〔大便闭结〕 胃实能食。小便热赤者。芝麻。（二两捣烂和水少许去汁）杏仁。（二两
去皮尖研如泥）大黄。（二两煨熟）黑山栀。（四两）俱为末。炼蜜入麻汁和丸。桐子大。每
服
五十丸。空心白汤下
〔大肠实热秘结〕 生大黄。（四两）牙皂荚。（去子筋炒黄四钱）俱为末。蜜丸绿豆大。
每服一二钱。白汤空心下。并治肠风秘结。 如年老不可服大黄者。柏子仁。松子仁。火麻
仁。（各一两）共研匀。用黄蜡五钱。熔化和丸。桐子大。每服二三十丸。空心米饮下即通。
苏
子。麻仁。（不拘多少。研烂。）水滤取汁。煮粥食之。即津液枯燥肠风。服之即效。
〔风结血秘〕 或胃中伏火。大便秘涩不通。不思饮食。皆应润燥和血疏风。则自通矣。
归尾。大黄。（煨熟切片研）羌活。（各五钱）麻仁。桃仁。（去皮尖各一两）先以二仁研如
泥。
同药末蜜丸。桐子大。每服五十丸。空心白汤下。
〔老年津液枯燥秘结〕 猪脂油。（一斤。熬净去渣。）白蜜。（一斤炼净）再同入铜锅
熬
数沸。加归身。（四两煎浓汁）和入成膏。不时挑服至妙。
〔一切秘结〕 生蜜一大杯。滚水一碗调玄明粉三钱服之即通快。不损脾胃。大小便。
五七日不通者。牙皂。（二分取不蛀者烧灰）米饮调下二三钱即通。
〔大小便日久不通欲死者〕 推车虫。（七枚）土狗。（七枚）男病。（推车虫用头。土
狗
用身。）女病。（土狗用头。推车虫用身。）新瓦上焙干为末。用虎杖树皮向南者。浓煎汁调
服。诸药不效。用此即通。
〔大小便一切秘结〕 或兼他症。或老弱虚极。不可用下药者。蜜。（不拘多少熬老。）
入皂荚末少许。以葱白作骨。乘热捏作兑。候冷硬。用油涂肛门。插入立通。 以锅勺炒盐
至赤。为末。入竹筒中纳肛门内。一次立解。 葱白。（一斤。捣烂炒热。）用帕包熨小腹上。
气透即通。（无葱大蒜同效。） 食盐。（炒红待冷。）填脐内。切蒜一片盖盐上。用艾炷灸三
五壮即通。此二方小儿同治。男妇皆效。 大猪胆。（一枚取汁）和醋少许。用竹筒灌入肛
门
内。少顷即通。（如不得进。竹管一头。用猪尿脬扎紧。然后入汁内。手力一捻。药即入内。）
〔脱肛〕 气虚而脱者多。人参。（一二钱）炙黄 。（三钱）川芎。当归。升麻。（各
一
钱）水煎食前服。如血虚。加白芍。熟地。如血热。加炒黄柏。如虚寒。加炒黑干姜。 外
用五倍子。（炒研）水煎汤浸洗即收入。或再用五倍子。（研极细。）或加赤石脂细末。糁在
芭
蕉叶上。托而上之。再无不效。 如肠风有血者。加蛇床子煎汤洗。外用蛇床子。（炒为末。
出火
〔大肠伏热脱肛红肿〕 砂仁。黄连。木贼。各等分。为细末。空心米饮下。外用五倍
子。荆芥。煎浓洗之。再以木贼烧灰存性。研细糁上托入。
〔脱肛下血〕 韭菜。（一大握。捣碎。瓦罐内煎熟。）再用生韭汁冲汤内。先熏后洗。
一二次即效。
〔一切脱肛〕 常以升麻煮猪大肠食之。即收上。 常以二桑叶代草纸效。 用药收上
频脱者。多服补中益气汤。（方见劳损门。） 年久不愈。生铁三斤。（水一斗煎至五升。）取
汤洗。 鳖头一枚。烧令烟尽。为末敷上。手按托之。即止。
〔肛门肿痛〕 木鳖子。（去壳取油。五六枚。）研如泥。滚水泡汤乘热洗。另研少许敷
患处。
〔肛门肿痒〕 杏仁捣膏。敷上即止。 病久虫多者。用桃叶五七斤。蒸热透。纳小口
坛内。以患处坐上受熏。虫尽死。 有因脱肛。里急后重。久而生虫者。刮取猪肚上垢腻。
入花椒末拌匀。涂痒处。上以青布袋兜之。再以温汤入坛内。坐上熏之。少顷虫入布袋内。
二三次虫去痒止。
〔大便血〕 血清色鲜者肠风也。血浊而色黯者。脏毒也。肛门射血如线者虫痔也。
〔肠风下血〕 槐米。（二两）防风。地榆。黄芩。（酒炒）当归。（各一两）枳壳。（六
钱）
俱为末。用面糊丸。桐子大。空心白汤下二十丸。 赤小豆炒黑为末。每服二钱米饮下。如
先血后便。用赤小豆。（五两。浸令芽出。晒干。）当归。（一两）为末。白汤调下二钱。日
三
服。 绿豆粉。（一斤。炒黄黑色。）为末。每服五钱。砂糖汤调服立效。忌食榧子。豆腐。
（末入袋滤出浆者。带渣取来。）锅内炒黄燥。可以研末为度。每服三钱。如下紫血块者。
白
糖汤调服。红血块者。砂糖汤服。日三钱。即远年便血。至面皮黄色垂危者。服之神效。 木
耳。（炒黑一两。生一两。）芝麻。（五钱）煎水作茶饮甚效。 荞麦粉。（一斤）二蚕砂。（二
斤。焙燥研细。）米饮丸桐子大。每服五钱。以好为度。 便血服凉药不效者。用归脾汤。
加（槐米。黄芩。）治之。
〔脏毒血痔〕 秦艽。防风。当归。川芎。地榆。红花。（各五钱）宣州大黄连。（二两
去毛净）俱为末。糯米一茶杯。（浸一宿）用猪大肠。（洗净）将药末装入肠内。两头扎紧。
煮
烂杵为丸。桐子大。早晚空心白汤下三四十丸。 日久不止者。用僵蚕。（炒黄。一两研。）
败棕。（烧灰存性。二两。）米饮丸桐子大。每服二钱。醋汤空心下。 年久不效。用百药煎。
（生用一两。烧灰一两。炒焦一两。）共研细蜜丸。桐子大。空心参汤下五七十丸。（或米饮
下二三十丸。）
〔酒积便血〕 神曲。（一两半）白酒药。（二丸）俱为末。水调捏成饼。慢火炙黄为末。
每服二钱。白汤下。
〔粪后红〕 下霜时冬青子。蜜浸。晒干三次。空心。白汤下二三十粒。
〔小便不通〕 脉浮发热。口渴溺管疼痛者。猪苓。滑石。（各三钱）茯苓。泽泻。（各
二钱）阿胶。（一钱半）水煎温服。连服即通。 益元散。（方见暑症）泉水调下三钱即通。 因
肺燥热。小便不通。黄芩。（一钱）黑山栀。（二钱）盐豉。（二十粒）长流水煎服。 如服
热药
过多。致小便不利。或脐下痛不可忍。黄连（炒一钱） 黄柏。知母。（俱盐水炒各一钱半。）
生甘草。（一钱）水煎服。 如血郁脐下切痛不通。蒲黄粉。（二钱）滑石。（六分）白汤调
下。
日三服。或用妇人油发灰二钱。酒调下。止痛即通。
〔小便不通兼血淋〕 茎中痛不可忍者。牛膝。（二两）煎浓。用无灰白酒冲服。或时
刻
煎汤当茶饮。以好为度。并治五淋。如不通畅。每牛膝一两。加朴硝三钱。
〔热症中暑小便不通〕 蚯蚓。（杵烂。用凉泉水搅和澄清。）取汁半碗。服下立通。能
