zeqi Ye, stir-fried), Turtle Shell (Biejia, roasted) (each 2 fen), Bupleurum Root (Chaihu, 4 fen).
Grind into powder, mix with honey to form pills. Take with Bamboo Leaf Decoction, stop when purged. One-to-two-year-olds take ten pills sized like adzuki beans; four-to-five-year-olds take fifteen pills. Adjust as appropriate.
Mr. Wang Handong's *Jiabao* Lingsha Dan (Spirit Sand Pill): Treats deficiency-type abdominal accumulation, visceral deficiency with loose stools/diarrhea, chronic constipation with tenesmus, chronic dysentery, acute persistent diarrhea. Miraculous efficacy.
Transparent Arsenic Sulfide (Shashi, 1 qian, finely ground), Transparent Block Cinnabar (Chensha, transparent with walls, 1 fen, finely ground).
Grind these two extremely fine. Melt half liang of wax in a cup. Add 7-3 whole peeled Croton seeds and fry until purple. Remove Croton, grind finely. Mix with the two powders and the yellow wax. Take one-third of this mixture, remelt, pour in medicine, stir quickly, scrape out, and store in porcelain container.
Dosage: For acute dysentery, make fresh pills sized like mung beans. Take three pills with strong Mugwort Decoction (sip 3-5 mouthfuls first, then swallow). For watery diarrhea, swallow with cold water. To remove accumulation, take three pills sized like paulownia seeds with cooled strong Licorice Decoction before bed. Chronic accumulation: medicine follows accumulation out. Minor cases may resolve without movement.
Qian Yi's Xiaoji Wan (Accumulation-Resolving Pill):
Clove (Dingxiang, nine pieces), Amomum Fruit (Suosharen, twelve pieces), Dried Plum Flesh (Wumei Rou, three pieces, baked), Croton Seed (two pieces, peel, remove oil, heart, membrane).
Grind to fine powder, form pills with flour paste sized like millet grains. Children over three years: 3-5 pills; under three: 2-3 pills. Take with warm water anytime.
Qian Yi's Zishuang Wan (Purple Frost Pill): Resolves accumulation.
Croton Seed (remove oil, heart, membrane), Almond (peel, remove tip, each 21 pieces), Hematite (Daizheshi, 1 qian, finely ground and floated in water).

Grind to powder, mix evenly, wrap in wet paper and roast. Form pills with millet rice sized like hemp seeds. One-year-old: one pill; 8-9 to 15 years: eight pills. Take with cooled Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit Decoction. For cases complicated by wind-heat that are hard to move, first take one dose of cooling medicine. For milk lumps, reduce pill count, take every other day before bed.
Qian Yi's Xiaojian Wan (Hardness-Resolving Pill): Resolves milk lumps and downward transmission of milk. Treats phlegm-heat chest excess, removes accumulation.
Arsenic Sulfide (powder), Croton Frost (Badoushuang), Calomel (Qingfen) (each 1 qian), Yellow Ming Glue (Huangmingjiao, powder, 5 qian), Fine Ink Stick (Xiemo, small amount), Mercury Sulfide granules (Shuizi, size of two soap beans).

Pound and sieve these into fine powder first). Croton Seed (peel, remove heart/membrane), Almond (bran-roasted, peel/tip removed). Char the Croton and Almond over lamp until blackened but retaining nature (each 27 pieces).
Pound mixed ingredients again, blend well. Add drops of water to form pills sized like millet grains. Dosage: Under 1 year: 1 pill; 2-3 years: 2 pills; 3-4 years: 3 pills; 5-7 years: 5 pills; Over 10 years: 7 pills. Take with cooled Ginger Decoction after milk/food. For chronic accumulation or milk lumps, regular use is recommended.
* Yingtong Baojian* records Biting Wan for pediatric accumulation, jaundice, emaciation, and vomiting:

*Liangfang* records Miaoxiang Wan for pediatric deficiency accumulation with morning chills/fever, abdominal distension/pain:
Cinnabar (Chensha, 1 liang), Calculus Bovis (Niuhuang), Rawborne Camphor (Sheng Longnao), Moschus (Shexiang) (each 1 fen), Gold Leaf (Jinbo, 14 pieces), Calomel (Fenshuang), Mercuric chloride (Nifen) (each 1 qian), Wax (Lazhi, 2 liang), Croton Seed (120 pieces, plump ones).
