竹沥少许。
竹叶清烦，黄芩消热，麦冬凉肺。（心火乘肺，故烦出于肺。） 茯苓宁心，人参补虚。

子嗽由于火邪，当以清火润肺为务。桔梗桑皮之凉以泻之，天冬竹茹之寒以清之，紫菀

（全生方）治疗妊娠水肿，面目及肢体浮肿，状如水浸。（胎中挟带湿邪，水与血相互搏结，湿气流溢于体表，导致面目和肢体浮肿，也称为“胎水”。病因多为烦渴时饮水过多，或因泄泻损伤脾胃，脾虚不能制约水液，通常在怀孕五六个月时多见。）
白术（一钱） 姜皮 陈皮 茯苓皮 大腹皮（五分） 研为细末，用米汤送服。《指迷方》中有桑白皮，无白术。
水病应当令上下分消，姜皮、橘皮味辛能发散，使水气从汗孔排出；腹皮、苓皮味甘淡能渗泄，使水气从小便排出。
（千金方）治疗妊娠期腹部胀大，胎间有水气。
白术（五两） 茯苓（四两） 当归 白芍（三两） 以上药材切碎，取鲤鱼一条，按食用方法处理干净，煮鱼取汁，去渣，空腹服用。
按语：此方用当归、白芍以养血，茯苓、白术以健脾实土，生姜、陈皮以和胃。仅用鲤鱼汁以利水，绝不混杂其他利水药物。
治疗妊娠期间心惊胆怯，终日烦闷，称为“子烦”。（受孕四五个月时，相火旺盛，或盛夏君火炽盛，均能乘袭肺金导致烦躁，胎动不安。也有因停痰积饮，阻滞胸膈，导致烦躁的。）

(Quansheng Formula) Treats edema in pregnancy, where the face, eyes, and limbs are puffy as if immersed in water. (This is due to dampness retained within the fetus, where water and blood contend, causing damp qi to overflow onto the body surface, resulting in edema of the face, eyes, and limbs, also known as "fetal water." The cause is often excessive drinking due to thirst and irritability, or damage to the Spleen and Stomach from diarrhea; Spleen deficiency fails to control water retention, commonly occurring around the fifth or sixth month of gestation.)
Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 1 qian), Jiangpi (Zingiberis Recens Cortex), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Fulingpi (Poriae Cortex), Dafupi (Arecae Pericarpium, 5 fen). Grind into fine powder, take with rice water. The Zhimi Fang includes Sangbaipi but excludes Baizhu.
For water diseases, one should promote dispersion from above and below. Jiangpi and Chenpi are acrid and dispersing, allowing water to exit through the hair follicles (sweat pores). Dafupi and Fulingpi are bland and draining, allowing water to exit via urination.
(Qianjin Formula) Treats abdominal distension during pregnancy caused by water qi between the fetus and mother.
Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 5 liang), Fuling (Poria, 4 liang), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, 3 liang). Cut the herbs finely. Take one carp, prepare it according to culinary methods, boil to extract the juice, remove the dregs, and take on an empty stomach.
Commentary: This formula uses Danggui and Baishao to nourish blood, Fuling and Baizhu to strengthen the Spleen, and Shengjiang and Chenpi to harmonize the Stomach. It relies solely on carp juice to promote diuresis, without mixing other diuretic herbs.
Treats palpitations and timidity during pregnancy, with constant mental restlessness, termed "Zi Fan" (Fetal Irritability). (Around the fourth or fifth month of conception, Ministerial Fire is active; or in midsummer, Sovereign Fire is abundant, both can invade the Lung metal causing irritability and fetal restlessness. There are also cases where retained phlegm and accumulated fluid obstruct the chest and diaphragm, leading to irritability.)
Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix, 1.5 qian), Fuling (Poria), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, 1 qian), Renshen (Ginseng Radix, 5 fen), Danyezhu (Lophatheri Herba, 10 leaves). If there is phlegm, add a small amount of Zhuli (Bambusae Caulis in Taenia).
Danyezhu clears irritability, Huangqin eliminates heat, Maidong cools and moistens the Lung. (Heart fire invading Lung metal causes irritability manifesting in the Lung.) Fuling calms the Heart, Renshen tonifies deficiency.
(Liangfang) Treats cough during pregnancy (Zi Sou).
Ziwan (Asteri Radix), Tiandong (Asparagi Radix, 1 qian), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix, 5 fen), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried), Sangbaipi (Mori Cortex), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum, 3 fen), Zhuru (Bambusae Caulis in Taenia, 2 fen). Add honey, take warm.
Zi Sou is caused by fire pathogenic factors; the treatment priority is to clear fire and moisten the Lung. Jiegeng and Sangbaipi are cool to drain fire; Tiandong and Zhuru are cold to clear heat; Ziwan and Zhi Gancao...