大解热疾。不知人事欲死者。服下即效。
〔老年或虚弱小便不通淋涩〕 琥珀。（研细末。）每服一钱。人参汤调服。并治一切淋
症。诸药无效。病久虚损。服之即效。
〔小便不通至急〕 大田螺。（三枚。生去壳。）捣烂。入麝香三厘。封脐上即通。 不
拘男妇。用大蒜分开取瓣内心一条。入水门内即通。 至急者。土狗一枚。独头蒜一个。同
捣烂。贴脐上即通。 皂荚。葱头。王不留行。各数两。煎汤一盆。令病者熏洗小腹下体。
热气内达即通矣。如妇女用葱白塞水道中。再加熏洗。其通尤速。 前法炒葱。熨脐至效。 白
菊花根。捣烂。生白酒冲汁温服。 有因膀胱气闭。结滞。不能通达。诸药不效。危困将死
者。用猪尿脬一个。两头俱用鹅毛管穿透。线扎。先缚住下口。将上口进气满亦缚定。将下
口鹅毛管尖插入马口内。去根下所缚。则气直入膀胱。塞开小水自通矣。最妙法也。〔尿哽
淋滴不出〕 屋檐上清明日插杨柳条。（朝北者效。）煎汤服。一二日效。大人病此。忍小便
一二时。畅解即愈。
〔老年遗尿不知〕 蔷薇根捣烂绞汁。温酒冲服。 桑螵蛸。（不拘多少。酒炒为末。）
姜汤调下二钱。
〔小便血〕 尿血不痛。如溺管中痛者。以淋症同治。发灰二钱。用茅草根。车前子。
煎汤调下。二三次即止。并治舌上出血。 干柿饼。（三枚烧灰。）陈米汤调服。以好为度。 苎
麻根。（一两）煎汤服。 益母草捣汁服皆效。 日久不愈。用鲜地骨皮。（洗净捣自然汁。）
加酒少许。空心温服。（清心肾。开郁结。兼分利。）如无汁。煎浓。每服一二杯。 久病而
体虚者。阿胶三两。（蛤粉炒成珠。研末。）淡酒调服三钱。
〔房劳小便出血〕 山药。（一两）鹿角。（五钱刮屑。）发灰。（二钱）俱研末。苎根捣
汁。
打糊为丸。桐子大。每服五十丸。空心白汤下。 凡小便血。服清利药不效者。用补中益气
汤。加车前子治之。（方见劳损门。）
〔小便淋症〕 淋者。淋沥涩痛也。小便尿血为血淋。火气煎烁为砂石淋。气滞涩痛为
气淋。尿出凝如膏糊为膏淋。因劳而作为劳淋。此五淋之辨也。总以疏通清热为主。韭菜捣
汁。和生白酒空心服。其渣煎汤洗阴茎。船底青苔煮水饮之。（此药得水气之精。大能分利
阴阳。去脏腑之邪毒。）
〔血淋痛不可忍〕 侧柏叶。藕节。车前子。煎浓温服。如重者调益元散（方见暑症门。）
三钱。服下即效。 茅草根煎汤。当茶饮即止。 旱莲草。车前草同取汁。每服一钟立效。
发灰二钱。藕节汤调服三次愈。
〔诸淋〕 初起。用车前子。（五钱）淡竹叶。赤茯苓。荆芥穗。灯草。（各二钱）水煎
服。
以好为度。 痛不可忍者。白硝石二钱。（研细。）以泉水调下即止。如气淋小腹急满。尿后
而有余沥。用木通煎汤下。 如石淋将硝微炒研。温水调下。 葛粉。砂糖和丸。如弹子大
。泉水化服。日三服。多吃即效。 杜牛膝。捣碎煎浓汁。入麝香少许。频服至效。（盖牛
膝茎叶煮酒服。治小便不利。茎中痛欲死。及妇人血结。坚痛如刺。及治淋症之要药也。）
〔砂石淋〕 石首鱼脑骨。（五对火 。）滑石。（五钱）俱研细。分两服。用木通煎汤
调
下。以好为度。 白扁豆根数寸煎汤服。能止痛。 瓦松煎汤乘热洗。良久即通。
〔膏淋〕 海金沙。滑石。（研细各一两）瞿麦穗。杏仁。（各三钱）甘草。（二钱）俱
为末。
每服二钱。用麦冬通草煎汤调服。
〔死血作淋〕 牛膝。（四两。酒浸一宿。）归尾。（二两酒洗）赤芍。（一两半）生地。
（一
两半酒洗）川芎。（五钱）水五碗煎至二碗。入麝香少许。分四次服。
〔白浊〕 色白若泔浆浊。在溺后不痛者。乃湿热所致。用五爪龙藤。（连根一两）土
茯
苓。杜牛膝。（各八钱）生白酒三碗。煎至一碗。空心服三次愈。并治下疳如神。 冬瓜仁
炒为末。米饮下五钱。亦治白带。（按冬瓜仁久服悦颜色。益气血。补肝。明目。治五劳七
伤。） 病久下元虚冷。小便不禁。浊而兼遗者。韭菜。（二斤取汁。） 牡蛎。（左边者八两。
炭
〔淋浊〕 小便频数而痛者。车前草四两捣烂。生白酒搅汁。入盐少许。空心热服一二
次即愈。 痛不可忍。羊角烧灰三钱。好酒空心下。
〔赤浊〕 益母草子茎叶。取汁一盏。空心服即效。
〔梦遗〕 肾虚精滑。日久不愈。服之如神。鸡蛋十个煮熟。去壳。再用砻糠火煨如黑
炭。如不能透。皮上先焦者。剥下再煨。中心以黑炭为度。研细。每服三钱。用潼关沙苑蒺
藜一钱。煎汤冲服。 新出蚕茧七枚。去蚕蛾。用新瓦二片合茧。火上炙烟尽存性。逐个各
包开。每日清晨。用 树脂一茶匙。调化一枚。好酒半杯送下。服完全愈。
〔茯菟丸〕 治思虑太过。心肾虚损。溺有余沥。或白浊遗精。菟丝子。（五两酒煮。） 白
茯苓。（三两）石莲肉。（二两）酒糊丸桐子大。每服五十丸。空心盐汤下
〔一切遗症〕 白浊血淋难愈者。谷精草。猪骨髓。（各一两）酒煎服。以好为度。
【大便闭结】
若胃气实热且能进食，小便短赤灼热者，用芝麻二两捣烂，加少量水去汁；杏仁二两去皮尖研成泥状；大黄二两煨熟；黑山栀四两。以上药物均制成粉末，加入炼蜜和芝麻汁调和做成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用五十丸，空腹时用白开水送服。
【大肠实热秘结】
生大黄四两，牙皂荚四钱（去子筋后炒至黄色）。均制成粉末，用蜂蜜做成绿豆大小的丸药。每次服用一两钱，空腹时用白开水送服。此方也治疗肠风引起的秘结。如果是老年人不宜服用大黄者，可用柏子仁、松子仁、火麻仁各一两，共同研磨均匀，用五钱黄蜡熔化后调和做丸，大小如梧桐子。每次服用二三十丸，空腹时用米汤送下即可通便。或者用苏子、麻仁（用量不限），研烂后用水过滤取汁，煮粥食用，对于津液枯燥、肠风引起的便秘，服用即见效。
【风结血秘】
若是胃中有潜伏之火，导致大便秘涩不通，不思饮食，都应当采用润燥、和血、疏风的方法，大便自然通畅。当归尾、大黄（煨熟切片研磨）、羌活各五钱，麻仁、桃仁（去皮尖各一两）。先将两种仁类研成泥状，再与药末混合，用蜂蜜做成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用五十丸，空腹时用白开水送服。
