涩。有黑花来往。还从一眼先患。以后相牵俱损。亦因肾脏虚劳。房室不节。致令为黑风内
障。不宜针拨。切宜服药将息。针诸穴脉。宜服羚羊角饮子、补肾丸、立效。
歌曰。黑暗形候绿风同。脏腑推寻别有踪。黑即肾家来作祸。绿风本自肺相攻。欲知何
药能为疗。也要羚羊瘥病宗。将息亦针除赤脉。涩即轻轻镰睑中。忌房劳作啼嗔恨。恣意之
流切莫从。瞳子开张三耀绝。明医拱手谩相逢。

如果瞳孔光反射消失，则无法救治。瞳孔干枯固定，属于难治之症。
黑风内障（一种以瞳神色黑、视力渐降为特征的内障病）。此病初发时，头晕目眩，额角及偏侧头痛，牵连眼睑骨及鼻颊骨，时常疼痛。兼有眼内疼痛、干涩感，眼前有黑色飞花飘动。通常先从一眼发病，随后牵连另一眼，双眼俱损。这也是因肾脏虚劳、房事不节制所致，从而形成黑风内障。不宜采用金针拨障术，务必通过服药调养来治疗。针刺各穴位脉络，适宜服用羚羊角饮子（Antelope Horn Decoction）、补肾丸（Kidney-Nourishing Pill），可获立竿见影之效。
歌诀云：黑暗形态与绿风内障相同，推究脏腑根源却另有踪迹。黑色乃肾家作祸所致，绿风本由肺金相攻引起。想知道何种药物能疗治，也要遵循羚羊角治愈疾病的宗旨。调养期间也可针刺以去除赤脉，若眼涩则轻轻在睑中施镰法。忌房事劳作、啼哭嗔恨，肆意妄为者切勿听从。若瞳孔散大如张启三曜（日、月、星）般绝灭，明医也只能拱手叹息，难以相逢。

能开通一切内障，善于治疗翳膜遮睛，以及胬肉攀睛（翼状胬肉）。不日扫除，不问年久日深，或一目两目俱患，只要能见人影者，皆可去除。如同云开见日。

上先用黄连、五味子浸泡三日。然后用大砂锅一口，纳入药水，再添满七分熬煮。用重绵滤过，至四五碗。再将大鹅梨、猪胰二味，入内，又熬至三碗，再用滤过。再入锅，下炉甘石、黄丹，同熬至二碗，又滤过。将前三味药十分搅匀，用油纸重封，勿令水入，放冷水浸三日。然后旋取膏入瓶内，以铜箸点眼良。

治肝肾久虚，眼目昏暗，渐成内障。

This is accompanied by pain and astringency inside the eye, and black spots dancing back and forth. It usually starts in one eye and then spreads to affect both. This is also caused by kidney deficiency and exhaustion due to excessive sexual activity, leading to Heifeng Neizhang. Needle extraction (phacoemulsification-like ancient technique) is not suitable; it is crucial to take medicine and rest to recover. Acupuncture at various acupoints and meridians is appropriate. Suitable formulas include Lingyangjiao Yinzi (Antelope Horn Decoction) and Bushen Wan (Kidney Tonifying Pill), which can produce immediate effects.
The song says: The symptoms of darkness are similar to Lüfeng Neizhang (Green Wind Internal Cataract), but searching the internal organs reveals different origins.