Form pills sized like弹子 (bullet/egg). Adjust by deficiency/excess. Take with Camphor Rice Drink after midnight. For visceral deficiency, take with Camphor Rice Drink, 3 pills sized like adzuki beans. To slow action, press flat. For severe disease, increase to 10 pills, prick with needle to create holes to facilitate drug release. For pediatric accumulation, form pills sized like mung beans; especially effective for vomiting. This pill strongly drains chest irritability and deficiency accumulation.
*Jiuwei Weisheng* Feishuang Dan (Flying Frost Pill): Treats all deficiency-type accumulations, dysentery with pus/blood, tenesmus, umbilical/abdominal cramping pain.
Arsenic Sulfide (Shashi, 3 fen, remove stones/weigh), Calomel (Fenshuang, 3 qian).
Grind evenly. Fold thin paper into small boxes (2.5 cun square, 0.4 cun deep). Place powder inside. Dig a pit (3-4 cun deep, wide enough for bowl cover). Heat pit with fire until very hot, remove fire, leave only hot coals (3-2 sticks) at bottom. Place paper box on coals. Quickly cover pit mouth with porcelain bowl, seal edges with fine soil to prevent smoke leakage. Monitor heat by touching bowl frequently; must be sufficiently hot. Use good charcoal to maintain fire. Roast for duration equivalent to cooking two meals. If fire dies, relight and roast for same duration. When bowl cools, open and retrieve medicine. Wipe off any smoke-residue from bowl, regrind finely. Medicine naturally condenses on fire. Next, add 9 qian-bi Mercuric chloride (Nifen) and 1 qian-bi Camphor (Longnao). Roll/grind evenly. Soak steamed dough center in water, form pills sized like mung beans. Adults: 10 pills per dose, once every ten days. Evacuates black matter; no need for tonics. During flare-ups, take one dose. If tonifying needed, use Vinegar Pomegranate Peel Decoction, twice daily. Effect indicated by daily evacuation of black matter. Avoid chicken, fish, fruits. Nursing mothers also avoid.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Qiji Xionghuang Wan (Remove Accumulation Realgar Pill):
Realgar (Xionghuang, 3 qian), Turmeric Tuber (Yujin, 0.5 liang), Croton Seed (20 pieces, peel/membrane, remove oil).
Grind to powder, form pills with flour paste sized like radish seeds. Adjust dosage. Take five pills per dose with clear tea on empty stomach.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Qiji Qingliu Wan (Remove Accumulation Green Pomegranate Pill):

Large Hematite (Dazheshi), Aucklandia Root (Muxiang, roasted), Frankincense (Ruxiang), Cinnamon Bark (Rougui), Almond (peel/tip removed), Clove (Dingxiang) (each 1 qian), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi, 1.5 qian, remove white), Croton Seed (15 pieces, remove oil), Nutmeg (Roudoukou, one piece, roasted).
Grind to powder. Boil flour paste to form pills of unspecified size. Take seven pills per dose with rice drink.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Ruxiang Wan (Frankincense Pill) for stubborn pediatric accumulation, abdominal distension, frequent diarrhea/dysentery unresponsive to previous meds:
Frankincense (Ruxiang), Arsenic Sulfide (Shashi), Myrrh (Moyao) (each one soap-bean sized piece), Mustard Seed (Jiecaizi, 49 pieces), Croton Seed (one piece, raw).
Wrap one large jujube in wet paper, seal tightly, roast in ash fire until cooked. Remove paper, mash jujube flesh with herbs in mortar to make paste. If too sticky, add little sifted flour. Form pills sized like mung beans. Take seven pills per dose (three pills for one-year-old). At third watch (midnight), take with weak Ginger Decoction to evacuate original injured matter.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Lvhui Wan (Aloe Vera Pill) for convulsive giardia accumulation, thirst, diarrhea, or fever:
Aloe Vera (Lvhui, 1 qian, grind in mortar first), Quisqualis Seed (Shijunzi, unpeeled), Melia Azedarach Seed (Wuyi, 0.5 qian, peel/remove kernel), Areca Seed (Binglang, one), Picrorhiza Rhizome (Huhuanglian), Agarwood (Chenxiang), Aucklandia Root (Muxiang) (each 1 qian), Moschus (She, small amount), Gentian Root (Longdancao), Cinnabar (Dansha) (each 0.5 qian), Chiroptera Droppings (Yemingsha, 2 qian, wash dirt off in silk bag).