【老年津液枯燥秘结】
猪脂油一斤，熬制干净后去渣；白蜜一斤，炼制干净。两者一同放入铜锅中熬煮数沸，加入当归身四两煎成的浓汁，调和成为膏状。随时挑服效果极佳。
【一切秘结】
生蜜一大杯，用一碗滚水调匀玄明粉三钱服用，服用后即通畅爽快，且不损伤脾胃。如果大小便五到七天不通，用牙皂二分（选取不蛀坏的烧成灰），用米汤调服二三钱，即可通便。
【大小便日久不通欲死者】
推车虫七枚，土狗七枚。男性患者用车推虫的头、土狗的身体；女性患者用土狗的头、推车虫的身体。放在新瓦上焙干后研成粉末。用向南生长的虎杖树皮，浓煎汁液调服。其他药物无效时，用此方即可通便。
【大小便一切秘结】
若兼有其他症状，或年老体弱极度虚弱，不能使用泻下药物的，用蜂蜜（适量熬老），加入少许皂荚末，以葱白为芯，趁热捏成药锭（兑），待冷却变硬后，用油涂抹肛门，插入即可立即通便。将锅勺中的盐炒至红色，研成粉末，装入竹筒中纳入肛门内，一次即可立即排便。葱白一斤，捣烂炒热，用帕子包裹熨烫小腹，热气透入即通。（若无葱，大蒜同效。）食盐炒红待冷，填入肚脐内，切一片蒜盖在盐上，用艾炷灸三五壮即可通便。这两个方子小儿同样适用，男女皆有效。大猪胆一枚取汁，加少许醋，用竹筒灌入肛门内，片刻即通。（如果难以进入，可将竹管一头用猪尿脬扎紧，然后将药汁注入其中，用手用力一捻，药汁即进入体内。）
【脱肛】
多因气虚导致脱出。人参一二钱，炙黄芪三钱，川芎、当归、升麻各一钱。水煎，饭前服用。若属血虚，加白芍、熟地黄；若属血热，加炒黄柏；若属虚寒，加炒黑干姜。外用五倍子（炒后研磨），水煎汤浸洗，即可收回。或者再用五倍子（研极细），或加入赤石脂细末，撒在芭蕉叶上，托举复位，没有不生效的。若有肠风出血者，加蛇床子煎汤清洗。外用蛇床子（炒成末，去火毒）。
【大肠伏热脱肛红肿】
砂仁、黄连、木贼，各等分，研成细末，空腹用米汤送服。外用五倍子、荆芥，煎浓汤清洗。再用木贼烧灰存性，研细撒在患处托举复位。
【脱肛下血】
韭菜一大把，捣碎，在瓦罐内煎熟。再用生韭汁冲入汤内，先熏后洗，一两次即见效。
【一切脱肛】
常以升麻煮猪大肠食用，即可收回。常以二片桑叶代替厕纸，效果良好。用药复位后频繁脱出的，多服用补中益气汤（方见劳损门）。年久不愈者，用生铁三斤，加水一斗煎至五升，取汤清洗。鳖头一枚，烧至烟尽，研成粉末敷在患处，用手按托，即可止住。
【肛门肿痛】
木鳖子（去壳取油，五六枚），研成泥状，用滚水泡汤趁热清洗，另取少许研末敷在患处。
【肛门肿痒】
杏仁捣成膏，敷在患处即止。病久虫多者，用桃叶五七斤，蒸热透，放入小口坛内，让患处坐在坛口受熏，虫子全部死亡。有因脱肛、里急后重，久而生虫者，刮取猪肚上的垢腻，加入花椒末拌匀，涂在痒处，上面用青布袋兜住，再将温汤倒入坛内，坐在上面熏蒸，片刻虫子进入布袋内，二三次后虫去痒止。
【大便血】
血色清稀鲜红的是肠风；血色浑浊黯黑的是脏毒；肛门射血如线的是虫痔。
【肠风下血】
槐米二两，防风、地榆、黄芩（酒炒）、当归各一两，枳壳六钱。均制成粉末，用面糊做成梧桐子大小的丸药，空腹用白开水送服二十丸。赤小豆炒黑研末，每次服用二钱，用米汤送下。如果是先血后便，用赤小豆五两（浸泡令其发芽，晒干）、当归一两，研成粉末，白开水调服二钱，每日三次。绿豆粉一斤，炒至黄黑色，研末，每次服用五钱，用砂糖汤调服，立效。忌食榧子、豆腐。（制作豆腐时滤出的浆渣，带渣取来，在锅内炒黄干燥，可以研末的程度，每次服用三钱。如果排出紫血块，用白糖汤调服；红血块用砂糖汤服，每日三钱。即使是多年的便血，甚至面色萎黄垂危者，服用亦神效。）木耳（炒黑一两，生用一两）、芝麻五钱，煎水作茶饮，甚效。荞麦粉一斤，二蚕砂二斤（焙燥研细），用米汤做成梧桐子大小的丸药，每次服用五钱，以效果好为标准。便血服用凉药无效者，用归脾汤加槐米、黄芩治疗。
【脏毒血痔】
秦艽、防风、当归、川芎、地榆、红花各五钱，宣州大黄连二两（去毛洗净）。均制成粉末。糯米一茶杯（浸泡一夜），用猪大肠（洗净）将药末装入肠内，两头扎紧，煮烂后杵成丸药，梧桐子大小。早晚空腹用白开水送服三四十丸。日久不止者，用僵蚕（炒黄一两研末）、败棕（烧灰存性二两），用米汤做成梧桐子大小的丸药，每次服用二钱，醋汤空腹送下。年久不效者，用百药煎（生用一两，烧灰一两，炒焦一两），共研细末，蜂蜜做丸，梧桐子大小，空腹用人参汤送服五七十丸（或用米汤送服二三十丸）。
【酒积便血】
神曲一两半，白酒药二丸，均制成粉末，水调捏成饼，慢火烤黄研末。每次服用二钱，白开水送下。
【粪后红】
下霜时的冬青子，用蜜浸泡，晒干三次。空腹用白开水送服二三十粒。
【小便不通】
脉浮发热，口渴，尿道疼痛者，猪苓、滑石各三钱，茯苓、泽泻各二钱，阿胶一钱半，水煎温服，连续服用即通。益元散（方见暑症），泉水调服三钱即通。因肺燥热导致小便不通，黄芩一钱，黑山栀二钱，盐豉二十粒，长流水煎服。如果服用热药过多，导致小便不利，或脐下痛不可忍，黄连（炒一钱）、黄柏、知母（均盐水炒各一钱半）、生甘草一钱，水煎服。如果血郁于脐下切痛不通，蒲黄粉二钱，滑石六分，白开水调服，每日三次。或用妇人头发灰二钱，酒调服，止痛即通。
【小便不通兼血淋】
茎中痛不可忍者，牛膝二两，煎浓，用无灰白酒冲服，或随时煎汤当茶饮，以好转为度。并治五淋。如果不通畅，每用牛膝一两，加朴硝三钱。
【热症中暑小便不通】
蚯蚓（捣烂，用凉泉水搅和澄清），取汁半碗，服下立即通利。能大解热疾。不知人事、欲死者，服下即效。
【老年或虚弱小便不通淋涩】
琥珀（研细末），每次服用一钱，人参汤调服。并治一切淋症，诸药无效，病久虚损者，服之即效。
【小便不通至急】
