治元脏久虚，及小肠肾余膀胱疝气，五般淋病，精滑精漏，小便白浊，及妇人赤
漏下血崩，子宫血海虚冷等疾。高司法方同，用苍术洗去土，曝干，米泔浸，逐日换，春五
日，夏三日，秋七日，冬十日，切作片子，焙干称，取一斤，分作四处。
苍术四两，用茴香一两，盐一两，同炒，令术黄为度；苍术四两，用川乌一两炮裂，去
皮尖，切作片子，并川楝子一两，和皮核劈开，同炒，令术黄为度；苍术四两，用红椒一
去目，并合口者，破故纸一两同炒，令术黄为度；苍术四两，用好醋好酒各半升，一处
上一处同为末，用煮药酒醋打面糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服二十丸。男子温酒或盐汤下，
空心食前；妇人醋汤下。此药不忌，性温无毒，小便频数为效！
治脾肾。
吴茱萸一两，去枝梗，洗净，以破故纸一两慢火炒，候香熟去破故纸；草果仁一两，以
舶上茴香一两炒，候香熟去茴香；葫芦巴一两，以山茱萸一两炒，候香熟去山
茱萸。
上三味为细末，酒煮面糊，丸如梧桐子大，每服六十丸，盐汤下。

灵砂（水飞） 龙骨（火 飞，各一两） 缩砂仁 诃子（最小者，热灰略炮，取出
捶取肉，各
上为细末，用糯米糊为丸，如绿豆大，每服十五丸至二十丸、三十丸，早晨温酒下，临
卧熟水下。郑府朱保义方∶灵砂二两，阳起石一两，火 ，牡蛎雌雄各半两，火 飞，缩砂
仁一两，诃子肉一两，白茯苓半两，麦门冬去心二钱半，糯米饭丸，空心温酒下十丸，临
卧又以冷水下五丸。要通吃葱茶半盏，无阳起石以龙骨代之。
【固真丹】
治疗元脏（先天之本，指肾与命门）长期虚弱，以及小肠、肾脏和膀胱余留邪气导致的疝气，五种类型的淋病（以小便频数短涩、滴沥刺痛为主症的疾病），遗精滑泄，小便浑浊，以及妇女赤白带下、崩漏下血、子宫和血海虚冷等病症。高司法的方子与此相同。
制作方法是：取苍术洗净泥土，晒干，用米泔水浸泡，每天更换一次水，春季泡五天，夏季三天，秋季七天，冬季十天。切成片状，焙干后称重，取一斤，分为四份。
第一份：苍术四两，与茴香一两、盐一两同炒，炒至苍术变黄为止；
第二份：苍术四两，与炮制裂开、去皮尖的川乌一两，以及带皮核劈开的川楝子一两同炒，炒至苍术变黄为止；
第三份：苍术四两，与去目及合口不裂的红椒、补骨脂一两同炒，炒至苍术变黄为止；
第四份：苍术四两，用好醋和好酒各半升，一同煎煮。
将上述处理好的苍术全部研为细末，用煮药时的酒醋调和面粉制成糊状，作为丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用二十丸。男子用温酒或盐汤送服，空腹饭前服用；妇人用醋汤送服。此药没有饮食禁忌，药性温和无毒，若小便次数多为见效之兆。
【三妙丹】
治疗脾肾相关病症。
吴茱萸一两，去除枝梗，洗净，用补骨脂一两在慢火上炒，待香气熟透后去掉补骨脂；草果仁一两，用舶上茴香一两炒，待香气熟透后去掉茴香；葫芦巴一两，用山茱萸一两炒，待香气熟透后去掉山茱萸。
以上三味药研为细末，用酒煮面糊制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用六十丸，用盐汤送服。
刘子寿家专门售卖此药。
【秘精丸】
灵砂（水飞法处理）、龙骨（火煅后水飞法处理，各一两）、缩砂仁、诃子（选用最小的，在热灰中略加炮制，取出捶打取肉，各适量）。
以上药物研为细末，用糯米糊制成丸剂，大小如绿豆。每次服用十五丸至二十丸，或三十丸，早晨用温酒送服，临睡前用温水送服。
郑府朱保义的方子：灵砂二两，阳起石一两，火煅牡蛎（雌雄各半两，经火煅和水飞处理），缩砂仁一两，诃子肉一两，白茯苓半两，麦门冬去心二钱半。用糯米饭制成丸剂，空腹时温酒送服十丸，临睡前再用冷水送服五丸。服药期间需通吃葱茶半盏，若无阳起石，可用龙骨代替。
[Guozhen Dan (Solidify the True Pill)]
Treats chronic deficiency of the Yuan Zang (Primordial Viscera, referring to the Kidney and Mingmen), as well as hernia caused by residual pathogens in the Small Intestine, Kidney, and Bladder; five types of Lin syndrome (diseases characterized by frequent, scanty, painful, and dripping urination); seminal emission and leakage; turbid urine; and in women, red and white leukorrhea, metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, and cold deficiency of the Uterus and Blood Sea. The formula of Gao Sifa is identical.