Bake dry, grind to powder. Form pills with vinegar gallbladder of unspecified size. Take ten pills per dose with rice drink. Regular use is excellent.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Zhenzhu Dan (Pearl Pill) for chronic pediatric convulsive giardia accumulation. Reduces accumulation/stagnation, transforms wind-phlegm, benefits diaphragm, calms heart.
Real Pearl (Zhenzhu, powder), Croton Frost (Badoushuang, remove oil/use frost), Talcum (Huashi) (each 1 fen), Pinellia Tuber (Banxia, 3 fen, soaked in ginger water seven times), Spurge Kernel (Xuisui Zi Ren, 3 fen), Aconitum Bulb (Baifuzi, 0.5 liang), Cold Food Noodle (Hanshimian, 2 fen), Pinellia Tuber (Nanxing, 0.5 liang, soaked in ginger water seven times).
Grind to powder. Add drops of water to form pills of unspecified size. Take two pills per dose (one-to-two pills for two-year-olds, adjust). Take with Scallion White Decoction. For giardia accumulation, take with Quisqualis Decoction.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Zhuihun San (Soul-Chasing Powder) for fruit-induced accumulation:
White Civet (Baodingxiang), Calomel (Qingfen), Official Cinnamon (Guangui, peel removed) (each 3 qian).
Grind to powder. Mix with cold water to take half qian. Take at bedtime. Next day, evacuate injured matter. Harmonize qi with three doses of Yichong San decocted with Perilla and Winter Melon. *Yichong San* formula see Stomach Qi Disharmony section.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Taofu Wan (Peach Talisman Pill) for convulsive accumulation:
Cinnabar (Dansha), Gastrodia Rhizome (Tianma, powder), White Frost (Baishuang, likely Alum or similar, each 0.5 qian), Calomel (Qingfen, 2 qian), Mercury (Shuiyin, soap-bean sized), Croton Seed (three pieces, peel/membrane).
Grind to powder. Add sifted flour, add drops of water to form pills of unspecified size. For convulsion with high fever, vomiting, diarrhea, deep-slow pulse, dull eyes (signs of convulsive accumulation): Under 1 year: five pills. Take with Taofu Decoction, adjust as needed.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Zhenxin Quji Shuijing San (Heart-Calming Accumulation-Removing Sleep-Startle Powder):
Curcuma Aromatica Rhizome (Yujin, 0.5 liang), Cinnabar (Chensha, 0.5 qian), Moschus (Shexiang), Frankincense (Ruxiang) (each one zi), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi, 2 liang, remove white, use 1 fen portion), Croton Seed (14 pieces, stir-fried with Yujin until cooked, discard Croton).
Grind to powder. Take one zi per dose, adjust by size. Take with Mint Decoction.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Shengjin Bingzi (Winning Gold Cake) for deficiency-type accumulation:
Calomel (Fenshuang), Corydalis Rhizome (Yanhusuo), Croton Frost (Badoushuang) (each 0.5 qian), Calomel (Qingfen, 1 qian), Cinnabar (Dansha, one soap-bean sized piece), Swallow Stone (Shiyan, one piece).
Grind to powder. Form cakes with cold water, sized like paulownia seeds. Take one pill per dose with Gleditsia Decoction, adjust by size.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Muxiang San (Aucklandia Powder) for various pediatric qi-accumulation or convulsive blockage. Immediate effect.
Aucklandia Root (Muxiang, powder, 1.5 qian), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi, 2 qian), Croton Seed (five pieces, remove heart/membrane).
Stir-fry Chenpi and Croton until yellow. Keep only five slices of Croton, discard rest. Grind remaining Croton with Muxiang powder evenly. Take half qian or one zi per dose with aged rice drink. If vomiting/diarrhea occurs, take with Cyperus Rotundus Decoction boiled in clay pot, adjust by size.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Xingxing Wan (Awakening Pill) for pediatric giardia consumption, jaundice/emaciation, hidden deficiency accumulation, chronic red/white dysentery. Suitable for hidden deficiency accumulation without disturbing zang-fu.