大田螺三枚（生去壳），捣烂，入麝香三厘，封在脐上即通。不拘男女，用大蒜分开取瓣内心一条，插入尿道口即通。至急者，土狗一枚，独头蒜一个，同捣烂，贴于脐上即通。皂荚、葱头、王不留行各数两，煎汤一盆，令病人熏洗小腹下体，热气内达即通。妇女用葱白塞入水道中，再加熏洗，其通更快。前述方法炒葱熨脐亦有效。白菊花根捣烂，生白酒冲汁温服。有因膀胱气闭结滞，不能通达，诸药无效，危困将死者，用猪尿脬一个，两头俱用鹅毛管穿透，线扎，先缚住下口，将上口进气满后再缚定，将下口鹅毛管尖插入尿道口内，去掉根部所缚，则气直入膀胱，堵塞解除小便自通矣。这是最妙的方法。
【尿哽淋滴不出】
屋檐上清明日插的杨柳条（朝北的效），煎汤服，一二日见效。大人患此病，忍小便一二小时，畅解即愈。
【老年遗尿不知】
蔷薇根捣烂绞汁，温酒冲服。桑螵蛸（适量，酒炒为末），姜汤调服二钱。
【小便血】
尿血不痛，若溺管中痛者，按淋症同治。发灰二钱，用茅草根、车前子煎汤调服，二三次即止。并治舌上出血。干柿饼三枚烧灰，陈米汤调服，以好转为度。苎麻根一两，煎汤服。益母草捣汁服皆效。日久不愈，用鲜地骨皮（洗净捣自然汁），加少许酒，空腹温服（清心肾，开郁结，兼分利）。如无汁，煎浓，每次服用一二杯。久病而体虚者，阿胶三两（蛤粉炒成珠，研末），淡酒调服三钱。
【房劳小便出血】
山药一两，鹿角五钱（刮屑），发灰二钱，均研末，苎根捣汁打糊为丸，梧桐子大小，每次服用五十丸，空腹白开水送下。凡小便血，服用清利药无效者，用补中益气汤加车前子治疗（方见劳损门）。
【小便淋症】
淋证，指淋沥涩痛。小便尿血为血淋，火气煎熬为砂石淋，气滞涩痛为气淋，尿出凝如膏糊为膏淋，因劳累而成者为劳淋，这是五淋的区别。总以疏通清热为主。韭菜捣汁，和生白酒空腹服，其渣煎汤洗阴茎。船底青苔煮水饮之（此药得水气之精，大能分利阴阳，去脏腑之邪毒）。
【血淋痛不可忍】
侧柏叶、藕节、车前子，煎浓温服。重症调益元散（方见暑症门）三钱，服下即效。茅草根煎汤，当茶饮即止。旱莲草、车前草同取汁，每次服用一钟立效。发灰二钱，藕节汤调服三次痊愈。
【诸淋】
初起，用车前子五钱，淡竹叶、赤茯苓、荆芥穗、灯草各二钱，水煎服，以好转为度。痛不可忍者，白硝石二钱（研细），用泉水调服即止。如气淋小腹急满，尿后有余沥，用木通煎汤送下。如石淋，将硝微炒研末，温水调服。葛粉、砂糖和丸，如弹子大，泉水化服，每日三次，多吃即效。杜牛膝捣碎煎浓汁，入麝香少许，频服至效。（盖牛膝茎叶煮酒服，治小便不利，茎中痛欲死，及妇人血结，坚痛如刺，及治淋症之要药也。）
【砂石淋】
石首鱼脑骨五对（火煅），滑石五钱，均研细，分两次服，用木通煎汤调服，以好转为度。白扁豆根数寸煎汤服，能止痛。瓦松煎汤乘热洗，良久即通。
【膏淋】
海金沙、滑石（研细各一两），瞿麦穗、杏仁各三钱，甘草二钱，均制成粉末。每次服用二钱，用麦冬、通草煎汤调服。
【死血作淋】
牛膝四两（酒浸一夜），当归尾二两（酒洗），赤芍一两半，生地一两半（酒洗），川芎五钱，水五碗煎至二碗，入麝香少许，分四次服。
【白浊】

【淋浊】
小便频数而痛者，车前草四两捣烂，生白酒搅汁，入盐少许，空心热服一二二次即愈。痛不可忍，羊角烧灰三钱，好酒空腹下。
【梦遗】
肾虚精滑，日久不愈，服之如神。鸡蛋十个煮熟，去壳，再用砻糠火煨如黑炭，如不能透，皮上先焦者，剥下再煨，中心以黑炭为度，研细。每次服用三钱，用潼关沙苑蒺藜一钱，煎汤冲服。新出蚕茧七枚，去蚕蛾，用新瓦二片合茧，火上炙烟尽存性，逐个各包开。每日清晨，用树脂一茶匙，调化一枚，好酒半杯送下，服完全愈。
【茯菟丸】
治思虑太过，心肾虚损，溺有余沥，或白浊遗精。菟丝子五两（酒煮），白茯苓三两，石莲肉二两，酒糊丸桐子大。每次服用五十丸，空腹盐汤下。

If the Stomach Qi is Excess-Heat and appetite is good, with short, red, and burning urine, use Sesame Seed (Sesami Fructus) two liang, pounded into a paste, mixed with a little water to extract the juice; Apricot Kernel (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) two liang, skin and tip removed, ground into a paste; Rhubarb (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) two liang, roasted ripe; Gardenia Fruit (Gardeniae Fructus) four liang, blackened. All ingredients are processed into powder, mixed with refined honey and sesame juice to form pills the size of Sophora seeds (Wutongzi). Take 50 pills each time, swallowed with plain boiled water on an empty stomach.
[Excess-Heat Constipation of Large Intestine]