Preparation: Take Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu), wash away the soil, dry it in the sun, and soak it in rice washing water, changing the water daily. Soak for five days in spring, three days in summer, seven days in autumn, and ten days in winter. Slice it, bake until dry, and weigh. Take one jin (approx. 500g) and divide it into four portions.
Portion 1: Four liang of Atractylodis Rhizoma, stir-fried together with one liang of Foeniculum Vulgare (Huixiang) and one liang of Sal (Yan) until the rhizoma turns yellow.
Portion 2: Four liang of Atractylodis Rhizoma, stir-fried together with one liang of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Chuanwu) that has been processed until cracked, skin and tip removed, sliced, and one liang of Toosendan Fructus (Chuanlianzi) split open with skin and seeds, until the rhizoma turns yellow.
Portion 3: Four liang of Atractylodis Rhizoma, stir-fried together with one liang of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (Hongjiao) from which eyes and closed ones are removed, and Psoraleae Fructus (Guzhi) one liang, until the rhizoma turns yellow.
Portion 4: Four liang of Atractylodis Rhizoma, decocted together with half sheng of good vinegar and half sheng of good wine.
Grind all the processed Atractylodis Rhizoma into fine powder. Use the wine and vinegar from decoction to mix with flour paste to form pills, sized like Sophora japonica seeds (Wutongzi). Take twenty pills per dose. Men should take them with warm wine or salt water on an empty stomach before meals; women should take them with vinegar water. This medicine has no dietary restrictions, is warm in nature and non-toxic. Frequent urination indicates efficacy.
[Saniao Dan (Three Wonders Pill)]
Treats disorders of the Spleen and Kidney.
Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu) one liang, remove stems and twigs, wash clean, and stir-fry with Psoraleae Fructus (Guzhi) one liang over slow fire until fragrant and ripe, then discard the Guzhi; Tsaoko Fructus (Caoguo) kernel one liang, stir-fry with Foeniculum Vulgare (Baoshang Huixiang) one liang until fragrant and ripe, then discard the Huixiang; Trigonellae Foenum-Graecum Semen (Huluba) one liang, stir-fry with Corni Fructus (Shanzhuyu) one liang until fragrant and ripe, then discard the Shanzhuyu.
Grind the above three ingredients into fine powder. Use wine-boiled flour paste to form pills, sized like Sophora japonica seeds. Take sixty pills per dose, administered with salt water.
This medicine was exclusively sold by the family of Liu Zishou.
[Mijing Wan (Secret Essence Pill)]
Cinnabaris Purificata (Lingsha, processed by levigation), Longgu (calcined and processed by levigation, each one liang), Amomi Fructus Rotundus (Suosharen), Chebulae Fructus (Hezi - select the smallest ones, lightly roasted in hot ashes, taken out, pounded, and the flesh extracted, each appropriate amount).
Grind the above into fine powder. Use glutinous rice paste to form pills, sized like mung beans. Take fifteen to twenty pills, or thirty pills, in the morning with warm wine, and at bedtime with cooked (warm) water.
Formula of Zhu Baoyi from the Zheng Residence: Cinnabaris Purificata (Lingsha) two liang, Stilbitis (Yangqishi) one liang, Ostreae Concha (Muli) calcined and processed by levigation (male and female shells, half liang each), Amomi Fructus Rotundus (Suosharen) one liang, Chebulae Fructus flesh one liang, Poria (Fuling) half liang, Ophiopogonis Radix (Mendong) dehearted two qian and half. Form pills using glutinous rice. Take ten pills with warm wine on an empty stomach, and five pills with cold water at bedtime. It is required to consume half a cup of scallion and tea mixture throughout the treatment period. If Yangqishi is unavailable, replace it with Longgu.