Raw Rhubarb (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) four liang, Soap Bean (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus) four qian (devoid of seeds and tendons, stir-fried until yellow). Processed into powder, formed into pills the size of mung bean seeds with honey. Take one or two qian each time, swallowed with plain boiled water on an empty stomach. This formula also treats constipation caused by Wind in the Intestines. For elderly patients who cannot take Rhubarb, use Biota Seed (Biotae Semen), Pine Nut (Pini Semen), and Hemp Seed (Cannabis Fructus) one liang each. Grind evenly, melt five qian of Yellow Beeswax (Cera Flava), mix to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 20-30 pills each time, swallowed with rice drink on an empty stomach to promote bowel movement. Alternatively, use Perilla Seed (Perillae Fructus) and Hemp Seed (Cannabis Fructus) (amount as needed), pound into a paste, filter with water to obtain juice, and cook porridge. This is effective for dryness of fluids and Wind in the Intestines causing constipation.
[Wind-Constrained and Blood-Stasis Constipation]
If there is latent Fire in the Stomach causing hard, dry, and unpassable stool with loss of appetite, one should employ methods to moisten dryness, harmonize blood, and dispel Wind, after which passage will occur naturally. Caudex and Root of Angelica Pubescens (Dangguiwei), Rhubarb (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) (roasted ripe, sliced and ground), Notopterygium Rhizome and Root (Qianghuo) each five qian, Hemp Seed (Cannabis Fructus) and Peach Kernel (Persicae Semen) (skin and tip removed, one liang each). First, grind the two kernels into a paste, then mix with the drug powders, form pills the size of Sophora seeds with honey. Take 50 pills each time, swallowed with plain boiled water on an empty stomach.
[Constipation due to Dryness of Fluids in the Elderly]
Pig Fat Oil (Su Zhi) one jin, rendered clean and filtered; White Honey (Bai Mi) one jin, refined. Boil together in a copper pot for several boils, add concentrated decoction of Angelica Sinensis Root (Guishen) four liang, and mix into a paste. Apply as needed for excellent results.
[All Types of Constipation]
One cup of raw honey, mixed with one bowl of boiling water and three qian of Mirabilite (Xuanmingfen), taken orally promotes immediate and comfortable passage without damaging the Spleen and Stomach. If stool and urine have not passed for five to seven days, take two fen of Soap Bean (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus) (selecting non-bitten ones, burned to ash), mixed with rice drink, two to three qian, to promote passage.
[Severe Constipation and Dysuria Threatening Life]
Seven Cart Beetle Larvae (Tuichechong) and Seven Ground Beetles (Tugou). For male patients, use the head of the Cart Beetle Larva and the body of the Ground Beetle; for female patients, use the head of the Ground Beetle and the body of the Cart Beetle Larva. Roast on a new tile until dry and grind into powder. Decoct thick juice from the bark of Snake Vine (Huzhang) growing towards the south, and mix with the powder for oral administration. Effective when other drugs fail.
[All Types of Constipation and Dysuria]
If accompanied by other symptoms, or if the patient is elderly and extremely weak, unable to tolerate purgatives: Use honey (appropriate amount, cooked until thick), add a little Soap Bean powder. Use white parts of Scallion (Congbai) as a core, shape into suppositories while hot, let cool and harden. Lubricate the anus with oil and insert for immediate relief. Stir-fry salt in a pan until red, grind into powder, insert into a bamboo tube, and introduce into the anus for immediate evacuation. Pound one jin of white parts of Scallion (Congbai), stir-fry until hot, wrap in cloth, and apply as a warm compress to the lower abdomen; passage occurs when warmth penetrates. (Garlic is equally effective if scallions are unavailable.) Stir-fry table salt until red, let cool, fill into the umbilicus, cover with a slice of garlic, and moxibustion with three to five cones; passage ensues. These two formulas are suitable for children and effective for both men and women. Extract juice from one large Pig Gallbladder (Zhudan), mix with a little vinegar, and灌 into the anus via a bamboo tube; passage occurs shortly after. (If difficult to insert, tie one end of the bamboo tube with a pig bladder, inject juice, and squeeze manually to force entry.)
[Rectal Prolapse]
Most often caused by Qi Deficiency. Astragalus Root (Huangqi) one to two qian, Prepared Codonopsis Root (Renshen) three qian, Ligusticum Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), and Cimicifuga Rhizome (Shengma) one qian each. Decoct in water and take before meals. If Blood Deficiency, add White Peony Root (Baishao) and Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudihuang); if Blood Heat, add Stir-fried Phellodendron Bark (Huangbai); if Deficiency-Cold, add Stir-fried Blackened Dried Ginger (Ganjiang). Externally, use Chinese Gall (Wubeizi) (stir-fried and ground), decoct in water, soak and wash to reduce prolapse. Alternatively, use finely ground Chinese Gall (Wubeizi) or add fine powder of Red Halloysite (Chishizhi), sprinkle on a Banana Leaf (Bajiaoye), and support the prolapse upwards. Highly effective. If accompanied by Wind in the Intestines with bleeding, add Cnidium Fruit (Shechuangzi) for decoction washing. Externally, use Stir-fried Cnidium Fruit (Shechuangzi) (ground, fire toxicity removed).
[Latent Heat in Large Intestine with Rectal Prolapse and Swelling]
Amomum Fruit (Sharen), Scutellaria Root (Huanglian), and Equisetum Stem (Muzei) in equal parts, ground into fine powder, taken with rice drink on an empty stomach. Externally, decoct Chinese Gall (Wubeizi) and Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjie) strongly for washing. Then, burn Equisetum Stem (Muzei) to ash retaining its nature, grind finely, sprinkle on the area, and manually reduce the prolapse.
[Rectal Prolapse with Bleeding]
Take a large handful of Chinese Chive (Jiucai), pound, and cook in a clay pot. Add juice of raw Chinese Chive to the decoction, fumigate first, then wash. Effective after one or two applications.
[All Types of Rectal Prolapse]
Frequently consume pork intestine cooked with Cimicifuga Rhizome (Shengma) to reduce prolapse. Frequently use two mulberry leaves as toilet paper for effectiveness. For frequent recurrence after reduction, frequently consume Buzhong Yiqi Tang (see section on Consumption). For chronic cases unhealed, decoct three jin of Raw Iron (Shengtie) in ten dou of water until reduced to five sheng, use the decoction for washing. Burn one turtle head until smoke ceases, grind to powder, apply to the area, and manually support; bleeding stops.
[Anal Pain and Swelling]
Remove shell of Momordica Seed (Mubiezi), extract oil from five to six seeds, pound into paste. Prepare a hot wash with boiling water, and apply a small amount of powdered paste to the affected area.
[Anal Swelling and Itching]
Pound Almond (Xingren) into a paste and apply to stop itching. For long-standing cases with many parasites, steam five to seven jin of Peach Leaves (Taoye) thoroughly, place in a small-mouthed jar, and sit over the jar to fumigate until all parasites die. For cases where prolonged prolapse and tenesmus lead to parasitic infestation, scrape the greasy coating from inside a pig stomach, mix with ground Sichuan Pepper (Huajiao), apply to itchy areas, cover with a green cloth bag, and fumigate with warm water in a jar. Parasites will enter the bag within moments; repeated applications remove parasites and stop itching.
[Hematochezia]
Clear, bright red blood indicates Wind in the Intestines (Changfeng); turbid, dark blood indicates Visceral Toxin (Zangdu); shooting blood like a thread indicates Parasitic Hemorrhoids (Chongzhi).
[Bleeding from Wind in the Intestines]
Sophora Flower Bud (Huaimi) two liang, Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng), Sanguisorba Root (Diuyu), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin) (wine-fried), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui) one liang each, Aurantium Fruit (Zhiqiao) six qian. Process into powder, form pills the size of Sophora seeds with wheat paste. Take 20 pills on an empty stomach with plain boiled water. Adzuki Bean (Chixiaodou) stir-fried black and ground, take two qian with rice drink. If bleeding precedes stool, use five liang of Adzuki Bean (Chixiaodou) (soaked until sprouted, dried), one liang of Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), ground to powder, taken with plain boiled water, two qian per dose, three times daily. Mung Bean Powder (Lvdoufen) one jin, stir-fried until yellow-black, ground, take five qian with sugar water for immediate effect. Avoid eating Torreya Seeds (Feizi) and Tofu. (For Tofu production, retain the dregs, stir-fry until dry and yellow, grind, take three qian. For purple blood clots, use white sugar water; for red blood clots, use brown sugar water, three qian daily. Even for chronic hematochezia with sallow complexion and critical condition, this is highly effective.) Wood Ear Mushroom (Mu'er) (one liang stir-fried black, one liang raw) and Sesame Seed (Zhimai) five qian, decoct in water and drink as tea for great effect. Buckwheat Flour (Qiaomaifen) one jin, Silkworm Sand (Ercansha) two jin (dried and ground), form pills the size of Sophora seeds with rice drink, take five qian per dose. For hematochezia unresponsive to cooling drugs, use Guipi Tang (Spleen-Supplementing Decoction) added with Huaimi and Huangqin.
[Visceral Toxin and Hemorrhoidal Bleeding]
Gentian Root (Qinjiao), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), Ligusticum Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Sanguisorba Root (Diuyu), Safflower (Honghua) five qian each, Xuanzhou Da-Huang Lian (a type of Rhubarb) two liang (cleaned of hairs). Process into powder. Soak one teacup of Glutinous Rice (Nuomi) overnight. Clean a pig large intestine, insert the powder inside, tie both ends, boil until tender, pound into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 30-40 pills morning and evening on an empty stomach with plain boiled water. For chronic unceasing cases, use Silkworm (Jiangcan) (stir-fried yellow, one liang ground), Decayed Palm Fiber (Baizong) (burned to ash retaining nature, two liang), form pills with rice drink, take two qian with vinegar water on an empty stomach. For long-term ineffectiveness, use Baiyaojian (one liang raw, one liang ash, one liang stir-fried charred), grind fine, form honey pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 50-70 pills on an empty stomach with Ginseng decoction (or 20-30 pills with rice drink).
[Hematochezia due to Wine Accumulation]
Medicated Leaven (Shenqu) one and a half liang, White Wine Yeast (Baijiuyao) two pills. Process into powder, mix with water to form cakes, slow-roast until yellow, grind. Take two qian with plain boiled water.
[Redness After Stool]
Winter Green Berries (Dongqingzi) harvested during frost, soaked in honey, dried three times. Take 20-30 pills on an empty stomach with plain boiled water.
[Dysuria (Inability to Urinate)]
Floating pulse, fever, thirst, and painful urethra: Polyporus (Zuling), Talcum (Huashi) three qian each, Poria (Fuling), Alisma Rhizome (Zexie) two qian each, Donkey-hide Gelatin (Ejiao) one and a half qian. Decoct in water, take warm. Continuous administration ensures passage. Yi Yuan San (see Summerheat section), taken with spring water, three qian, ensures passage. Due to Lung Dryness-Heat causing dysuria: Scutellaria Root (Huangqin) one qian, Black Gardenia Fruit (Heishanzhi) two qian, Salted Fermented Soybeans (Yanchi) twenty grains, decoct in flowing water. If excessive intake of hot drugs causes dysuria or unbearable hypogastric pain: Stir-fried Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian) one qian, Phellodendron Bark (Huangbai), Anemarrhena Rhizome (Zhimu) (salt-water fried, one and a half qian each), Raw Licorice Root (Shenggancao) one qian. Decoct in water. If Blood Stasis in the hypogastrium causes cutting pain and retention: Polygonum Multiflorum Powder (Puhuangfen) two qian, Talcum (Huashi) six fen, taken with plain boiled water, three times daily. Or use two qian of Ash from Women's Hair (Fahui), taken with wine; pain relief leads to passage.
[Dysuria Accompanied by Bloody Stranguria]
Unbearable pain in the penis stem: Achyranthes Root (Niuxi) two liang, decoct strongly, take with pure white wine, or decoct as tea throughout the day. Treats all Five Strangurias. If not smooth, add three qian of Mirabilite (Pu Xiao) per one liang of Niuxi.
[Dysuria due to Heat Syndrome and Summerheat]
Earthworm (Qiuyin) (pounded, mixed with clear cool spring water, settled), take half a bowl of juice. Immediate passage. Clears severe heat diseases. Effective for unconsciousness approaching death.
[Dysuria and Stranguria in the Elderly or Weak]
Amber (Hupo) (finely ground), take one qian, mixed with Ginseng decoction. Treats all stranguria types, especially when other drugs fail and chronic deficiency exists.
[Urgent Dysuria]
Three large River Snails (Tianluo) (raw, shelled), pounded, add three li of Musk (Shexiang), seal on the umbilicus for immediate passage. For any gender, insert the inner strip of a garlic clove into the urethral meatus. For extreme urgency, one Ground Beetle (Tugou) and one single-clove garlic, pounded together, applied to the umbilicus. Decoct Soap Bean (Zaojia), Scallion Head (Congtou), and Mother-of-Thousand (Wangbuliuxing) (several liang each) in a basin of water, fumigate and wash the lower abdomen and genitals; internal warmth promotes passage. For women, insert white scallion into the urethra and fumigate/wash for faster results. Stir-fried scallion compress on the umbilicus is also effective. Pound White Chrysanthemum Root (Baijuhua Gen), mix with raw white wine juice, take warm. For Bladder Qi closure and stagnation unresponsive to drugs, near death: Use one pig bladder, pierce both ends with goose feather tubes, tie securely. Tie the lower end, inflate air through the upper end, then tie. Insert the tip of the lower feather tube into the urethra, untie the lower knot; air enters the bladder, opening the blockage for spontaneous urination. This is the most ingenious method.
[Urinary Retention with Dribbling]
Willow branches inserted on eaves on Qingming Festival (pointing north), decoct and drink. Effective in one to two days. Adults can hold urine for one to two hours, then void freely to cure.
[Elderly Enuresis with Unawareness]
Pound Rose Root (Qiangweigen), extract juice, take with warm wine. Sandman (Sangpiaoxiao) (appropriate amount, wine-fried and ground), take two qian with Ginger decoction.
[Hematuria]
Blood in urine without pain; if painful in the urethra, treat as Stranguria. Two qian of Hair Ash (Fahui), decoct with Cogongrass Rhizome (Maocaogen) and Plantago Seed (Cheqianzi), take mixture. Stops after two to three doses. Also treats tongue bleeding. Three dried persimmons (Ganshibing) burned to ash, taken with aged rice soup. One liang of Ramie Root (Zhuma Gen), decoct and drink. Motherwort Juice (Yimucao) is also effective. For chronic cases, use fresh Cortex Lycii (Digupi) (washed, pounded for natural juice), add a little wine, take warm on an empty stomach (clears Heart/Kidney, resolves depression, promotes diuresis). If no juice, decoct strongly, take one to two cups. For chronic illness with weakness, Prepared Donkey-hide Gelatin (Ejiao) three liang (fried with clam powder into pearls, ground), taken with light wine, three qian.
[Hematuria due to Sexual Exhaustion]
Chinese Yam (Shanyao) one liang, Deer Antler (Lujiao) five qian (scraped), Hair Ash (Fahui) two qian, all ground. Mix with Ramie Root juice to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 50 pills on an empty stomach with plain boiled water. For hematuria unresponsive to clearing/draining drugs, use Buzhong Yiqi Tang added with Cheqianzi (see Consumption section).
[Stranguria Syndrome]
Stranguria refers to dribbling, scanty, and painful urination. Bloody urine is Bloody Stranguria (Xuelin); stone formation due to heat is Stone Stranguria (Shashilin); Qi stagnation with pain is Qi Stranguria (Qilin); cloudy, paste-like urine is Paste Stranguria (Gaolin); fatigue-induced is Labor Stranguria (Laolin). These are the distinctions of the Five Strangurias. The general principle is to unblock and clear heat. Juice of Chinese Chive (Jiucai) mixed with raw white wine, taken on an empty stomach; residue decocted for washing the penis. Decoct bottom algae of boats (Chuandi Qingtai) for drinking (this herb captures essence of water, greatly separates Yin/Yang, removes visceral toxins).
[Unbearable Pain in Bloody Stranguria]
Platycladus Leaf (Cebaiye), Lotus Node (Oujie), Plantago Seed (Cheqianzi), decoct strongly, take warm. For severe cases, mix with Yi Yuan San (see Summerheat section) three qian; effective immediately. Cogongrass Rhizome (Maocaogen) decoction as tea stops bleeding. Juice of Hedyotis Herb (Hanliancao) and Plantago Herb (Cheqiancao) mixed, take one zhong for immediate effect. Two qian of Hair Ash (Fahui) taken with Lotus Node soup cures in three doses.
[Various Strangurias]
Early stage: Cheqianzi five qian, Light Bamboo Leaf (Dan Zhuye), Red Poria (Chi Fuling), Schizonepeta Flower Spike (Jingjisui), Cattail Pollen (Dengcao) two qian each. Decoct in water. For unbearable pain, White Niter (Baixiaoshi) two qian (fine powder), taken with spring water stops pain. For Qi Stranguria with hypogastric fullness and post-void dribbling, take with Tongcao decoction. For Stone Stranguria, lightly roast Niter, grind, take with warm water. Kudzu Root Powder (Gefen) and sugar form pills the size of marbles, dissolve in spring water, take three times daily; more is better. Achyranthes Root (Duniuxi) pounded, decoct strongly, add a little Musk, take frequently. (Note: Niuxi stems/leaves boiled in wine treat dysuria, severe penile pain, uterine blood stasis, and are key for stranguria.)
[Stone Stranguria]
Stonefish Otoliths (Shishouyu Naogu) five pairs (calcined), Talcum (Huashi) five qian, finely ground, divided into two doses, taken with Tongcao decoction. Decoct several inches of White Hyacinth Bean Root (Baibiandou Gen) for pain relief. Decoct House-leek (Wasong) for hot washing; passage after some time.
[Paste Stranguria]
Golden Sand Herb (Haijinsha), Talcum (Huashi) one liang each (fine powder), Dianthus Spike (Qumai Sui), Almond (Xingren) three qian each, Licorice Root (Gancao) two qian. Process into powder. Take two qian, mixed with Ophiopogon (Maidong) and Akebia Twig (Tongcao) decoction.
[Blood Stasis Causing Stranguria]
Achyranthes Root (Niuxi) four liang (soaked in wine overnight), Angelica Tail (Guiwei) two liang (wine-washed), Red Peony Root (Chishao) one and a half liang, Rehmannia Root (Shengdi) one and a half liang (wine-washed), Ligusticum Rhizome (Chuanxiong) five qian. Decoct five bowls of water to two bowls, add a little Musk, divide into four doses.
[Turbid Urine (White)]
White like rice water, painless after urination, caused by Damp-Heat. Wuzhao Long Vine (roots) one liang, Smilax Glabra Rhizome (Tufuling), Achyranthes Root (Duniuxi) eight qian each, three bowls of raw white wine, decoct to one bowl, take three times on empty stomach. Frequent and painful urination: Pound four liang of Plantago Herb (Cheqiancao), mix with raw white wine juice, add a little salt, take hot on empty stomach once or twice for cure. For unbearable pain, burn Sheep Horn (Yangjiao) to ash, three qian, taken with good wine on empty stomach.
[Turbid Urine (Red)]
Juice of Motherwort seeds/stems/leaves, one zhong, taken on empty stomach for effect.
[Nocturnal Emission]
Kidney Deficiency with slippery essence, chronic: Ten eggs, boiled, peeled, baked in bran husks until charcoal-like (ensure center is charred), ground fine. Take three qian, mixed with one qian of Tuanguan Shayuan Jili (Psoralea/Cousinia seed from Tongguan) decoction. Seven newly emerged silkworm cocoons, remove moths, sandwich between two new tiles, bake over fire until smoke ceases (preserve nature). Each wrapped separately. Every morning, dissolve one pill in one teaspoon of resin, send down with half cup of good wine. Complete course cures.

Treats excessive thinking, Heart-Kidney Deficiency, post-void dribbling, white turbid urine, or spermatorrhea. Dodder Seed (Tusizi) five liang (wine-boiled), Poria (Fuling) three liang, Lotus Seed End (Shilianrou) two liang. Form pills with wine paste, size of Sophora seeds. Take 50 pills on empty stomach with salt water.

Chronic white turbid urine or bloody stranguria: Sparganium Flower Head (Gujingcao), Pig Marrow (Zhusuizhong) one liang each. Decoct in wine, take as tolerated.
